Fantastic experience: I was so lucky to find this place. I needed an emergency root canal done after going days with excruciating pain. All I had to do was walk in, fill out some fast new patient paperwork, and I was taken to the back about 5 minutes or so later. I ended up getting the root canal with temp crown and a wisdom tooth removed pushing against that same bad tooth. The entire staff was super friendly and very helpful in answering all of my questions throughout the procedures. Will be happily going back for my check up in 3 weeks:)

Fantastic experience: Dentist Dr. Chang DDS. Is the best dentist I have ever been to in my travels. I had an abscesses tooth & it was very bad. Dentist Chang gave me 1 shot & not in 3 different places with the 1 shot. The tooth numbed quickly & the extraction was painless & quick. It was out. Everyone was courteous & kind bc most people they see are n a lot of pain. They except walk ins & appointments. The price was the best I have seen anywhere. The facility is clean inside & nicely decorated. Relaxing is encouraged & the atmosphere is set up for the clients to b calm & enjoy. I will b returning for more of my dental needs bc of the personal attention & the price + the best Dentist I have ever had work on my teeth. Thank you Dr Chang & his staff for the help you gave me. Fantastic experience: I woke up in extreme pain a few days ago. Was hoping pain subsided but it got worse. I see this dental clinic everyday driving to work. I looked them up and saw the reviews and decided to give them a try. And thank God I did. The staff was amazing and courteous. The Dr was cool man. Made you feel relaxed. When it came to the extraction I was so nervous and before I knew it he was done! There was no pain in the extraction at all. Everyone knows you get nervous at dentist but this was a great experience. I would recommend to anyone in pain and needing extraction!

Fantastic experience: I initially went in three weeks ago. I was little skeptical about going in but decided to go in since they had walk ins. The staff and doctor were super friendly and nice since the start. I got an x ray and ended up needing a root canal. They took care of me that same day. The procedure was pretty quick and relatively painless. The staff and dentist were very friendly and caring making sure it was as painless as possible. The consultation and procedure was really affordable. I would highly recommend them. they took great care of me and I had a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Brought my mom here to deal with a severe pain she’s had in her back molar for months. I’m so glad I brought her here. The entire staff was very kind, respectful, and considerate of her anxiety/nervousness around being at the dentist (she hadn’t been in 10+ years). She was able to get a root canal and temporary crown placed same day. Space was super clean and professional, and staff spoke Spanish too. The dentist Dr. Chang was very nice and attentive, and my mom told me she didn’t feel any pain during her procedure. Recommend a lot for Spanish speaking folks without insurance like my mom, really quality service and genuinely kind people. Thank you for taking care of my mom!

Fantastic experience: These folks are the absolute best. I had a tooth that became very loose and needed attention. Starting with Paula at the front desk and ending with Dr. Chang they took excellent care of me. In addition to extracting the damaged tooth that was causing me great discomfort, they also performed and complete exam and gave me dental care directions for moving forward. Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience at this dental office. During my visit, I was pressured to leave a 5-star review, which felt unprofessional and insincere. Additionally, they attempted to charge me twice for a previous service, claiming they had no record of my payment. I had to go out of my way to provide my bank statement as proof of payment. I strongly recommend requesting a receipt if they don't automatically provide one, as their record-keeping seems unreliable. This lack of organization and customer care raises serious concerns. Given their reliance on walk-ins, it's shows that their return rate might not be great. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dentist, even for something as simple as a cleaning.

I had an extraction that needed to be removed in 3 pieces almost like pulling out 3 teeth in one. Everybody the front desk staff and he were very attentive and caring. Fantastic experience: I came in for a very bad toothache and I was seen and taken care of right away. I got there exactly at 9am and was out by 9:50am. I highly recommend this place! Everyone was super nice. I tend to get anxiety when it comes to these types of situations but they made me feel comfortable and kept asking me if I was feeling ok. Definitely will be coming back. :)

Fantastic experience: Quick and easy, found them online on a Friday, made an appointment for the next monday. Filled out paper work for 5mins, saw the dentist ( which was Spider-Man ) played music just to avoid hearing any noise that might tense me up which really wasn’t bad at all. 2 songs later spider man which was disguised as a dentist was done. Pain free. Very nice and welcoming staff.

