Fantastic experience: 1000/10 I had Dr. Patrick Beetar D.D.S and he was truly an Angel. I asked him, “are you putting me to sleep now?” My Wife said he responded with, “that’s what you want right?” And that was it, I was sleep and back up like nothing ever happened. He sent in prescriptions to Pharmacy prior to starting Procedure/Oral Surgery. With him, their Dental Team, and my wife…I would like to say I am truly blessed and the team is truly a blessing. ✨✨✨

Fantastic experience: The environment was very welcoming. The receptionist Lisa , helped me with the forms and all the insurance switching. Everyone was very friendly. Dr. Kim was very attentive to my daughter’s needs. He explained everything to me and my daughter as he examined her beautiful smile. Negative experience: I’m not happy with the way services are offered where I am almost always up charged. Just recently have had to assume a periodontal cleaning program which requires me to return to the dentist every four months to receive a cleaning service my insurance does not cover. I am also disappointed o could not receive the standard cleaning my insurance covers.

Fantastic experience: Edit: The team reached out and more than made up for the one time long wait. Dr. Rekha is very friendly and does a good job, the hygienist is also very thorough and broke the deep cleaning down to two sittings for comfort. Would recommend them as one of the top dental clinics in the area with extended timings.

Negative experience: The company needs to hire more dentist Dr's takes to long to get to patients

Fantastic experience: Dr Kim took his time out his day to squeeze me in for a wisdom tooth extraction that no doctor wanted to ever touch and was afraid of, and As he was extracting the teeth, he was guiding me through it. He made sure I was comfortable. His staff was awesome. They made sure I was comfortable as well. Dr Kim and his staff is a 10 out of 10 recommend

Fantastic experience: Staff is efficient, knowledgeable, well mannered, the place is clean, wait time is average, the hygienist was very professional and her advise for my condition was accurate. I just wish that all of the expenses should be covered by insurance, as I need to have different treatments and these are pricey.

Fantastic experience: I was terrified. I have very bad dental anxiety. Everyone put me at ease and really explained everything to me before they did anything. Due to the treatment I received, I am less apprehensive about going back for my next appointment. Everyone was so thoughtful and caring, even when I broke down crying. They did not rush me, but understood and gave me time to adjust. I have had very bad experiences from other dental offices just shutting me down.

Fantastic experience: Helped me while traveling on a Saturday. Very knowledgeable. They listened to the current issue I was experiencing and didn’t start drilling etc just to charge my insurance.

Michaela, the office manager, is great—she sorted out my appointment and insurance stuff quickly and with a friendly attitude that made the whole thing easy. Dr. Kim is a solid dentist—he knows his stuff, takes his time, and is really good at what he does. He explained my treatment options in a straightforward way, no rush, and the whole thing was way more comfortable than I expected. Marla, the hygienist, handled my cleaning and did an awesome job. Plus, she gave me some simple tips for brushing at home. The whole team gets along well, and it makes the service feel reliable. Prices are reasonable, they fit around my schedule, and they even checked in later to see how I was doing. If you need a dentist that feels like they’re looking out for you, check this place out. Five stars! No doubt I’m going back!

Fantastic experience: The staff here is incredibly friendly! I was recommended by a friend, and now I understand why it was worth recommending. Dr. KIM seems like an excellent physician. While other places suggested temporary solutions, Dr. KIM recommended a more fundamental treatment approach. I am 100% willing to recommend this hospital to my other friends. I also visited again today because the fixed retainer from my previous orthodontic treatment suddenly came off and was causing constant irritation and even hurting my tongue. Although I saw a different doctor this time, the service was just as satisfying. They quickly and gently reattached the retainer, and thanks to that, the pain and discomfort are completely gone. I truly appreciate their professionalism and care.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rekha was perfect for me. After a painful experience four years ago, Dr. Rekha calmed my anxiety with her soft voice, reassuring words, gentle exam, and a reasonable plan for my dental needs. She was just what I needed to trust a dentist again.

Positive experience: It was my daughter’s first dental appointment. I thought I would get more info on baby dental care, etc., but the dentist didn’t offer any info, she just asked if I had any ?s, which she did answer. Visit itself was less than 5 min.

Positive experience: It was a good experience, everyone was helpful and did their job.

Negative experience: If you have Medicaid do not go there, they knew I was approved for a certain amount and they did more work than what we agreed on and left me the bill! Did great work so this makes me sad, I never approved more than what I came in for and they did it anyways and told me weeks later about my unpaid balance. Not matter how much I explained to them that I didn’t approved more than what I came in with- they just kept saying I still had to pay for the service. If you ask me, that’s very dishonest and even fraud.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. Heavy price gouging ! It’s a shame. Went in for annual cleaning. If it were up to them I would have left with a bill in excess of $700. I guess they need to make payroll. I only went to them because the dentist that my family has gone to for decades is no longer in network. I went immediately to make an appointment with my family dentist anyway. I am saying NO to Element!!!

