He was done with my procedure in 20 minutes and the days following my wisdom teeth removal have been so comfortable with almost no pain. The staff in this clinic was super accommodating and the front desk girls alone were so helpful and welcoming.

When I had concerns about a stitch popping, they took me in and had a Quick Look, of course everything was fine. Huge thanks to everyone there, you guys were awesome!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jepson and his entire crew were absolutely amazing and gentle. I didn’t even have anesthesia just a local shot around the tooth and they got right after it and ten minutes later I was missing the bad tooth and had a implant post in place and will be back in a few months to have the new shiny tooth put on the implant and be better than ever. Fantastic experience: This place is top notch amazing, love love the staff they are so nice an friendly an make u feel comfortable even if u ask dumb questions, I never once had a bad time there or experience, I will tell u why I absolutely love this place, cause one yr I got some work done by baker and had no insurance, an I was a single mom making my 20 dollar monthly payments, well I called one month to let them know, I couldnt make that monthly payment i was worried cause of collections, an she was ok let me take a look here an see where we at, i said ok thank u, there was some quietness then she comes back, an was like ur bill is paid off fully, I was like wait what it cant be, I dont have friends I dont have people like that for me, she was like Idk but u are done paid off, an I cried an cried, cause I knew they paid it off for me, it was like 4 to 600 left, and she was like think of it as a early Christmas gift for ur self an I cried even more, so I was thinking why would they do that they are a business, businesses dont do that stuff they about money not the people I thought, but not here this place is above an beyond out of this world, i will FOREVER CHERISH DR. BAKER AN HIS PEOPLE!!!! I will even recommend him even when he retires, y cause he is the best for teeth, an they just know how to get the right people in there to make u feel comfortable no matter what!!!!

Fantastic experience: Our experience was great. My only suggestion for them would to be to have the family member take the patients phone so in recovery before the family member is back to see them the patient isn’t making videos or phone calls before they are all with it.

Fantastic experience: From the Ladies upfront to the Nurses to the Med Team to Dr Baker what a great experience. Extractions are nerve wracking but they tell you what is going on the whole visit and then they get in and do such a great job. The pain is minimal. I'm so glad I have them.

Negative experience: Overall my wisdom teeth removal surgery was straightforward and quick. The front office staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, Dr. Baker was unfriendly and seemed like he just wanted to get me over with. His assistants seemed rushed. I have a fear of needles so my parents were comforting me while getting my IV, by standing on my side where I wasn’t getting the IV, not in the nurses way. My mom (a licensed phlebotomist) explained to the nurse that using a blood pressure cuff on my arm would help her see my veins, since my veins are hard to see. She didn’t really acknowledge her advice and started pressing down on the needle which hurt me. She asked if it hurt, I said yes and she still proceeded to push down. Then the Dr. took over and what he did to the IV was painless. Once my parents left the room another assistant came in, and aggressively started putting the sedation in my IV. They must’ve thought I was already asleep at this point because the first assistant started telling the other one that my parents were “surrounding her” and that my mom wanted her to use the blood pressure cuff. Totally mocking her. Once I woke up it felt like I was a burden to her. I could hardly walk and she said to me, “You were walking just fine earlier.” in a pissed off tone. This was not a good experience. I expected the staff to be more professional and respectful.

Fantastic experience: You guys are awesome and caring. Dr. Baker was willing to meet me in 10 mins after calling, after hours with a concern and made sure I was taken care of with no issues.

Negative experience: Was told to be there at 7:40. They open at 8. Went to door and it was locked. Not sure why telling us to be there before opening? Lady behind the counter ducked down and ignored us at the door.

Most surgeries I've had (Gahllbladder removal, 3 surgeries in 1 for sleep apnea, etc.) the staff are just used to your kind of experience and are dull to your pain.
