Negative experience: I have waited for 3 days for the office to call back°°° Get a load of this one....never have ever experienced this....Mom went to the dentist and 2 teeth are infected so they have to be pulled...but 1st she needs antibiotics. So they prescribe her Amoxicillan....which she got so sick from them! She ate prior. I am the same!!!!! So I called

Fantastic experience: I brought my daughter to Titusville Smiles for sealants today. We normally have them done under sedation at another office, but they were willing to give it a try. My daughter is not the easiest patient, but Dr. Hoang and her assistant Kemarie were so patient, kind and accommodating! They really went above and beyond for her. If you or your child are a nervous dental patient, I would highly recommend this practice. They are willing to go slowly and explain every step in the process to put your mind at ease!

Fantastic experience: I brought my son in for a cavity first time patient. They took us in checked him out and even filled the cavity same visit. That’s so awesome never heard that happening before! Also the dr and staff the best ever. Took really great care and patience with our autistic son. Just amazing visit. But don’t go there I want them all to ourselves!!!!!!!!!!

My dental care was overdue and I needed a lot done but they were very accommodating. Every single person I met was extremely personable and communicative. Fantastic experience: I had an amazing visit at Titusville Smiles Dentistry! I went in for a cleaning with Ashley, and she was absolutely wonderful—so gentle, friendly, and thorough. I’ve also had other hygienists in the past, including Michelle, Rachel, and Emily, and they are all fantastic as well! I love the whole hygiene team, and the hygiene assistant Brittany is always so kind and helpful. When it came time for treatment, Amber held my hand because she knows I don’t like getting numb — she truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Saleeb made the entire experience painless and easy. He is incredibly kind and explained everything so well, which helped put me at ease. The front desk team was welcoming and efficient, making check-in and check-out super easy. And a special shout-out to Taylor, the manager, who is amazing—so friendly and clearly cares about patients and her staff. Overall, an incredible experience from start to finish. Negative experience: They violated my civil rights told me I couldn’t come back because I have a seizure disorder I hope everyone stays away from this place what a joke

Negative experience: My husband and I both had a appointment for a cleaning. They wanted to take x-rays. They said the x-rays would be no charge. They told me the xrays showed advanced periodontal disease. They told me I would need very extensive future cleanings. I was surprised because I had a cleaning at my previous dentist less then a year ago and he didn't find any issues. My husband was given almost the same diagnosis. Except that he had a cracked tooth. We decided to go to another dentist for a second opinion even though we would have to pay out of pocket. We weren't surprised when the dentist found no such issues or problems. I

Negative experience: Said they took my plan when paying for the first appointment but later tried to charge me full price when they dropped the plan. While they did offer another plan it was much more expensive. Felt like a bait and switch

Fantastic experience: Titusville Smiles is one of the best dentists I’ve been too. Dr. Hoang, Michelle the hygienist and her assistants make my experience there great! They’re professional, friendly and they always make sure you are comfortable. I’ve always hated the dentist and now I can say I’m more comfortable with it now then I ever was.

Negative experience: I had the worst customer service experience today with Titusville Smiles. I had a scheduled appointment, to which I was going to arrive a few minutes late due to a car accident that rerouted traffic. I called to inform the office and spoke with Pam, who replied, "I will let them know, and see you when you get here". I arrived about 8-9 minutes late, and was told by Jessica, that because I did not confirm my appointment the day before, I was removed from the schedule. She said the office had sent text messages, but I did not receive anything. When she sent a test text message in front of me, I also did not receive that test. What I had received, which I showed her, was an email from the office that confirmed my appointment, and said, we'll see you soon. There was no call to action in the email, alerting me that I needed to respond. Further, when I called on my way to let Pam know I would be late, she also did not alert me that my appt had been canceled. This appointment was actually a reschedule requested by the office, due to issues on their end. So, I had been flexible in rescheduling my initial appointment for them, but didn't receive that same flexibility and consideration with my appointment today. If the policy is to confirm every appt in order to keep, that policy should be clear across all communication - both email and text. The email shouldn't read "confirmed - see you soon", but the text says something different. And if you are going to take action based on a texting system, you should make sure it is actually reaching the intended receiver. Jessica offered to reschedule, but did not do anything to try and fit me in or accommodate my appt, and was seemingly unbothered by my frustration. No manager was available either to further discuss. I have a very busy travel and work schedule, which is why I book and plan appts months in advance, and now I'm not sure when I can get in next. This office has experienced turnover in dentists and office staff, but the reason I have stayed is because of Emily and how fantastic she is. After today, I'm not sure that she is enough to keep me and my family as clients.

