Park 100 Dental Care

Fantastic experience: My first time visiting the Park 100 Dental care facility. First of all I was amazed at the Front Desk receptionist. Warm, friendly. As I am over 65 and had difficulty figuring out how to use the automated sign in, no problem after I receive assistance. No long, drawn out waiting. The Dr. was very friendly and assured me that my experience would be pleasant. So far I am pleased and want to make this my official Dental home. I go back Friday and will be looking for a positive extraction.

Fantastic experience: Service was great, but hygienist talked WAY TOO MUCH. I am not trying to be your friend, so don't ask me what I did over the weekend or what books I read. And I don't care how many animals you have. Read the room! Let patients talk if they want to. (Take a survey. I bet there are others who feel the same way)

Fantastic experience: I am glad to have come across Tillery Dental. My previous dentist recommended a peridontal cleaning and Tillery Dental told me that was not needed at all. Super clean office, it used to be a tire store years ago and you cant even tell. They are very transparent with you and they make you feel like family. I will continue my oral care here in the future. Definitely recommend them!

They worked well together to help me achieve my perfect smile. I have gotten a number of procedures done at this facility such as teeth cleaning, teeth whitening, and veneers. They were thorough, quick, and helped me with my “dental anxiety.” I am so grateful for this team! They have changed my life so I can feel comfortable in my smile again. Negative experience: Wonderful front desk staff but clear to them mint makes me gag and I was given mint fluoride treatment and didn’t know until it was in my mouth. My cleaning was done very roughly especially the flossing part.

Fantastic experience: Very considerate. Answered all my questions and helped to come up with a game plan for treatment. Whole staff was very friendly and made the experience comfortable. Glad I made the switch!!

Fantastic experience: I gave 5 stars because of their excellent customer service and politeness from the staff, I encountered on my first appointment today. They took ample time, listening to my concerns, answering my questions, and respected my feedback. I was impressed with their up-to-date technology used for simple x-rays and the computer software to examine teeth and gums. My decision to set an appointment happened when I inquired through a phone conversation with Sam, (a lady), about seeking a new dentist for maintanance cleaning and a clinic that offers a Invisalign program. I was quite pleased with the first impression. Sam was polite and listened to my needs. As luck would happened, there was available time slot within two days. Meeting with Dr. Alexa Haulk is another reason for 5 stars in my review. She listened politely, answered questions, and took as much time as needed. Dr. Alexa explained the Invisalign procedure and her reasons on how that would benefit my orthodonic needs. Lastly, many high regards to Shelby, who explained the financial investment of the Invisalign program. I was impressed with her knowledge of the insurance world and could explain the terms in the easiest way so I understood my options. All-in-all, their personalities and environment is top quality.

Fantastic experience: Park 100 Dental was very helpful for me, I went to see them because I noticed a small chip in my tooth and needed to get it addressed. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly and helpful. They did run images and X-rays and explained each and every step of the process to me. They did suggest some additional services but with no pressure to commit, they were willing to give me the time to think it over no hard selling from them. They gave me a new patient special that covered the cost of imaging and X-rays and they smoothed the chipped tooth down a bit for me. I have since found out my insurance coverage is not sufficient for using their services but they were still nice enough to send me my X-rays so I can take them to the dental school or a lower cost clinic. I would 100% consider using them in the future once I have my insurance coverage sorted.

Fantastic experience: My experience was a pleasurable one. The Hygienist was very meticulous and gentle-handed when it came to those sensitive areas of the gums. I loved my results!

Fantastic experience: Upon entering the office, I was greeted cheerfully by the receptionist. The wait time was next to none. My hygienist, Lyndsey, was perfect. She was thorough and gentle. She has a great personality, and did try to engage me in conversation, but unfortunately I am not a talker. I have a tooth that is problematic and Dr Haulk took the time to thoroughly explain what and why I should have it taken care of. Overall, I was very pleased with my visit

Negative experience: Honestly wasn’t a great experience. I’ve gone here for over a year and have never experienced so much pain during a cleaning. The staff wasn’t friendly and was trying to rush me out the entire time. They wouldn’t break down or explain anything wrong with my teeth and how I should proceed. They jumped around between treating me like a 16 year old and a 20 year old.

