I appreciate your knowledge about dental care for my young grand children too. 2024 - My husband and I are very pleased with the professionalism and skill of hygienists and doctors and appreciate the efficiency of the front office staff also. We use their preventive health plan which provides 2 cleanings and a 20% discount on all other services.

They continue to be kind and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: i saw justine yesterday. She was super nice and professional. She gave me good ideas about my teeth and even recommended a tuft end for my back teeth. No one has even told me that. Justine is very sweet . She has a great energy and personality. i love her❣️. 9/15/2025-I saw Kaitlyn ( unsure of spelling lol ) today. She was wonderful. She learned about my culture today. Very kind and made me very comfortable. My mom also sees Cori ( always learning my culture too) and Dr Young. We love them all. Shannon is also very nice and helpful ALWAYS. We are very comfortable around them. I love them all.

Fantastic experience: Went for my first cleaning last night and was absolutely blown away by the professionalism, thoroughness, and level of care and available equipment at Novi Dentists. They are truly top of the line in terms of the sophistication of their equipment, and depth of care they provide. They adhere to a strict and proven protocol, which may seem over the top for someone not used to the thoroughness, but when your dental health is on the line, they cut no corners. My dental technician thoroughly explained each and every thing she was doing, along with why she was doing it, which I very much appreciated. It was truly the most detailed and thorough dental cleaning and exam I have ever had, and I will absolutely keep coming for as long as I can. They are absolutely top tier.

Positive experience: The dental hygienist was very good. I never got to see the dentist after waiting for quite awhile. I was still charged for seeing the dentist though. Very disappointing.

Fantastic experience: They were absolutely amazing!! I truly had such a good experience here. I had a rough experience at my last dentist so there was tartar built up because I delayed getting a new dentist. The tech that cleaned my teeth was so so kind and gentle, explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it, and offered numbing gel to make the experience easier for me. She even skipped her own lunch break so my abnormally long cleaning could be done today instead of broken up. Such a selfless act!! She was so hospitable. And Dr. U was great, so nice and very knowledgeable. Now my teeth are back to clean and healthy and I feel comfortable to go forward with consistent care. This place is a God send!

Negative experience: Arrived with the most severe tooth / head trauma I have ever experienced. Instead of providing a remedy, I was told I need a root canal, given Motrin (does not offer pain relief) and antibiotics. Sent home with a surgical appointment 7 days away. Now I am living in hell for seven more days.
