Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this office for over a year now, and I gotta said I love them all!!! They make sure to find the best and easiest way to help you to cover your needs. I have a very active Lupus, and Medicaid; the coverage from Medicaid was very limited, majority of drs with bad reviews, and I even tried a few and they were rude, would use all my benefits in one visit, then charge me in my next appointment for what I came in the first time. Here, they took the time to find a way for me to be able to cover the costs of my needs, they are very knowledgeable about Lupus, which it’s hard to find! They always welcome me with happiness! At this point, I rather pay out of my pocket (when I can) to keep a good dental health, than having infections that could make my situation worse. Dr. Stapp is very caring! I’ve only seen him, and only one time I saw another Dr, which she also was a sweetheart, and aware of my condition. I’m extremely grateful with them! All I got to say are good things! Remember, our dental health is as important as any other medical care! Thank you , team!

Fantastic experience: Went in for a cleaning and it was my very first time. The staff were all very nice and I was informed about everything that was going to happen before they did anything. My appointment was at 12 and I was out by 12:50 pm. Very smooth and timely.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. The level of care I received was far from professional. Not only was I misled about the dental work I needed, but it also became clear that their priorities were more focused on money than on patient well-being. They may present themselves as caring and supportive, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would strongly caution others to consider different options before choosing this provider.

I appreciate that it's so convenient to book appointments, they are open 7 days a week! They adhere to a great schedule where you are not over booked and waiting in the lobby too long, which I truly appreciate my time. The entire front desk team is warm and welcoming, creating a truly inviting atmosphere. Dr. Manda is nothing short of exceptional; his expertise and genuine care for his patients shine through in every interaction. He took the time to explain the Spark (Invisalign) process in detail, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. His knowledge is impressive, and I appreciate that he patiently answered all my questions (and there were many!). A HUGE shoutout to Janet, who has been an absolute gem throughout my entire Spark journey! LOVE HER! Her attentiveness to detail and her ability to make me feel valued as a patient truly set this practice apart. Front desk staff is always helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Dental staff is always top-notch. Negative experience: Reposting this review due to it being deleted or hidden for some reason . Visited this establishment for over 2+ years was treated the same every time . Last to be serviced , staff barely acknowledges you unless you are of Hispanic descent. While the service was generally average the staff will try to run extra X-rays if you have insurance on file to make more money . Please save your time if you are of African American descent you will be treated as just income for this business. They will make you wait extra hour for your appointment but will charge you a late fee if you aren’t checked in by time.

The whole team is great—everyone is welcoming and professional, which makes going to the dentist way less stressful. Huge shoutout to the hygienist, Maria, who did an amazing job and was so gentle. My teeth have never felt better! Fantastic experience: The service I receive at Aaron Dental is always top notch with complete transparency, excellent treatment plans and execution of said services. I had several unresolved issues from a previous provider which left me with a lot of out of pocket expenses. Negative experience: I've been a patient at this dentist office for many years, and while the doctors themselves are excellent, I have consistently found the customer service/Front desk lacking. There have been numerous instances where appointments were rescheduled multiple times, and during phone calls with representatives, I could hear distractions in the background. Additionally, I was never informed of outstanding balances until arriving for appointments, which included a surprise bill from years ago. Despite promises to follow up on these matters, I have yet to receive a callback. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication has left me extremely frustrated. Unfortunately, I have decided not to return to this office.

Positive experience: Great place. Great care and patience for customers. The lobby, for some reason is always HOT. It's a little uncomfortable every time we go and wait in the lobby. Ac is apparently set to 73 degrees, which is fine. However, since the lobby is in front and next to a glass wall. That 73 degrees set in their thermostat is more like 80 degrees in the lobby. They should really consider tinting the front windows or similar solution. Every business at this strip has some kind of solar shielding in front except Aaron.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Stapp is amazing! The staff is pleasant as well. I had to get a root canal and was treated by Dr. Stapp. His great bed side manner, consideration, proactive care, and thoroughness from start to finish is is truly appreciated. He was able to complete a secondary procedure for me the day of my root canal canal. Very accommodating and highly recommended.

Dr Stapp and Belkys always take care of me although I've found ALL of the staff to be very friendly and helpful! Just recommended them to someone else and they were very happy to be able to be seen on a Sunday!!! Got my son and daughter to go there also and they were very impressed with this office and staff! They accommodate people with their request for times, they always try to work people in with the times they would like. I highly recommend this office. Negative experience: Absolutely horrible! My appointment was at 12:30 and no one even acknowledged me until 1:30. At 1:35-1:43, The X-ray and consultation was already done, without any explanation about my oral health. I had to ask what time the cleaning will be done, which I was told approximately 2:30pm. The male dentist that did my consultation walked right pass me without acknowledging my concerns. The lack of professionalism and disrespect is unacceptable. (Side note: I confirmed with 3 additional patients that their appointment was at 12:30 as well and had similar complaints.)

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient with Dr.Stapp and Dania for over 3 decades I an so happy that I can continue my care with this office. This is the most professional, helpful and compassionate office I have ever been to.

