Fantastic experience: Today I had a most pleasant and informative experience at Kemp Dental. Gaby was my hygienist and she made me feel at ease for my annual x-rays, cleaning, and polishing. She made the whole experience painless (even with some sensitivity in my teeth) and answered all my questions. Dr. Phillip Kemp (who've I've been seeing for years) was also very friendly, answered my questions, and developed a thorough timely treatment plan. Dr. Kemp didn't aggressively develop the treatment plan and only went with what was necessary and the high risk areas. Looking forward to Dr. Kemp and team trading care of my teeth with the treatment plan developed. Thank you Kemp Dental!

Fantastic experience: My longtime dentist of 45 years retired during the pandemic. I went to another dentist for a couple of years but although that dentist’s website said that he was a preferred provider for my dental insurance carrier, it turned out he was not. The insurance carrier website listed Kemp Dental as a preferred provider and as the office is close to home, I went to their office to check them out. The reception area is inviting, and the front desk staff is very efficient. When I went for my first appointment, the dental assistant was very quick to meet me and take me back. That day, I met Dr Nolan Kemp and he was fabulous, very informative and professional. My second visit I met Dr Phillip Kemp, Nolan’s father, and he was also very friendly and professional. This is a busy practice for a good reason: Kemp Dental provides excellent patient service, and the equipment is all the latest and greatest, in addition to having wonderful staff and great dentists. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: The last time I went to a dentist, not Kemp, I experienced the worst pain ever. And the dentist laughed and said, well at least it's over.... However, that's not Dr. Kemp. He drilled away a broken tooth, put on a temp crown and a week later put on the permanent one on my top front tooth... I didn't feel the shot, the drilling or anything. They were all so caring and concerned for my comfort and fear.... They'll be doing much more in the coming month.. I'll keep you posted. But if you're looking for a totally terrific Dentist... The Kemps are the end of your search... The entire staff is awesome but the Dr's Kemp are totally amazing... I'd give them 10 Stars if there were that many.... THANK YOU DR. KEMP

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a dentist this is the place you need to go. They are not only super friendly, but extremely efficient in calling back and setting up appointments. The office is just stunning with the interior design, aesthetics’s and use of modern technology. Ample parking space, large waiting area room, and a fridge full of non-alcoholic beverages available too ! They are very thorough as a first time appointment and they recommend 80 mins time. Complete check up, x rays, additional photographs which they discuss with your My hygienist explained everything she was doing, every step of the process and made sure I was okay and I needed anything ! I met with Dr Kemp (Sr), his son Dr Kemp (Jr) also works there, along with another dentist. He was very friendly, easy to talk and answered all questions without feeling rushed. Would highly recommend this place and so happy I decided to go with Kemp dental !

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to this dentist a couple times and today I replaced my crown I hate needles, but the doctor made it virtually painless. The doctor was like a Maserati on the autobahn, quick, precise, and focused! He didn’t even hurt me as he was numbing me with that giant needle, lol. I will continue to go to Kemp dental!

Negative experience: I just moved to Nashville and was in need of a new dentist. Kemp Dental came highly recommended. But my teeth that were in need of no new work six months ago, all of a sudden needed $15K of work. My previous dentist was surprised by the change. A second opinion by another highly recommended dentist recommended only $2K worth of work. One crown vs the seven Kemp Dental recommended. Kemp Dental is a very expensive operation that recommends work not needed.

Fantastic experience: Switched to Kemp Dental on a friend’s recommendation, after years of poor care at another nearby dentist (culminating in a crown falling off after only a year or two). Had to pay out of pocket for a replacement so soon, but the Kemp team did a beautiful job of reshaping the root for a better fit and replacing the crown. Glad to have found a quality family dentistry practice!

Fantastic experience: Appointments are always on time. Dr. Kemp has done three crowns in the last two years. Each procedure was as painless as possible, given what a crown involves. The hygienists have all been top-notch also, doing a thorough cleaning with minimum discomfort. My most recent cleaning was with Jaycie, and like all the other hygienists I’ve seen, she was a pleasure to work with. Never does anyone at this practice act as a salesperson; they provide information and offer options, but unlike other practices where I’ve been seen, they never push any optional procedures. I feel like my dental health is a priority to them, not my purchases. I highly recommend this practice.

My daughter recommended her dentist, made a call and got me an appointment for the next day. I was so relieved. The staff were so friendly and efficient.
