Fantastic experience: Nice people treated me well at Higginbotham clinic ...

Fantastic experience: I’ve only been once so far but everyone I came in contact with so wonderful, nice and explained everything to me. The doctor was kind and helpful. Excited to be back this week and get everything going. Very clean, nice office! I would 100% recommend!! Will update after I’m done but no complaints whatsoever.

Positive experience: First time with this dentist. I have anxiety with any dental procedure but I had had a horrible tooth ache for about three days at this point. Was given my full options for someone with no insurance. Offered a discounted dental plan for the year since I do not have dental insurance. Doc and staff were all very nice. I was not 100% so they talked me through everything. Doc was a little rougher than I’m used to but there again I’ve never had to have such a large tooth pulled so I’m sure that was the right amount of pressure for a such a large tooth. The nurse numbed the area very well so I didn’t feel any pain. All around was a good first time experience.

Fantastic experience: Very clean and professional. Felt welcomed. Staff was so nice and when it came to cleaning my teeth they were gentle, took their time, and very gentle. Dr. White was also straight forward and keeps the patient in mind when it comes to treatments and dental planning. I will for sure be keeping them for all my dental needs.

Negative experience: Not going again. I appreciate all the hospitality they offered and everything but they truly hurt me and I know that they know what they did. My Tongue is burnt from some device and I have a huge burn all over the side of my tongue. I’ve never had this before and when I went to a different dentist, they told me it was due to dental equipment. Everyone was nice except for one doctor. I will say Dr White actually seemed to care and I appreciate that. Will absolutely never reference them to anyone. But A+ for the hospitality. Was going to post a picture but I will not post that on google

Fantastic experience: Very professional, helped keep all the members of our family that are nervous going to the dentist calm and told us everything that they would do before doing it.

Negative experience: A child with a scheduled appointment should not have to wait an hour and a half while other patients that got there latter are being seen because of the type of insurance! Walked out after waiting an hour and a half! This is not the first time this has happened!!! Rant over!!

Fantastic experience: Kind and caring people. I got my wisdom teeth removed yesterday and I was absolutely nervous about it. Everyone there was all wonderful working with me. And did a great job removing my wisdom teeth even though they were so difficult. 10/10 would recommend.

Negative experience: Was in severe pain of a tooth that had lost a filling and broken off been sick with it for 2weeks had insurance that would of pd .for it be pulled but cause I have a bill that wasn't my fault last year I needed some work done they had to see if ins.pay .well they called had me come in said ins.ok,ed the work well when I went to leave I was told ins.wouldnt pay.so here I am stuck with 2400.00 to pay out of pocket I was told pay what I could when I could which I had been doing.today they did x rays then came in said they can't do no work on my teeth til bill I owe is paid in full .I could not afford to pay that big bill I asked if they could just pull my tooth that is causing me so much pain .I said ins. Pay it in full they still turned me down so now I am home with tooth that is killing me still.very displeased money more important than helping me get my tooth pulled.i will never return or my husband.very hurt today and left crying cause I have to still suffer.

Negative experience: I had a emergency tooth extraction once from these guys ...the guy who pulled it injected me with the numbing stuff waited 1 min then came and pulled it ...it was extremely painful ...he acted like he didn't wannt to do it

Fantastic experience: I waited so long to get care for my teeth cause I knew I was going in with some issues and worried about being judged but more so just didn’t want to hear what I expected to hear. It definitely wasn’t as bad as I expected and also when I received the care plan so to speak it wasn’t as scary either cause it was delivered so positively and didn’t make me feel as bad but more excited to get it done . Everyone was so nice and very helpful! Dr was easy to talk to and on top of it all!

