I was a pre- dental major in my first two years in college, and my father was a successful dentist for many years in Fresno. My dental hygienist at this practice is the absolute best I've ever had. Fantastic experience: Obsessed!! 10/10 experience at this dental office. I was in so much pain for two days and found out I needed a root canal and crown (). But Dr. Asselin got me in that SAME afternoon—literal lifesaver. They took care of everything so fast, and I walked out with my temporary crown in no time. Plus, I got pampered with a blanket, some Netflix, and the sweetest care by the RDA’s. Honestly, if dental care can be a good experience, this was it!

Like most people I don't exactly enjoy going to the dental office, but I always leave my appointment feeling thankful that I have Dr Moss to make the experience as comfortable as possible!

Fantastic experience: This is a beautiful office and all of the people whom I have interacted with are extremely friendly and efficient. I honestly cannot say I have had a negative interaction with a single person and the staff interaction has been plentiful. I only came here for a few visits to get fitted for an OAT device as I live a distance away and have a regular dentist already, but if I lived in Fresno, without a doubt I would make this my practice of choice. Dr. Moss was friendly, efficient and helpful with what my needs were.

Fantastic experience: I am new to the area and did not have any contacts for a referral for a new dentist. I did some online research and decided to make an appointment with Fresno Dental professionals based on other reviews and proximity to our new home. I struck it rich. The office is very modern. The equipment and facilities were in great shape and best of all. I was able to see the doctor just a few days after my initial call. I was assigned to Dr. Julian for my initial visit. In my 50 years of going to the dentist, I have never had such a comprehensive examination. Almost 1.25 hrs including the work from her assistant. Full digital X-rays, A full face -Ray and various still photos of the bite and tooth profiles. The Dr. did the physical examination herself and interacted with me the whole time explaining what she saw. In the end, she went through the options she felt could be done to improve my dental health. Luckily for me, my dental health is not too bad. The Dr. did not try to sell me additional services but explained some that are available and those that I should seriously consider. I felt very comfortable after that I made a great choice. Added: By The way, what kind of dentist offers you cookies and coffee or tea BEFORE your appointment!

Fantastic experience: They helped me with an urgent situation with my crown and treated me very well with kindness, compassion, and professional service. My dental insurance is out of network but I keep coming because Dr Gutierrez and his staff are so wonderful- thank you!

Positive experience: Great experience today, hygienist was kind and didn’t hurt me. They were running a little behind, but were very apologetic and willing to reschedule if needed.

Negative experience: BEWARE! Do not come here. They will rip you off blind. I was told over the phone I would only be charged $79 to get on a plan that includes the exam, x rays and dental cleaning. No mention of me having to pay annually. When I went to pay, the billing dept stated I must pay $85 a month for an entire year or pay $444 for the visit. Complete rip off!! When I stated the lady on the phone only quoted $79 and not an annual plan, they said they have the recording and the Doctor would not comp the fee. I asked to hear the recording myself and they gave me an excuse and said to come back tomorrow. (Please note I already have dental insurance but they didn’t accept it.) Had I known they were going to scam me, I would have taken my insurance someplace else completely free. I will not pay this fee. Please read all the negative reviews on google and yelp, most of them are about the billing dept.

My Dr. was very compassionate and had my best interest as a priority. I recommend the Dental Professionals Office for your dental needs.

Negative experience: Run! Run! Run! Very unprofessional billing department. They ask for your insurance information in advance to verify eligibility. Upon having a basic cleaning and xray and having two more family members go and have the same we received a bill for over $800. That's after my insurance paid. I was then told. Months later we are out of network. They were also very quick to want to schedule more appointments for further treatment ( which I felt was not needed) which would have incurred even more cost!!! Thank goodness I didn't do anything further with this office. If you plan on going be ready to get some outrageous cost and prices. I highly suggest you read more reviews as this isn't just one incident . I really feel this should be reported to insurance companies and the dental board.

These 2 professionals are my favorites, although I have visited other excellent dentists and hygienists at Fresno Dental Professionals over the years. I appreciate all of the staff very much. They are all wonderful.

Fantastic experience: The facility is modern, large and well appointed. There are plenty of well trained staff to assist. I was able to schedule a cleaning on the same day as my initial intake. Completing intake forms is all done ahead of time via web forms and they communicate via email and text to remind you of upcoming appointments. They use the latest tech from AI driven diagnostic x-ray imaging to digital photo images of your mouth. My dentist and assistant made sure that I understood all my results. They even have a routine to get better acquainted with you. They have 5 dentist on staff so I did not have to wait long for an appointment or to be called on my appointment day. Oh before I forget… the gift bag for new patients was an unexpected surprise that went above what the other practitioner do in Fresno.

Negative experience: I went here for my TMJ or misalligned jaw, they put me in an appointment not knowing that they don’t have a doctor that could help me There. They did the xray and the dentist seen me afterward, he said he cannot help me and I should go to orthodontics surgery for it. He said too that I have a crossed bite too but that’s exactly I came there because my jaw locked causing me a crossed bite, pain and discomfort from chewing anything. Instructed me to take a pain reliever or muscle relaxant that will help to relax it. And, they could not refer me to orthodontics just go to my primary dentist to refer me to orthodontics surgery. It is just a waste of time since I’m so so tired and I came from night shift. They should told me over the phone that they dont have a doctor that could help me.

I should have written a review after my first visit, but now that I've had my fourth visit, I can't forgive myself if I don't give this office a 5-star review. The office has a very friendly atmosphere. The three Dental Hygienists who had cleaned my teeth were outstanding; I would like to mention their names: Ericka, Preet, and Priscilla. And today, my teeth were cleaned by an excellent dental hygienist named Amanda. She is very meticulous and thorough. In my opinion, this office is the best in the City. Without doubt, I highly recommend this office to anyone who is still searching for the best dental care in the City.
