The experience was very unique, a girl from the front desk drew my son a character on his certificate for his first time there, they give the kids tokens for after their visit. I love the combination of it feeling kid friendly but not overly decorated and still clean and professional. Thank you to everyone there, they were so kind!

Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My kids have been going to this practice since it first opened, and before that we even traveled to the New Port Richey location because this is by far the BEST pediatric dentist office! Dr. Cristina Armbruster Jacas is absolutely wonderful. My daughter recently needed 5 extractions, and Dr. Cristina made the best out of a not-so-fun situation. She was so sweet and talked my daughter through the entire process, reassuring her that it would be quick and painless. I didn’t get the assistant’s name in the room with us, but she was equally amazing. My daughter even commented afterward how comforting it was that the woman held her hand and softly rubbed her arm to distract her, all while smoothly assisting Dr. Cristina. That level of compassion and care means everything. I couldn’t recommend this office enough!

Fantastic experience: Best dentist for my kids around! My girls look forward to their dental appointments. They have been patients for 5 years and we wouldn’t go anywhere else! I love how clean and organized they keep the office and the setup of the rooms for the kids. They care a lot about the kids having a good experience and after 5 years of my girls going — it clearly works! They reward the kids after and it helps my girls get excited for their next visit. Fantastic experience: Frankly the Best pediatric dentistry I’ve taken daughter to. She had to get several treatments done including extractions, and fillings . Most of the treatments were done by Dr. Cristina Jacas, whom has the most gentle hands. My daughter didn’t even bruise or swell. She was also seen by Dr. Brandon Larkin and he as well was so gentle and very thorough.The entire staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. My son will also be new patient and he is looking forward to his visit in October! May God bless the hands of all the doctors at the office and the whole staff!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff at this office, especially Donna and the sweet young lady at the front desk who even drew a Hello Kitty picture for my daughter. Today was my toddler’s very first dentist appointment, and they went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and at ease. She’s already asking when she can go back! I’m so grateful to have found such a warm and welcoming office.

Fantastic experience: Every once in a while you meet people who are like angels when it comes to dealing with kids.. ppl who are kind, compassionate, and are obviously experts at what they do. And every one in this office is like this, from the office staff, assistants, dentists.. literally every one. They are all doing a fantastic job and are genuinely good people. This is a very well run office. They know what they’re doing and do it well. Everything is top notch. Even their billing is accurate and honest. Their customer service is amazing. The staff doesn’t seem overwhelmed. You can tell everyone has their job to do, and they all do their jobs so well without being overburdened or distracted. If they were overburdened, you could never tell because everyone is so pleasant and kind. Whoever runs this place is doing a fantastic job. I can’t speak highly enough about them. I work in the dental field on the insurance side and deal with pediatric dental offices every single day. I’ve seen the best of the best and the absolute worst of the worst. I’ve dealt with all kinds of patient issues from minor stuff to extreme. This place is a breath of fresh air though, and I truly believe they are not just among the best - they are the best. It’s very important to me that an office’s billing practices are fair and honest. This place is better than I could ask for in that respect. My kids are excited to go to the dentist now because they love this place. These ppl are just so good at dealing with kids. I feel like I can trust them completely with my kids which I’ve struggled with elsewhere in the past. It’s all good vibes and good people here. They also have a gold token system where they give your kids these little gold coins at the end of the appt and your child can go to these nice gumball style machines to exchange the gold coin for little toys like mini figures, squishies, bouncy balls etc. Who ever came up with the gold token idea is a genius. I love it. If only they would open an adult dental practice, lol. I wish! I hope one day I can find an office like this for myself.

Fantastic experience: If, as an adult, you’re scared of going to the Dentist’s Office, bring Kleenex (Kleenex should sponsor SHPD+O from the lack of dry eyes)… GOOD LUCK coming here. You’re either going to be crying from laughing at how creative your entire team is for your children or crying because it has always been THIS simple, easy and FUN. As an adult, you genuinely heal the TERRIBLE experiences and fear you have felt going. Now, the interactions with children were truly magical. But as a tired and exhausted mom, the way the team interacted with me was sincerely probably one of the best experiences I have had. The entire team talked us through our options and provided more insight to all of our questions and concerns. However, I specifically must name drop Dr. Christina and her assistant June. I cannot and have not stopped thinking about how incredible June was with the cleaning and introducing her patient to everything she was going to be using. She created such a comfortable environment. At a previous visit at a different dental office, a gentlemen dentist simply told my husband he wasn’t even going to work on the reason for the visit if the child wasn’t going to sit still. No other options were offered. But we were given a quote and a “come back when mom can pin her down”. I am so beyond grateful we did not fix the issue with the first dentist, because after discussing it with Dr. Christina (where she provided OPTIONS), I was still a little hesitant. And she did something that has genuinely never happened: she talked to me as a mom. She gave me her opinion as a mom. And in a time where the official language is currency, being provided options and honest opinions while creating a memorable experience for parent and children is an invaluable need at an affordable price. Spring Hill Pediatric Dentistry, thank you for providing a lasting and healing impression. Raises for everyone!

