All my needs were explained step by step and the financial aspect of services was well explained as well. If you just hate going to the Dentist I urge you to try this office. For me she is a gem. She is kind and considerate. Most of all gentle with me. I have sensitive gums and i became frustrated of it. She thoughroughly clean my teeth and makes me feel calm. I am conscious of my gums and teeth but Nicole makes me feel at ease. Thank You Nicole.

Positive experience: My care was fine. I had a dentist I didn't know, as mine was out.bi found out they are changing hours. That was a big draw for me, I wasn't going to have to take off work. Now I either have to take off work or change my dentist. That does not make me happy.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely hate going to the dentist but after going here they were all so very kind and understanding there was no judgment. They definitely made going alot less stressful!

Negative experience: This review is only for frenectomy treatment. My child was scheduled to get her tongue tie lasered (frenectomy). She was nervous and scared. She's 9. They would not allow me to stay in the treatment room with her. So I chose not to leave her alone and scared... I chose to not get it done here. I will schedule it at a different place where I'm allowed to be in the room to be able to console her. They used the excuse of hippa... the room was separated by walls from other patients. Unacceptable to not be able to stay with your child when they're scared...

Fantastic experience: We have had a rough start with dentist visits in the passed. We decided to make a change to Richmond Family Dental. Our very first visit was wonderful. I was hesitant to allow my kids to go back without me. As I do not trust many people with my kids especially in a medical setting. However everything went great and my kids had no complaints or scares. Thank you very much Richmond Family Dental. I believe we are now reoccurring members!

Fantastic experience: Richmond Family Dentistry is a great place to take care of your dental needs. They are the sweetest, nicest group of ladies. They take good care of you! Explain things well and tell you what they are doing step by step and give encouraging comments to the patient.

Fantastic experience: I had heard about Amber through a family member and decided to make an appointment. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to anything dental and everyone from the girl who answered the phone to schedule my appointment, to the office staff and hygienist were all very professional and took time to listen to my concerns. I was able to be seen very quickly and was told that I would need to have 2 teeth pulled and they were prepared to do it that day since I had been experiencing significant pain. I elected to schedule my extraction for Friday and will FINALLY be able to be rid of this pain. I am truly grateful for the compassion that was given during my visit and will be scheduling the rest of my family for exams for us to all become established patients!

Fantastic experience: If , you are looking for a great Dentist. I would recommend Richmond Family Dentistry. I was looking for a new dentist, and my friend told me about Richmond Family Dentistry. So I called to see if I could set an appointment. They had an opening for November 20th. From the time I walked in the office to the time I left was treated very well. Hannah the assistant, she was very helpful and very good at what she does. When the Dentist came in she was also very nice and helpful. I feel she will be as gentle with me as she can. I go back Friday to start getting my teeth in the condition that they should be. Thank you for taking me as your patient. Joy

I had a very difficult oral surgery with a different practice, and my dentist took her time reviewing my xrays and consulting with another physician about my issues. They were busy, but I never felt rushed. I felt heard and confident in their care.

Dr. Parker explained the procedure to me and made me feel much better about having the procedure. She listened to me and that helped. Everything went great and now I have no pain. Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to a dentist in about 5 years and knew I had some cavities and was nervous about a chipped tooth. Everyone there was so nice and thorough! First appointment was fully dedicated to getting X-rays, taking a 3D scan of my teeth, and checking overall gum and bone health to determine the best personalized plan for me. Getting the cavity filled later wasn’t fun, but they talked me through the whole process and listened when I needed to take breaks. Overall a great experience and I will be going to them for my regular dental care now as they helped take the fear and anxiety out of it!