Fantastic experience: I'm new to the area and was very nervous about finding a practice to deal with my complex dental issues. Everyone at Element was friendly, professional, and put me right at ease. I won't say that I'm looking forward to my upcoming procedures but neither am I apprehensive!

Positive experience: The receptionists were very polite but they took they took us too a room that had a liquid spilled on the floor we had to step over, and paper on the floor. This is unusual for them.

Negative experience: I've given this office more chances than I should have. Today was the third and final attempt. The appointment today was an absolute waste of my time. I didn't even get my basic cleaning since I "really needed a deep gingival cleaning." $80 up service, no thank you! I was even told that I was seen by the dentist at my previous visit, but that never happened. I stated twice that it did not happen before it was finally acknowledged that I wasn't seen, just my X-rays were viewed by the dentist. I will not be returning!

I recently went to Safari dental off from Highway 21 and they just told me I had a few cavities and I need a basic cleaning and then I came Element dental and they did the same x-rays, the same exam and told me I had more problems than the Safari had lead on and now I’m sticking with element dental to have all my dental care from here on out. I would never had new the bacteria and infection growing in and on my gums thanks to element dental. I would give a ten star if allowed⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Negative experience: I’m astonished I’ve been asked to leave a review! I would not recommend this facility if you have healthy teeth and gums and only need a regular checkup and cleaning as they will tell you that you need a deep cleaning and refuse to perform a regular cleaning (which of course the insurance doesn’t cover). My body, my choice isn’t only about reproductive rights, if I’m not interested in a deep cleaning I shouldn’t be required to have one. Certainly I can go somewhere else but they’ve already used my insurance for the consultation and taken X-rays. I’m disappointed in the attempt to upsell at this facility. This has been a huge disappointment.

Fantastic experience: Element is my favorite Dentist!! I was able to get an appointment right away for a broken crown. Completed all the xrays, exam, and temporary crown on same day. Just waiting for permanent crown from the Lab. The entire staff are always so kind and willing to explain the entire process. I never feel the need to go any place but Element Dental. I highly recommend these good folks!!

Negative experience: Don't let Roni (Veronica) clean your teeth? I love Element Dental but had a horrible experience today. My appointment was at 3pm then the automated text told me to show up at 2:30. So that was already a problem sitting and waiting. 2nd the Roni wanted me to start my cleaning but told me before she could finish, she would have to stop and go back to another patient due to having some technical issues. So I was supposed to start and stop and wait. Why not just start on me when you done with the other patient? Then, I had to ask for eye wear(not offered) so when cleaning my teeth. So I don't get water in my eyes. She didn't even tighten the bib so water got everywhere. I thought she was trying to drown me due I kept gasping for air. Let me clear out my mouth with tube. She was like you could just swallow since it's mostly water. At that point I just kept quiet and let her finish. You already have me at your mercy. If you cancel you have to wait another month. I also had to ask for a new toothbrush bag (not offered) and she didn't even floss my teet between my retainer. Appointment was 2:30 to 4:40...for a 25 minute cleaning. I am just so frustrated, I believe I was too Left for her.

Negative experience: Appointment was at 8am and didn't get taken back until 8:45 (which i believe would have been longer had i not complained)

Fantastic experience: Very knowledgeable dentists and courteous staff. Dr. Kim was straight across the table nothing shady. He gave me an honest assessment. I've had two other dentists tell me they could repair my teeth for a cheaper price. Dr. Kim's explanation of why that those solutions wouldn't work long term was logical. He was very thorough. I didn't feel herderd in and out like I was just another ticket, and I didn't feel like I was being told something just to get my business.

Negative experience: I am a caregiver (through the V.A.) a veteran. This is the second and last time he will be going here. The first visit was 2 hours for normal cleaning and he had an appointment. Then took him again and we walked out after sitting for 45 minutes. Yall DO BETTER. Calling the V.A. to find a professional dental office.

Fantastic experience: I lost all my upper teeth due to leukemia as a child, element dental has helped me so much, the staff is always friendly. My insurance dropped me while in the middle of getting my dentures and yet element has worked with me from the start to get this done. I would recomend them to anyone and everyone. I also have a dental phobia from my childhood, but its very mild with them. They are great at comforting their patients and keeping the stress at a minimum. As well as pain free as possible.

Positive experience: I've been going here for a while. I've had fillings, root canals, extractions and an implant. All of my experiences have been pretty good. Marla did my last cleaning and she was awesome. The x-ray tech, David is the 1st one to do my x-rays without scratching my tori.

