I was greeted with a smile and had a couple of questions that were answered clearly. Emilee did a very nice job cleaning my teeth, efficient and engaging. Dr. Castleman was professional, friendly and thorough. Although I have had only a few appointments I am very pleased to be a patient with this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: When my longtime dentist retired a few years ago, I worried I wouldn’t find a dentist as good as he was. I found a different dentist, but after a couple of visits I wasn’t satisfied. Then, my sister recommended Dr. Manegold. He’s been my dentist for a couple years now. He rescued one of my teeth and I’ve been extremely happy with him ever since. He’s very nice and his work is top notch. I highly recommend. Nice staff, too. It’s a good feeling to know that I have a truly caring and skillful dentist. Monica is an excellent hygienist. She is thorough, gentle, and super nice. Saw Dr. Castleman today because my usual doctor, Dr. Manegold, was busy. Dr. Castleman is very friendly and took his time with me. Highly recommend him. Monica great as always. Still a patient. Fantastic experience: I had been a longtime patient of Dr Cox and Dr Mangold until we reduced our summer 2020 vacation time in Ohio to allow more domestic and international traveling. My primary dental care was located in Florida. In the summer of 2022, we returned to Ohio and purchased a "primary floor living" home in Mason, In August 2022 I had Hip Replacement Surgery and the extensive physical therapy program that follows. In October, I had the misfortune of breaking a lower "crowned tooth". It's very important to not have a tooth infection during joint replacements. Dr. Mangold immediately found an office visit opening and reactivated my file. He treated the fracture to reduce further damage to other teeth and gum tissue, agreed to the infection prevention plan and worked up a viable plan for tooth removal and replacement. This year and for the future, we are using Dental Associates as our key provider during extended visits to Ohio. Some Florida dental items are also being moved forward to Dental Associates. We find the Dental Associates to be a great group of dentists and staff who are technically excellent and blessed with great customer service skills. All 10s in my book! CGM

Fantastic experience: Took my teenager in for a cleaning and some tooth pain, he was very nervous. The front desk staff greeted him by name and immediately put him at ease. The hygienist took her time to show him and explain every tool she was using. He said it was very comfortable and pain free! They called us back on time (no waiting!!) and were extremely efficient! If you're looking for pain free, judgement free and on time dental care, I highly recommend them!
