Negative experience: Very confusing and I still don't know how much I'm going to pay in total for my dentures. That should be an upfront thing. And nothing added on afterward

Fantastic experience: Excellent hygienic facility. Professionalism is beyond comparison. Friendly knowledgeable well trained staff covers all the bases putting me at ease immediately. Outstanding dental equipment such as panoramic x-ray machine and experience on how to handle that annoying gag reflex so expertly that having my x-ray taken was a synch. And they know the ins and outs of insurance companies so you don't have to worry about hidden fees.

Positive experience: Poor service planning, UNABLE to take in a New patient for 8 months ??? Just Poor management. Things can be made right for a patient when things are handled the right way. This problem has been. New note. My friend can't seem to get her teeth done right by this place . 4 months wait to be fitted for new teeth , NOW going on 7 months. More foot dragging to collect more money resolved by a pleasant means. I give them in management a 4 star ratting for the right way to handle this from problem to solution. But a thing is to be said. Practitioners need to listen to the patients they are serving and not the value of their bank accounts

Fantastic experience: Any newcomers to Lake City, call this practice first. Don’t waste your time on the other ones. This is a real dental practice, not a money, churning machine like the others. I had a newly placed crown from another practice. I was having trouble with this crown, so I called Complete. They got me in in 24 hours and they Fixed my problem.

Fantastic experience: We recently moved to the area and had to start our search for new providers when I came across Complete Dental of Lake City. It was very easy to get scheduled and the Client Service Representative answered all of my questions including insurance concerns. Completing the online patient history forms were simple and straightforward, I had no problem just filling everything out on my phone and having it ready for the day of my appointment. I am very impressed after my first appointment with Complete Dental. My hygienist Celese was efficient, thorough and a pleasure to chat with. Dr Cobran was also very thorough and explained everything to me. I’ve had quite a few dentists who just pop in, probe a couple teeth and head out in a rush. I felt that Dr Cobran took the time to do a complete evaluation and she listened to my concerns and made recommendations for future care. This was the most in-depth routine cleaning I’ve ever received and I am very happy with the service they provided.

Fantastic experience: When I called to make the appointment I was given one for the next day. The staff were all very pleasant. Everyone I came in contact with made me glad I came to Complete Dental. The staff took time to listen to my problem and made me feel very at ease. I would recommend Complete Dental to anyone needing dental assistance.

Fantastic experience: HIGHLY RECOMMEND! From their answering service, to the girls at the desk, the dental assistant, to the dentist.. EVERYONE was amazing. I wasn’t even a patient & they fit me in the following day. The DA made sure to go over everything with me, keeping me well informed thru the entire process, her and the dentist made sure I was comfortable and laughing even at the peak of my anxiety. Dr Cobran not only knows her stuff but is also very personable. They made what I was dreading a very pleasant and efficient experience instead, and healing has been great! I will definitely be back

Fantastic experience: I (Jodee White) had previously visited Complete Dental because I had chipped a tooth and was having pain with another tooth. They graciously got me an appointment the next day. Everyone was professional and very polite.They were very busy but that didn’t take away from their kindness and great care and patience with me. A great atmosphere. Professionalism is high priority there. They took care of my needs the next day. I have since returned for my follow-up comprehensive exam. I have been very pleased and more than satisfied with the entire staff. An excellent group!!

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient and the receptionist made a great effort to make that happen... she stayed up on appointments. she was able to get me in shortly after my wife got a new patient status as well. the dental hygenist (Celeste) treated me very well.. she was steady and proficient at the same time. I have an auto immune and she was not concerned about ANYTHING. The Doctor also came in and inspected my teeth and gums...She provided me information for Florida University regarding students and dental section may be interested in my auto immune and may want to investigate the flare ups and provide recommendations. My wife and I were very pleased and happy with our treatments. we will be recommending others to pursue their professional treatment as well.

Fantastic experience: I really like my hygienist. I expressed to her my disappointment in appointment staff not finding a spot I n the wait list and making me WAIT 6 months or more to get in. I'm confident there were several cancellations or rearrangement. I take my dental care seriously and felt as if I was punished for having to cancel early on. Please do NOT send me a reminder every other hour, on every email, txt message, possible of my upcoming appointment. It felt like I was being harrassed. Thank you so much.

Positive experience: Since the Dentist has left I’ll give them 3 stars and the only reason I’m giving them that is because of Ashlynn and Kiana. They were the best!!! Other than that I was not very pleased paid over 3k to them just to have to go some where else and pay another 1,400 to fix the dentist mess up.

Negative experience: Dental staff is great. Office staff is rude Disrespectful If you miss your appointment, and you understand that, the boy, will argue with you and when. You tell him several times to book the appointment, then ask What can you do about the dental emergency for the broken crown you have at that exact moment, he will keep telling you you missed your appointment, and then tell you we Did. It put a crown on that tooth we put one on your back. Tooth. Don’t slip And loose your cool and say a curse word. At that point they will discharge you as a pt. Even though you have no teeth in the back Of your mouth, and apologized for Loosing your patience with him..

Negative experience: It is not a good experience to consult with Dr. Fatima. She talks in a proud and arrogant way. She asked me some questions that let me feel insulted, like do you understand what is gum disease, what is your job, it looks like you don’t have insurance ( I have, but they forgot to input the information into the their system). If you have other choices, don’t visit Dr. Fatima. But the hygienist Ms. Micheal is very nice and patient.

Fantastic experience: I started with Complete Dental in 2022/23 I think, then I took a break but once I returned it was like I never left. Every staff has a great sense of humor and very passionate.

Negative experience: I hate leaving reviews, but I dont want anyone else to go through what I just went through. I went here to have a tooth pulled and see about a cleaning and other dental work. They did exrays and referred me out to have the tooth pulled. I got talked into paying a $99 fee for discounts throughout the year, and then told it would take 8 months for me to make an appointment to have my teeth cleaned. Not happy but had already paid the fee. They don't tell you how far out an appt is, so ask first. After calling to see about cancelations I got in three months to do a cleaning and exam. I go in today and they wanted to charge me for the exam, but I may or may not get my teeth cleaned. I would need to reschedule depending on other clients taking longer. Its very disappointing. I decided to just leave since this seems to be there way of handling things. They got my money though, so guess it dont matter to them. Just know this before you decide to book with them.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth needed a speedy extraction. Complete got me scheduled fast , worked with insurance I had to help keep costs down and got me in and out in record time. The cleanliness, professionalism and experience were all five star! So happy to find a new quality dental provider. Highly recommended looking forward to moving forward with a plan for future dental care!

Negative experience: They have good service no doubt on that but every time when my family have appointments they make sigh paper saying not any cost to you insurance is going to cover and later on you get bill and you have to end up paying it when we call them why do we have this bill the only thing they said the insurance didn’t cover.
