Fantastic experience: What a wonderful and fast experience today from check in by Marina, Lynelle my assistant with Dr. Reich did a great job with my filling even though it wasn’t the easiest job. Adelle was my hygienist who is silly and easy to speak with, cared to make sure she wasn’t hurting me with my deep clean and Bre was the one who checked you out fast and easy!

My recent visits for a cleaning then a filling were so easy because of how kind and attentive both Shiloh and Nyla were. Fantastic experience: Every visit I have to Twin Aspen Dental Center, I am more and more impressed. Each hygienist I have had is personable and even more important - so exceptional in their job! Today, Adelle was my hygienist. My teeth feel so clean! She answered all of my questions and I learned a few new things today. Fantastic experience: My recent experience at Twin Aspen Dental was made nearly wondrous by the care and attention to detail provided by Ms. Adelle. I know the reviews are all about 5-Star ratings but I would rate my experience with Adelle today a 6-Star. Adelle told me what she was going to do and why the processes were going to be for my longterm good before she did anything. Then, she did something uncommon. Adelle asked if I had any questions. And, I did. I softened her up with some easy ?'s like, "Why is flossing good for you if you bleed?". Then I asked about bioactive toothpastes and the role of Hydroxyapetite in the enamel restoration process. She knew all about the ionic attraction stuff. After that, I asked about the purpose of Potassium Nitrate in the toothpaste and was delighted by her description of how Potassium ions temporarilly depolarize nerve endings near the Dentin pores and relieve "sensitivity". I wasn't just testing her to be a butt. I have sensitive teeth because I'm old and I wanted to understand the why and how of toothpaste for older people. Next, she finished the cleaning procedure and was kind, caring and thorough the whole time. I've had four routine preventative procedures at Twin Aspen and Adelle is my favorite Hygenist.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Twin Aspens Dental and everything went well. The facility is really nice with state-of-the-art dental equipment. Wendy was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Made me feel comfortable from the beginning. Dr Richter was also friendly yet wasted no time confirming Wendy’s scans and getting the crown made on-site. Great team and practice. I’m not exactly saying I’m looking forward to my next visit (I mean, who really wants to go to the dentist?) but I feel I’ll get top notch treatments and service here at a reasonable price.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Reich worked diligently to prevent pain with the sensitive nerves I have. Nyla did an amazing job with my fillings and stayed ahead of my comfort during the whole process. Fantastic experience: Wow!! :) I cannot say enough good things about Twin Aspen! From the warm atmosphere when you first walk in, to everyone at the front, I knew it was going to be a great visit!! I saw Alana back on 10/8 for my cleaning and she did such an amazing job! She was very thorough and very kind throughout the whole process! I was told I was going to need quite a few fillings! They got me scheduled so quick and I was seen two weeks in a row to get the work done! I saw Dr. Reich for both appointments! He is amazing. Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying I am a VERY high anxiety patient, probably the worst patient a dentist/hygienist could ask for. The care and compassion I have received from everyone at Twin Aspen Dental Center has been over the top and so appreciated. My hygienist, Shilo, made me feel like I was at the spa. She took all my worries away and made my cleaning enjoyable…did I just say a dental cleaning was enjoyable??? In my short 42 years on this planet, I have never had those words come out of my mouth, until I met Shilo. She is THAT amazing! And Dr Richter, I cannot say enough amazing things about him. When I first met him, I had a tooth emergency that had me in a lot of pain. I was scared, embarrassed, in pain…I was a hot mess. He was so kind and compassionate, reassured me that we would get it taken care of, kept me comfortable and had me laughing throughout the process. I highly highly highly recommend Twin Aspen Dental Center. You won’t be disappointed

Everyone there is just amazing. From the dentists to the hygienists to the office staff, I can’t say enough good things. I have not needed that with Dr. Richter and his team. I am absolutely comfortable and they ensure a comfortable visit no matter what you are there for. The practice is professional, welcoming and are always communicative and takes the time to answer any questions. The staff has taken their time to get to know me and recognize me each time I am in. Recently I had a cleaning done by Adelle and today I had a filling done and the dental assistant was Wendy both ladies were fantastic. Dr. Reich is also wonderful.. can’t say enough about this place. They make you feel welcome and are super attentive!! Constantly asking your comfort levels during procedures and making sure you’re warm enough. I highly recommend them. My kiddo is also very comfortable coming here ❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: I always have a great experience. I have been there a total of 6 times and everytime I go, it is better then the last. This specific visit, Alana the hygienist, was incredibly detailed and spent a lot of time cleaning my teeth. Honestly I have never had a better cleaning experience. The dentist there was also incredible. He showed me on a TV screen where my cavities were and explained in detail each tooth he noticed a cavity that needed work as well as every tooth that was a watch item. Seems like the systems they use are pretty high tech as a lot of what he was showing me I have personally never seen before. Would 100% recommend.

Such as massage chairs and televisions on the ceiling to watch tv while you get your dental procedure completed. Fantastic experience: When I say I have ANXIETY when it comes to the dentist, it's an understatement! I had to have an extraction of my back molar yesterday and they took EXCELLENT care of me. The doc took his time with getting me numb and they were very generous with the nitrous oxide! I literally felt nothing! Had the same experience with my first crown with them a few years prior! Top Notch facility! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: This is very late in coming! I have been asked been a patient at Twin Aspen Dental for over a year and half, during my journey of dentures! Before starting my upper dentures, I checked into finding a dentist closer to where I live. (currently it is 45 minutes to an hour drive). When I realized I didn’t want to change dental offices! I totally appreciate and value, Dr. Richter and his staff at Twin Aspen Dental. I find them are very kind and compassionate, and will continue to go to twin Aspen dental for all of my needs in the future! Thank you, Dr. Richter and Twin Aspen Dental!

Fantastic experience: February, 2025: Dr. Snyder and Lynelle are incredible people and professionals. Last November they removed a molar that was compromised and did a bone graft. Last week they verified that the bone graft had healed and was dense, healthy and thick enough to support a dental implant. Today they performed surgery to place the implant. This is my fourth (and easiest) implant, but the first to be performed at Twin Aspen Dental Center (after 35 years with my previous dentist I switched to Twin Aspen several years ago to be closer to my home). Dr. Snyder and Lynelle are kind, friendly and very professional. They talked me through each stage of the process and checked on me many times to ensure I was comfortable. I was amazed at how gentle Dr. Snyder was during the short surgery. I look forward to completing the healing process leading up to the crown in a few months and am highly confident that this repair will last me for the rest of my life. Thank you, Dr. Snyder and Lynelle, for your kind, welcoming and caring spirits! June, 2025: Kudos to Nora for helping me complete the Medicare “Patient’s Request for Medical Payment” form for an oral sleep appliance. With Nora’s guidance we completed the form properly, included all of the supporting documentation with the procedure code, and with the first try Medicare approved $1,430 of the $1,800 (80%) of the expense. Thank you, Nora!! And kudos to Dr. Richter and his team for the solution to address my sleep challenges.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Twin Aspen Dental. I went in for a second opinion with Dr. Richter and was given several options and decided on a new bridge. Their prices are very reasonable compared to the place I’ve been going to. I went in for painless prep work with Dr. Richter and a couple weeks later I went in for the final setting. feeling a bit nervous, Lynelle was awesome in making me feel at ease and comfortable and her final process installing the bridge went very smooth. I’m very happy with the result.