Negative experience: Got my mother in love for a crown that need some work so she applied for a credit because she low income once they saw she was approved they proceeded to a root canal because “it was the best for her “ and 5 hrs later and a 5200 in for payment She was out in pain bleeding and with an horrible infection ,that they claim was a bite or her fault So after a back and forth with them “miraculously “ decided to deduct some money from the bill down to 2200.nothing but bad practice and bullying an older women Went here because the great reviews but now start to think it’s all fake maybe posted by Theo family members or friends

Fantastic experience: I had a 2 broken molars and roots stuck under the guns , I woke up in pain and spent 2 hours calling different places , some couldn't do the type of extraction I needed , some didn't have a dentist until my Monday , one only had an extractor once a month , another said they could see me but had to schedule another appointment for services on a later day , I was about to give up , when I found this magical place , I called they told me to come in , I got here , was seen withing 20 mins, told me what I needed and took care of it on the spot ! Got here at about 12:15pm walked out at 1:00pm , if that's ECCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I DONT KNOW WHAT IS , EVERYONE WAS VERY KIND AND HELPFUL AND MADE ME FEEL SO COMFORTABLE DURING THE ENTIRE PROCESS # THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH - THEY DONT PLAY WHEN THEY SAY DAME DAY ❤️

Fantastic experience: Plain and simple if you need fast and affordable this is the place for you I walked in at 10:13 am and was out by 10:42 am the price was right they don't ask 1 million questions they have you fill out the form and you pay your $30 for the exam and the consult you with what needs done and pricing. I hadn’t been to a regular dental visit in over 20 years because I'm pretty terrified of the dentist, but terrible tooth pain forced me to make an appointment. DC Dental was close to my job and had great reviews, so I took the chance—and I’m so glad I did! The staff here are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made me feel at ease right from the start. They took me in right away, quickly assessed my situation, and identified that I needed a root canal. Despite the complexity of the procedure, they coordinated everything seamlessly. I was referred to a specialist the very next day and, by Thursday, I was back to get fitted for my permanent crown. The office may be small, but the care and service are top-notch. Thanks to the team at DC Dental, I now have a plan to take care of other, less serious issues and Im motivated to be back on track with my regular dental visits. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: If I can give this place a zero I would! I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will tell everyone I know not to go here and to tell everyone they know the same. My daughter had an appointment to get her wisdom teeth removed with another office same dentist and we drove all the way to 35th and Thomas from Buckeye for them to tell us her procedure had not been approved and they had sent it over to the insurance a week prior when they scheduled it a month in advance. The second time she rescheduled it for another month in advance 2 weeks later she received a letter from her insurance saying her procedure was denied because they needed more x rays. She contacted the dentist office immediately for more than 2 weeks calling everyday asking to speak to manager explaining her situation and nothing they just kept telling her the manager would call her back. I even got involved and they said the same thing they lied every time and never helped us. 3 days before the procedure they claim to have sent the pre authorization to the insurance again and on the day of the procedure they said it had not been approved she found out because she called the office they never called her back like always! This place is so unprofessional! The people that work here are not professionals they are heartless individuals who do not care about people getting their teeth worked on. I’m not sure why they work here if they do not like their job! What a waste of training and what a terrible doctor to hire individuals like these! Go elsewhere. The one on 51st and Indian School might be far and not in a nice area but they are much more helpful. Beware of this place and go somewhere else! Read all reviews! They use nasty equipment on people and work on 2 patients at a time they also waste your time and schedule you on holidays, when they have no available appointments and they hang up on you every time they says they’re transferring you!

Fantastic experience: If I could give them 10 stars I would. 100% recommend Dr Chang. All the reviews are legit. I had horrible pain in my wisdom tooth and needed it taken care of ASAP. I googled 'good dentists near me' and they were one of the first options so I decided to go for it. Best decision I could have made. The whole experience lasted less than an hour. I have the WORST anxiety when going to doctors/dentists and started crying as soon as I got in the exam chair. The whole staff were amazing and immediately calmed me down and reassured me everything would be fine. My tooth was removed quickly and painlessly and I had no pain during the days after.

The dentist and staff were very professional and caring and were very courteous.
