They were very on top as well if making sure any availability for pop up appointments due to cancels that if I could be seen earlier than scheduled. Fantastic experience: My son was referred here for a tooth extraction and he was very unhappy about it lol. But all the staff were so sweet and patient. Dr Safizadeh did the extraction. He was amazing and explained every step of the process, which made me feel more comfortable. Great experience!

Fantastic experience: Everyone in the office was very welcoming and friendly. The office was bright and cheerful. The staff and Dr Nubabi were great and explained what was going to be done then explained the results once they were done. Didn’t have that dentist office feel at all.

Fantastic experience: Great from the get go! It was easy to make an appointment. We filled out the preliminary paperwork online. Check-in was quick and easy. Staff is OPTIMAL! My son is 5 and severely autistic, so treating him very difficult. Dr. C. saw him for his initial exam in the kids' waiting room portion because sitting in the chair was incredibly challenging. Dr C. is the oral surgeon who will take care of my son's cleanings, fillings, x-rays, extractions, everything. He does sedation at the hospital. I feel extremely confident in him and his staff and know that they will provide excellent care for my child. UPDATE My little boy had his surgery today and Dr. C went above and beyond to help make sure he got into the o.r. safely. I absolutely cannot express how thrilled I am to have him as my child's dentist. I could not fathom anyone better! Everything was done in the hospital, out a hitch! After two hours. My little boy was up and playing and singing! Wonderful anesthesiologists R.N.s - everyone was fantastic at the hospital in Greenfield. Thank you all so much for helping my little boy!!!

Fantastic experience: We just moved to the area and I called and got an appointment for my daughter the next day for a cleaning and checkup! Everyone from the staff, to the hygienist, to the dentist herself was so friendly and helpful, and took our concerns about my kid's cracked tooth very seriously. The place was welcoming and fun for kids, and my daughter loved watching her favorite show while she was getting her teeth cleaned. We are definitely going to stay with Hampshire Meadow Family & Pediatric Dentistry.

Negative experience: I had a scheduled appointment with this business and received a text message the morning prior, instructing me to text them back by 2:00 p.m. to confirm my appointment. Due to work obligations, I was unable to check my phone until later in the afternoon, at which point I saw that they had sent a message before 1:00 p.m. canceling my appointment. When I called to inquire why my appointment had been canceled before the stated 2:00 p.m. deadline, they could provide no explanation and refused to reinstate my appointment, despite the fact that I had been waiting for months. I would advise others not to waste their time here. I have attached screenshots.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nubani and Dr. C are incredibly kind, patient, informative, and genuinely helpful. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and you never feel the usual nerves that come with visiting the dentist. The front desk staff is just as wonderful: empathetic, friendly, and always ready to assist. The hygienists are highly professional and go out of their way to ensure your comfort during cleanings. I had an especially great experience with Ella; she made the entire visit smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care in a warm environment with the best doctors.

Fantastic experience: The hygienists and doctors are all so pleasant. They share in depth information with you, taking the time to explain X-ray images and reviewing history/records so you can better understand how they are tracking your teeth health over time and why they are providing their specific recommendations for care.

Fantastic experience: We decided to try this practice after having somewhat negative experiences elsewhere. Our daughter (age 7) has Autism & developmental delay & is absolutely terrified of any medical appointments (regular doc, eye doc, dentist, etc...) I explained this thoroughly when first reaching out to this office, to ask whether they were accepting new patients & if they took my child's insurance. The person I spoke with over the phone was very kind & understanding, reassuring me that the practice was certainly capable of handling children who have special needs & I saw many positive reviews online also about this practice from current patients. When we arrived, it took us at least 5 mins just to convince my daughter to enter the building because of how nervous she was (very common behavior for her). I went in alone while my daughter stayed outside with her Dad & other family members to speak to the front desk about my situation, how we had arrived but were having trouble getting our daughter to feel comfortable going inside. The staff was very polite & understanding, explaining how they'd notify the dentist that we were present & in the process of bringing my child in. The dentist actually came out to the waiting area & spoke to me. I found him to be very sincere, easy to talk to & professional. He was willing to meet & speak to my child right in the waiting room, so to make the overall experience more comfortable for her. We agreed this would work best considering, so he did just that. His kind personality & soft spoken demeanor was well accepted by our daughter who went from screaming loudly at first to actually calming down enough to open her mouth for the dentist & even giving him a high five before leaving. I was impressed at how well we were treated as the family of a very nervous new patient. At no point did it seem at all rushed or stressful. I was so glad we made the right choice by coming here & I do look forward to returning in December for her follow-up appointment with the dentist. Highly recommended, especially for children who have Autism/on the Spectrum, or other special needs. Look no further for quality care & treatment at a clean & comfortable experienced facility! We also noticed that this location was easy to find. Thank you for such a positive experience!

