Negative experience: I never write negative reviews. Karens are cringy, and folks blasting businesses on Google are almost always suspect. But this situation was extraordinarily bad. I'm just a dude, and all I can do is complain on the internet, so that's what I'm going to do. During a routine cleaning, a crown was accidentally ripped out of my mouth. Replacement crowns they made repeatedly fell out, requiring several visits over the course of a year to fix. On one visit, I arrived for my appointment only to be told my new permanent crown had “gotten lost in the mail,” forcing me to get another mold made and wait several weeks again. This was when I got my 2nd or 3rd temporary crown, which fell out about an hour after I left. I wasn't even eating anything. That's when I gave up and just lived with a painful, exposed tooth for a while. I earnestly lost track of how many temporary and permanent crowns fell out of my mouth. I don't have a strange teeth situation, I live a normal lifestyle and made sure not to be eating anything sticky/chewy. The office also incorrectly billed my insurance under a different patient ID, which delayed payment for months. Even after that issue was finally resolved, I was sent to collections without any warning, and was only eventually informed via mail, for a relatively small outstanding balance I would have no issue paying. I was then hit with a massive collections fee. I was also charged a $200 "upgrade fee," I was told they use better materials for the crown, or some sorta process insurance companies rarely cover. Which, cool. But I wasn't asked if that's ok. (side note it's 2025, why are we billing people in the physical mail) I gave up and paid the bill which ended up being $600, to include a $160 collection fee. They did not erase any charges or fees, even though this started with a botched cleaning and follow on administrative and procedural errors. The cherry on top is their payment system adds a 6% service charge. This was a nightmare experience for what should have been a simple dental procedure. It ended up being painful, time-consuming, and unnecessarily expensive. EDIT: I see the response below. Why are they putting the onus on me to contact a manager after we've already talked. Fantastic experience: Excellent service, all the staff are very friendly and helpful to those of us who don't speak English.

Negative experience: At first it was fine. I went there 2 xs. Suddenly, I was charges 146 for co fees, after paying 92, 46, 46, etc. Then they sent me a bill for 100.00. I complained because my adv plan says this Dental One is in network, and not supposed to charge me extra fees. I then got a 200.00 bill. I paid it so there would be not problems. I got a receipt paid. Then, months later I got a call claiming I owe more, I hung up on them. Unbelievable.

Positive experience: The dental service is good. The Management is a little iffy. For example, they want payment at time of service, but they will charge you 3% to use a credit card. My thinking if your going to force the payment then and there, don't charge a fee for the credit card. Who uses cash or checks anymore.

His assistant that help with temporary bridge was fantastic and I apologize that I forgot her name , she so awesome and very nice and professional . Fantastic experience: From the time I met Thelma, a very compassionate and professional DA to when Dr.Kyser came to explain my X-rays and also understand the level of care I would need to regain my once excellent oral health, I knew I was in the right place. I highly recommend this team of Dental professionals.

Fantastic experience: I'm 42 years old ive been to the dentist throughout my life from cleanings, fillings, extractions and braces. This is the first time I've had a root canal and with a temporary crown put on it that came off. This visit was to get the temporary put back on. MONICA im not sure of her job title but in my book she's amazing. She made me a new temp crown. She was thorough, kind, considerate, knowledgeable, skillful, fast with out doing a rush job. She helped in picking out a shade that was perfect. She put it on without any extra drilling. She cleaned the area to make sure no residue was left behind I cant even tell its a temp crown.She was perfect. THANK YOU MONICA.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Klubis and his assistant Gail are not only highly professional, knowledgeable, and well-prepared to perform their work at the highest level, but they are also very kind and friendly people. They made my visit as easy and comfortable as it could be possible. They explained in detail the plan for today’s procedure and answered all of my questions. We even exchanged a few personal stories and shared some jokes. What made my visit especially pleasant was that Dr. Klubis spoke Russian and showed genuine interest in the art and crafts I create and sell.

