Fantastic experience: Everyone is always nice and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Dentist gave me all my options before he began the first part of the root canal. Not an hour after I left I had to go back because I was hit in the jaw and it damaged the temporary filling. After calling the office I was told to come back in and the temp filling was fixed.

Fantastic experience: Polite and timely service. The whole staff is very professional and truly care about the patients.

Fantastic experience: The pre-appointment reminders were very helpful (especially since I missed my last appointment due to my own oversight). There was minimal waiting past my 9:00 am appointment time, and Anja came out to let me know how soon I would be brought in. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Anja, my DH, was great! Dr. Sugg was very welcoming with excellent “chair side manner”! I highly recommend this group for your dental care needs. New review dated 10/17/24: Had another great experience at Stonecreek! Dr. Sugg and her team took great care of me, and the two-visit new crown experience went flawlessly. As someone who has spent a lot of time in dentist’s chairs, I know what to expect - and these folks know what they are doing. I highly recommend Stomecreek in Hoover! Date: February 11, 2025: Nothing new to add……overall great experience. Anja is fantastic, and always gives me encouragement on my progress…..and areas I can improve! If you are searching for a Dentistry practice, I definitely recommend this location! Date: June 16, 2025: Another great experience! Had an old bridge fall out during routine flossing at home. Due to emergencies at home, could not get in for a week. They were able to re-cement the bridge into place with a minimum of effort. Feels like it had never dropped out! Thanks!!

Positive experience: I love Dr. Chambers and followed him to his new location! My issue is with the professionalism with the front office. Those ladies do not need to be in customer service. They shouldn’t be the face of the practice. The lady you see when you sign in had a dirty shirt on, on 2 different occasions and I don’t see how she can see for the ridiculously long “eyelashes”. It all screams of poor hygiene. This is a dental office, make sure your staff presents well and looks ready for the day in clean clothes! Without fake eyelashes that are 2” long and can actually smile sometime!

I will be going back in a few days and I can’t wait, **btw I hate the dentist** BUT this dental place made me see the dentist different now and I actually look forward to going to my appointment soon!:) 10/10 definitely recommend ❤️. Fantastic experience: Always a pleasurable dental visit with Dr. Jordan, Hygienist Lisa, and the remaining staff. They're very direct, honest, and straight shooting. They always make sure to get a rundown of any and all expenses that will be covered either through my insurance or out of pocket. Unlike the other commenter I've never had a billing discrepancy. After having negative experiences with my hometown dentist, the staff never tries to perform unnecessary procedures in order to make a buck. Recommended all around.

Fantastic experience: I am delighted with this office! I came in for an emergency appointment. From start to finish everyone was super helpful, kind and things went so smoothly. They’re now my new dentist.

Negative experience: Dentist pushed me to get expensive procedure. I went to another dentist to get a second opinion. The “drastic, urgent” issue that he stressed doesn’t exist. This is the second time this dentist has pushed a procedure on me. I fell for his procedure recommendation in January, 2025. Not this time! The hygienist, extremely pleasant, professional young lady, recommended “fluoride treatment” It involved simply dipping a Q-tip in a gummy liquid and sort of rubbing around the top of my teeth. Not told the cost before she did it, I’ve already quit this practice.

Negative experience: There is a major lack of communication at this office. I was not in anyway informed that the fluoride treatment isn’t covered by my insurance. I received a bill in the mail with nothing. I mean nothing. Other than the price I ‘owed’. No item listed as reasoning for the bill. I called the office and spoke to someone that really needs to rethink their job choice. I work in customer service and I understand most people are rude when calling so I try to be respectful and polite. I was greeted with nothing but aggression. She tells me I owe the balance for the fluoride treatment that I did at my last appointment. Months ago. I explained that I genuinely didn’t know that there was an additional fee. She was very very rude. IF I knew there was an addition fee I would have not done the fluoride or I would’ve paid at the time of service. Also I changed jobs and got new insurance. When I got to my appointment they tell me THEN IN THE OFFICE that I don’t have insurance. I understand it’s my fault also for not mentioning it I really forgot. But if you looked up my insurance before the appointment and noticed it said ‘inactive’ why not reach out before the appointment. I’ve tried to be understanding but this is the last straw for me. With this and the fact that the office doesn’t seem clean and them always trying to change my appointment I’m done.