Fantastic experience: They were all very helpful, kind, patient, and nurturing. Many dentists only do the scare tactic, and they don’t care if children end up afraid of the dentist, not this one! I love them, they heard my concerns, they agreed with the treatment I wanted for my kids without scaring them. Very very thankful to have found such an amazing team!

Also just want to add that Pediatric Dentistry must be so hard trying to please both the sensitive patients and the emotionally sensitive parent. During a triple extraction last week, the doctor navigated all that with sensitivity and care. Great work.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this practice by a colleague after talking with them about an awful dental experience. Dr Noelle Nubani is an amazing dentist! I appreciate her warmth and understanding but most importantly her expertise. I went there first to have a chipped tooth repaired. I was grateful that the front desk staff were clear and transparent about billing. I went back for a regular cleaning and the hygienist was kind and gentle with my often sensitive gums. When I chipped the same tooth again, I called the office right away and they were able to see me quickly to make the repair. I was so embarrassed to be in the chair with the same chipped tooth. Dr Nubani was very kind and told me not to worry. She also was communicative about how she would repair the tooth so that it would provide stronger support. I am very grateful for her expertise, as well as the kindness and knowledge of her supporting staff. I felt very safe knowing I was in very competent hands. Thank you to all the staff for taking good care of me and for fixing my tooth!

Fantastic experience: Switched to here from children's dentistry of Chicopee. Very happy the first visit for my two boys. Much nicer atmosphere and better experience overall. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr Nubani and Dr C are awesome! Won’t go anywhere else! They have gotten me in same day on more than one occasion and are totally transparent and have the best bed side manner. They care about their patients and aren’t like any other dentists I have been to in the past. They do quality work and have excellent patient care. The office coordinator/receptionist is also awesome and super helpful always and I love the texts on reminders and updates on cost, appts, questions etc. she is very quick and friendly and is really good at her job!

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is so lovely. Sarah was my 3 year olds dental hygienist and she explained every process and every tool to him before working on him. She has the patience of a Saint. We also saw Dr. Cyrus who was so comfortable to talk to about any concerns and made sure we knew that we can reach out to him at any time day or night if there's an emergency. My husband took our 6 year old so I can't write about much but he looked like he had a great time. Never did I ever think we would have such great experiences taking kids to the dentist. There's a good amount of people I work with who go to this practice and there's only been really positive things said about it. Add our names to that list of people too. *update 10/29/24* My oldest just had some sealants and fillings done today. Dr. Yang and Erica made him feel comfortable and worked so efficiently together. It was impressive to observe that level of teamwork and made me as the parent feel confident that my child was getting the best care. They were both very responsive to my child's needs when he expressed discomfort during the procedure and made adjustments to help with pain. The suite we were in was clean, bright and quiet. We live in west springfield and people often ask why we make the trip all the way out to Hadley for their dentist and this is why.

Fantastic experience: My children have their first appointment at Hampshire Meadow dentistry yesterday. They both came out with wonderful smiles. I like the bright fresh energy place, The thoughtfulness of the dentist who greeted them at the door, gave them opportunities to choose what would help them feel most comfortable, and walked them out. My son said, “This was the best cleaning he had in ages”, and his teeth were a glow. Both kids stated the second we got back in the car, “ I am glad we switched to this practice”!

Fantastic experience: I have been here several times and this review is overdue. I can't say enough about the staff and work done at this adorable office. On arrival you're greeted by a warm and thoughtful space that feels further from any dental office I have been to. Then the front desk immediately greets you and not long after you're sitting with either Doctor Noelle, Cryrus, or another engaged dentist. All are wonderful and kind plus the work product is great. My crown feels completely natural. Go here if you can. Great with kids and adults and you're supporting a sweet community at the same time.