Fantastic experience: Very curious as my dental appointment was long delayed because of travel & family illness. Happy that Debra was my dental hygienist, as she knew me and Was well aware of prior issues. She did a great job, taking care of me. Dr. Wadas, had evaluated my current Dental xX-Rays, examined my teeth and suggested a treatment plan. He was Quick, to the point, addressing my concerns. I in turn agreed to the treatment plan.

Fantastic experience: I was extremely anxious about my appointment today due to some medical issues. Gina my dental hygienist was super gentle and made sure I was okay the entire time. Doc was able to look at my mouth in a gentle manner. I can’t wait to go back in Dec.

Negative experience: This place is a scam!!! They only want your money. My general dental cleaning needed 2 appointments, supposedly. A week later, I returned for the cleaning and they refused. Saying they could only do the deep cleaning... at $600. DON'T USE THEM!

Fantastic experience: I’m going to be honest going to the dentist is one of my least favorite places to go. That being said Park 100 Dental Care made my appointment pain and worry free. Angie the dental technician was very kind and explained everything she needed to do at the visit. My mind was eased when the dentist confirmed I had no cavities, and after reviewing my X-rays, pointed out my sinuses were likely the source of my discomfort. I am no longer dreading my upcoming cleaning thanks to the Park 100 team.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy with Park 100! I’ve had to have a lot of work done this year, already 7 crowns. They have made the experience painless and easy. Dr. Wadas is friendly, gentle, and informative with me. And beautiful cosmetic work! Dr. Hall gets high marks too. You just can’t go wrong with this practice. They are even fast and efficient, and everyone I’ve interacted with has been wonderful. They cover busy times with traveling techs and I’ve never had to wait. They get you in quickly.

Fantastic experience: These people are very nice, treat you with respect and kindness. Affordable. Gena was gentle when taking xrays, my teeth cleaning, all around super nice. Will not go to a different dentist. Thankyou... I will tell my friends and family about going there. You will not regret it. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment.

Negative experience: Updating this review to 1 star: I’ve been going to Tillery/Park Dental for 5 years. 2024-2025 this practice has been awful to work with. Every single time I’ve been in I’ve needed additional work that was not discussed at my prior appointment. In 8-9 months I’ve had the most amount of dental problems in my entire life. Tillery didn’t stick to my original treatment plan a year ago and it caused complications a year later. Now I’m constantly dealing with billing issues, who said what, etc. Word of advice, always keep your paper copy bills, take notes on what was said. I would not recommend the practice moving forward. - Overall, a really great dental trip for me. I was putting off my appointment for awhile because I was previously told I had 8 cavities and at least 4 of them needed to be filled. I have only had 2 cavities in my life. Dr. Tillery assured me I didn’t have any issues and explained all of my xrays very thoroughly. I have very high anxiety, and everyone made sure I was comfortable and put me at ease quickly. I will be going back in 6 months!

Fantastic experience: It has been many years since I have been to the dentist. I knew my teeth needed bite a bit of work. I was very happy that I went to Tillery. They were really thorough and took all the time I needed to understand what needed to be done.

Negative experience: I have been coming here for several years and always found the staff to be so helpful especially as a healthcare worker with a crazy schedule… until recently. Customer service has gone down hill, especially with Dr. Tillery leaving. I drove out through morning traffic after a long night shift only to be told when I got there that they canceled my appointment since they hadn’t heard a confirmation despite my multiple attempts at trying to confirm the week prior. No email notification or call stating this was happening so I wasted time when I could have been asleep before my next shift. This is extremely disappointing and I will be looking for a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Haulk was wonderful, she accommodated my daughter's orthodontic visit in time before she needed to return to college. Everyone in the Park 100 Dentak Care office is kind and helpful. Thank you for all you do for our family!

Negative experience: I have been coming here for years and never had a single problem. On my last visit I had a cleaning done and within 2 days I had a filling come out that was less than a year old. Within the next month I had another filling come out and then another one come out within 2 months. When I went back in for the first 2 (after having to plan ahead just to be able to make it in there), I was told they could not fill the fillings that day and that I would have to make another appointment (which I made sure of when I called to set up the appointment in the first place). Then I was told that I was going to be charged for the fillings that they put in and then clearly pulled loose. I never had this problem when it was Tillery Family Dental... Apparently the new ownership does not care about their patients like they once did... Very sad!

