Fantastic experience: These guys are pretty efficient and quick. Had to get two teeth on the bottom removed (in front of where wisdom where that I was supposed to get done w long time ago ) and they did it pretty quick and painless. Doctor had good patience since my gag reflex is horrendous.

Fantastic experience: Dr. H was simply amazing I feel so good about the plan he made for me.. they worked out a plan that was affordable to my needs… I told Dr . H my goal he came up with a plan and I’m excited for my smile

Positive experience: The staff was great and the young lady that did my deep cleaning was wonderful. When I was finished, she said “this is your electric toothbrush and an electric water pick. I own both of those. I asked how much were they. She said they were included in the payment I made before they did anything. No one asked me if I wanted to buy either item. When I asked her how much I was charged, she stated $291.00. I told her that I didn’t want them. The other hygienist said “you can take those when you travel”. I requested my money back. The are going to refund my account. If I was an elderly person, I would thought they were free by the way they were presented to me.

Negative experience: Nice people. But you have to pay 60% of your "treatment plan" before they will schedule you any more appointments. Ridiculous. I've never been to a doctor/dentist who required this. I need nearly $2000 in work done. I dont have $1200 just lying around to give you to schedule my appointments. I will not be going back.

Fantastic experience: Alex was very kind and gentle. The dental assistant there provides you with good dental health education. Made me trust them more with the results i want for my smile.

Negative experience: not even gonna lie, this location needs to be left in 2025, by far the worst dentist/doctor i’ve ever dealt with. i was and still am dealing with severe pain in my mouth from wisdom teeth causing me not to be able to really speak, eat or anything. i went to have them look at it, one of the assistants asked me did i want a limited or a full exam, and i told her full exam because of the pain level and because i needed a work excuse/accomodation because i work a customer facing job, where i talk for 8 hours straight. long story short it was the BIGGEST hassle, the dentist barely looked at my mouth he was looking for maybe 2 mins TOPS and just prescribed me meds and sent me on my way. the meds caused me to break out into HIVES and i was sick the whole time that i was on them, and when i asked him and the assistants to include that on my accommodation/leave form they literally refused. all my job needed from them was the dates from which i started-ended antibiotics and they acted like i was asking for each of their arms. makayla? by far the rudest person i done ever met that works in a professional establishment.. i’m not sure why all these ppl in the reviews all on her meat, because she is definitely not nice but anyways she was rude to me, HUNG UP in my face and was rude to my MOTHER when she tried to call on my behalf. But anyway, i do not recommend at all. shoutout to the finance lady though i cant remember her name but she was the nicest person there to be honest, i hope she has a great year. mind yall, my mouth IS STILL IN AGONY.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend, all of the staff were very friendly and it was quick and easy. I broke a filling on New Year's eve of all times, and every dentist in my town was closed for the holidays. This Aspen office was open, and they were able to get a filling for me on the same day as my appointment.

I highly recommend this location. While I can’t remember everyone’s name, Cassandra, Alex, Mikayla, and Dr. H were the ones I worked with one-on-one, and they were amazing. That said, the entire team was wonderful!

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency on a day that my regular dentist was closed. The folks at Aspen were able to get me in immediately & offered a discount plan. Makayla was extremely helpful and Dr. Hirsowitz was professional, efficient & thorough in his explanations. Every single person who helped me (from the initial phone conversations to service in the office- hygienists, x-rays, etc) was pleasant and kind. The office has a fantastic atmosphere! I will definitely use them in the future

Negative experience: The absolute worst company I have EVER had to deal with, I have been dealing with trying to get an almost 3000 refund to my CareCredit account since May. A staff member has hung up on their own employee (from the call center) who called for me and tried to contact them for me. I finally talked to someone from the Trussville office and they just told me okay they would refund it and it has been at least 2 months! And i was told "It can take up to 3 weeks".. This Care Credit is running up my credit usage FOR no good reason and i'm paying a high payment for no good reason. JUST REFUND ME MY OWN MONEY. this has been a nightmare. never ever ever again will i fool with this place. Best advice? FIND A SMALL TOWN LOCAL DENTIST. this is pure corporate greed.