Negative experience: Despite the fact that so far, dental one was unable to arrange my desperately need teeth extraction..because suddenly all slots were booked The staff will try to get me in if possible..and their diagnosis has led kaiser to possibly hospitalize me for in-house extraction My cardiologist is working on it as I write this Separately..I have an appointment in two days at dental one to attack other dental issues Dental One is a phenomenal one stop shop for dentistry/ endodontist work + oral surgery. + I suspect every dental need. Fantastic experience: I'm so thankful for Dental One Associates. I had a dental issue pop up over the weekend. I left a message for someone to call me. They called me before 8 am on Monday and I was in the dental chair at 8:30 am. They listened to my symptoms, took X-rays and correctly diagnosed the problem. It was such a relief. I have complete confidence in them. I recently switched to Dental One Ass. I wouldn't have received this level of care from my old dentist.

Fantastic experience: It’s hard to make appointments because it’s fully booked farther. I wish there are more availability sooner. I have dental insurance, it was my first x-rays here. My insurance is supposed to cover it 100%, but today I have to pay $72 of it. Then after that an insurance company estimates how much coverage it will be, or not, they will refund it me. ( that how I understand). That is strange to me. I’ve been to different dentists, that would never happened before. ( is it only me?) A dental assistant for me today was nice. Very friendly. A doctor for me today was too cool.

The DENTAL ONE team are the BEST. I have been going to them since early September 2025 when i had a dental emergency and they found an opening for me to come in immediately. Negative experience: Dentist said I had 3 cavities and needed to have my crown replaced, but never showed me the xrays. On my next visit, I asked him to show me where my cavities were, and only 1 tooth looked like it needed to be taken care of. And I still don't understand why my crown needed to break replaced. I think he just wanted my money. I will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: Efficient In all aspects and as painless as possible. Came End with a painful toothache that needed an extraction. Dr Kyser Took care of that quickly and fit me with a temporary bridge until My gum healed, and the permanent was ready. Got my permanent bridge today and it’s perfect.

Positive experience: I had a permanent bridge put in about 3 weeks ago and I bit down and it cracked. I called and they got me in on the same day and because they have all the scans they where able to call the lab and a new one built and have a appointment to get it replaced in a timely timeframe. Fantastic experience: I can’t express enough how amazing my experience at Dental One has been. Dr. Kyser made me feel totally comfortable from the beginning to the end of the process of restoring my smile. I had to have multiple crowns put in at once. Not only was the process completely painless but he really cared about the way my teeth would end up looking and me as a patient in general. He is very easy to communicate with and his skills as a Dentist show in the quality of his work. Every time I smile I’m still impressed with how natural my teeth look and feel. His assistant Thelma went above and beyond as well to take the time to make sure everything was perfect for me even taking time from her lunch break to finish fitting the temporary crowns. I am so grateful for what Dr. Kyser did for me, I know I would not be as satisfied as I am now if I went somewhere else. If you need to have dental work done like I did, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Keyser or any of the staff at Dental One. 10/10.

Negative experience: I am writing to express my concerns regarding a misdiagnosis I received that resulted in the recommendation for an unnecessary invasive procedure. My experience with this practice has raised serious questions about their diagnostic practices and commitment to patient well-being. Initially, I sought care from a dentist who identified two cavities, which I had filled. Subsequently, I experienced significant pain and discomfort in one of the filled teeth, leading to a referral to an endodontist, Dr. Klubis. Dr. Klubis conducted extensive scans, including "3D" scans, which ultimately proved to be of no diagnostic value and put more money on the tab. The final diagnosis, based on X-rays and a cold sensitivity test, was the need for a root canal. However, under my current dental supervision it was declared tooth had a Crack in it while trapped water pushed the crack apart causing the uncomfortable and serve pain. While i write this a year later with the cavity fixed, the said "diagnosed affected tooth" remains healthy, under my current dental supervision, and shows no signs of decay. This experience has led me to believe that the practice does prioritize financial gain over accurate diagnoses and necessary treatments. I strongly advise seeking care from a more reputable provider to ensure the best possible patient care. Also the office manger is extremely unfit for her role and should not be allowed to facilitate any issues. Very unprofessional and combative leading to no progress.

