Negative experience: Very useless treatment. They make you review and say nice stuff for a $5 gift card. The root canal was painless but slow and they guaranteed me that I was good for lifetime but just 6 months in and I have the same toothache. I keep proper dental hygiene like they told me to but still the problem came back. The lady there forced me to have RCT right away but my they didn’t take my health insurance at all so I paid over 3.5K out of pocket and yet the pain is back. Don’t recommend it

Fantastic experience: Wish I could give them more stars! They definitely live up to their name - best bedside manner I've ever received from both the dentist and hygienist. I had a scaling and a tooth extraction and everyone I met with during both visits were so kind and comforting. I'm one of those "I hate dentists" people hence the scaling, but looked at the reviews after being referred by someone in the neighborhood. The reviews do not lie! I wouldn't say I'm looking forward to my next check-up but I am definitely not dreading it.

Negative experience: On October 5th I visited this office for pain in my right gum and I could not eat. I have Health First insurance but it was difficult to find a dentist and I decided to go to this Dr. He charged me $150 for the visit including the X ray. He sent me to a Dentist. I called my Doctor in Jackson Heights and had an appointment on Monday, October 7th. What a surprise I got when he told me that I DID NOT HAVE ANYTHING, that it was just a small inflammation from something I ate and hurt myself with. That that would happen to me. And really, I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING anymore. I was spared from SURGERY. A second opinion is important.

The doctors provide a range of services, do high quality work, and spend time with you addressing your concerns and questions. One thing that really sticks out to me is that I’ve never waited more than five minutes in their waiting room. They’re very diligent and flexible with scheduling and clearly care about their patients. Recommend to anyone looking for a new general or cosmetic dentistry practice.

I came here after Tend dental (bougie dental clinic) who, in order to schedule a new appointment, I had to give into their consultation appointments for upselling other items. I decided to change and saw the Google reviews here, and it was def. worth it! Everyone was extremely friendly, patient, timely, and gentle with care. The minute I walked in, the front desk team Sandy & Daniela were super friendly and accommodating. My dental hygenist Wendy was very friendly, careful and gentle with my teeth, always checking in to ask if I'm doing okay and if she needed to shift/adjust in case I experienced pain. As someone who sometimes is fearful of going to the dentist, she alleviated those fears, and did an excellent job of cleaning. Both she and Dr. Davlatov also went through my exam / X-ray, and both were very helpful and clear in providing information. Afterwards at the front desk they even gave me a little bag with some dental goodies! All in all a great experience- I will definitely be a return customer !!! So happy I now have a new, great, neighborhood-friendly dental clinic!

Well, I got so very lucky when I chose Dr Amir . He really listens to your concerns, is very gentle and did a great job extracting my cracked rear molar painlessly. Fantastic experience: I’m always happy with the service provided by Patient Friendly Dental. This is the only Dental office I ever went to. I saw the father and continued with his son. As previously stated at a week from my 71st birthday I’ve been seeing a Dr. Block since I’ve had teeth. I’ve only been through 2 extractions both wisdom teeth. There were a few root canals, weposts, and crowns along with fillings but the Block family was in the business saving teeth as long as the roots and bone are intact. So far my first two visits without a Dr. Block have gone fine. I am happy to see Dr. Dennis in the Office when I come in even if he no longer works on me.
