Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with the thoroughness of my teeth cleaning and exam. They use state-of-the-art technology to exam your teeth and bite and any issues you may have. My hygienist, Megan, was very thorough and gentle. She explained everything in detail and suggested a plan for me. Dr. Edwards was very nice and direct about what I would need as well. I highly recommend them for all your dental care.

Fantastic experience: First impressions from this dental office are incredible. I have all the issues with dental anxiety - and with my teeth. The dentist Dr Ryan Torti was thorough kind and left me with so much hope!! The assistant was also amazing. I’m more on the holistic side but the bio dentist route wasn’t getting to any of my issues and immediately felt at ease with this practice. They did a bacteria test to send off to a lab which I found incredible as it will hopefully address some root cause issues! Very excited and hopeful - highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Very professional Doctors and assistants. Consultation revealed I needed an extration. As luck would have it they were able to do it on the same visit. Home recovering and five hours later the numbness is gone and I'm having no pain.

Fantastic experience: Like most people my blood pressure rises when I'm going to the dentist. I've had some not so great ones. I can't tell you the last time I went to a dentist and felt like I actually enjoyed the experience. Even more rare that you find such an overall caring staff to navigate you through your apprehension. Doctors Burton and Torti are class act care givers who show a genuine concern and interest in YOU making you feel like they get it and "we're all in this together". As a first-timer going in I was extremely impressed. A minimalist environment makes you feel like their money and energy is put into the effor being there for you and not all the bells and whistles... although they have a few of those too. I can't recommend this dentistry more. Great area of Franklin and I saw kids there as well. A whole family dentistry. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: My experience at TNCLD has been very positive. For years I’ve struggled with severe dental anxiety much to the detriment of my oral health. I’m grateful to everyone there for helping me confront this situation. Front desk, office ladies, hygienists, dentists and assistants are kind, welcoming and professional. The office is state of the art and very efficient. Dr. Edward’s takes the time to explain the treatment plan and procedures. It is all very transparent as the office prints the plan and pricing. Communication is excellent. Highly recommend this skilled and knowledgeable team!

Fantastic experience: Megan and Dr Ryan were exceptional Going to the dentist is not fun for me but I had such a great pain free visit with them that will not go anywhere else I went today to have 3 fillings replaced and was in and out in less than an hour WITHOUT ANY PAIN! This is the first time I have ever been to a Dentist and had pain free fillings. Thank God that he has invested in the laser equipment and training! I would never go anywhere else!!

Fantastic experience: I have been working with EJ & Dr.Andy, what an amazing team they are. They have talked me through the process Dr. Andy is very gentle along with EJ. VERY PROFESSIONAL!! Great Bedside manners, and makes sure I'm always comfortable as they explain everything they also give me brochures or instructions, on what to expect in the upcoming days as I heal. always calls the next day to make sure I’m feeling ok, they both make you feel like you are the only patient that they have. That just shows me that I am not just another set of teeth they are working on. I'm a patient with feelings sitting in his chair in pain or about to get pain. I love their compassion towards their patience and EJ. She has such a sense of humor that you forget about the pain and Dr. Andy is so thorough in explaining and making sure you understand at a patient level not a doctor level and that means a lot that he doesn’t talk above you or below you but to you the same as with EJ she makes sure that everything is perfect and you’re feeling ok. EJ as well explains everything to you. She has everything ready for Dr.Andy and knows what he will ask for. That is a dream team when you know what's going to be asked for before he even inquires that is great to know they are on the same page all the time. They always say if you need anything call they always answer your calls. I greatly appreciate everything that they have done. And this procedure that I’m having will take a few months I trust both Dr.Andy & EJ to the fullest. It's hard to find a really good dentist. Besides Dr. Edwards, I have been seeing him since he first opened his practice many years ago. When he choose Dr. Andy & EJ to be a part of his team that was one of best the decisions for his practice if I could give Dr.Andy &EJ 10 stars there aren't enough stars for those two. I truly appreciate the practice and patience that he has for me, Dr. Andy, and EJ for always having patience with me since I’m a big baby when it comes to my teeth. Thank you so much.

