Fantastic experience: I would like to thank my coworker for referring me to Warren Laser Dentistry, this is my 2nd visit. This team is so so amazing, they took the time to make sure , I was okay all the way threw each step teeth cleaning, extractions, and 3 cavities , each time they asked are you okay and made me feel very comfortable. Since I 'm a big cry baby. No tears or pain.Thank you staff & the Dental hygienist for keeping me cool, calm . Thank you Dr. Yousif . Your whole team is awesome!

Negative experience: Based on everyone’s reviews and my own experience, I can say their cleaning service isn’t bad — there’s one lady who does a really good job. That’s probably why they’re getting 5 stars. But for everything else — braces, fillings, or extractions — it’s a really bad place to go. If you’re planning to visit for those reasons, don’t. Save your time and money.

Negative experience: First of all, the price of braces is $5,000, and they charged $3,000 for fillings. I don’t even have many cavities. I had only two deep cavities, and the rest were small ones, but they charged the same high amount for all of them. They took around $250 per tooth, and from what I saw in other patients’ reviews, it’s true — they rush through everything. For each tooth, they charge $200–250 but don’t even spend 20 minutes; they finish in just 5 minutes. They never start appointments on time — it’s always at least an hour late. Some of the assistants are inexperienced and careless; they scratch your gums with their tools. After removing my braces,they damaged my front tooth. When I showed them, they claimed it was my natural tooth. And now they’re saying if I want it fixed, I have to pay again. Are they serious? How can professionals not tell the difference between a natural tooth and damage they caused? It’s completely unprofessional. Taking people’s hard-earned money unfairly will never bring them happiness. Also, be prepared to wait — they always run one to two hours behind schedule. I strongly recommend not going there.

From the hygienist, the young lady( she looked like Alicia Keys) who took my ex-rays and Doctor Amanda was very gentle, informative (all of them were informative). My overall appointment was very good. Everything was done in a timely manner

Fantastic experience: The staff are kind, courteous and efficient. The technology is very impressive and they have tv screens displaying your x ray images so you can see them too. I got a cleaning and they had it done in 3 steps by different people and it made the cleaning process SO much faster. The equipment they use makes things as comfortable as a dentist can make you. They explain what they’re doing so you always know what’s next and what to expect. I can’t express enough how much I dislike going to the dentist. I loathe going to the dentist but I felt comfortable and confident enough to make my next appointment on my way out. If you are afraid of the dentist or have anxiety over going, this is the office for you.

Negative experience: Very bad stuff . If you call for appointment they don’t want to help you . I had hard time to make appointments for my kids also I was trying to make appointments for my mom but it was difficult then I made appointments some where els for teeth removal . I took my kids there Monday for dental exam and they need to fill up paper . She (front desk tall woman ) said she will call me back when doctor filed up the paperwork . I am back again Friday and she said doctors is busy . They will call me when it’s ready . My question to all who reading the review . Do you know why is that? because the doctor it’s self she doesn’t care . What I am thinking .

Negative experience: Horrible experience. The dentist rushed through my sister’s tooth extraction and even turned away to talk while the numbing needle was still in her mouth. They were impatient, dismissive, and lied about how much pain she would feel. This visit traumatized my sister, myself, and my mother. They also gave her no time in between numbing gel and giving her the shots and then taking out the teeth, they did it all at right after another. My sister was crying and yelling in pain and the assistant and dentist both had the audacity to tell her no yelling. Mind you she is an 11 year old child.

Fantastic experience: Very nice and very professional. I could not have been more pleased I highly recommend them.

Positive experience: Technicians were great and the service. Only Issue are ladies working in the front are rude. Nobody smiles talking to their costumers with attitude handling an issue. If they are not halppy with their job just leave. Dental office. Workers should be smiling showing off their teeth to promote the good service.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. Dr. Amanda, the dentist, was extremely rushed and displayed a rude attitude throughout my visit. She did not take the time to answer my questions and even commented that she had already waited too long and couldn’t wait any longer. I don’t believe a patient should ever be spoken to in that way. During my cavity fillings, she worked so quickly that it felt careless and unprofessional. She rushed from my treatment straight to another patient without checking if I was comfortable or if I had further questions. After the procedure, I experienced severe pain, inflammation, and pressure in my mouth—much worse than the normal sensitivity one might expect after dental work. Later, when I visited a different dentist, I was shocked to learn that I still had a very large untreated cavity on my upper left side. This was despite Dr. Amanda telling me all my upper cavities had been filled. The new dentist confirmed that the previous work was incomplete, which explains the pain I’ve been experiencing. Overall, I feel the treatment I received was rushed, careless, and unprofessional. I believe the office misled me about the work that was done, and I strongly caution others against going to this practice.

Negative experience: I will not be returning I do not recommend them for family dentistry service No cleanings were scheduled during the time my daughter had braces close to the time for the braces to be removed well you may have guessed she had several cavities. They attempted to fill her cavities and completely destroyed one of my babies molars we are currently receiving more capable dental care at a clinic in Gross Point MI I will not even mention this clinic to anyone.