Fantastic experience: Rachel is fantastic! Always friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough. She explains everything clearly and genuinely cares about her patients. I will definitely be back!

Negative experience: Lied or has no idea on the law to us. Had an appointment, they told us that Florida law mandates your driver's license be scanned into this systems. I know for a fact that there are no laws on the books like this. Further, why would any business want to store personal information like this and be responsible, especially is this day and age where data breaches are so common and thwarting the bad guys is so difficult. We pay cash so no insurance requirements and even if insurance was there, they only need the policy number and persons name, there are zero mandates to get a copy of government ID's, again, why would you want that culpability for this liability. Based on principle alone, either being clueless to the laws and citing a law that does not exist to manipulate you to voluntarily let them copy and keep your ID in their file system or flat out lying to customers (I have no idea which it is), we declined and will go elsewhere. If the front office is like this, cant imagine what the back office is like.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing visit! I haven’t had my teeth feel this clean in years! Michelle was the best and really takes pride in what she does, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I’m really looking forward to my next visit.

Fantastic experience: 11/06/2023 This is now an update to my previous post. I continue to go to Titusville smiles and the staff continues to be friendly and accommodating and Emily is my personal hygienist very professional very friendly. I have not met Dr Tatiana yet but that is going to happen on my next visit. April 6th As always Titusville Smiles Dentistry staff and doctor a very professional. With a friendly attitude and welcoming experience makes going to the dentist a lot easier September 27 Titusville Smiles continues to provide excellent service. Dr. Saleb and staff are outstanding

Negative experience: Terrible. $690 to clean my teeth. Said I had many things wrong. Yet, I have had my teeth cleaned every 6 months my entire life. But this hygienist found all kinds of so called problems. I just moved to Titusville, so I called my last dentist and drove 2 hours to see what was wrong. NOTHING! Titusville smiles is trying to inflate everyone's bill. I much rather have an honest dentist that cares about me, not money! And they told me I need a crown, on the wrong tooth!!!

Fantastic experience: Rachel is the reason I keep coming back!!!! The whole crew is fabulous, Dr Salib is great. But Rachel is a gem. I have a little dentist trauma from childhood. She makes me feel very comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Titusville Smiles is a wonderful place! The staff are caring and positive. I enjoy going. I have honestly never been treated so well at a dentist office. The staff are professional AND happy. Yesterday I had a cleaning then went back in the afternoon for a filling in a front upper tooth. The needle placement for this injection is not my favorite! I absolutely felt no pain! I would highly recommend Titusville Smiles.

Negative experience: My last visit wasn't very pleasing got charged to do xrays an check out my issues only to have 2 out of 3 machines not work an i still pay an never got any xrays to my email even after requesting them after my appointment for xrays from the 1 machine they got to work an my previous xrays so that i can get help the next day at another appointment they said i needed to take care of..there was no email for me to give my oral surgeon they tried to contact day of appointment an got voicemail.. Very disappointed when all i want is better health

Fantastic experience: This is the one and only place you’ll ever need for your dental needs. Warm welcoming friendly staff greets you by name and with a smile as if they really do like their jobs! Come to find out they do and it matters! No one “likes” the dentist is not an issue here! I’m ready to go back and work on this smile. I’ve never felt so taken care of in my life! The staff is accommodating and gentle. They understand your needs and do everything they can to make sure you are comfortable. 10/10 recommend.

Negative experience: Dunno what’s happened but this is not the office that it used to be. Go for a check up and cleaning and get hardly a check up and no cleaning, just told that they need to do a procedure that insurance doesn’t cover much. Let us know and chased out the door. Next day get email and text that I’m over due for my visit. ?!?!?!! Wow.

Negative experience: The office staff is incredibly unprofessional and incompetent. 1st visit: I did all of the paperwork online. I got there, and they said I didn't do it. They performed the check on my two daughters and said it was covered by my insurance. A month later, i got a bill for $400. I called, and they said it was an insurance issue and to call the insurance. Turns out, they performed an exam on both my 4 and 6 Olds that should not be performed on anyone under 12. Therefore, my insurance refused to pay for it. They also gave my children a doctor that was not covered by my I surance even though they had my insurance information. 2nd visit: I got 3 confirmation texts saying my daughters' appointments were at 4:30. I got there at 4:30 and the very rude front staff said my appointment was at 4. I showed them the texts they sent, and they didn't care. They said they had one appointment at 4 and one at 4:30. I said we'll one child can still be seen. They informed me that the hygienist had already left for the day, even though there was a scheduled appointment. Very unprofessional "business".