Negative experience: I called Aspen Dental Trussvill for a urgent appointment for dental pain. They got me scheduled for an appointment same day..great then they called me back to tell me to come in early bc the doctor was leaving early..I dropped everything rush to the dentist to be seen. I sat in the waiting room for 1.5 in pain..as people who came after me were being called back before me. I checked in with the receptionist and she said I would be seen soon as people were being called back for different things. I overheared the office staff mention to the dental.assistant that my name has not been called and that they noticed I had been passed up several times. The dental assistant mentioned that they didn't not have my check in sheet and they were unaware I was waiting to be seen. Finally they called me back, I saw the dentist and I'm thinking everything was good to go. He informed me that I would see the hygienist for a special cleaning and he was given me something to numb my hurting mouth. Well then I was pulled to see the billing person who told me I need to pay all this money to be scheduled with the hygienist. Then went to tell me the she was running behind schedule and could not see me today. In order for me to get scheduled for tomorrow, I had to pay. It was Aspen policy. I left there crying in my car from dental pain that didn't not get tended too. I felt like Aspen dental wasted 3-4 hrs of my time and I left hurting more than when I came cause the dentist poked my gums, irritating them even more.

Aspen Dental was the 1st office that made sure I was comfortable, secure, and that everything went smoothly. I was shaking and trembling and they made sure my process was well worth it! Fantastic experience: I really wanted to come and give Dr Ryan and his team love. After having a bad experience with another dentist team, I ran right back to Dr Ryan. Dr Ryan and the whole staff took care of me , and let’s just say it wasn’t easy for them or me. He did a procedure that I didn’t think I was going to make it. However every step of the way one of them was there. BIG BIG SHOUT OUT TO ALEX, and MS SANDRA. Ms Sandra you are what people should and need to see when they come in that door. I will be back on a regular basis.

Positive experience: My recent visit to this office was mostly a positive experience. The only downside was the initial interaction at the front desk. I felt a bit uncomfortable when the receptionist questioned whether I had received their messages—it almost felt like my presence was an inconvenience. However, once I was called to the back, everything improved significantly. The imaging and X-rays were handled efficiently, and the doctor was thorough and kind while reviewing my treatment plan. A special shoutout to Sara, who truly went above and beyond. She made me feel welcome, eased my anxieties, and helped break down the treatment plan into manageable, affordable steps. After years of putting off care, I finally feel confident that I can move forward with the treatments I need.

The dental assistant, the Hygiene Specialist, the dentist himself and also the office staff. Everyone I encountered had a phenomenal attitude. It's has to be the way of the business operation there. Fantastic experience: My first time visiting Aspen Dental in Trussville today. When I tell you my visit went amazing. I came in so much pain. I was welcomed by the pleasant front desk clerks Ms. Summers and Ms. Carol. Ms. Summers even offered me a blanket due to realizing I was a bit cold I thought that was just so sweet! The dental assistant Ms. Ari was so gentle and hands on when I did my xray. Dr. Singh was very informative and made sure he answered anything that I was concerned about. And lastly, Mrs. Sara, top it off very sweet, professional, and informative on teeth work that I needed done moving forwards. Felt like I had already met her before that’s how comfortable she made me feel during my visit literally forgot that my mouth was in pain. If I’m being honest the whole staff was phenomenal!

Fantastic experience: Very easy to do business with, first visit free x-ray and consultation. Prices seem reasonable, and Easy to set appointments.

Negative experience: The Doctor doing the root canal explained well before continuing, but could have given updates along the way. It was a long time in the chair. Dr H needs to slow down a little bit and take a deep break and relax. Remember you are working on real live people.

The entire staff were friendly and informative. The doctor even thoroughly explained my charts and X-rays. I recommend this place for anyone who is hesitant about going to a dentist. Negative experience: Called and made an appt to have my crown glued back on since it was Friday evening and they were open on Saturday. When I arrived Saturday for the appt they said I had to go through a dental plan and would not get the crown put back on today. This was not explained when I setup the appt.

Fantastic experience: Please don't put off your dental needs. Aspen CAN get you started and arrange financial help. They weren't like most dental offices that make you feel bad about the condition of your teeth and help you arrange everything including financing even if you think you won't qualify.

From Carol's please and thank you to Francesca preparing and informing me that the Dr would be with me shortly. (My apologies I didn't get his name but congrats on a new baby!!) They don't treat to like your just another transaction on the assembly line. This diverse team displayed great work chemistry amongst each other. Even as other coworkers whom I didn't get service from such as Cassandra came to the front they wanted to be certain I was taken care of. They have magnetic smiles and positive energy which is something you certainly want to experience from the dentist office!!! Keep up the good work!! Smile often your face has muscles that need exercise too!!!