Fantastic experience: Went in for a cleaning and my experience was great ! My hygienist Mia was so nice she made me feel so comfortable . The dentist listened and went over my concerns very well and explained my treatment plan so I understood everything before I left .

Fantastic experience: Anja and dr gandy are fantastic. This is such a phenomenal office and they will take great care of you. Definitely ask for Mrs. Anja as she is the sweetest and so helpful.

Negative experience: Today I realized why I never went back there 2 years ago. The services are extremely expensive and although my insurance says preventative care is covered 100%. I was notified of a charge walking out the door. Apparently they did a fluoride treatment and some other treatment without notifying me of the cost. The woman at the front desk had an attitude about it like it was her money expressing that I “need” to pay them. She did not explain the charges just that I needed to pay them. The dental hygienist was really sweet however just like when you go get an eye exam when they are going to charge you extra for dilation they notify you before any additional charges before they perform the services. I asked her specifically about the fluoride treatment the only thing she stated was that it helped with cavities and protecting your teeth. Never mentioned they charged for it and the other charge I’m still not sure what it was for the lady said for their integrity and compliance or something like that. When I mentioned it to the front desk they said the dental hygienist don’t handle money in the back. I will NEVER go back there again!! Every-time I have gone they have come up with some astronomical prices and bad customer service. No I would not recommend that anyone goes there either.

Fantastic experience: This is my second visit to StoneCreek Dental and the service and care has been fabulous! The staff really do go above and beyond! I saw Lisa on this visit who has been with the branch for many years and she did everything and more to make sure that I felt at ease and that the right information was given to me. Fantastic experience: The time had come for old silver fillings to come out and my first crown. I worried about the procedure because it was all new and it had been a long time since I had dental work done. Dr. Jordan explained everything in terms I could understand right before it happened. I had a bad past experience where the dentist didn’t numb me enough, but the injections went well and I was fully numb. Julia and Cory answered all of my questions before and after the procedure respectively. They know their stuff! The team stayed late to finish up my dental work correctly. I’m so grateful to have found a great dental office.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Stone Creek Dental-Hoover has always been good. The hygienist are so sweet and friendly. On my last visit I had to have a root canal. Even though I had to have a root canal it was a very pleasant experience. Dr. Chambers and the hygienist are amazing!! Dr. Chambers actually knew I was uncomfortable during my procedure without me even having to tell him. He was very intune with my needs and made sure he made me as comfortable as possible. Dr. Chambers is so friendly and easy to talk to. Because of how amazing everyone else I also take my children to Stone Creek. If you are looking for a dentist I would recommend you give them a try.

Fantastic experience: I’ve seen Dr. Chambers for over a year and have always been pleased with my care but I’m elated with today’s care. I called this morning to request an appointment today because my bridge came out last night. It’s one of my front teeth so it was an emergency to me. They got me scheduled but stressed he may not be able to repair it during this visit. I went in praying and those prayers were answered. Both he and the hygienist went above and beyond to repair my smile as a work in! Dr. Chambers is always great about explaining my care plans and this incident meant that I’ve got to move forward with some things I’ve been putting off. He was so patient to explain it all to me and answer my questions. He gave me all the options and what needed to be considered with each. I felt confident to make a decision on which route to go. I’m thankful that my “emergency” was more than an annoying work-in on a busy Monday.

Fantastic experience: Great experience at Stone Creek Dental. Lisa took her time cleaning my teeth thoroughly and explained procedures for proper gum care. Wish I could remember Doctors name, he was very professional explaining what he was looking for, prevention, care, and future treatment. I highly recommend Stone Creek for dental care.

Fantastic experience: Went in for a cleaning & whitening. They did an excellent job. Cleaned my teeth very thoroughly. Checked for cracks and any missed plaque prior to the whitening. The whitening was unbelievably effective! I did not suffer any pain during four fifteen minute procedures which was great. Some people may have more sensitivity and may have to break this up into more than one visit. Only had a tiny bit of gum pain the next morning in one small spot. They really took the extra time to try to protect my gums and do the best possible job. My teeth are the whitest I think they have ever been in my life. The Zoom product is wonderful! Thank you very much to all the professional staff who made my visit such a pleasant experience!