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient at this dental clinic and from the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and the wait time was quick even though I was 10min late for my appointment. The ladies at the front desk, the dental assistant and as well as Dr Colatosi have made my visit worthwhile and pleasant. The clinic is VERY clean and as the dentist worked on my cleaning and my filling she was explaining every thing she was doing as well as making sure I was comfortable. The clinic is a dental and orthodontics office which is nice to have everything under one roof. They are many dentists that work here. Thank you all from start to finish making my experience a smooth and pleasant one.

Negative experience: I first scheduled an appointment with this place on Thursday as I was in a lot of pain and was met by Dr. Bachelli. She was such a nice lady and very thorough with her thoughts and reasonings and is really the only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars instead of 1. She ended up prescribing me motrin and antibiotic. Which at the time wasnt very sufficient for my pain but I figured I had another appointment the next day anyways. However, she isn’t the doctor who extracts teeth so I was assigned to “Dr. G” the next day to get it extracted. He came in, was very cold, I didn’t even know he was the dentist at first. It took him a solid 30 minutes to get the tooth out which i thought was unusually long. In other experiences it took maybe 10 minutes. Then he tells me I won’t be feeling much pain and to take something over the counter. Before I can even come home and have numbing wear off I felt excruciating pain. I called them back and told them I was never prescribed anything and I’m in excruciating pain and the lady sounded surprised to hear this. She then tells me to come in so I can receive one. It’s not easy for me to come back and forth as I don’t have a car at the moment but I did anyways because that’s how bad the pain was. Only for them hand me the same prescription (motrin) as I got the day before. I explained I already received this and it doesn’t help and Dr. G tells me this is the best he can do for me. After I stormed out he then called me back in to write me a slightly stronger prescription (which he needed help writing, I guess he doesn’t write them very much). Overall it was a very frustrating experience and I’m still in a great deal of pain 2 days later with a swollen face so i don’t think he did a good job with the extraction itself either.

Negative experience: I was so happy to get there for my so much waited dental appointment. When I got there, the secretary advised they don't take my dental insurance even though Dentist name was a participating according to the Providers book and customer service. I would appreciated it , if the dental office would called me before me walking in.

Negative experience: Ive tried for many months to try and have the owner contact me. Everytime I would either call or email I was given the runaround that she is either not in or shes on vacation. Id been going for many years to this location and never ran into a problem until around covid. I was never rendered my services however my insurance was billed and so was my care credit. Ive wanted to resolve this directly with the owner as the staff in the front has kept for many months giving me the bouncing back and forth and not one time have I been reached out to to try and resolve my situation. I am still paying for something that was never completed or started. There was a deadline and that was never met. I think its time to take this a step further and I do know I have a reasonable complaint and would like for the owner herself to call me.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Stapp is a wonderful and observant dentist. He filled my cavity in no time and best of all, I felt no pain when he was injecting the anesthesia!! This was the best dental experience I have had this far.

Fantastic experience: I had a great dental care at this place. The staff was nice and knowledgeable, the doctor was direct and thorough. I was told exactly what I needed done and even told me what they can't do but provided references. Pretty much exactly what you need from a dentist. Great clean office and they are open on weekends, so if you don't want to burn PTO, they will accommodate.

Fantastic experience: A great dentist that will help you with your smile. I had a bad broken front tooth that needed to be fixed. Everything is straight forward with pricing and what needs to be done. I’m in the business of helping others as well and I can tell you they’re very good at what they do, front desk as well as the professionals working on your teeth.

Fantastic experience: I was first greeted by Eden who guided me through the paper work, then my hygienist Maria took me to her room and did a very good job at cleaning my teeth. Afterwards I met with Dr. Stapp who went over my xrays and answered all my questions and concerns. Theres was no rush and they were on time for everything. Overall it was a great experience, the staff were friendly and helpful so I 10/10 recommend this office.

Negative experience: Nightmare experience. Chipped my tooth Needed a crown. -visit one: Taking the mold for the crown. one of the assistants was so forceful he made my gums bleed. Checked online, the procedure was not supposed to hurt, he was being too forceful due to inexperience. The doctor seemed great; but the doctor would seldomly come, and despite feeling reassured with the doctor, I was left with assistants to preform most procedures - the assistants did not have a “Dr” title, not even sure if they went to any kinda of medical or school related to dentistry. Day 2: while fitting the crown; it slipped from the assistants fingers, and I started to choke on the actual crown. I was lucky… I was able to spit it out. When the doctor came in the assistant acted like this was normal. However; it seems the crown did not fit perfectly. Apparently most don’t fit perfectly, but in this case the doctor proceeded to shave down my OTHER TEETH to make room for the poorly fitted crown!! I’m so angry at myself for this experience. This was my first time I had to see a dentist since I came to florida. I choose this practice based on reviews. This practice is completely diabolical.