Negative experience: I was very excited initially with the thorough exam and xrays. then came cleaning. Worst cleaning I ever had. And no follow up from the dentist. She just said you can leave. Very appreciative but I will not be back.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit, and I’m very pleased. I was really concerned about my teeth, but my worries quickly vanished after meeting the staff. I have a cracked crown, which I know will be fine, with the staff caring for me. Extremely kind and friendly people. I know I’m in good hands here.

Negative experience: I had a really poor experience. First I got their 15 minutes early as requested, signed some intake forms and then waited for 30 minutes before receiving a call from tillery while I was in their waiting room, telling me I never got checked in. This is not the first time this has happened. I had the same hygienist help me both times and I cried from how painful the cleaning was both times while in the chair and was told “it will be better next time”. This time I left the office with a pretty substantial blood blister that has luckily gone down since. I’ve had other technical issues, scheduled an appointment with the same insurance information and was told they didn’t have it and they wouldn’t be able to see me at the scheduled time. Seems like there’s a lot of organizational issues here. Not coming back.

Positive experience: Appoint was 12 minutes past my time yet I was asked to arrive 20 minutes early. Please respect my time as I respect yours. Doctor was fine, X-ray tech delightful. Waited another 20 minutes for tech to clean teeth. She was pretty hard on me. I’ll go back again, but will let them know I leave 5 minutes past my appt time or I will arrive 10 minutes late, whatever they want.

Negative experience: I was able to get an appointment same day, which was nice. I told them on the phone that I had a broken filling that needed fixed and was told they could do it then. When I arrived for the appointment, it was clean and easy to find. As I was filling out my paperwork, the two front ladies started arguing loud enough for me to hear in the other room, because one of them didn’t want to do some work. As I was completing the paperwork, one of the ladies who seemed new or came over and asked for the subscriber of my insurances birthdate and Social Security number, so she could run my information. I completed the paperwork and returned it to the front desk. 30 minutes past my start time of the appointment I asked the front lady how much longer and she went to check. She said 15 minutes. as I was walking away the other lady said that it’s not the other one’s fault that they were behind it was mine for filling out the paperwork wrong, which I didn’t do. I had completed the paperwork thoroughly and correctly. the lady that was putting it in, the new one, took longer to get me checked in so two people that arrived after me got checked in sooner because they were assisted by the other lady. When I did go back for my appointment, which was 45 minutes past my appointment time the dental took one x-ray. When the doctor came in, he started talking about how he had recently been sick and just was getting his voice back that day, but still wasn’t feeling 100% so I immediately felt uncomfortable. All he did was look at the chipped tooth, and broke the filling. He left and the dental assistant came back and said they can’t do it today so I needed to reschedule the earliest they could get me in was almost a month later. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because they could get me in the same day and the helpful dental assistant I will not be returning because of the unprofessional ladies that work up front, the tardiness and the doctor working when not feeling well. Update 8/16/24- I’ve had to return here because of repeated issues that they started. I have a deep crack in the root not my tooth they have missed over the course of 3 visits (that included X-rays). Another office found the crack. I now have to get the tooth removed and an implant, so the money I spent on the crown was for nothing.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Tillery for over 10 years. They have the absolute best staff and Dr. Tillery is amazing! He is the reason I get so many compliments on my smile

Negative experience: Dr. Tillery's office fraudulently charged my employer's Visa for $10,000, literally the moment they received the card number. The treatment recommended for this money had not even begun yet! In the process of asking more in-depth questions about the proposed treatment, I was told I did not trust their office. At that time, Lisa (aka office manager) and his 'daughter' were demeaning and condescending. She offered to return the money. She drug the issue out for weeks, giving my employer all kinds of excuses. When finally she did refund the money, she deducted $1297.00 for a previous treatment that was paid by Care Credit. Do NOT TRUST this office. They lie, they're bossy, they interrupt you consistently, further confusing you about what they are attempting to do, they are rude, they have no respect for anyone but themselves, their reputation with fellow dentists is one of total disgrace, they create non-existent departments within the denistry that do not exist, to buy time to extend the abuse over their patients. Dr. Tillery and his family will lie to you even when they know whatever procedure they're recommending is not safe or appropriate for your health and well being. Ask around, and you will discover this for yourself.