They always know you by name when you walk in and are genuinely happy to see you. Cleanings are gentle the staff is SO friendly, accommodating and flexible. Fantastic experience: Mmmm. Where do I start ? From Ryan to Chad and all the way to Annette their staff is the best in dentistry I have EVER found. My dental hygienist (I won't mention her name) has the most amazing chair side manner. And no you cannot have her because she's already full. Just kidding . But honestly you won't find a better group of professional anywhere close to Franklin and or Nashville. Well worth the drive folks.

Fantastic experience: This is the first place I’ve gone to in many, many years that actually addressed AND corrected my gums. Turned out I had undiagnosed periodontal disease that was causing me so much pain every time I went to the dentist…so I stopped going for a few years and really got into trouble. The fix was so simple (antibiotics, learning proper brushing/flossing techniques and a VERY caring, gentle hygienist named Rachel!!!). Yes, for about a year I had to go every 4 months for deep cleaning, but it all paid off. Today was my first cleaning in so many years that wasn’t the least bit painful and I’m now cleared for every 6 month cleanings!!! I can’t say enough about this practice and especially, Rachel ❤️

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Tennessee Centers for Laser Dentistry for a few years. All of the staff I have met there are professional and friendly. In my opinion, they are committed to the highest quality dental care services. They assure services are received in a timely manner depending upon the need, urgent or routine. Dr. Torti is the dentist I have seen there. In my experience, he is thorough and takes the time to discuss dental care needs and treatment options, as well as answer any questions. By far, this is the very best dental practice I have ever experienced.

Fantastic experience: I came in for my regular cleaning and as always the front desk was friendly and helpful when I was arriving and when I had a question as I left. My hygienist, Brooke was so friendly, knowledgeable and thorough and best of all, she was kind about how and what I can do to improve my oral health… She and Donna and other hygienists there are always professional and also have such calm and caring demeanors and as they work on my teeth. So I always feel at ease and leave feeling great which isn’t easy to say about going to the dentist typically! I love the staff and dentists at the office of Dr. Edwards and Dr. Torti!

Fantastic experience: The care I have received at TN Center for Laser Dentistry has been great. I recently had to have a tooth extracted and prepped for an implant. Dr. Benson and EJ were so kind and gentle as well as very professional. None of my questions went unanswered about the whole process. They took my comfort very seriously making the procedure very positive. Dr. Burton continues to make the experience of getting an implant as comfortable and painless as possible. Fantastic experience: First, the office is very well decorated and organized. They have the most high tech equipment I have seen in any dental office. Second, EVERY staff member I met was delightful: Meghan my hygienist was excellent, kind, explained what she was doing, and tolerated my humor. Margaret was in and out to assist and was kind and professional. Annette was as kind and helpful in person as she was on the phone. Dr. Torti was kind, explained everything very clearly on my X-rays, and gave me zero pressure for expensive procedures. Staff all communicate with headsets so the office operations are unbelievably efficient. It was by far the best dental office experience I have had in 62 years!! Customer service and competency are so rare anymore that when someone gets it right I just have to shout it from the mountaintop!

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Burton today to get stitches out. after a dental implant. He is always very kind and highly skilled. This was the most pain free implant that I have ever had I previously had one with an oral surgeon, and it cost $1,000 more and was very painful. I highly recommend Dr. Burton for implants.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Andrew Selton extracted a tooth and placed an implant for me. He is a superb oral surgeon, meticulous with details and all the mechanics of the surgery, as well as being a sincerely caring doctor. He is a rare fine and I strongly recommend him. Additionally, Elizabeth, the nurse tech, who assisted was also very professional, experienced, and most importantly for me, a great comfort, when I was having any discomfort! They are a great team!

Megan made my dental experience Enjoyable discussing my teeth health and very doable suggestion for going a little easier on my tooth brushing but was very positive about how I took care of my teeth. Saw a photo of my teeth for first time. Dr Ryan Torti was very thorough and in rushed in appraisal of teeth. In particular I like the cleaning with the water vibration! Fantastic experience: Mistica is quite possibly the most talented, professional, and thorough dental assistant in all the world. From the moment i walked in the door until i left this immaculate office, Mistica and the rest of this super team made me feel welcome, safe, and taken care of. There is no one like Mistica or the people who work at TN Centers! I will be getting my teeth cleaned until I see those pearly gates, which will be almost as pearly as my teeth.

