Fantastic experience: I love everything about Smile Doctors from the staff to the clean environment. I started my journey back in 2023, just as of nov 21st I have completed treatment and out of my braces yayyyyy go me but the best part of it all is the support Smile Doctors gives you from day one all through out treatment.. Im almost 40 and NEVER saw MY perfect smile until now and I was so overjoyed with a face full of happy tears even down to the song they sing.. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH SMILE DOCTORS!! I will be in every holiday picture this year with the biggest smile!! They definitely have me smiling more!!

Fantastic experience: We no longer live in the area, but continue to travel back here for the excellent care. I’ve trusted this office with all 3 of my daughters’ Invisalign. In our case, the remote monitoring has been very helpful in between the occasional in-person office visit. This clinic has been very accommodating and I will not transfer my children’s care to an another clinic despite the geographical inconvenience. Dr. Adcox’s standards are high and I am picky! I do not typically leave reviews, but this clinic deserves 10 stars!

Fantastic experience: Hello everyone let me tell yall about smile doctors orthodontics in Harker Heights the inside is so nice and pretty the also have a coffee station the adults also a spot for the kids when we walked in, we were greeted with smiles from both Receptionist also, every person that worked there had a smile on their face and spoke to us. It felt like we had been going for years. And it was our first time i can tell they like their job. But let me tell you about Meghane she did my daughter's consultation. And it felt like we have been friends for years, and we moved away and just had seen each other again lol. It was easy to talk to her. She went step-by-step. And made sure everything was answered and me being a single mom, help me out with making a payment plan that fits for me. We also got to meet one of the head doctors i love going somewhere and knowing that the staff loves their job. It makes it so easy for everyone. I know this is probably a run on But it's okay. I just want to say thanks to everyone. I rate them 100/100

Negative experience: Rushed treatment and took off my braces early and when I wasn’t the slightest bit happy with my teeth. My bite is still off and I still have an overbite. I moved to another state and called the nearest smile Drs and asked about restarting treatment since my teeth are still not correct, was told I’d have to pay for a whole different treatment plan. I already paid around $6k for my treatment with them. Don’t want to pay another $3k+ to correct what should’ve been corrected the first time. And be out another total of $9k. $6k and to be unhappy with the results is already ridiculous. They were good until it came to them wanting to get them off. It was bare minimum treatment. I just want to be happy with my teeth and smile

Fantastic experience: I met with Christina and she was honestly super nice and I love how flexible they are with payments and everything! They were able to extend my payment plan as well as lower the monthly payments to make it as affordable as possible for our family! At my consultation I ended up deciding to start my braces journey and just 5 weeks later I finally have my braces installed!! I love the scan box as it makes it easy to track my progress and not have to make so many trips to the office. I would 10/10 recommend this office especially for budget friendly families!

Positive experience: They are a very friendly staff but I do feel that my aligners could have been prepared better to fit my teeth completely. I’m still not satisfied with the way my bottom teeth are and I feel they could have been straighter had the aligners fit more properly and tighter. I asked to continue treatment longer to get better results.

The whole staff was so kind, from the front desk receptionist, to Maria who took my dental x-rays and photos, to Christina who went over a plan and financial options with me as well as the orthodontist Dr. Dillingham. I felt right at home. They truly feel like family. I prayed and asked the Lord for the right team and He truly went above and beyond what I could ever think to ask for in a team. Fantastic experience: I want to update my previous review which was negative. After expressing my concerns, they got me in immediately and really took the time to understand what went wrong. The manager, Yazmin Perez, personally took the time to speak with me both over the phone and in person. When first composing my review I expected nothing out it as I was only speaking from experience, but now that has changed from how they handle my situation, only kindness, care, and concern for my issue. They went as far as comparing old and current photos to identify the issue and figure out how to fix it. What stood out to me was how much they emphasized that my happiness with my smile was their top priority. They truly owned up to the mistake and fixed it right away. I’m genuinely satisfied with how they handled everything from acknowledging the problem, explaining how it happened, and walking me through how it would be corrected. But I can honestly say they went above and beyond to make it right, and I appreciate that!

Fantastic experience: We finished out our care at SD. We had a good experience. They made our last few adjustments easy and painless. The braces removal process was quick and easy as well. I only wish they made retainers in house, but we will have to wait a week to get them.

Negative experience: Got invisalign with Smile Doctor and I follow all recommend wearing having it for 22 hrs a day. I was getting amazing results. But with in about 8 months of the treatment. I have to change all the invisalign 1 time. Got new ones. But with 2 months, I was have major problem with mine guns and whole mouth. I had to get surgery on mine gums and I couldn't wear the invisalign for about 2 weeks. After the invisalign didn't fit anymore. And mine smile went back to what it was before the treatment start it and even worse. So I gave cancel the service. And they are still trying to charge me for the full service without delivering any results. I definitely don't recommend

The friendly staff remembers our names and the appointments are streamlined and fast. Dr. Adcox is an incredible expert in the ortho field. He answers all the questions you might have and is super thorough with making your teeth just right. Setting appointments is easy and the office is a comfortable hangout while waiting for your child to finish. The office has coffee/hot chocolate, massage chairs, toys for kids etc. 10/10 recommend. I noticed a shift in my smile which made me extremely self conscious. I finally made the call to go to smile doctors. Upon entering, the trajectory of my confidence shifted. They made me feel like the most beautiful person in the world and it was consistent through the entire visit! From the greeting to the exit, EVERYONE was extremely nice. I made the choice to proceed with treatment simply because of the way they made me feel.