Fantastic experience: From the first time I called until I walked out the door I was met with kindness and professionalism. Please forgive me if I misspell anyone’s name, but Jessica, Britney, Rachel and Dr Hoang were very patient and knowledgeable. They explained everything from appointments to dental procedures and billing to a T. As with every dental office I have been to,I wish the cost was more manageable but I feel confident the work I need done will be executed correctly and as painlessly as possible by their team. The office itself was clean, inviting and decorated nicely. The equipment looked state of the art. Would recommend.

Negative experience: I parked behind the building for lunch at a nearby restaurant, assuming the lot was for restaurant customers. Unfortunately, my car was towed, and I later learned it was the employee parking lot for Smiles Dentistry even though the signage was unclear. When I called the dental office, they claimed they hadn't called the tow truck, but the towing company said otherwise. Very disappointing experience with unclear signage and conflicting information.

Negative experience: Update 5/27/25 I was there to make a payment today. They rejected my offer of $100.00 USD I just they're regional to accept American dollars. Now brings my debt balance down to $86. What should I wear the next time? I have some money. The snow is legal, tender for all debts, public and private. I went there for basic free twice a year Cleaning and to look at a broken tooth. I ended up being pushed into a very expensive Deep cleaning and sent to a specialist who looked at other teeth but not the broken one and I've since had a couple $1000 worth of bills for what I thought would be an almost free experience. I am so disappointed in this, " up sale" that I'm getting ready to even get rid of my dental insurance and depend solely on the V A.

Fantastic experience: The staff made my experience amazing and painless from start to finish. Dr Kolli was not only incredibly professional and understanding, but he was patient with me through the entire process. Jackie and Tracy were a joy to interact with, and made the set-up process easy for me and my wife. I feel so much better after my procedure, and can not wait to return again for required follow-ups.

Negative experience: Today was my first and last visit to this office. As a hygienist myself I was appalled at the fact they are charging a $45 out of pocket fee to do an oral cancer screening!! That should be included in the exam if you care about your patients overall health. They forced a panoramic xray on me which is not at all necessary when we were already going to taking a full set of xrays. What a money making scam of an office. The hygienist I had doesn't even know what she's talking about and was concerned with trying to tell me what I need than listening to me as I know my mouth and have been in this profession for over 10 years. It's so sad to see that they don't actually care about the individual patients needs just about making you sign a bill as soon as you sit down. Disgusting

Negative experience: They have an agreement with the insurance companies for their rates, but they file claims at higher amounts. To even it out the cost, they come up with bogas charges to make up the differences. They force the patient to pay those difference. This are very dishonest businesses practices. They also have a high turnover rate with dentist. I tried to get in contact with the office manager, after several attempts and never got a call back.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time seeing Dr. Hoang and I love her. Was considering moving dentists because of how hard it is to get an appointment here, but going to stay because I appreciate Dr. Hoang's multi-faceted approach and willingness to discuss my dental issues while giving options.

Negative experience: This place can't be bothered to answer their own phones. I called for an emergency tooth issue due to a recent filling. Their call center put me on hold while they called the office (this place) to make an appointment. While on hold it forwarded me to a voicemail that says, "No one is available, goodbye." And then the line disconnects. I don't know how lazy you have to be to not answer a phone but this place excels at doing the least they possibly can.

Negative experience: The staff and dentist completely ignored my care requests for my ill, frail brother. I spoke with a staff member the day before my brother’s appointment and spoke to the hygienist just before treatment started. I was completely ignored. Also, be very aware of what their examination includes and what you will be charged for. Absolutely horrible experience.

Fantastic experience: As a new patient, I was very impressed with their organization and how efficient they were. They explained everything they were gonna do and were very gentle while doing the cleaning. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a new dentistry

Fantastic experience: I came for an appointment and the ladies at the front desk were very nice, and the wait was very short. I was done with everything very fast and the cleaning went by smoothly thanks to the assistants and Dr. Saleeb. They are honest and reliable. My family and I will be going back, and recommend others to see him. If I could give them 10 stars I would .

Fantastic experience: Today was my first dental visit in 14 years (only 2 cavities ), and I have to say I picked the right place to go to!! I forgot her name, but the lady who did the X-rays was awesome. She explained everything that would happen, explained the new technologies in dentistry, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process! Dr. Saleeb came to check on me and went over my X-rays and explained my treatment plan in detail. Ashley did a killer job on explaining everything and getting my teeth all nice and clean, while also being gentle at the same time and making sure I was comfortable. I definitely recommend Titusville Smiles, I'll be back every 6 months now.

