Fantastic experience: After looking for a dentist I am so thankful. I normally get anxious when I have to go to the dentist, but I had a wonderful experience today. I had Mrs. Marian today, she was so perfect and nice taking care of my teeth. Even with my million questions she was very accommodating. Then the doctor came in and checked my teeth. I knew that I had found the right place. She took her time to listen to my concerns, and she explained everything that was going on with my teeth. Everyone is incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and professional. The staff go above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable and understand everything. They also are very clear and upfront about cost - no unexpected cost ever. They were able to fit me in last minute for an emergency appointment, and have done the same for my mom. Truly the best practice in Holly Springs!

Fantastic experience: Main Street Family Dentistry is absolutely the finest dental practice I have ever experienced, and I have relocated to various locations around the country over a dozen times. Dr. Wiggins is the absolute best dentist ever… professional, knowledgeable, gifted, experienced, talented and extremely thoughtful and concerned about every facet of her client’s well being… comfort, appearance and financial included. I have heard similar compliments about other dentists in the practice. The supporting staff in the practice is equally as wonderful from the dental assistants (Stephanie is fantastic) to the hygienists (Ginger is my wonderful hygienist) to the extraordinary helpful and professional front office. The entire practice gets an A+++++ from me.

I’ve been going here for years, it’s super efficient, the dental work isn’t scary, and you are in and out in with such sweet and cordial interactions- 2025 update, still feel the same there’s been cute renovations and the staff is so knowledgeable and polite. Although there are many patients it feels like they remember you and your “dental history”, I never felt judged for needing dental work done- they are even good about giving options within your budget. It’s 100 out of 5 stars for me but I can only give 5, if you’re on the fence just book that appointment, you won’t regret it :)

She also filled an implant that I just had done the day before from another dental doctor ;who had left the hole open. She will be my dentist for now on.

Negative experience: This was a bad experience for me and my kids. Let me first start off by saying that a dentist came to get my daughter but she was so quiet that my daughter didn’t hear her and my daughter asked her what name she was saying and she said my daughters name. My daughter immediately apologized and said she didn’t hear her and then Judith ( the dentist) rolled her eyes at my daughter and swung the door open and gave a hurrying gesture. She then came in where I was with my younger daughter in her dentist appointment and said three things of my daughter and she was really rude about them and then she said that my insurance doesn’t cover the procedure for my daughter ( when it does because I asked) but I told her I have full coverage. She came in so rudely and made a scene for such a small issue and made me worry for my daughter and at the end of the day what my daughter had wasn’t a big issue. Then I went to the receptionist and she had no clue what to do because no one told her anything and she had no clue how our appointments went because no one had given her information. The dentist ( Judith) was not professional at all and they were disorganized. Don’t worry I’ll come back on Feb. 30th. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I drive all the way from Wilmington to see Dr. Wiggins. I am terrified of the dentist, not just ugh I hate the dentist— I will avoid it at all costs. Fantastic experience: Dr. Wiggins accepted me as a new patient today and gave me a second opinion on a crown that another dentist told me I needed to have replaced. She said that I didn't need it replaced, but she also asked an associate of hers to weigh in with a third opinion. They both agreed that my old crown was doing just fine. I thought that was very honest of them. 04/10/23: I've transferred my care to Main St Family Dentistry, and I've been returning every six months for cleaning and exam. . I've never been dissatisfied with their care. 06/03/24: I'm still going to Main Street Family Dentistry for my dental care. Dr. Wiggins continues to provide the skillful care that I expect. 08/07/25: I saw Dr. Wiggins after my cleaning today. After her exam, she gave me a good report of no decay. She is still my preferred dentist.

Fantastic experience: Far and away the very best Dentist Office around :) My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Wiggins and team since we moved to the area in 2018 (and we tell everyone who moves here that this should be their Dentist) and now we bring our children here. I love going to the Dentist (even look forward to it) because Main Street is so well run, everyone at the front desk is friendly and helpful, the hygienists are not only knowledgable about teeth and gum health, but expert in the field and also friendly and warm. I want to especially thank Dr. Kay, Kellie and Amanda who showed up for our family very early on a Saturday for an emergency visit when my two year old fell and slammed his front baby teeth back up into his gums. Main Street has an after hours line and I was immediately triaged (by 730am, again, on a Saturday!) and was told Dr. Kay and Kellie would be arriving at the office within a few hours to ensure my son got the best outcome for the trauma to his teeth. Like I said, this place is just wonderful and I can't express my gratitude enough.

Fantastic experience: I had a good experience. Everyone was friendly and good at what they did. The hygienist used a gentler percussion water pick of some kind first that minimized scraping needed with the dreaded regular scraper pick after. I also had a small chip off a molar and they did a composite filling very quickly and at a reasonable price. I would recommend

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient with Main Street Family Dentistry since moving to Apex NC in 2022. I started with Dr. Wiggins. She is a very good dentist and co-owner of the practice along with Dr. Giles making her very busy and she does her best to guide me as a patient, new to many of the procedures I am now facing. I have had the pleasure of working with several dentists and others professionals in their practice. I especially liked working with Dr. Bown and most recently loved working with Kelly and Dr. Williams. Together they helped ease my anxiety surrounding my mounting need for dental work. Dr. Williams is particularly lovely. Not only is she a knowledge dentist, she is also kind with a gentle spirit. She took an exceptional amount of time with me at my last appointment helping to make me feel comfortable, well informed and truly like a priority. This time working with Dr. Williams, I didn't leave discouraged filled with anxiety and in tears but rather confident that Dr. Williams has set forth a good plan to be executed in manageable steps ensuring the best possible out come for my all around health while also maintaining much of the aesthetic integrity and beauty I was always grateful to have been blessed with. Sadly, I'm the type who when the abundance of positive attributes are apparent, I fail to see a time when their existence may cease. Nivea grandur of indestructability.