Negative experience: *The hygienist Lisa who treated me was wonderful…she was kind and considerate…my teeth have never felt so clean. Everything was fine until check out time and I found out there was a balance for the day of $28…I told the receptionist I didn’t have it with me…she kept on …did I have a card…did I have a number …my answer was no….she was so annoying over $28…I said that I would bring it the next morning….at 10:45 the next day she called and asked about the $28….I don’t care if it was $280 or .28…..give me the opportunity to pay…I didn’t ask for the extra X-rays in the first place….you call ..email and text …me numerous of times with a reminder about the appointment….all this seems too desperate…I think that I’ll find a new dentist …. will not be annoyed…period

Negative experience: My experience has been poor since they switched from Northcutt dental. The Northcutt staff was efficient and personable. The quality of care and service has declined. There is very small room for error when you are dealing with people, their care, and money. The new guys don’t make the cut.

As an example, just today I mentioned an issue I was having with a crown before a cleaning and it was addressed while I was in the chair during my visit.

Fantastic experience: Totally trust Dr Chambers and his assistants. I had an old filling that needed to be replaced. He is very professional and meticulous with his work. And he worked me in today right after my 6 month check up.

Fantastic experience: Just finished an appointment here and it was a very positive experience. The front desk workers are very professional and polite. I had a teeth cleaning with Raven. She was friendly and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. I was then seen by Dr. Kyle Jordan. He is also very friendly and knowledgeable and I loved that he is the type of dentist that will be honest with you about potential things that may cause an issue down the road, but he has the attitude that if it's not giving you any problems and isn't absolutely necessary then lets leave it alone and if it causes you any problem or discomfort then you can come back and see me. Many dentist will see the smallest potential problem, and then recommend this grand fix that was unnecessary but will make them a lot of money. Dr. Jordan will only recommend something if it is necessary. He will also answer all questions to make sure you understand what's going on.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Chambers is very patient and takes the time to listen to your concerns. The staff is understanding and goes out of their way to put you at ease.

Fantastic experience: The best! Dr.Jordan is the best. Very concerned and considerate when talking to you about dental treatments. I have never felt comfortable with a dentist until I met him.

Negative experience: I'm disappointed by my latest couple of visits to this office. I have been a client for 3-4 years now, and at my most recent visit I was assigned to a new dentist that had moved over to the firm. I was not made aware of this in advance. I just recently found out that my February visit, which was submitted to my insurance in April, was considered an out of network dentist and I am liable for a large payment for a routine visit. It never occurred to me check coverage for a dentist I have been visiting for years, and I don't know if the change was because I was suddenly assigned to a new dentist, or the entire office has changed insurance coverage, but it feels like something they should communicate to patients if coverage is changing. I was also surprised on a previous visit that they were charging a 4% fee to use a credit card, again with no advanced warning. I will not be visiting this office again, and I do not recommend it if you want continuity of care and office staff that cares enough to communicate changes to patients.

I have never experienced that type of commitment from a dentist. Usually, they have others from their staff check on patients... but not Dr. Chambers.

Fantastic experience: In for a denture rebase. Dr. Chambers took lots of time and much effort to create a good fit for my denture. He's very personable and caring about meeting your dental needs with precision. Staff was also very friendly and accommodating. I'm very impressed with this place. My second visit was just as good as my first. 3rd visit for minor adjustment to my denture fit. Dr. Chambers adjusted the bite. He makes every effort to make dental work as perfect as possible. Great dentist! My highest recommendation.

Fantastic experience: My dental hygienist is top tier! She is smart and her treatment with her patients are spectacular, she actually engages with you and it's authentic. Dr. Jordan is a touch of class got to love him and his ability to help put you on tye best treatment plan.

Fantastic experience: I had such an amazing experience here at Stonecreek dental! I was a new patient recently and when I tell you the staff was so nice and professional. Everyone was so helpful from the time I came in to the time I left! They answered every question or concern I had and Dr.Jordan was amazing ! I think I have found new favorite dental office! Their availability was great as well I was able to get an appointment for my cleaning just days after I called and when I was checking out they had appointments available for my treatment on the same week.
