Negative experience: Went to Revive appointment today with abscess tooth swollen with infection. They sent me to someone else telling me they would pull tooth today. I arrived at the second appointment for today. They said they could not help me cuz they put you asleep to pull a tooth. I had just ate lunch in between appointments. You need to fast for at least 8 hours. No one told me this. I wanted to use the numbing shots cuz I don’t like to be put asleep if not needed. So I call Revive to tell them they could not help me and asked for them to call some antibiotics to my pharmacy. To call me when they called them in for me. Never heard back from them. I will not be going to Revive anymore. Went to two different dental appointments today for help and I am sitting here with a bad tooth in my mouth and no antibiotics. I am not happy with this outcome at all. LW

Fantastic experience: I was lucky to be seen at the last minute. Had a wonderful, professional, helpful and extremely knowledgeable, and forthcoming experience with Dr. Ward, Tea (sp?) and Pam. I’m about to go on a long trip and had a dental emergency. Pam was able to do some magic and get me in an hour after I called (she said I got lucky because someone canceled) but I feel everyone there was extremely accommodating and still managed to make time for me. Fantastic experience: I’ve been having horrible pain with my tooth and the guns Surrounding it I have always been afraid of Dentist, but I was referred here and I was very happy. All the staff was so nice and sweet the two that took care of me was Dr. Ward and Brittnie Hale they both were so easy in my mouth with all the x-rays and trying to see what the problem was. I talked to Brittnie the next day. I was still having quite a bit of pain and she talked with Dr Ward and she didn’t want me to go over the weekend without something being done so she was able to get me into an oral surgeon that afternoon that did my extraction of my tooth and he was also very good. Revive Dentistry took an interest in my care at a very short notice. I will make this my new home for my dental work. If you’re afraid of Dentist, try this one out.!!

Fantastic experience: Revive is the most “at home” I’ve ever felt during a cosmetic dentistry consultation. All of the staff were incredibly genuine, warm and personable. Fantastic experience: I'm really picky with my health providers. I have loved my few appointments at this office so far. I've seen Dr. Ward twice and especially love her. I've seen Dr. Brown once and he was nice too. They make you feel very comfortable and help with anxiety. Things that should be painful, were not painful because of how well Dr. Ward delivered my local anesthesia. Pam at the front desk deserves a shoutout too- very kind! And the hygienists... nothing bad to say for anyone here. I plan to stay with them as long as possible. :)

Fantastic experience: 6/20/2025 So four years later. And I just have to say that Amy my Hygenist is amazing. I was quite fearful of the procedure being painful.But Amy, made sure I was numb in all the right places and virtually painless. I’m quite thankful for Amy. She did a great job. Now for round 2 on 7/2. Fingers crossed. This was my first visit. It was made to examine some corrective work I had done elsewhere. I was completely impressed with the welcoming staff and there knowledge of my visit. I’m sure it helped because the website was designed to gather all of my information prior to my appointment. BTW Stellar website! Dr. Brown and his assistant were extremely knowledgeable of my needs and helped me find a resolution to the corrective process. I look forward to going back.

Every single person that works here has been so kind, compassionate, and accommodating. They’ve gone out of their way to meet me with my anxiety, and make it feel safe and possible to tackle such a daunting issue for me. Cannot give a higher recommendation!

Fantastic experience: I wanna tell you about an old childhood experience that I had prior to when I first came here, so I was going for my check up and I had someone new who didn’t know much about me or my teeth and so I explain to her some of things. One being I had acid reflux, and about my tongue not being one that stayed still, also I told her that day before we began I had a lot of spit in my mouth. She then asks am I okay, I told her yes because I didn’t have any spit at that time then she tells me to open my mouth so she can take a look at my teeth, so then I open my mouth she tells me what she’s using, which was normally what my other dentist as a child would use. So she just lay on tongue like a doctor would to keep my tongue down, then she looks at my teeth for a couple seconds, the next thing I know the spit came back and I began to chock a little bit , she looked at me while still holding the thing in my mouth. I stopped choking and was trying to swallow my spit while mouth still open. So she begins to check again and then the coughing and chocking on my spit and air came back I began to choke longer this time, she didn’t ask if was okay just kept looking at me choke and holding thing in my mouth. I stopped choking for a second and then began chocking again and then she still had thing in my mouth and didn’t sit chair up at all and was allowing me to choke on my spit which was a lot. Scared I was going to stop breathing and told mom after I left because she didn’t ask if I was okay until after 5 minutes of chocking and then I still had to get my teeth checked and act like I was okay. So after some time my mom was looking for adult dentistry instead of kids and found revive I remember thinking hoping I’ll have a set dentistry of people that are good dentist and I did I remember them being so sweet and concerned about making sure they had good pictures, they had any medical information, and if I had any discomfort let them know! And they still do this, this very day and I’m so grateful to have people who care about you and your teeth !