Fantastic experience: Thankful is all I can say. I was in the most pain for months with a tooth. I had seen two previous dentist who could not/did not help me. It was the most incredible pain I’ve had. I’ve taken OTC pain meds literally for months not to mention prescribed meds with no results. They took me in on short notice, and in two hours I was done. Communications was amazing. They were very empathetic and sensitive to my pain detailed everything. I was made to feel like family and reassured everything was going to be better. I had been put off by other dentists for so long, I didn’t have much confidence things would change. One day later, I’m completely pain free! My healing process has been exactly as the Doc told me. I’m completely elated! The procedure has was well orchestrated and professional experience. The highest compliments I can give to anyone! I could not be happier! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I just had a crown put on a back molar and was quite anxious at my appointment. I was so impressed with Dr. Torti and his assistant Mistica on how they treated me. They both made sure I understood the procedure and how long it was going to take for each step of the way. They were both so calm with me. Mistica provided me with water, a blanket, and a stress ball. She was a great assistant during the crown too. I was in and out in 2 hours and everything went great. They even modified the billing down from the original quote because there was less work required than originally anticipated. I didn’t ask for the reduction, they took upon themselves to make sure I was charged properly. I highly recommend Dr. Torti and Mistica. They were amazing!

Donna (my hygienist) was so kind and helpful. She took time to answer all of my questions and reassured me throughout my visit. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr Edwards for 17yrs now. He and his staff have aways been very professional and also have become like part of the family. Thanks to all at Tennessee Centers for Laser Dentistry. Today I had an emergency visit for a severe toothache that turned out to be an infection needing immediate attention. Dr Edwards attempted a root canal after warning complications where possible. Soon after starting he discovered an extraction would be necessary. He spoke with Dr. Burton who is part of the team that handles that. Dr Burton was able to take over and perform what became a very difficult extraction. The result was a perfect job and I am recovering nicely. I am so pleased with the service and expertise at Tennessee Centers for Laser Dentistry. What a great team of true professionals. I’ll be getting an implant after the area is healed sufficiently. Thanks again to all at TennesseeCenters for Laser Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I enjoy going to the dentist at Laser Dentistry. I always get friendly, professional service from check in to check out but with a big dose of friendliness. Donna does a good job of both cleaning and explaining what needs to be watched. The girls at the desk always leave me laughing as I exit.

Fantastic experience: First visit saw Rachel and Dr. Tori. They were phenomenal. Absolutely appreciated everyone's professionalism. They listened to me and were just wonderful. They're a very thorough dental practice and obviously care a great deal about their patients. Definitely recommend anyone go there. Also the front desk staff was so sweet.

Fantastic experience: Im a new patient and had a great experience w Donna (my hygienist) and Dr. Torti. Donna is very experienced and showed me several techniques to improve my at home care that I hadn't known. Dr. Torti was patient and explained things in a clear/concise way using this type of imaging technology that was amazing. I didn't wait long for my appointment upon arrival and scheduling a couple weeks in advance was very easy. Will be going to TN Centers for Laser Dentistry from now on.

The work is painless and quick.The technology is wildly advanced from where I sit, you really feel like you're seeing a dentist in the future. Fantastic experience: Five years ago we needed a new dentist in the area. My husband and I are very picky about our dentist as we have not had very good experiences in the past. From the moment we, including our adult daughter, walked into their offices, we have been welcomed as if we were family. From the office staff to the hygienists to Dr. Edwards and Dr. Torti ALL have made our experience in the dentist office nothing short of amazing! And for someone who can’t stand going to the dentist, that is saying quite a bit. The office itself is also very modern and spotlessly clean! Update: yesterday I needed some extensive dental work done. Dr. Burton, who joined the practice in 2020 was the one to operate. I have never seen him before. He was so kind and had the best bedside manner. Also, while I was in the hot seat, Dr.’s Torti and Edwards both came in to check on me. The kindness exuded by the dental office and it’s staff is beyond amazing! From the dentists to the hygienists, to the office staff NOTHING about them disappoints!

Fantastic experience: Margaret did an awesome job on my Invisalign today and Rachel did a great job at every hygiene appointment I have had with her, she cleans my family members as well. Debbie up front, super friendly and kind. The whole team are more than words can explain.