Fantastic experience: I was treated so very nice and with expert care. All my questions were answered and more. I’m thrilled I found this office. I also am glad you took my insurance and out of pocket charges are not outrageous. I’ll look forward to my next visit which I’m sure isn’t something you hear too often when going to the dentist ;-)

Negative experience: This place seems to turnover every single one of their dentists with each passing season. I was told I would only ever have to pay for Invisalign treatment once. Turns out that was a lie because each one of them wants their pockets lined to provide you treatment. “We took too long to finish your treatment so let’s go ahead and start over. Also, we can't keep dentists employed so please pay another $1,750 on top of the $1500 you've already paid." Also, don't expect this place to quote you an accurate price with your insurance as they seemingly don't know how to submit a claim. You have to do their jobs for them, or they'll bill you directly instead of your insurance.

Negative experience: Tried to book an appointment, had to schedule out 3 months, they assured me they would be able to get me in sooner if somebody's appointment cancelled. That of course never happened, and then when my scheduled appointment date comes they have to reschedule for a week later. Fine things happen, but then turns out the date/time they scheduled me for was during a time when the dentist was out? So they called less than 24 hours before the appointment to reschedule again. Just bad administration and incompetent scheduling. Will be going somewhere else!

Fantastic experience: Amazing dental practice! The staff were kind and considerate and the exam and cleaning for the first time as a new patient went beyond anything I had ever experienced when visiting a dentist. They truly care about your dental health as well as physical health- I’ve never seen such a thorough job - I will not go to another dental practice ever - this one is the best

Positive experience: Dental team IS awesome. However the office team needs help. I called about a broken tooth around 11am, they asked my DOB and phone # saying that the scheduling app was not working, that they would call me back. No call back, so I called them at 4pm , team member asked me for DOB, then looked me up on computer , asked my pain # i was at ,then said they would have to get with the doctor on when they could squeeze me in, that they would call me back, I said at this number I'm calling you from? They said yes, or at another number that I've never had, which they corrected in the computer. Ok, no call back that night after thier shift, I figure I'd hear the next am before thier shift, nothing. I called at 10am the next morning, team member was very aggressive when I let her know everything that happened the day before. She said thier phones were down and they were trying to catch up with all the calls yesterday, she did look it up and got me in after a cancelation an hour and a half notice. I DON'T believe anything the office team said, as when I got there the staff was on thier phone texting or eating. No on was scrambling on the comp or phones. GET IT TOGETHER OFFICE STAFF.

Fantastic experience: It's always a good experience here. Every hygienist/technician I've been assigned is super nice and helpful. Emily is the best! The front staff is super nice and helpful too. After so many meh to bad experiences in town with dentists it's been so refreshing to have a dentist office where it's always a pleasant visit.

Lots of modern, high quality equipment, nice and knowledgeable staff, and quick service when I was there. This will definitely be my go to dentist in Titusville

Negative experience: I went in to get x-rays and was sold an insurance while I was there that included a discounted price and 3 free cleanings. That was at the end of 2023. I scheduled a teeth cleaning at the beginning of 2024 and the date was set for 5 months from then. The week of my teeth cleaning in June I received a call that they had to reschedule me because the dr wouldn't be in (after I'd already taken off work) the appt was set for the first week of August THEN the last week of July I received a text saying it had to be rescheduled again. The insurance they sell will almost lapse before i ever receive even 1 of the free cleanings. Mind you they called and set these appts. If you have you're own insurance or have the money to pay outright I'm sure you're taken care of. Don't try to go with the insurance they offer. It is a scam

Negative experience: I called to establish as a new patient and gave them my insurance info, as was scheduled for an appointment about six weeks out. This seems to be the norm for how long it takes to get in with any dentist in Brevard. Unfortunately, my health insurance is ACA because my employer does not offer it. I have gotten scheduled with other dentists only to be told the day before the appointment that they don’t take my plan. This waiting to the last minute to verify nonsense has meant that I have been trying to be seen at a Dentist for TWO YEARS with no success. When I booked with Titusville Smiles, I explicitly told them what had happened to me at other dentists and requested that they verify my insurance well before the appointment, because by this time I urgently need to see a dentist. They did not follow up after a week. I called to follow up and did not receive a call back. The next week I called and left two more messages asking about the verification, as well as sent an email. I even tried to use the chat help bot on the website, which is utterly ineffective and frustrating. Today is three weeks since I booked the appointment and when I called this morning, someone answered. This person was easily able to check and saw that no, they do not in-fact take my plan. They did not call to notify me. I wasted three more weeks not getting the dental care I need. I am forever again to begin this cycle. Devastated does not even describe it. This facility is negligent with patient care, remiss about returning phone messages or emails, not a fraction of compassion.

