Fantastic experience: My husband introduced me to Lake Country Dental. I’m so glad a switched. Everyone from the receptionist, dental hygienist, and dentist are so friendly and do a great job!!!!

Fantastic experience: 12-2-25 - having gone to lake country dental for all my dental work over the past 17 years, I continue to be amazed at the talent that comes through the door that works there. Natalie did my cleaning today and I have never had such a very nice and less stressful cleaning. But you'd have to know my background to understand why I said that. But Natalie was very easy with me and I've never felt more relaxed when I've come for a cleaning done today. 10-27-2025 - Another great job correcting my bridgework by Dr. Snider and staff. And I just learned that he has only two more days left to be working and he's retiring. Not totally but pretty much from daily practice. Dr. Snider, thank you so much for the many years that you gave me an excellent smile and good dental hygiene. Your professionalism as well as that of your staff shows a great deal of how much you care for patients and their teeth. Only wish I met you a long time ago and maybe I could have avoided all the medals in my mouth. Anyway, you will be surely missed. Thank you for these many years of great dental care. Enjoy your well-earned retirement. 9-29-25 - headed back today for a revisit to have some extra work done on a bridge and I thought I'd provide some humor to the post with some photos of me having my bridge refitted and I couldn't stress more that this is the best place you could go to get your teeth fixed. Dr. Snider and all of his staff are very accommodating, pleasant and happy to see you. 9-23-25 - having some minor repairs done to my bridge and everybody's just so nice. And you know instead of hearing people scream at each other at work like I used to hear, it's nice to hear people want to assist someone else who's having difficulties or needs an extra hand. The service here is excellent. The staff are very enjoyable and very kind. If you can find a better spot, post it and let me know. Otherwise, I think this is the best dental full service office in town and the best staff and doctors. I don't give many five star reviews and if you follow me you know what I'm talking about this place. Truly exemplifies customer service and at a particularly personal level. 4/26/24 - another good cleaning from Jennifer and the teeth are good no cavities I'm flossing right again can't say enough about Dr Snider very friendly very comforting it's the best place you could go. 4/23/24 - Another Good check up and I've got the best hygienist in Texas keeping me fresh and clean and free from cavities. You can't go wrong with lake country dental keeping you healthy. 11-20-23 - My semiannual cleaning even shorter than last time. I must be doing something right but I have cut down on my coffee consumption. Lake country dental continues to be in harbors a great attitude towards their patients and they do want to see you repeat business and they're not afraid to tell you what you should be doing with your teeth in case there's something you're not doing right. So if you want a good place that really cares about your teeth more than you do go to lake country dental. 7-26-23 Another quick checkup at 7 am. Service was great and so was new Dentist on hand, Dr. Davis. 12-21-22 Lake country Dental continues its normal treat the patient well service. 10-25-2022 With my wife having died last year, I lost track of time and went over 4 months late for my semiannual checkup. Christina was definitely more sensitive to my status and was very tender in her cleaning my teeth. Lake country Dental is THE place for all your dental needs. Greg The best place I've found in 65 years of life to get your teeth worked on with a nice budget leftover. They practice good dental hygiene and personal hygiene as well. UPDATE! Dr. Snider has done it again, through all the issues with COVID, he and his staff have maintained some working capability and I finally go the finishing touches to my implant. I feel SAFE with his abilities and their methods of sanitation.

Negative experience: I came in for a check up and I had no issues but was told I had a cracked tooth and that I needed a crown. I agreed to get a crown and I’ve been in pain ever since. Now they tell me I need a root canal to fix the nerve pain that they caused!! I cannot recommend them for anything. And this is the second time I allowed them to work on my teeth. Years ago they cause me pain when they attempted to repair a filling.

Fantastic experience: I have horrible teeth since birth, I have seen my share of dentist's all over the world and the United States and my shre of "bad" experiences, however, from front office to check out this was one smooth careing experience. Octavia was my dentists assistant, she is spectacular, you could not ask for better professionalism,with kindness and caring thrown in! My dentist made me feel cared for and took the time to make sure I not only understood his plans going forward, he made sure that it was what I also wanted. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for just the "right" place to go!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely enjoy my cleanings every six months! Dr. M (cannot remember the spelling of his last name), was able to help me with an issue I experienced with one of my teeth and was very pleasant. I have been a patient in this office for decades and they are an absolute wonderful team!! I recommend them to everyone I know!! This dentist office actually cares about their patients!!