Negative experience: A couple yrs ago this dentist put a crown on a cracked tooth. He later said Yeah we knew it was cracked but we tried it anyway. Never offered any money back though. Now when it needed to be pulled, they came up with a plan of pulling it and putting in an implant. As my part would be a lot, I decided to simply have it pulled. On telling them I was unable to afford the implant, they refused to simply pull the tooth and sent me to an oral surgeon. Seems as they weren't getting all that extra money, they didn't want to do any part of it. This has been my dentist for years and don't understand why they've changed so much.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Brown and his team are amazing! Not only do they do a great job but they truly care! Daryn goes above and beyond to work with financing and so much more. Ashley is sooo sweet and hilarious. I was laughing while having a procedure done. Totally comfortable. Honest, reliable and true experts at what they do!!!

Fantastic experience: The experience began with online registration and paperwork prior to my office visit, and it was really good. The forms were fillable and easy to access. Then when I arrived for my appointment, I was met with courtesy and a friendly professional staff. Dr. Brown and his assistant were remarkable. I particularly appreciated Dr. Brown’s explanation of the course of treatment for me and the reasoned approach to my dental issue. It was a great experience.

Fantastic experience: First member I spoke to on the phone for an appointment was Gabby, she couldn’t be more pleasant, professional and courteous. When I arrived today I was taken to the exam room by Gabby who introduced herself as the person I had spoken to about the appointment. Gabby proceeded to make sure I was comfortable and to make sure that I fully understood of what the intended appointment would be like. She proceeded to take a couple of X-rays of the affected area where my crown had come off. After the X-rays she stated that Dr Ward, would be checking the crown and the area around it and would be putting the crown back on, if she felt it was all in good condition. After a few minutes I was introduced to Dr Ward who was very comforting and professional and explained what she intended to do with my permission. Dr Ward, found particulars around the adjoining crown and very delicately removed what she could as it appeared to be excessive glue from when my former Dentist installed that crown. I was so impressed with my entire experience I told all my close friends about your facility and staff this evening. Thank you for treating me in your office today. You should be very proud of what you have built.

Fantastic experience: I needed an implant and decided to try Dr. Brown at Revive. He and his team were amazing. Dr. Brown prayed with me prior to installing the post and was engaging by telling me about his family and 4 children. I had such a great experience that I now go to his practice for teeth cleaning. Kayla, one of his hygienists, was so friendly and thorough cleaning my teeth and taking X-rays and photos of my teeth. Pam, who is their receptionist and appointment scheduler, is so friendly and helpful. I also had a great experience with Darrin, their treatment coordinator, who helped coordinate with my dental insurance and helped me get my maximum benefit for my implant. I would give them 6 stars if Google allowed it. You will not regret going to Revive!

Dr. Patel also had to redo some old fillings. That was as wonderful as an experience as it could have been. Very little pain but I think that is more on my end as numbing doesn't always work on my mouth. Another shot and was all good. Thank you Dr. Patel and staff!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Brown and his staff are a godsend! My daughter has a genetic disorder that causes multiple dental issues and odd reactions to local anesthetics. She has also had dental trauma from her childhood dentist. Dr. Brown was extremely patient and thoughtful in coming up with a treatment plan that would work for her needs and ease her nerves. She was nervous to go through the sedation process this past week, but the root canal and fillings wound up being the easiest dental procedures that she’s ever had…even easier than when she had Solea Laser treatment at her previous dentist. I can’t recommend Dr. Brown enough! He is the kindest, most compassionate dentist either of us have ever met and his staff are as well.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience! I had to change dentist after my dentist of many years retired. My first visit to Revive was for a cleaning. Brittany did an excellent job. She was very gentle and my teeth felt amazing afterwards. My next visit I saw Dr. Ward for a crown. This was the easiest crown I’ve ever had. They have their own lab so no more multiple visits. The process took about 2 1/2 hours, most of that time spent waiting on the crown to cure. I watched TV and the time passed quickly. I walked out with the permanent crown in place. Dr. Ward was also very gentle and kind. Everyone I’ve met has been extremely kind, helpful and professional. I’m vey happy and relieved to have found another great dentist office.