Positive experience: I was taken back promptly, but then had to wait more than 15 minutes beyond the time of my appointment.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Warren Laser Dentistry is always friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to talk to their patients, hear their concerns and address them fully with as little discomfort as possible. As someone who has spend many years avoiding the dentist I am so glad I found Dr. Amanda and her staff. Four years and a lot of dental work later, I still have only good things to say about Dr. Amanda and her staff. The office is welcoming, the staff knowledgeable and they are such an amazing team.

Negative experience: Don’t go here unless you are prepared to give them 2 hours. I went for a filling replacement at 10AM today. I was assured that it wasn’t a busy morning when o booked it Monday. It took 1 hour and 45 mins. I was left for over 30 mins alone wondering if they forgot about me, before they even started on the filling.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best experience I've ever had at a dentist office literally every single staff member was on point. They were so nice and so good at their job. I definitely have dental anxiety and have not taken the best care of my teeth. It was such a comfortable, friendly experience I'm so relieved I went here. 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: The receptionist canceled my daughter’s appointment because she wasn’t due for a cleaning until October. When the Dr. saw my daughters baby teeth (the two front teeth) hadn’t fallen out yet and she had one of her adult teeth growing in her gums above them she immediately seen my baby and removed the damaged teeth. I’m so grateful for her addressing the issue immediately. The staff is always so helpful and polite. I love the Warren Laser Dental office.

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for many years and they are always professional, friendly and courteous. They also do a great job. My husband had gum disease when we first started going there and had bad experiences with several dentists before finding Warren Laser Dentistry. He not only no longer has gum disease because he actually goes to this dentist every time he's scheduled, he really likes them too for being gentle and for all the reasons I said as well. Update June 10, 2021, had another visit today and everyone and everything was still great. I highly recommend them. Update December 20, 2021. Had a visit today and they were still great, and the restaurant next door closed and they got there space and expanded the office and staff. It looks great in there. Update December 26, 2022, still very happy with them. April 23,2024,my husband and 10 year granddaughter went today and both were very happy. They were even able to make a 10 year old comfortable and not afraid.

Fantastic experience: I find this dental clinic to be amazing. Dr. Amanda is EXCELLENT and she is a real dental expert! She also hires well and most everyone that works there is very friendly and just wants to help you. The assistants and hygienists that I have encountered are kind, gentle and compassionate. They also have multiple staff members (5) working in the insurance dept, which is very important in dentistry to make sure your appt is covered—and they take almost ALL insurances! A great place to get your teeth worked on! Highly recommend.

Negative experience: My cleaning was a total nightmare. It was painful and rushed. No matter how long I've been without going to the dentist. Neither when I've had appointments for multiple people do I need to stand outside the room to take an x-ray at other dental offices. We normally have separate rooms. Also, they don't even give out complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste, or floss.I definitely won't recommend this place or be visiting for any future appts.

Negative experience: Biggest insurance fraud came in for a cleaning then they told me i need X-rays when i refused they would not service me told me i had to leave My experience with Warren Laser Dentistry has been incredibly disappointing and concerning I've visited this office last year for X-rays What a joke!!!! Negative experience: I called for appointment to have an tooth pulled because I am in very bad pain. I knew the tooth was infected because of the pain in my mouth, neck, and I was feeling light headed with severe diarrhea. Upon arriving the doctor checked my mouth and said she was going to pull two teeth without asking me how I have been feeling, no x-ray was done. I told the Dr that my neck was also in pain, thinking they would give me antibiotics and have me return once my infection was cleared, however she gave me a shot so the teeth could be removed. This was the worst pain I've ever experienced with having teeth removed, had me trying to get out of my seat, she then said tooth is gone, while she continued to pull the second tooth causing me equally the same amount of pain. I feel that this doctor did not care she was causing me severe pain. I left out swearing to myself that I will never come back again, this had been my dentistry office for many years before. I called within one hour of leaving to speak with the owner, the lady I spoke with was very, very rude. I asked her for her name, she said she was not going to give it to me, placing me on hold, never to return until I had no choice but to hang up. I will be making an complaint with LARA as they put my health in jeopardy.

Fantastic experience: Dr George (I think that’s how it’s spelled) she was awesome. Pricing is great even for certain things that my insurance didn’t cover. Staff is very nice, from the front desk lady to the X-Ray guy and dental hygienist. I’m pleasantly surprised with the overall care I received. Thanks!!!

Negative experience: Went.. didn't like it. They created a" plan" for me that involved pulling most of my teeth and at the "reasonable" price of $12,000.. When i informed them that this is a rather monumental ammount i was told "Don't worry ,we have a credit card with no interest for a year..." Suuuure.. because i can cough up 12 grand in one year.. or get crushed by interest on the full ammount. They sent me to an oral surgeon that called their plan insane.. "How are you going to eat if they pull all these teeth then the card isn't approved or approved for a low amount?.. Sounds like a way to squeeze you for $".. I was referred to a diffrent dentist that did pull teeth but 10% of what these guys wanted and was able to save the rest of the teeth for a fraction of the cost. I absolutely cannot recommend sorry.