The dental technician Amy took care of my cleaning. She is one of the best dental techs I have ever visited. She explains the procedures as she performs them, provides a thorough and professional cleaning, and is gentle and painless while putting the patient at ease. I especially appreciate that Lake Country always uses the latest technology in making dental visits as simple and painless as possible. Well done.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Lake Country Dental, I have been a patient of Dr PK (Dr Prashant Kaushik) for almost a decade now. He recently moved to Lake Country and I was so impressed by the service I received there. I drove 2 1/2 hours to see Dr PK because he is the only dentist I trust! I am so glad he found a new home that treats their patients the way he has always treated me. Highly recommend Lake Country and especially Dr PK.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for 26 years, since I was 17. Other than 4 years in the military, I've never seen another dentist. Hands down an absolutely great staff. In my 26 years of coming here I can honestly say i've never had one complaint. I hope they're are open for another 26 years because I don't plan on going anywhere else. I wanna give a big shout out to Dr. Ray Snider, for being an absolutely great dentist and friend for those entire 26 years. Thank you!

Negative experience: Dental hygienist was absolutely awesome! Dr Davis did not explain crowns or what the process would be. She seemed aggravated at me wanting to ‘see’ the decay on xrays and asking multiple questions. My questions were then answered by the hygienist who thoroughly explained procedure, timeline, pre and post-op care and fully answered my questions. Trace, the Insurance lady will NOT call you back-so dont bother asking her to. Just go straight to the Manager, Taylor. Taylor is sweet and will take the time to discuss the financial aspects of your care plan. The prices are increased here, so much so that my husband left the practice and went to Mansfield(if you can believe that).

Fantastic experience: So, I went in for my first cleaning at Lake Country Dental, expecting the usual ‘dentist office vibes’—the kind where you brace yourself like you’re about to be drafted into the Hunger Games of fluoride rinses. But nope. These people had me feeling like I was on a spa vacation… except instead of cucumbers on my eyes, I got safety glasses, and instead of champagne, I got that fancy little suction straw thing (which I may or may not have pretended was a tiny vacuum cleaner for my mouth). The staff? Absolute gems. I’ve never felt so celebrated for flossing sometimes. My hygienist was basically a tooth ninja—gentle but powerful, like the Beyoncé of plaque removal. I left wondering if I should tip her or write her into my will. And let’s talk about how shiny my teeth feel right now. I walked out smiling so big, I blinded myself in the rearview mirror. If I don’t get a toothpaste commercial deal soon, I’ll be shocked. 10/10, would let them scrape tartar off my soul if they offered. If you’ve been putting off the dentist, Lake Country Dental is the place that makes you wonder why you ever avoided it. Seriously, my teeth are so clean I feel like I should apologize to them for years of coffee abuse. Go here. Your mouth will thank you.

Fantastic experience: We've been coming to LKD for over 19 years and love it. I love the camaraderie of the employees with each other. You don't see them standing around gossiping about their lives. They play Godly music which I love because you want to fill your mind with the peace of God. The other music can make some anxious. The employees are kind and gentle to patients. They listen and they speak respectfully. They really go the distance in their care. I love LKD!

Fantastic experience: I had a favorite dentist that I used for over 20 years, and then he retired. I thought I’d have a really hard time finding someone to take his place, and in fact I did… But then I ended up here. Wow, what a wonderful experience. These people truly care.

Fantastic experience: I would never recommend this dentist. I spent over $22,000 on upper implants here, and part of the treatment plan was that the implants needed to be removed and professionally cleaned once a year. It has now been three years, and despite me repeatedly asking, the dentist has never removed them for cleaning. Every time I brought it up, I was brushed off and told “you’ve only had them a year,” which is simply not true. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially considering the cost and seriousness of implant care. I trusted this office with my health, and now I’m dealing with additional health issues, including RA (Rheumatoid Arthritis), that may be related to untreated inflammation and lack of proper care. When you pay this much for implants, you expect professionalism, honesty, and proper follow-up care. Unfortunately, I received none of that.

Negative experience: My 5 year old’s appointment was cancelled out of nowhere even though we had confirmed his appointment. We had been showing up to appointments as scheduled as he has been in serious pain and receiving treatment in broken up appointments because of his age. Just very upset that given the pain he’s in they would choose to cancel even after confirming and the urgency

Fantastic experience: Last night my daughter took a tumble and chipped her front tooth. I was worried about infection and the sharpness of her tooth. I just moved to the area and did not have a dentist for her yet. I called the very next day and Lake Country Dental got my toddler in immediately. This never happens at any practice! The staff was so amazing and Dr. Davis was very patient with my toddler. Being so young, Dr. Davis referred me to a pediatric specialist. I knew there was no chance of getting into the specialist, but I went ahead and called Dr. Meghan Thornburn immediately. To my surprise, the staff told me to drive over so they could address the situation immediately. I cannot say enough good things about Lake Country Dental. I highly recommend! In this day and age, good customer service is hard to find. I would drive hours to go and see this practice again.