Fantastic experience: I've never been completely satisfied with any dentist until a friend referred to Dr. Brown. The following speaks to Dr. Brown's honesty and integrity and why he's my forever dentist. During a routine visit to my former dentist (name withheld but located in Providence) determined that I needed a root canal revision with an endodontist. During that procedure my crown broke. (which is not uncommon) My then dentist had told me in advance that should that happen to come back within 2-3 days, and he would reset it. Long story short, I did, and he then said the crown couldn't be repaired and it wouldn't fit the same way. He insisted I would need a new crown to the tune of over $700 (and that was several years ago) Upon my friend's recommendation I made an appointment with Dr. Brown. I took the crown in, which by the way, I had dropped and was then in 3 pieces. In that state I was convinced that there was NO way it was salvageable. Upon close inspection, Dr. Brown said he could save it - and he did! A few years later now, and I've had no problems with it. Needless to say, I have the upmost respect for Dr. Brown and his practice. I also have to mention that having had some horrible, painful experiences with all prior dentist, I have extreme dental anxiety. Since going to Revive, Dr. Brown and his fantastic team take every measure to see that all my visits are stress-free and pain-free. Positive experience: I had a great experience here! everyone was nice and welcoming, the only complaint i have is the professionalism of the reception desk workers. i feel like some topics of conversation were not necessarily work friendly or appropriate, but other than that everything was great!

Fantastic experience: Well….. with all of the choices out there for quality dental work, and I have been around the block and tried quite a few in the MJ area as we have been here over 20 years, I have to say that I am so impressed and genuinely thoroughly satisfied with my experience at Dr. Brown’s office! I’m not about the fake hello’s and ambience just for looks….. so for me, it is about the QUALITY of patient care that I receive and this office delivers! It has a chill vibe but you get the sense that they know what they are doing from moment you walk through the door and they are confident about it. Hands down the BEST cleaning that I have ever had in my 53 years of consistent dental maintenance! I also value the fact that Dr. Ward was kind, collected and knowledgeable without leaving me with the feeling like I was being sold on care that I did not need. She was forward, honest and gave it to me straight on what was really needed and I can get behind that kind of advice and care. Top notch professionalism start to finish!

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience! Went in for a crown which they now do completely in house. Had multiple times of extended period of waits 20-30 minutes with Dr. Ward taking full advantage of that time with the team doing multiple other test and procedures while I waited. These were not scheduled but they worked all this in for me. Next few visits will now be a breeze due to this. Techs and assistants were happy and looked to have enjoyed working with each other as well. Good work environments can go a long ways and Revive seems to have it going for them.

Negative experience: I've been a patient for a number of years and the actual treatment for myself and my children has been excellent and effective. However on my most recent visit I was told that they can no longer treat my children (ranging in age from 6 to 16) who are under the age of 12 because they can't get a good X-ray. If you can't treat children then why didn't you tell me that years ago when I first brought them to your practice? Or before their cleaning on Tuesday? Since we have been patients why not get an X-ray attachment that can work for children? Instead we were told to take them to a pediatric dentist for an X-ray and ongoing care. Basically, "goodbye, we don't like children, don't bring them back." If this is a change in policy related to your new name you should communicate that effectively in advance of my children's appointments. I'm furious and frustrated ... you broke my trust.

Fantastic experience: My first visit. The hygienist was very thorough in explaining everything she was doing. Every Xray & potential problem was shown & gone over. A very thorough cleaning. Later the Dental Dr came in and re-explained my issues. I was given choices and felt no pressure to make a decision on the spot. I highly recommend this practice. It was the best dental experience I have had in years.