Positive experience: The visit was fine once I got there. I had an original appointment a month and a half before but when I arrived I was told that I needed to see a doctor for my issues and there wasn't one available that day. So I rescheduled and the next open appointment was the following month. And honestly this would not had bothered me but I had already been walking around with no teeth for at least 6 months! It was very troubling. I was told that if something came open they would call. But that never happened. Otherwise the staff was wonderful especially my dental assistant! If you're wondering why I walked around that long with no teeth.....my dog ate them!!!! But I would like to let everyone know that my situation was probably just a freak thing cause once you are in there and established, you are greeted and treated like you're gold!! What a fantastic group of people that work there!!! I don't ever want to go to any other dentist!!!

Fantastic experience: Love these guys!!!! My Hygenist Emily is the best!!! I finally found someone who truly cares about doing a good job. Emily takes pride in her work and always makes me feel welcome!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Tatiana and staff were exceptional. Very professional, takes time to clearly explain treatment options and thorough. This was my first visit and I have yet to receive dental procedures but will follow with that review later. Very pleased thus far.

Fantastic experience: The office is pleasant and very clean. Everyone I’ve encountered here is great to work with and takes their time to explain any issues. I came here after the previous chain i used went downhill, scheduling appointments and not putting them. I am thankful for this team and Rachel and Tatiana for working with me and leading me on a good path forward!

Negative experience: Bait & Switch, IMHO Beware, I went here and requested my insurance company's standard 3 once a year cleaning I was told it couldn't be done and had to be a deep clean and the price just knocked me for a loop and now I'm on the hook for $1,000 there plus the referral that they sent me to when I should have all been free and easy. My afterthoughts are that I have so many other issues with my teeth that would have been important to me but I had to buy their menu of high priced High profit procedures which I did not even go there for I went and paid another $20 off the bill and I'm still highly dissatisfied with their bait and switch and I promise I will never go back there again for any dental work.

Fantastic experience: After waiting 5 weeks, I was asked to come in 30 minutes early so the Doctor would have time to fix a filling, when I got to the chair and exrays where complete the Doctor told me I would have to come back, she didn't have time to fix my filling, Long story short, the desk and the staff weren't on the same scheduling page, bad communication. Problem fixed that day. But still frustrating.

Negative experience: I have been going to this dentist since 2020. I use to love it and everyone was so nice and professional. The last few months they have had staffing changes and it’s been very inconvenient getting calls at last minute that they need to cancel my appointment. I tried to ask a staff member if they will be getting another dentist or what their plans were and she seemed annoyed by me even asking. I expressed my dissatisfaction and I could tell she didn’t care at all and didn’t even take the time to apologize for the inconvenience, at the least. I’m not one to complain but getting multiple appointments canceled last minute has been terrible. I understand that it can be difficult not having staff but atleast communicating and empathizing with the patients is the least that can be done.

Fantastic experience: This office is beyond I'd ever expected! They love and care and accommodate for everyone! They truly aim for the best for everyone! This entire staff is worthy of all the praise they receive and more! You will be taken care of!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful experience. Staff was welcoming, timely, and friendly. The hygienist was proficient and highly skilled/professional while also being very warm and personable. Having previously worked in the dental field for years, I could not ask for a better dental experience!

Negative experience: Scheduled a new patient appointment over a month ago to have it cancelled less than a week prior to the appointment. Then 72 hours prior to the appointment, a reminder text came across to confirm the appointment time that I was told was cancelled. After calling the office 3 times with no return call back, I was finally was able to get a hold of someone to reschedule for an appointment the 3rd week of April. Really? This is unacceptable. If they can't accommodate new patients they need to close their insurance panel.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, efficient appointment, and clean facility. Christina was very friendly, as was Doctor Tatiana. Emily did my cleaning and she was thorough but delicate so as to not cause excessive discomfort. I dread going to the dentist, but this experience has me looking forward to my next cleaning in six months! I would recommend trying them out.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful first visit. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel instantly at ease. The staff was not only highly skilled but also incredibly gentle and attentive throughout the entire appointment. They took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the procedure and answered all of my questions. The office was very clean and comforting which added to the overall experience. I left feeling confident that I was in good hands. I highly recommend Titusville Smiles to anyone in the area.