Fantastic experience: Had my first teeth cleaning after becoming a patient. Can’t express enough how great it was. For someone who is bad at keeping up with flossing, I was told I still have beautiful teeth. A gentile reminder how important flossing and daily hygiene is important, they aren’t wrong! A day later and my mouth already felt fantastic and new! They are friendly and affordable! Their communication with you for appointments, payments and everything else is also exceptional! Fantastic experience: So grateful for the care we just received and so happy we found Hampshire Meadow . Was well worth the 2 hour drive . We needed adult dental care under general anesthesia for badly broken front teeth ; the wait in Boston area is more than a year and a half and patients are not really at all part of the process . After assessing the situation , Dr. C and Dr. Nubani developed a plan to make it all happen, with compassion, skill , technology , innovation, determination and an excellent team . I am amazed and so relieved and happy to see my daughter’s beautiful smile again. If there were more people demonstrating this kind of passion, competence and kindness — what a world it could be . My son was comfortable the whole time and everything was explained in a way that he could understand. He left with more confidence than when he went in. Fantastic experience: Dr. Nubani, Lizzy, and all the staff are amazing. I had a unique situation in that I had six temporary crowns put on in Florida but needed to find a dentist in Massachusetts who could put on my permanent crowns (it's a long story that involves a move north). I wasn't sure what to do when someone recommended Dr. Nubani to me. She is fantastic. She is very kind and gave me an honest appraisal of my situation. They got me in as soon as they could and exceeded my expectations in what they were able to do. She even caught that my root canal still had a temporary filling in it six months after the root canal. She put in a permanent filling on the spot. Lizzy, who works at the front desk, is amazing too. She explained all the financials and guided me through the whole process. She was very kind and compassionate and checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well. The dental assistants were also wonderful! I am so happy to have found a dentist and a practice that I want to to keep for life! Thank you to everyone there!

Positive experience: I had an emergency adult appointment for a painful tooth. Dr Nubani was wonderful, thorough, friendly. Lizzie , at the front desk was also, and she even called me the next day to check in!!! The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that i was taken to an exam room for 3-4 people, not even curtains- and the young woman who took me in didn't introduce herself, looked about 16 and had NO bedside manner. I asked for a private room and had to wait but was given one. I will return as I liked Dr Nubani very much.

Fantastic experience: My 8 year old son is high functioning autistic and is very sensitive to being checked out by the doctor and dentist but everyone at Hampshire Dental is so good with him. Ella worked with him today and she was amazing...got him to have his teeth xrayed!! Dr. C is awesome...on his day off and offered to check his teeth and dental work. I highly recommend this office for children of all ages!!!

Fantastic experience: The pediatric hygienist, Sarah, was absolutely amazing with my 5yo daughter. We had scheduled our cleanings during the same appointment time slots and she was able to successfully keep my daughter at ease with her exam and cleaning until I was able to join them. Sarah made my daughters experience fun which is a major accomplishment and deserves recognition.

Fantastic experience: The team at Hampshire Meadow are amazing! Eileen is some sort of tea stain erasing wizard. The wonderful humans at the front desk are not only efficient and kind but also flexible. They slipped me right in after receiving a cancellation. I’m grateful for the whole team’s great work!

Fantastic experience: Good place. They treat their patients with kindness. My son just started going there and when I asked him if he liked them, he said “a lot better than the last dentist!” There office is small but it’s very cute. They have a cute play area for the kids who have to wait. My daughter loves it. I’m going to switch my daughter’s dentist to here! It’s cool because both adults and kids can go here! So it is very convenient for parents or just patients in general.

Fantastic experience: I can not recommend this office enough! My kids absolutely love it there! The staff is amazing at what they do and amazing with the people/kids. My very first experience there was due to a dental emergency with my year and a half old child and they were able to see her right away and took care of everything she needed done in a fast and very fun way for her. Again, i can not recommend them enough!

Truly exceptional experience every time I have been in the office.

Fantastic experience: If I could leave 10 stars I would! Dr. Nubani is by far the best dentist i’ve ever been to! I would recommend anyone; and have recommended friends and family to Hampshire meadow family dentistry. The office staff is so helpful, and Dr. Nubani and hygienists are superior! Both myself & my wife are so grateful for your expertise!

Fantastic experience: Ella was my hygienist for my first visit at Hampshire Meadow. I had high expectations because my daughter and her family love the practice as well as my husband who has recently had his first visit and treatment. Ella exceeded my expectations. Thorough, expert, great advice and instruction and very focused. I met Dr. Nubani as well who reinforced the findings of Ella and echoed the instructions Ella had given to me. A most delightful first visit!

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to recommend the folks at Hampshire Meadow Dentistry. I have been a patient since they first opened their practice, and I wouldn't go any place else now! Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff and providers. Everyone is incredibly nice, thoughtful, and thorough. Dr. Cyrus is amazing at what he does. His attention to detail and the care he has provided to my children is beyond measure. By far the best pediatric dentist out there. So thankful we found this dentist office for our family.