Fantastic experience: Tillery has been so supportive through everything my family is going through. They have been in constant contact with myself and my husband over his care and needs and have been doing everything they can to find us a provider who can help him. My whole family goes to them from my parents to my one year old and they are always fantastic:)

Fantastic experience: I am terrified of the going to the dentist but with their demeanor and the environment they create I will recommend them to anyone. I had 4 extractions, 3 fillings, and a deep cleaning and they made it an experience I could manage. If you need or are looking for a dentist who will take their time with you, help ease your insecurities, and work with your fears they are definitely for you. I definitely use them now as my dentist and recommend them to everyone I know. They offer several sedative solutions. I chose the pill option. The office staff is very friendly and made me feel as comfortable as possible.

Fantastic experience: My hygienist is pretty awesome. I have sensitive teeth and she does great. They've done a couple of crowns and a root canal with pretty much zero pain (minus the numbing shots) or problems. Highly recommend! Lindsay does the best job on cleanings.

I appreciate all of the staff and everything they have done to ease my dental anxiety and make visiting the dentist easier on me. I appreciate that I felt like a person and not just another numbered patient. When I voiced any of my concerns I was heard and not dismissed. This makes choosing Tillery Family Dental an easy choice for me. As someone who has neglected going to the dentist for so long I was intimidated about a new dental office. Dr. Tillery was so extremely kind and has such a welcoming personality. I felt comfortable even though I was anxious. Every person in the office is so kind and patient that it makes the overall atmosphere very calm.

Fantastic experience: I’m new to Zionsville, Indiana and I was skeptical about choosing my new dental home. However, I’m pleased to say that I’ve now found my new dental home— Dr. Tillery and the staff are simply amazing! I was greeted by a welcoming front desk staff; the dental hygienist and dental assistant made me feel so welcomed and comfortable throughout my entire exam/cleaning session. Dr. Tillery was extremely approachable and very knowledgeable. He makes you feel as if he’s known you for years. Excellent bedside care! Also, the office was very clean and modern. Negative experience: Overcharged me by $200+ then sent me to collections for a $80 bill that I refused to pay since they never refunded me. Called several times to get the issue resolved but just ended up going to a different dentist and chalking it up as a loss. Tillery is notorious for billing issues from what i hear. NEVER swipe your card more than once at this place. If they say they had an issue during your first swipe just tell them to call you when they figure it out. Recommend Traders Point Dental or Isaac's dental. Never had a billing issue with either one.

Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency extraction for a shattered molar & the office was able to see me even though I was a new patient. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful in addition to doing their jobs very well. I literally had zero pain from my extraction & bone graft. Best dental visit I've ever had.

Positive experience: Lindsey is a friendly and skilled dental hygienist. She makes the xray, scraping, and cleaning, three things I don’t like at all (!) as speedy and pleasant as possible while still doing a great job. Dr T has been my dentist for over 30 years because he is trustworthy, skilled, and has reasonable fees. Although the staff has changed over these 30 some years, they are always friendly and respectful.

Negative experience: I attempted to use this facility because of their ability to do sedated dentistry. On the day of my procedure I was under for about 2.5-3 hours of an estimated 6 hours. Upon talking with hospital staff they let me know that because they were only able to keep me under for a few hours at a time I had the option of finishing my care in segments, or going to another facility for IV sedation. They even offered to schedule me for the segments. After pricing it, I decided to go for the segmented option. I was then told that they refused to see me and would not perform the care they had already offered to schedule and that I needed to go elsewhere and that they’d refund me what I’d paid. They told me it would take 3-4 weeks to get reimbursed. It has now been 4 weeks and I’ve received a call asking for my card number claiming that it is my fault they haven’t been able to reimburse me because I never gave them my card number. I’m not sure why I wasn’t asked for my card number 4 weeks ago. Everyone at the office has been extremely rude and not interested in helping me at all. I was trying to get over my fear of the dentist and this experience was so disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I have extreme dental anxiety; because of this, I didn't go for many years. Upon returning, Tillery Family Dental welcomed me and made me feel at ease. Dr. Tillery and Anna are wonderful--they talked me through everything, checked on me throughout procedures and encouraged me along the way. My comfort has been a top priority and I'm extremely thankful.

Negative experience: Although I appreciate the service that I get from staff , the billing practices are awful. The Dentist told me that I needed a new crown ( I have had it for roughly 7 years), They had me talk to their "insurance" person who told me that the precert amount was $900 and change and that Insurance would pay a certain amount but they needed me to pay $270, I paid the amount. During the procedure the assistant said that I would be getting a credit because they did not have to do all the things. Imagine my surprise when I got a bill for almost $600 and told that Insurance only covered a small portion of it. I asked for an itemized bill and never received it but they continue to call me and ask me when I am going to pay the bill. My plan in the future is if they tell me I need anything done, I am going to get a second opinion. Love the interactions but hate that I feel like I was lied to from the dentist to the insurance person.