Positive experience: This may work for some people but unfortunately this place didn't work for me. Despite having an appointment I had to wait an hour to get in. I came in with a scheduled toothache concern and left with a light toothache. Outside of looking at the X-rays and telling me I had to do this and that the 2 hours wasted without a valid solution. Then I was pushed into these selling tactics as if I am at the dealership. Sorry to say I will not be coming here again.

Fantastic experience: I called and was able to get in the same day! I had a horrible tooth/jaw pain that developed the night before and had gotten worse. They got me on antibiotics and on the schedule for just a few weeks away to get that tooth extracted.

Fantastic experience: I was able to get an initial appointment fairly quickly and a follow on appointment in 2 weeks. Staff and Dr. Kim were very nice and professional. I would add some pictures in the front waiting area so it doesn’t look so plain.

Negative experience: They took a long time to call me back and they called all the people that came after me.. I my appointment wae at 11 and they called me back ar 11: 41 a.m.

Negative experience: Multiple people (5-6) were taken back before me even though I had an 8am appointment. The business opens at 8am. I wasn’t taken back until I asked the receptionist what was taking so long, it was 8:30a at this point. I came in for a basic cleaning and two people who came in after me got their cleanings done before I did. The hygienist was a very overweight woman whose belly was on my shoulder and arm the whole cleaning which was very uncomfortable. I had to move my hair to the other side too because it kept getting pulled by her every time she would come back to keep cleaning my teeth. I also didn’t realize til the end that her shirt had lifted so I have no idea how long her bare stomach skin was on my shoulder and arm since I was wearing a tank top. It took two hours from me walking in the door to leaving for a basic cleaning and they were not busy.

Positive experience: Staff was very pleasant surgery was smooth, doctor did not put in any prescriptions for pain and ended up in ER because started bleeding to excess. Had to give me special treatment in ER to get blood to stop gushing from mouth. Call dentist to tell them like requested. Still four days later no response.

Fantastic experience: Had a wisdom tooth bothering me and needed it extracted. First visit, they took X-Rays and did an oral exam and scheduled me for extraction the very next day. Extraction was quick and painless with the use of local anesthesia.

Negative experience: I have been going to Element Dental for the past 4 years. I've always had a great experience every time. Today was not so pleasant. My dental hygienist was very rough with my teeth and gums. It felt like the scraping tool was digging very hard into my gums, and they bled for a bit afterward. Her hands also pressed very hard down against my face. She also pinched my bottom lip twice and bled and swelled for most of the day. It was an extremely uncomfortable cleaning experience the entire time. On top of that her conversation with me mostly included oversharing about her health condition. It honestly sounded like she wasn't well, and she wasn't in any condition to be practicing that day.

Negative experience: I called yesterday to make an appointment because I was experiencing severe tooth pain so I thought. They scheduled me for today at 12pm. I got there and signed in at 11:50am. I wasn't called back until 12:32pm. I am 30 years old and was opening crying in pain in the waiting room. I got xrays and dentist Kim came in looked at the xrays and saw no cavities. Then he had me bite down on some gauze okay not a problem. THEN he tapped my teeth with a metal object (which HURT) and told me theres no crack or cavities I might be grinding my teeth at night. His exam and time spent with me was MAYBE ten minutes. Hmmmmm... 30 years and Im suddenly grinding my teeth and only one side hurts? I went to ER where I was told I had a sinuf infection. Is he medical dr? No however dental school does teach anatomical relationship between the sinuses and the roots of the upper teeth not to mention if you see a grown woman crying in pain, IN PUBLIC and you dont see a problem maybe advise her to seek another form of treatment instead "get a bite guard for night time". Maybe also don't have your patients waiting 30 minutes for you and maybe spend more than 5-10m with your patient.

Positive experience: The cleaning was okay. I've had better, but I'm not super picky. This was my second visit. For the first one as a new patient, they took 18 x-rays. This time, they wanted to take like six more x-rays. I declined, I've never had a dentist want that many x-rays before. Dentist never came in to check me. I asked at the front and they said the dentist only comes to see you once a year. So I don't even know why they wanted six more x-rays if the dentist wasn't even going to look at them. I don't know. This was like the only place taking new patients when I needed to get a new dentist because my last one stopped taking my insurance. Also, I arrived about 10 minutes early, and left 75 minutes later with just a cleaning and fluoride treatment. I thought it would be faster.

Fantastic experience: Very easy to check-in even as a new patient! The appointment was smooth I didn’t have to wait long (Monday appointment) and the Dentist listened to all my concerns and questions and gave reliable advice. I have been going here for a while and I will continue to do so!
