Fantastic experience: In 2022, I left my previous dentist due to insurance changes. I couldn’t have found a better replacement! As a former dental assistant, I am critical of dental offices. This office is one of the best around!! And they have been awesome with my son who has special needs. My experience has mostly been with Leslie, Megan, Lauren, Joeni, Gigi, and Dr. MacInnes. They are all wonderful - and I’m sure the rest of the team is equally so. 100% recommend!

Fantastic experience: I am very satisfied with the dentist and the staff. They were very friendly and courteous. They were very informative when I asked a question. Not crowded and when they were going to be late they apologized and told me and got back to me as soon as possible. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this office for 2.5 to 3yrs. Appointment times are met (no more waiting for an hour+ in the lobby to be called back)! The staff; front office and those in the back, are always pleasant and professional. The dentist and the hygienist here take pride in their work and value patient care. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs dental care.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at Dental Associates of Florida – Central Brandon! Due to an insurance change back in 2021, we were briefly patients of this office before returning to our family dentist of 12 years. Recently, I needed a teeth cleaning and decided to come back ~ and I’m so glad I did. Jessica’s amazing leadership made everything seamless. She was incredibly accommodating and able to fit me in very quickly, which I truly appreciated. My hygienist, Simi, was fantastic. She was gentle, knowledgeable, and talked me through the entire cleaning. She gave me excellent advice on preventing coffee stains and maintaining proper oral hygiene. Her care and attention made the whole visit comfortable. I also want to recognize the lady at the checkout desk. She was very kind and clearly explained the payment options ~ including that using a debit card would avoid a processing fee. I really appreciated the transparency and being able to make the best choice for myself.

Fantastic experience: The doctor is absolutely wonderful, funny and nice. Joeli and everyone in the office was so nice and made me feel relaxed. Definitely worth the drive from Land O Lakes!

I feel comfortable at Dental Associates of Florida in Brandon. Dr Macinnes explains everything and provides options for services. His Dental Assistant always puts me at ease. Front desk great in working with insurance and providing payment options.

Fantastic experience: Neil MacInnes is an excellent knowledgeable dentist that listens to patient concerns and make a plan that is acceptable to both patient and doctor.I felt at ease and I am very afraid of the dentist.Neil MacInnes saved my teeth and worked very diligently to place caps that fit with minimal to no adjustment when placed on my teeth and without doing root canal or requiring a periodontist to retract gums from around my rear molars. My bite has never been more comfortable and less reactive. I have been recommending him to my friends and clients because my treatment was that pleasant

I am getting Invisalign and it’s working well and quickly! Gigi was my dental hygienist today and I got a wonderful cleaning! My teeth are so smooth! She’s very gentle and quite sweet! Plus going to a dentist is not on my priority list so I’ve been avoiding it since before Covid. I really like this place. The office staff are kind, friendly, and very helpful. Love my hygienist and I’m hoping my upcoming crown experiences are as stress free as everything else has been. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: This office is absolutely phenomenal! Mom has a terrible fear all dental procedures. Andrea was a complete angel! Put my mom at ease right away. She loves what she does and it shows. Went over everything she was doing in a kind and gentle manner. Very, kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. We were then introduced to Dr. MacInnes for her examination. What an awesome young man! His beside manners are impeccable. Listened intently to mom and was very honest in what he recommended for her dental treatment plan. We couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Had appointment for 10 a.m. for permanent crown. In and out the door in 25 minutes. Crown was perfect not even one adjustment was needed. That has never happened to me before. Great experience!

Dr. MacInnes made sure that I was comfortable. Pain-free and quick! They will work with insurance and dental plans. Receptionists will advise on best plans to get if one is without insurance. I got the recommended plan and saved a lot! I would highly recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: I was treated so kindly by Dental Associates of Florida beginning with my 1st telephone call, to my first visit with front office Staff, Dental Technicians, as well as my Demtist, Dr. Neil McKinnes! I had a somewhat emergency situation. I found the entire Staff, at the Brandon Clinic, treated me with compassion, kindness, professionally, and answered my questions, Entire Clinicians were most communicative, as well as answered all my questions. Dental visits are not my favorite type of appointment. However, the experience, knowledge, and compassion shown was so comforting. It is most apparent that this office “strives” to care for each patient’s needs. The Dentist, Dr. McKinnes, and Joeni, were so kind, compassionate, and understanding! I returned yesterday for a cleaning. Eric did a great job and it was painless. This office runs as a team, and one can see this from the moment you walk in! They care about your needs, work within your boundaries and we even were able to schedule things in phases! Clean building, nice rooms, smooth sailing like your appt is at 1, they are ready to take you at 1… my oldest has been there, husband and me. We are all thrilled and so glad we found this dentist office!

Fantastic experience: After having a bad experience at another dental office not associated with DAOF, I decided to start bringing the whole family here. My kids were first, and they absolutely loved Dr MacInnes and well so did I. He looked me in the eyes when he first entered the exam room, he was very thorough with my exam, he answered all of my questions and made me and my kids feel like we were talking to a friend. All of the staff here are amazing, from the front desk...to the hygienist. The vibe is amazing! Jessica the office manager made my first visit so stress free....and she has an amazing personality. I totally recommend going here...for all of your dental needs. You will not be disappointed ❤️❤️☺️

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dental Associates of Florida (Brandon) for several years. They are top notch, their staff is friendly, courteous, and professional. I meet with the hygienist every four months, Eric is great, soft hands, he has never made me feel uncomfortable when cleaning my teeth. I started with Irene, who was absolutely tremendous, not only was she a great hygienist, she explained to me why it's important to keep my teeth clean, she educated me on the importance of teeth cleaning. Irene retired and Eric stepped right in and is following her footsteps. Thank you Irene and Eric.

Fantastic experience: The staff here are super friendly and handle any approvals you need to get with your insurance. They also can work you into the schedule for emergencies. The dentist does great work. He takes the time to explain the procedure and answer any questions. It's nice to walk into an office and the staff knows your name.

Fantastic experience: My appointment went great. Dr. McInnes was very understanding. He guided me through the process and I was very calm. I didn't feel anything during the procedure, just a bit of sensitivity after, which is normal, when getting a crown. I was able to eat normally in the evening. I've had very bad experiences with dental procedures in my past, but not this time. A well deserve ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient for a number of years. I was having gum problems & my dentist put me with Gigi for past 2 years. She seems to specialize in bring the gums back to a much better position. What progress we have made together. I see her every 3 months & she is well pleased with the treatments. Instead of losing the teeth & having surgery on the gums, likely keep the teeth. Followup is important. She has great personality & cares about her patients. Have been getting cleaning every 3 months to treat a gum issue. Gigi is wonderful & feel like the care is necessary. She is dedicated to her patients. All staff was top notch today. Good progress. Just had 3 crowns replaced....service was good. Have had good services as gum issues have been resolved.

Fantastic experience: Gigi Martin is the most phenomenal dental hygienist I have ever had!! I am required because I have implants to have my teeth cleaned four times a year. I have had a number of hygienist in the past but what sets her apart from the others is her technical skills and her attention to detail. She has a wonderful personality and truly loves what she does! The whole staff at Dental Associates of Florida, Brandon are exceptional and I highly recommend paying them a visit!
