Fantastic experience: I am doing fine but my mouth (inside) is a little scratch and swollen. I just watch out when I eat so it could be biting. I think it will be gone soon after dental works.

Fantastic experience: First time being seen today due to needing an urgent appointment and extraction that couldn’t wait. Everyone was amazing from the moment I walked in. They were extremely caring, kind and fast even when I was crying in pain from my extreme tooth pain. I got in right away and got my tooth pulled same day, just had to travel to the Medford office from the CP office due to scheduling but that didn’t bother me at all if it meant I was being taken care of. 10/10 will recommend them to my family and friends. And I will be returning as a patient. Thank you so much for everything.

Fantastic experience: Been going here for 5 years since I moved here and I love this place. In and out so fast, you can get appointments the same week for emergencies or just a week or two out for other needs, the staff is so nice and really take care of you! You can tell they love what they do and where they work.

Fantastic experience: This was first visit to Open Door. I was immediately impressed with the help they gave me with coordinating my insurances. The rest of the staff was also pleasant and helpful. They have some of the most up tp date instruments I have seen in a dental office. They are very concerned about being sure a patient gets the preventative care they need. The hygienist was very good. The dentist I saw was very through and knowledgeable. I am definitely going to stay with this practice. I have now had crowns and the dental team was great. August: another great visit for cleaning and advice from the dentist for aching in root area.

Negative experience: I had two fillings that left me with a swollen and very painful jaw. It did not resolved the sensitivity issue I had. Poor patient doctor interaction. No numbing before the first jab. Not recommended at all.

Fantastic experience: Open Door is the best dentistry we have had. From the front staff to clinicians to dentists and specialists they are fantastic. You can always get in to see them quickly if not same day. It’s also nice that they are open 7:00 to 7:00 M -F and even on Saturdays. Their office and equipment is top of the line, modern, and clean. They have great financing options for those who need it and the transparency makes it easy to plan and prioritize what needs to be done and when. My husband and I both go and have recommended them to family and friends who see them also and who are very pleased. I am also happy that they take great care for those of us who are apprehensive and they explain what they are doing as they go as well as have options for nitrous oxide if requested.

Fantastic experience: Needed an emergency retainer repair while traveling here from Atlanta and they got me right in. They found some tooth decay as well which I didn't know about. I got patched right up with no pain whatsoever. Everyone was friendly which I especially liked since I'm three time zones away from home. I didn't expect to spend my first 24 hours in Oregon at the dentist but I can definitely say that I had a pleasant experience from top to bottom.

Fantastic experience: I really like open door family dentistry. Last year I need an emergency dentist appointment and they got me in quick! I called 11 dentist offices and they actually helped. Ontop of that when I mentioned my problems with a back tooth they actually took the time and figured out it was impacted instead of just blaming it on what I eat. I had brought it up to several dentist but they actually cared enough to look. Every time I go in they have good bedside manner and seem to actually care about your experience. I recommend going here if you aren't a big fan of the dentist or haven't gone in a few years, they make it simple and don't shame you. 100/10

Fantastic experience: The scheduling is easy and can flex if need be! They're always very kind and explanatoryabout & to my teeth and mouth. Just wish there was a way to cut cost of crowns down to 2,/3 or 1/2 the cost. Big bill for 5 of them!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Wait time was 5 min. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The cleaning was pain-free. I had a filling yesterday, and the whole process was less than 10 min. To my shock, my insurance had changed and only covered half what they used to! Their bookkeeping staff has an insurance of their own as well as a company that they work with that gives you dental credit with very low-interest (depending on your credit score)! This was very helpful and far beyond what I have seen in other offices!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Martin & Makenzie did a phenomenal job! I had 3 molars extracted & was a nervous wreck. I dont get numb that easily, but Dr. Martin made sure I was good and fully numb before my procedure. Makenzie assisted Dr. Martin like a pro. She utilized a technique to calm me down by tapping my shoulder and got me a stress ball to squeeze as a distraction. I've had a fear of the dentist all my life, but feel totally confident in the staff at Open Door Dental going forward.

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a dentist in the Rogue Valley, Open Door is definitely worth it! Three locations, extended hours and GREAT care -- no more excuses to not see a dentist. Getting an initial appointment was easy, the exam was thorough, the treatment plan (which I knew I would need) was explained well and the care taken was the best I've seen in quite a while. At every step, I was asked if I was comfortable or had any discomfort. Sure, going to the dentist isn't fun but these folks do their best to make it pleasant, are professional, friendly and really seem to enjoy what they do. I'm very happy I chose Open Door!

When it came time to pay, they significantly reduced the original price since it was a simple extraction, which I really appreciated. Every dentist i went to in my life they did a full deep clean each time but everyone is very nice and dentist is awesome. Good about getting you in.

Positive experience: Had my entire mouth worked on a year prior at a university seeing multiple students and teachers throughout the process having all issues reviewed and resolved by numerous dental professors and their students. Doctor here states they have found six new cavities within less than a year of my previous work. Either I won't have teeth in ten years or this company is pushing needless services. Staff was nice though.

Fantastic experience: I have severe dentist anxiety for numerous reasons, and this place fixed it all without even trying. I avoided it and didn’t understand the importance of flossing which ruined my teeth. And I’ve been working hard to get in a floss routine and my work totally paid off. They explained everything so well, I actually understood what was happening and what I’d be paying for. They took pictures to help show me what’s up, but also all the x rays and pictures didn’t hurt. Usually the metal thing cuts into my gum and they make you hold it so long. But theirs wasn’t sharp and the staff was so quick I didn’t even have time to worry. The doctor was super kind and answered all my questions. And they weren’t trying to talk me to into all these extra procedures for random things I didn’t understand (which has happened to me at previous dentist). The hygienist was super friendly and educated. She really helped me get through the ultrasound cleaner thing that makes the terrible noise. She tells good stories, explains things in such an easy way to understand. They all made me feel confident about oral hygiene when usually it’s something very overwhelming for me personally. They also had great sunglasses, good background music, and a screen on the ceiling showing an aquarium which I throughly enjoyed.