He and the nurses (staff) wants to be sure there isn't any pain, before a procedure is started. Everyone is pleasant to talk to and helpful with all situations and processes. Fantastic experience: My roommate referred me to Higginbotham Family Dental. ALL of these folks are AMAZING! FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, CARING, making sure that you aren't experiencing ANY pain from a procedure. I had a dental staff like this back in South Alabama & NEVER thought I would ever find another one even remotely close. THANKFULLY, I DID! They are ALL SIMPLY THE BEST!❤️

Fantastic experience: We saw Dr White and he was excellent. He took the time to look at all of my kids teeth and made sure to answer all of my questions. We loved the girls we saw also. I can’t remember their names but everyone we talked to was super nice and pleasant. They all genuinely seemed to care. Definitely will be going back!!

Fantastic experience: Growing up in the bootheel and moving away to Dallas one thing I learned was that Dr.White and his team cannot be replaced! After many trials of different dentist with some bad experiences and lots of money, I found it’s worth the 8 hour drive back home to make sure it’s done right and looks great and that’s exactly what they did. I am 100 percent pleased. A special thanks to Lisa as well for all her kindness and assistance making sure everything was perfect over my series of visits. Yall ROCK!!

Negative experience: The receptionist are extremely rude and could care less about someone's already confirmed appointment. They will cancel on you the day before without notice.

Although I was only there for a regular exam/cleaning, I felt my needs were taken of, or at least addressed. Great staff!

Fantastic experience: Update: 2 crowns and a filling. Super nice and affordable! 2nd visit today had a wisdom tooth extraction done. It was in awful shape and I had been told I could only see an oral surgeon from the last dentist. But this place can do it for you and i didn’t feel anything! I was so nervous but this doctor is the man to go to! And the staff! They know what they are doing. In January I’m having a bridge done and I’m pretty excited with how everything has gone so far! Thank you to the team!

I had a wisdom tooth that was broken and infected, I was expecting a very painful experience and it was very little pain. Fantastic experience: I’m from out of town and had a broken crown. They squeezed me in and took care of the issue so I could enjoy my visit with family. They were so amazing and fit me into their already full schedule. Everyone was so friendly and thorough. I felt welcomed and comfortable. I will be back and recommend them to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I arrived a few minutes early and didn’t have to wait more than 3 or 4 minutes before I went back for my appointment. A very professional prepped me for my procedure and a short time later my Dentist came in, visited a few moments, explained what would take place at my next visit in 3 months. I am getting 2 new implants and this visit was to check how my healing was progressing. My dentist and his staff ar highly trained, highly concerned about my welfare, and always make sure that I get their best treatment.

Negative experience: I understand having policy and procedures. I can deal with the fact that I was late and needed to reschedule. My Issue is if your policy is to reschedule after 10 mins then when I call letting you know that I'm running late at 12 mins then tell me then. Do not have me come to the office fill out paperwork, have me sit and wait for 10 mins to tell me I need to reschedule. But to top it off the lady should have done so in a professional manner and not with such attitude that another nurse had to apologize for it. Paragould location I heard was not very friendly. But I had never been to that location. Those rumors were most definitely true. Just will not go back to Paragould.

Fantastic experience: This was my third visit with Higginbotham in Paragould! The staff so so friendly, very upfront about costs beforehand, & handled my dental anxiety very well! Today, I had a cleaning, root canal, & cavity filled in one visit but they talked me through the entire process. Dr. White has great bedside manner, & was even conversing with me during my root canal & filling to take my mind off the procedure. I’ve had people tell me bad things about Higginbotham, but I have yet to have a bad experience with them.

Fantastic experience: I’ve struggled finding time to get in to see the dentist since I’ve been working as a respiratory therapist. Working 12hr shifts makes it hard to get in to see the dentist while they are open. The hours here make it so much easier for me to still get my dental work done. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Everyone was incredibly nice, in a good mood, and had a smile on their face. Working in healthcare I know that’s hard to do some days. Dr. White and Emily were wonderful and did a great job on my dental work. I’m actually looking forward to future cleanings now. 10/10 for me. Very impressed!

Fantastic experience: I was having bad tooth pain and had left a message, they called the next morning was able to get me in later that morning, talked over my options, and the tooth was extracted the same visit. I would go to them again, and refer anyone to them. They are the best.
