Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to this practice. The office is easy to get to and the office itself is very nice and updated. Dr. Pugh was very nice and personable. Asked me if I had any questions or concerns and did a thorough exam and explained what he was doing and why and how to proceed in the future.

Negative experience: Dr. Riley was a blessing. He made me feel very comfortable. His bedside manner is very professional and you can tell he truly cares about his patients. Sherry was amazing as well. They were a dynamic duo. She is very upfront about what is going on so there is no second guessing. I love how she was so casual with her conversation and really put me at ease. I am editing my review and taking stars away for the lack of communication. I have called 4 times, left voicemail twice, was told I would get a call back initially in regard to billing but ZERO communication. The front desk needs some work to say the least. I can’t even schedule an appointment because zero follow-through. It looks like I will be making a 35 minute trip to speak with someone face to face to get some answers and an appointment scheduled. Pretty pathetic.

Negative experience: Since I did paid I was just wondering if it normal practice for a dental office to charge for both immediate upper and lower dentures and complete upper and lower dentures at the same time ? It appears I might be paying for something I may never get.

Thanks so much! Thanks Dr. Adams, you are great! New update: July 29, 2025. I am 66 years old and have had several health challenges over the last few years. Also, I have had an untold number of dentist in my life. I tell you this information because the staff takes great care of my needs, always willing to show me the care and respect that a person with disabilities might need to have covered. I also share my age, because I grew up in a household that didn’t believe in brushing your teeth, or not to eat a bunch of candy as you go to bed. Thus, I had really terrible oral health. I ended up losing quite a few teeth because of my very poor dental hygiene. But, it also caused me to learn how to care for the teeth I had left. I became quite a strong dental hygiene advocate. I have had quite a few dentist as I moved around North Alabama and now South Alabama. This is a testimony about one of the best most caring dentist that I personally have ever had. Dr. Brandy Adams is one of the best, if not the best dentist that I have ever had. She has an awesome knowledge of the human mouth, teeth and just human anatomy in general. If, by chance, she runs across a question or an issue that she doesn’t have an answer for, I have witnessed that she will look for and investigate every single lead that she finds until she discovers the exact answer to your question or issue herself. She is a Christian, and as such she is caring and concerned about every patient but in reality every person she comes across. Fantastic experience: Doc is a fun guy and the staff is patient and makes sure you are happy with your service. Will be returning Edit: June 11, 2025 I returned… And theyre still awesome!!! Great place! Honest doctors who tell you like it is. Setting up xrays and this will be my full time dentist now. Great people! Doc is a great character! Edit again: July 23, 2025 Still the G.O.A.T. In Foley! Assistants are kind and care and the docs are always looking out for you and your teeth. Ive got a mouth full of problems and have tried many dentists and this is the one I continue to return to. Quality and care. Good job guys Lol, back again!!! July 28. Had a little problem with a temporary crown installation. Doctor Riley is great and handled it with care and fixed it all up at no cost. Thanks guys. Edit: Dr Riley makes it happen. Great friendly staff. Got a new crown and now onto bigger and better tooth problems!

Negative experience: Dr Amy is incredible! I wish she would open her own business. The office is a nightmare. Schedules appointments 6 mos in advance and cancels right before the appointment day. This happened twice. I was not even notified about 2nd cancelation until I showed up in the office. I wish I could say thus us a first time, but sadly no. It happened 6 mos ago. Not just to me, but my mother as well. This business has gone so far downhill since they moved into their new building. Missing the friendly front desk girls that had a clue on what they were doing. VERY poor management.

They have a great text scheduling feature that starts when you call, and they are in a beautiful new building with the latest and greatest equipment. My cleaning and x-ray appt with Stephanie was easy, and I met one of the 2 dentists and he was fabulous as well! The entire staff was pleasant, just a great experience!

Negative experience: Very disappointed for the third time. I've made an appointment to have certain procedures. Done? And when I get there, they want to do a cleaning and x-rays and make another appointment for me to come back and get the work done. The scheduled the appointment to have done. The girls at the front desk clearly knew that I was coming there to have a tooth fixed and nothing else.

Went to see Stephanie to get my teeth cleaned. They are in new building by horse arena off hy. 59. It is beautiful world class facility. They have great help here and are super professional but they are still friendly and give you custom personal care. The dentists are excellent here. They are easy to talk too and are very knowledgeable. I am so glad I found this place. I have confidence in all the employees. Update . 9 /16/24. Went to see Dr Adam's on emergency. I sheared my tooth. Scheduled me as soon as possible. Checked everything to make sure I didn't fracture or crack my tooth. Took a few minutes to grind and buff shear out so everything is good again. I just have great things to say about Dr Adam's and all her staff. Absolutely great dental care. Update 11 03 2024 Broke a tooth and called Dr. Adam's office. This time I needed a crown. They installed a temporary which worked great for 3 weeks until my permanent crown was ready. Returned today to get everything finished. As always everything went great. I feel very lucky to be a patient at dr. Adam's office. The help is fantastic. They are all friendly and take pride in their work. Dr. Adam's and the other dentists are terrific as well. I am so glad I have this office close to me. Update 3/18/2025 This office is a great dental facility. I have been here for years now. I love Dr. Adam's. She does great work and hires great help. Always thoughtful and caring. They are the best in my book.

Therefore I called Foley Dentsl Associates, explained my situation. I was seen that day - and had a root canal scheduled the same day by them. They couldn’t do it but they made a phone call. I was over the top impressed with them. The office staff is friendly. Carson is great. The hygentist are so friendly. I love that their names are embroidered on their tops because I’m horrible with names. I’m glad I made the switch. No regrets!