Fantastic experience: i’ve been taking my son here for a few years now & i went today for the first time going to the dentist in a long time.. they are AMAZING HERE. they were so sweet to me & my baby. they explained everything that needed to be done & we came up with a dental care plan to get my teeth to where i want them to be. from the front desk, the dental assistant, to the lady that did my cleaning (i don’t remember her job title) to the dentist herself (amanda yousif) they were ALL so kind & talked me through everything they were doing. i probably will not go to or take my son to any other dentist office. thank you warren laser dentistry for being so great to us. very highly recommended. ❤️

Negative experience: My experience with Warren Laser Dentistry has been incredibly disappointing and concerning. My entire family; myself, my husband, and our three children, have been patients here, and we’ve faced multiple serious issues, including questionable billing practices and poor-quality dental care. Despite repeated requests, I have not received accurate or consistent billing documentation. I’ve been overcharged, told conflicting information with every call, and when I asked for written communication or a recorded line, all responses stopped. My insurance provider confirmed that the office’s explanations were not truthful. Even worse, the quality of care has left lasting damage, especially to my children. Cavities were never discussed or disclosed until they became painful problems. My son, who had a root canal, was promised a crown. When we returned for it, we were told he was “too young” for one and left with an unfinished, flat tooth. Both of my young children are now in pain from procedures that were not completed properly. I’m devastated by the physical and financial harm this office has caused my family. As a mother, I trusted this practice with my children’s careand that trust was broken. I cannot recommend Warren Laser Dentistry, and I hope others will be cautious before bringing their loved ones here. Update: I’m adding new documentation of the completely in appropriate and disrespectful emails the office has sent me. I still have not received my medical documentation that I have asked for over 10 times with in the last month. I’ve also taken my children for a second opinion, which uncovered that there is a lot wrong with their care.

Negative experience: I had an incredibly disorganized and inconsiderate experience at this dentistry. First, when I showed up, they had no record of my appointment, even though I had spent thorough time on the phone providing my personal information while scheduling the appointment. Then she tells me I don’t qualify for any x-ray coverage yet (just dental cleaning) and I’ll need to have my previous dental office forward her my records. She gives me a email address and I sit back down. She did not clarify to me that she expected me to call them right then and there and have them email it over — as if they would just instantaneously be available for that. After 40 minutes of sitting, I ask her how long it will be and she said, “Did they send the x-rays?” I was so disturbed! Are you kidding me? If you needed this information in order for me to have a cleaning, you should have informed me WHEN I made the appointment. Not while I am standing in the lobby, 40 minutes past my appointment time. The receptionist was careless, unclear, and too nonchalant in her communication. As if I had all the time in the world to just sit there. It was a complete waste and disrespect of my time. I do not recommend coming here.

Fantastic experience: First of all, this Dentist office is busy!! But the service is top notch. Polite and pleasant customer service from the receptionists, the dental techs and the DDS! I hadn’t been to the dentist in years due to a bad experience and I knew I needed dental work because it was becoming harder to chew with abscesses, and missing teeth. The dental hygienist who did my cleaning used a feather touch and was extremely patient and eased my fears. I needed 12 extractions and I was recommended to an oral surgeon which they referred because I didn’t want to be awake for the extractions, and everyone there was also kind and wonderful! The surgery was over and done with in less than an hour and back home to see the rest of Price is Right! I was not in any pain even after the anesthesia wore off. After a month, I had to get fitted for dentures which was again, a great experience. Once I got my dentures back, I was told after wearing them for a few days to let them know if I felt discomfort. I did, and I called to make an appointment to see the denturist. He adjusted them and they feel perfect! He told me to rinse with salt and warm water to alleviate the discomfort and for the swelling to go down. I had this particular issue before I started going there, but the dentures feel better. I highly recommend this dentist office ❤️

Fantastic experience: Took my oldest in and the lady was so friendly my younger two wanted to get their teeth cleaned as well for first time ages 4 and 3. I was surprised at how smooth it went. She showed them both the tools and what they did and showed them on hand how the cleaning tools felt. Made them very comfortable with the whole experience. So happy she had the time and patience for two more last minute appointments. You just never know with kids and with them interested I'm so happy it all worked out.

Fantastic experience: I really dislike going to the dentist, but this was the best dental cleaning I've ever had. No discomfort at all. I'll actually keep my future appointment. Staff was very friendly & professional. 100% would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Omg this Laser Dentistry is awesome, updated, staff is higher knowledgeable, friendly and listens and addresses all concerns. The process is not rushed but service is fast ( depending on procedure). Location is very good free parking also . The Doctors and Staff is respectfully caring, I highly recommend recommend this establishment. Cost friendly as well ❤️

Negative experience: Did not get a new toothbrush and toothpaste and floss but was told I was using the wrong toothbrush and toothpaste and did not feel like I had a good cleaning just a fancy ex ray that wasnt asked for wouldn't couldnt do anything fornjaw tooth gum pain didn't even check my jaw pain . Told I need a bunch of fillings that I have never been told about before and they weren't even in the area I was questioning about.