For that, I’d give them a perfect 10. The dentist was great and the dental assistant when they gave me my temporary crown. I was hoping to make this my permanent dentist since I’m new to the area. dentist is great when they put the permanent crown in. My only suggestion is make sure you coordinate with what days the dentist can see you.

However, happily and thankfully Dental One far exceeded my expectation. Fantastic experience: I have consistently had good service at Dental One. The staff is very friendly, and doctor Yasbin and my hygenist are both top-notch! Recently, I had a gum graft procedure with Dr. Wilson. He and his assistant were thoroughly professional. The procedure took over an hour and I was under local anesthesia the whole time with seven stitches total. I was told that the anesthesia would wear off in 2-3 hours and was prescribed some extra strength Ibuprophen...but I haven't felt the need to take it. After a few hours, I only experienced minor discomfort, and now--less than 24 hours after the procedure--I have no pain at all! I guess that is a sign that the procedure went well! I would recommend Dental One to anyone! As a follow-up, it is now about two months after my procedure and I had the last of my stitches removed. By all accounts, the procedure appears to have been a success!

Negative experience: Everyone at the location was very nice for orthodontics. However, when I did my consultation I found out they were potentially the most expensive place for orthodontics. I have gotten quotes from 4 other places in the area and they were all significantly cheaper. (Some being over a thousand dollars cheaper for the same treatment). With that said, the staff was super nice. This place seems okay if you are okay with paying significantly more for the same treatment and same quality. This place is just not worth over a thousand dollars more to me.

Negative experience: Over Charged me for a consultation that was not needed. It took three visits for a simple procedure, that could have been done in two visits. Stated a price for all procedures then came back at me for more money after I paid everything that was originally quoted. There was nothing done in addition to the original quote. I you do really good insurance I guess you would be okay, but I don’t know anyone that has good insurance. Overrated or overpriced!

Positive experience: The dentists, staff, and technicians are friendly and great but customer service is still poor. I called for an insurance question and a lady hung up on me after putting me on a 3 minute hold.

Fantastic experience: Hey Y'all! My experience was great! I was having issues with this one back tooth for several years. I kept putting off having it extracted because my dentists in South Carolina would give me antibiotics and allow me to keep putting the extraction off... I have bad anxiety when it comes to dental work. I tried to do this again with this dentist. His answer was a firm no! He was adamant that I had to have that tooth out because there was no more bone and it was badly infected. He told me the infection was spreading to my sinuses and it could lead to a worse situation. I got there at 10:10 am -20 minutes before my appointment. I was called back within a few minutes, the x Ray was done and the tooth was out by 10:40! The hygienist was fabulous (I didn't catch her name.) Dr. Yasbin was amazing! I was a pain to deal with I'm sure... But I'm just happy the tooth is finally out. I highly recommend this dentist!

I had two temporary crowns placed. The dentist was great. I had no pain. The dental assistant took her time and was diligent in ensuring that the temporary crowns fit well.

Negative experience: Please be aware that they may overcharge you. They initially tells me that your copay is a certain amount, but then send me four times the original amount. If you question the charges or try to call for clarification, they threaten you with collections. Just find a better dental office.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this dental practice. They do not pressure you for unnecessary treatments. They recommend a plan and let you decide. Annalisa is an excellent hygienist—thorough, gentle, and patient.

Positive experience: I went to this place for a cleaning and was told that I needed a deep cleaning. Now I have to save to get this done. Normally, I go to the dentist every 6 months so a cleaning is really all I need. I asked about a night guard and was initially given one amount then another. I do really feel like this place is just out to get your money. I brought my mom here prior to being seen and what she was quoted for the work she needs to get done is over $15,000. My mom is retired and only gets her retirement check which is not much at all. Unfortunately, we can only address my mom’s dental needs a little at a time due to the cost.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience with deep cleaning. No pain felt at all after she applied a gel even though it was hard and she had to really work at it. Even the upper palate that was not numbed because deep cleaning was not required. Highly recommend this practice.
