Dr. Sang took the time to bond with Candy and that was the basis for their mutual admiration friendship today. The staff greet her by name when she walks in and several will pop in to speak during the visit. Dr. Sang takes very good care of our dential needs. We are blessed to have a multitalented dentist here in Florence. People around the state are having a lot of trouble finding a dentist for children and adults with special needs. When I first went to palmetto smile’s and met Dr. Secret he instantly made me feel comfortable along with his staff, it’s quite amazing every single team member has never treated me as a patient but rather as a family member especially Dr. Secret, we have built a professional relationship but I also can call him a friend and feel whatever may be going on in my life he is willing to listen. He also shares things with me as well. Being in business all my life I can honestly say that not only is it nice but very rare to go into any business and not be treated just as a number. At Palmetto smiles and Dr. Secret they have mastered the old way of conducting business and that’s every ( guest ) every time. Fantastic experience: I visited for my semi-annual check-up and cleaning. Everyone was courteous and professional. As a 74-year-old, I appreciate the background music they play. For us aging Baby-Boomers, it is great to hear Marvin Gaye and Crosby, Stills, Nash (pre-Young). Seriously, this is a very fine team

Negative experience: I came in for my routine cleaning. So I'm sitting in the lobby waiting to be called. 6 people came in behind me ALL were called except me! I sat there from 11:45 till 12:30. Soon as someone came and sat down literally two minutes later they were called. I pay out of pocket. Not on Government assistance of any kind. The only difference was I'm black and they're white. They are really Good at what they do. My past experiences have been great. So I'm not sure what change?

Negative experience: Got some nasty stares when I walked in receptionist automatic assumed I was govt. Assistance which I'm not. Saying they don't take Medicaid, well that's good to know, wish I could get it. Won't be back felt uncomfortable.

Fantastic experience: Over my 70 years I have the unfortunate experience of dealing with many dentists for various reasons. 13 years ago I discovered Brian Sang and his team at Palmetto Smiles. They are awesome. In those 13 years I have lived as far away as SW Florida but my dentist has always been Dr Sang and now that I am back in Greenville, SC he will continue to be my dental team. Even though it’s an 2.5 hour drive. He and his team are worth it.