Fantastic experience: Blown away by the outstanding bedside manner, customer service, and professionalism of every individual at this office. My 6 year old daughter had an appointment that not only exceeded our expectations, but far surpassed every aspect of her previous pediatric dentist. Could not recommend more, they are so great at dealing with the kids, my daughter watched bluey and just sat back! Already made an appointment for her brother, this is definitely my kids' dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I started having tooth pain and did not have a dentist in the area. I was able to schedule an appointment with them online, which I found very convenient. I was seen by Dr Cyrus, who answered all my questions and did the procedures required, all in a single session. I am very happy with my visit to Hampshire Meadow dental.

Fantastic experience: They started the appointment right on time. The three different folks who looked at my teeth were very informative and professional. Special shout out to Dr. Nubani for coming up with a comprehensive plan for my teeth, and recommendations for work that they did not do in-house!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. C and the staff are amazing! They were so attentive and caring for my son. They went above and beyond to ensure his comfort emotionally and physically during and after his dental procedure. We travel far just to be seen at Hampshire Meadow.

Fantastic experience: Update : my original review was from the first year the place was open and I feel the same way I did when I first started going! no one else I would trust more with my teeth and my kids teeth! They truly care about there patients! Original review: I cannot say enough good things about Hampshire Meadow! They seriously take the fear out of going to the dentist and make you just as comfortable as you would be at home ( maybe even more comfortable considering all you have to do is lay back relax and enjoy your favorite show on tv). They are all truly so kind and caring! Last year I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed & I was scared & hard heard so many horror stories but I literally did not have any discomfort or pain. Even afterwards I expected to have swelling but nothing ever happened, no swelling no pain! I cannot recommend them enough! If you are going to trust anyone with your smile then it should be them! -Mikaela

Fantastic experience: Excellent first experience with our 14 month old son that chipped his tooth. This practice was recommended as the best Pediatric in the area and I can see why. Patient, calm and personable!

Fantastic experience: We were referred by our dentist to Hampshire Meadow Family & Pediatric Dentistry for future care for my daughter.. THANK GOODNESS!!! The office is inviting, everyone was personable, professional, and explained everything to my daughter in real time as it was occurring. The office has more advanced technology than the office we were referred by, so X-rays were taken much quicker and less awkward than my daughter was accustomed to. The transition from arriving as a new patient to meeting the Doctor was also quick, but not rushed. We left feeling optimistic about her future treatments and the care she'll be receiving. Did i mention they had TV screens available and my daughter was able to watch Netflix?!!! That was probably her favorite part! We will gladly travel the hour plus commute going forward! Dare I say, we're excited for our next visit!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nubani and Dr. Safizadeh offer a plethora of options to 'make your mouth happy' again! Their clinic is incredibly inviting with a bright and open atmosphere yet each patient room provides much privacy. All staff feel like family which contributes to a warmly welcoming environment.

Fantastic experience: We have been to this place, now, three times — and we continue to be grateful for the excellent staff and how helpful they are. My son’s first experience with a dentist was not particularly pleasant, so we are consistently happy to have found these folks. We have had only positive experiences here. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I wish other medical offices would use the communication by text message for "cancelled appointments" availability notification. This has been the best method of making an appointment, as they come available without the constant day-to-day call-in to see if there is a cancellation to get in. I really appreciate this and am very thankful for your hard work. I was able to finally get my daughter in, as we missed the last appointment due to illness, without waiting till next year to get her in. You are amazing! Fantastic experience: Update: got my daughter in for some dental work she needed. Such great service all of staff had such positive attitudes and were so sweet and kind to my daughter. I figured I'd have to wait in the waiting area or across the room they let her choose for me to sit right there with her. I highly recommend this office! It's a bit of a drive for us but absolutely worth it. ***************************************** As someone in the dental field who needed a place to bring my daughter since my office doesn't have nitrous available... I can honestly say 100% I am so very happy I found this practice for her! The Dr was professional and after months of my daughters anxiety eating her up inside she left there confident and telling me she has nothing to be scared of anymore. From the bottom of my heart thank you all so much. ❤️

Fantastic experience: I recently had a tooth fixed and capped. I didn’t know what to expect but prepared for the worst, because I had been told that it would be a 3 hour procedure. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience; from the helpful and friendly office staff , to Dr. Safizadeh’s assistant who did her best to make sure I was as comfortable as possible, to Dr. Safizadeh, who was upbeat and positive, and explained to me in clear, understandable terms what he was doing and why. I am excited to have found a dental practice that makes me feel so comfortable and welcomed!