Fantastic experience: I came in to request a 2nd opinion of a dental treatment plan. I was impressed with staff including front office, the dental assistant and the dentist. I didn't have to wait at all. The layout of the office is to allow for efficiency as well as a relaxing environment for the patient. My "cubicle" had a huge window that I could look out of. It was very relaxing. All in all, the visit was a positive experience. I chose Lake Country Dental to complete my dental treatment plan. ~JH

Fantastic experience: First visit after doing on line research. Need to replace a bridge which had fallen out. I was quite happy with Dr. Cook in that he took time to examine my situation and listen to my thoughts. He offered specific ways to handle the issue at hand. Since I had done my own research into possible solutions his plan made sense and I was able to begin the process right at that time. His efforts are much appreciated as were Ashley's as she worked hard to put a temporary bridge in. This process is not yet over as it will take couple weeks for permanent bridge to arrive and we will see if correct measurements were done and if the unit fits. I felt the dollars spent and the time spent were well worth it, hopefully end result will be as positive. 06/03... cleaning service. Both hygienist and dentist were awesome. Great service and experience going to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: My first time at LCD and it was a smooth process from the moment I walked in the door. I LOATHE getting my teeth cleaned but Peri made bearable with her fun personality and good conversation. Way to keep me distracted girl! :)

Negative experience: Had my first appointment in november scheduled a follow up for 6 months later in may was told i would get an email confirming my appointment never got one. Called in march to confirm appointment they confirmed it was set for may and again told me they would send me an email confirming never got one Called at the beginning of may to again confirm was told date i had was right and time i had was right no email reminder no text reminder. I show up the day of my appointment at my scheduled time and the girl behind the counter tells me i have no appointments schedlued at all. Not sure how they lost my appointment but they did office staff not well organized would not recommend

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency and my long time dentist had just retired by selling his practice. The new office would not work to accommodate my needs and I reached out to Lake Country. Tiffany at Lake Country understood my needs and immediately made our appointment with Dr. Snider that day. The whole staff was so accommodating and helpful. The emergency will take months to fix correctly, but they understood I had immediate needs and they moved quickly to put a mid-term corrections in place that will meet all of my needs. I couldn’t have been more impressed by the helpful spirit at Lake Country and I am so thankful they were there when I needed them.

Fantastic experience: My experience was awesome! The staff is friendly and the doctor was patient. The dental assistant treated my daughter who is autistic with a lot of patience. He explained everything to her. They have different options of ways if you have anxiety about dental work.

I vow to care for my mouth the way Troy does to avoid him having to do all the work. Second visit review. Amazing staff. Most notably is Carrie (i pray i get her name right) beautiful blonde with about 30 yrs experience in ortho and dentistry overall. She was thorough and accurate. I'll be moving my entire family to LCD because Im convinced that they all know what they are doing. She is very funny.

But every hygienist or receptionist that has serviced my family and I have done a fine job on our teeth and have been very kind and professional to us. We will continue to use Lake Country Dental.

Negative experience: I went in to have a tooth extraction only, and they performed a complete examination without asking me. The doctor who did the physical exam said that I needed a cleaning, when I had had them cleaned only two weeks before. It appears that they will do anything to make a buck.

Fantastic experience: I was in urgent need of a dentist and Lake Country Dental got me in right away and everyone was so nice and friendly. Dr. Cook was exceptional and explained everything to me that needed to be done. So if you are in need of a Dentist I highly recommend LCD.

Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth that was absolutely killing me. I was able to get an appointment first thing in the morning the following day. I was self pay, so I made it clear that while I know I need other dental work, I can’t afford it right now and wanted only to address the wisdom tooth. They completely respected that. They were also able to get it out the same day. My entire appointment took maybe an hour. Will definitely be returning for future dental work.

Fantastic experience: This being my first visit was especially important as we all know first impressions are what matters. I was very impressed with the staff and the relaxed atmosphere. Amy was my dental hygienist and Dr. Davis was my dentist. They both were excellent at their jobs. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. What’s not to love? I’m so glad for the recommendation to Lake Country Dental!

Fantastic experience: Lake Country thank you so much for taking me so last minute for my tooth pain! They also discovered my retainer was detached and were able to get me into ortho immediately! Very very thankful!

Negative experience: Came here for two deep cleanings. The first one was routine, done by the hygienist who was great. The second deep cleaning done about a month later was not as smooth and started by some random dentist who I've never seen or spoken to once. But he gives me about 12 novocaine injections on my right side for a simple deep cleaning. I've had DC before and never had to get injections more than 3 or 4 times. With that said be mindful of some of the professionalism that may or may not be present. Outside of that, the hygienist and reception ladies are great.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience in this office! From the receptionist to the Orthodontist team was fantastic. Dr. Sung was out and the office and the whole team took charge to provide the service I needed due to an emergency. Everyone there made me feel like family!! This was my very first visit!! Kudos to you all!!

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient and they were able to schedule me for the next day. I was able to have same-day service performed which is a plus because I wasn’t expecting that. My family has been coming here for eight years. This is a great place they do very good dental work. The Dental Assistants are very personable.
