Fantastic experience: As always it's great to see my dentist and dental assistant and everyone else they take care of your dental needs and make it fun

Fantastic experience: I recently made the decision to switch dentists after 15+ years. Absolutely no regrets. Location is convenient to me and they offer plenty of free parking. Offices are clean with up to date equipment. Dr Patel and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. My cleaning went well and after Dr Patel was very informative about my X-rays and the next steps to filling a cavity that had recently formed. I was able to come back less than 48hrs later for the filling. Best filling experience I’ve had in many years. Extremely excited to have found Fountain City Smiles. I will be seeing them again in 6 months for another cleaning. And with any luck no more cavities.

Fantastic experience: Very exceptional service, had two root canals that had went bad from another dentist, Dr Patel pulled both teeth with no pain and fitted a bridge to take the place, bridge broke and at no cost to me was replaced, very rare for a bridge to break but I did it and a new one was ordered, will not trust my dental needs to anyone else again

Fantastic experience: They did a great job cleaning and fixing my teeth. I switched from my last dentist because every visit sounded like a cash register with new work. I went most of my life without needing much work, and my last dentist used up my entire benefit every time I came in. Fountain City smiles addressed an issue I was having that my last dentist said couldn't be fixed and It was just part of having an implant and crown. They rebuilt the tooth next to my crown to prevent food from cramming in between them, and it was really a remarkable price and it only took 45 minutes.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Fountain City Smiles! The entire staff was very friendly and the cleaning I recieved was extremely thorough. The technology in the exam room was on the newer side of things with all xrays and photos being handled digitally. I was particularly impressed with my hygienist, who was so sweet and had such a positive attitude while also working very efficiently and not making me feel rushed. I won't say I can't wait to go back, but I will continue to use FCS as my dentist in the future!

Fantastic experience: A dream! I had become a bit anxious about going to the dentist after a less than ideal experience elsewhere. From front desk to the dental hygienist who helped me (Rachel is wonderful) to Dr. Patel, they were all warm and present and knew exactly what they were doing. They communicated clearly and I never felt in the dark. I felt like a person and not just a thing on a conveyer belt. I foresee going to Fountain City Smile as long as I’m living.

Fantastic experience: A cap came off my front tooth over the weekend. On Monday I called for an appointment and thought it would be a few days before I could get one. To my surprise I was told that I could come in at 11:10 am. Wonderful! I am so grateful for the speedy service.

Fantastic experience: I wish I could give them 10 stars!!! I chipped a tooth while camping/fishing. I googled a local dentist and lucked out! They fixed it in about 10 minutes!! Everything's went so smoothly from xrays to fixing my chipped tooth. The staff was funny and friendly too! The total price was way below what I was expecting! Thank you Fountain City folks! Fantastic experience: I originally went to FCS after doing extensive research on behalf of my very dental phobic partner. Their name came up repeatedly as being kind and gentle, and I'm thrilled to report that was our experience. They allowed my wife time to collect herself, gave her as much explanation as she wanted, and consistently checked in before moving to the next procedure. I was very impressed and began visiting them as a patient myself. The process has been a dream from start to finish. They are clear and upfront about the cost of any work done, they're thorough and professional while they're doing the work, and despite getting a tooth removed and a bridge installed, I've not felt not one bit of pain or discomfort. I recommend them to anyone I know selling dental work; you won't regret going to Fountain City Smiles.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a Dentist that actually LISTENS and does what you WANT done, look no further, Dr. Patel is your guy. I’ve been to 4 or 5 dentists in the last 20 years and always i asked for a partial where I was missing a tooth. No dentist ever did this for me. Dr. Patel took care of it the first time I saw him. Now we are working toward a fixed bridge in another area. I’m beyond pleased with Dr. Patel.

Fantastic experience: I went for a cleaning and exam. The appointment went smoothly. Everyone was kind from the front desk, to the Dr., to the hygienist. I needed a filling and they were able to get me in the following week. That appointment also went smoothly. I did not feel a thing. I had concerns about my retainers fitting but they took the time to make sure my bite was correct before I left.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dentist office since I was a child. I stayed after Dr Patel bought it and I am still 100% happy! Dr Patel really cares about his patients and my dental hygienist, Trisha, is fabulous! I have nothing but wonderful things to say! Also, they unfortunately stopped taking my insurance and I thought about changing. But after this latest visit when I was experiencing a problem, they handled it so wonderfully that I am going to stay. They offer an in house dental insurance plan that I’m going to look into.

Fantastic experience: I woke up Thursday at 9am and hit snooze. Jumped out of bed at 909 thinking this is great, I get to go to my favorite dentist office. I made breakfast a waffle with 9 blueberries and 9 ounces of oat milk. Brushed my teeth for 3 minutes, petted my 3 cats and called my 3 kids. Got in truck and headed to dentist. Arrived 9 minutes early. These guys are awesome. I wish I could get my teeth cleaned 9 times a year.

Fantastic experience: First time visit into the office yesterday because one of my upper molars was really painful. An old filling ended up being loose and they had to give me Novocaine in order to fix it... I was really nervous because I've had past experiences where that process was pretty painful. But the dentist put numbing gel on my gums before and then put the Novocaine in... No pain! I will definitely be going back there from now on. They were very attentive and made sure I was comfortable at all times.

I went yesterday and met, I think her name is Rachael (dental hygeinest), and Dr. Capwell, and they both took such great care of me. I moved here about a year ago, and this is the first place I've come to that I have felt seen and understood, and it was a great experience for me. Especially coming from someone who was traumatized as a child at dentist offices. I had some xrays and am getting a root canal at the referred Endodontics tomorrow, but the kindness, compassion, and welcomeness that I experienced made me know I walked into the right place. From beginning to end. What incredible people. And Rachael (or Rachel), you really are an incredible human being. Thank you extra for your kindness.