Fantastic experience: Truly the best dental staff on the planet! They’ve basically cured me of my fear of dentistry. Really incredible people who take the time to make you feel comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I had a consult today with Dr Tillery, Dr Raganit and met dental tech, Anna. All were very nice and had a nice bedside (or chair side) manner. Altho I went for a tooth extraction, and was not happy to hear that my referring dentist office failed to provide what was needed for this appt, I had to make another appointment to come back (no fault of TFD). The good news for me was I can have all 4 of the teeth I need extracted in one sitting. So it all turned out and I am very happy! I’ve had many return visits both with Drs Tillery and Raganit. Dr Raganit extracted 4 teeth and I’ve never had teeth extracted that didn’t leave a huge hole where I didn’t have to pick food out for months. His extractions were so clean and precise the holes were closing the next day. I had 3 fillings in one sitting by Dr Tillery. I had no pain during the procedure and when the Novocain wore off I had no pain, not even where he hit me the injections of Novocain.

Fantastic experience: Fine job in cleaning and the doctor Tillery did a fine job getting to the bottom of a problem I had. Alexandria did a great job cleaning, Shannon did well at X-rays, and the finance person was real helpful in submitting insurance notifications and helping me decide timing - all in all very good work.

Fantastic experience: Our trip to Tillery Family Dental is always received with personal care; The staff are very professional and caring and very attentive making sure you receive friendly reminders about your appointments and making sure you the received the best care.

Fantastic experience: Moved back to Indy after 13 yrs of being away, and had to go back to Dr Tillery because he is excellent! He did my front upper crowns after I broke my teeth when I was in high school and they are amazing. Every dentist I have been to has complimented me on them! He knows what he is doing and loves it! Great quality dentistry for all here. Also The office staff is super helpful and friendly and the hygienist is wonderful—really puts your mind at ease and makes the time go by quickly with her friendly, kind attitude. Love it here and I will drive 30 minutes if I have to.

Fantastic experience: I came in with a coworkers referral as a new patient. I had a very painful molar that needed to be extracted. They were nothing but absolutely wonderful and caring throughout the entire process. They actually cared. Which isn’t always easy to find in medical practices. They did everything they could to get this taken care of fast and in my budgets. They saw the pain i was in and did everything they could make it less painful till the extraction appointment. I definitely recommend them. And i will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful experience today at Tillery Family Dental ! My son broke portions of his two front teeth off and Dr. Raganit and assistant Kori did an amazing job at making his smile look perfect again. They were able to accommodate same day service which was huge for me with my work schedule . Overall, so pleased and thankful for the service and care .

Fantastic experience: I am extremely thankful & impressed to have a dentistry that is so simultaneously catering & nurturing to your needs. The staff & nurses are pleasantly cheerful, & do a great job of balancing a professional/personable environment. I suffer from crippling dental anxiety, and Dr. Micheal F. Tillery, DDS, consistently and effortlessly can provide reassurance while thoroughly explaining every detail step by step. It’s evident that he takes pride in what he does, but he’s also the best at it! I recommend Tillery Family Dental 1000 times over!

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent first experience! The front and back staff were friendly and welcoming. Best oral exam I have ever had by a dentist. You could tell it was not the dental hygienist's first rodeo. She was knew what she was doing:) Very happy with my dental care here.

Fantastic experience: Staff was friendly. Very quick. I liked all the X-rays and 3D model to check my overall mouth health. They even told me to bring in my night guard so they could clean it too when I came in next. This was awesome because they didn't even make it, but showed me they care more about my health than my money.

Negative experience: Absolute crooks. They have rusty machines in their rooms. They are blood thirsty hawks that only try to up-sell and over-bill. I got a teeth cleaning, provided insurance, paid the difference, then got a bill 6 months later for the full amount. When i called they told i had to take it up with insurance. Poor customer service and i highly DO NOT recommend

Fantastic experience: I loved it! Who says that about dentist. The office staff was very nice and knowledgeable. The patient waiting area was clean, very roomy. Dr. Tillery was very nice, and even though he referred me to a specialist, he explained why, I needed to go. He could have just made me a set of dentures, but he wanted better for me. Thank you so much for being great!