Negative experience: Be cautious going here. They claimed my daughter had a cavity and I didn’t have time to have it filled here, so I took her back to her well trusted dentist where her dad lives and they informed me that she didn’t have a cavity and that this place used the wrong Xray. Plus the place was chaotic and extremely busy, so I wouldn’t recommend this place if you want a more family friendly experience, but most importantly, they diagnosed my child wrong. Hopefully, it was just a bad day with it being so busy? But I’m very upset that they almost gave my child a filling when she didn’t need one.

Fantastic experience: I bring all 3 of my kids here for their routine cleanings and X-rays. Everyone in the office is amazing and so caring. My oldest just got done with her braces and the ortho team here is phenomenal! I would highly recommend this office for pediatric dentistry.

Fantastic experience: This place has been the best place for my children. Moving across country has been hard to find a family dentist that really cares about your children and the parents concerns. We checked out two other dentistry places and this is where we have settled in. My kids are excited to come every time and leave happy with smile. The doctor is the sweetest lady and really takes time to connect with your children. She sets the tone for the whole environment here and the rest of the world orders are sweet and talkative with the kids. I can’t say enough good things about them. They ask you about your concerns as a parent and provide you with the best options. If you want fluoride free they have that option as well and it is a judgment free zone. Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dentist office. My daughter had her 1st visit today. She is just under 3 years old. I had so much anxiety from not knowing how she would do in the chair or with the tools. Everyone in the office from start to finish was so amazing! They made the experience a memorable milestone. She even got a certificate for her very first dental visit! Her hygienist let her pick her own tooth paste and tooth brush and try all of the tools on herself first and by that time she was so confident, she got her teeth cleaned like a pro. I’m one happy mama! There’s definitely a reason google review says 5 stars.

Negative experience: Honestly looked forward to our first appointment with them back in August because of the amazing reviews here but having a few issues regarding the whole referral procedure with the anesthesiologist they have a partnership with. For any TRICARE members reading this they will not offer any prior authorization, they tried working with me by sending over the dental notes from his dental check up to prove medical necessity to our insurance company for the required procedure so that was kind, but I’m honestly taken aback by the contents in the paper they forwarded. I think there’s major disorganization office wise.. they have my son’s birthday completely wrong and claimed my son wouldn’t sit still and “had to be reminded to sit down”. My problem being- that never happened lol I was there beside him and he never got out of the chair. Maybe he was confused with another patient? This just further supports my claim that they’re disorganized. Also I can’t even use the document they so kindly sent over because it claims #1 no referral is necessary and #2 his birthday is recorded wrong so tricare can’t even verify it’s him. Just really frustrating because my son is in pain and all they could advise me was I would to have to find a different provider. This all just turned out to be a huge waste of time over technicalities and weird provider protocols. If you don’t have a child with multiple cavities, needing treatment and can afford possible out of pocket services then this place is golden. Wish it worked out

Fantastic experience: I can not thank Spring Hill Pediatric Dentistry enough for their treatment of my son!! My son has been going there since they opened this office and we followed them from the other office in pasco county. Dr. Christina is amazing . He has autism, adhd, and anxiety. He fell tonight at 9pm and cracked his permanent front tooth in half. He was hysterical and soooo scared. He was asking if he’d be toothless his whole life or die without his tooth. I called the dentist and their answering message had the dentist’s home number to call in case an emergency. I called and left a message and within five minutes she called me back. She asked me to send her pictures and then asked me if we wanted to come in tonight at 9:15 at night or in the morning on Saturday. At this point he was hysterical so I said let’s just go ahead and do it tonight if that’s OK with you guys. In about an hour AND without a drill OR needle/shot they rebuilt his tooth!! I’m in complete shock at how quickly and painlessly they were able to do this. They were so kind and patient with him. We have to come back in a month to smooth it by the root after it heals but she said it would just be vibrations almost like the electric toothbrush.

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent pediatric dentistry. The staff made us feel welcome. My son's hygienist was Alissa and she made my son feel comfortable throughout the entire cleaning. She even started a movie for him during the process and he was rewarded at the end of the visit. The office is clean, spacious and well kept. Importantly, they are affordable if you self pay.