Fantastic experience: UPDATE: I received a call by the administrator Ilene whom apologized for their staff dropping the ball on providing exceptional service. My concerns was addressed, and I was rescheduled for my dental treatment. My appointment went exactly how I thought it would have been the first time around welcoming and professional. Belkis the dental hygienist was phenomenal! Thank you. Not many places care to take accountability when falling short on service, Aaron Dental evidently cares to turn a situation around. Check in was terrible. I made an appt and the day of my appt they tell me to call them and let them know when I’m outside to let me in. I called and the lady tell me I need to assigned my insurance to their practice, okay I did that although I should have been told that I needed to do that before my appt date. I finally get inside and the tech did the X-rays etc.(I came for a cleaning). After all that She place me in a room and left me there for an hour and nobody came to check on me or tell me what’s going on or when I’d be seen. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming experience for me.

Negative experience: Was a patient at this office and because of an incident occurring with staff, i decided to leave as a patient. I came to office to pickup records and no one was willing to assist. I was spoken to via a microphone standing outside. I called prior to arriving no one called me back. During the start of the pandemic this office was charging people an extra fee just to be seen which was called a cleaning fee. Also another insult was that patient's had to call their boss to verify employment. I am saddened that i will no longer see my assigneed dentist. She is very good at what she does. The front office staff needs training on customer service and patient care. The back office staff are over worked but are great people..

Fantastic experience: Factoring in streamlined processes due to COVID, once you’re in the office, it’s not long until you’re in the examination chair getting prepped by one of the assistants, who are very knowledgeable about your file, and when working in tandem with the dentist, makes the examination/filling/drilling/extraction/implantation as stress free as possible. I’ve been a client for almost two decades and they’re the reason I’m able to keep smiling when times get tough.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment to address a debilitating toothache a week ago. I was promptly taken care of by Dr. Bryan Stapp. The pain I was suffering had me very upset when I got there. Dr. Stapp’s accommodating, easy going nature immediately relaxed me. His ability to quickly diagnose, and clearly explain the situation to me, in the state I was in, was very impressive. In providing several options, I chose to have my wisdom tooth extracted. Dr. Stapp’s genuineness was matched by his extreme professionalism. His care in anesthetizing the area, keeping me calm & relaxed, and removing the tooth, was nothing short of extraordinary. The follow-up care exceeded everything I’ve ever experienced from any professional and their staff. I strongly recommend Aaron Dental & Orthodontics and Dr. Stapp. It’s impossible to describe their ability to arrest a horrible situation in such an effective, efficient, and easy way. Fantastic experience: Amazing experience. Found this office on Google and I'm so happy I did. Everyone is friendly and helpful, especially the front desk. They greeted me by my name at the door while taking my temperature before every appointment. My appointments were fast, the office is modern and well equipped, and I'll be coming back for future services.

Negative experience: I have been coming to this dental office since 2011 and as of recently I’ve been dissatisfied with the service I’ve been receiving. I scheduled an appt and when I got there my X-Rays where taken within 5 minutes of me arriving. After my X-Rays were done I was told that the doctor would be right in to assist me. An hour pass of me waiting still no doctor, only to be informed I would have to wait a while longer, so I decided to reschedule... The front desk clerk reassured me I would be seen promptly by the doctor on my next visit. Fast forward- the day of my new appointment I get a call from the office stating would I like to come in early at 11oclock, I said “No, I would like to keep the time I originally scheduled for”. I was told ok and at the end of the short convo the front desk clerk states “See you at 1:30”... I later get a call at 11:10am asking am I still coming to my 11 o’clock appt, I then told the front desk clerk I never changed my original appt time.. So I get to my 1:30 appt only to be told that the doctor has 5 people that he has to work on before I can be seen by him. So I asked what was the point of me scheduling an appt? Front desk clerk who called my phone stated she heard me say yes I can come at 11 o’clock.. How is that possible when she clearly said “ Ok see you at 1:30”... So I had to reschedule AGAIN!! So inconvenient and unprofessional.. These people will blow your phone up to try and get you to come in when they know you have dental insurance but can never live up to the patients expectations.. They need to be more organized and prompt with their time!

Fantastic experience: I had such a wonderful experience at the office. The front staff made me feel comfortable. Friendly helpful and super Knowledgeable. Dr. Stapp was great. I felt very comfortable with him. He seemed very confident and experienced. Explained the treatment well and gave me different options which I appreciate. I found my new dental office.

Fantastic experience: Maria (M Lo) always gives the best cleanings I’ve ever had in my life! She is gentle and explains what’s going on with the tools in my mouth because I am always anxious at appointments. The rest of the staff in the office are so friendly when you walk in they really make you feel comfortable. As someone who hates going to any kind of medical appointments - I really love coming in here to see Maria.

Fantastic experience: Not gonna lie, the experience started off a little iffy at this dentist. The hygienist couldn't figure out how to position me to get proper xrays so her colleague had to step in. But once we got over that hiccup, it was a smooth, even relaxing experience. They were very friendly, especially the doctor who listened to my concerns and gave clear, reassuring feedback. Only thing I felt could use a little improvement was the cleaning itself. It felt average, not exceptional or poor, but I think a little more attention could have been given to some aspects. This is compared to what I'm accustomed to receiving from my main dr back home. But for what it was, I was satisfied and would definitely recommend trying them out for your dental needs.

Positive experience: I go to this clinic because they are open on Saturdays. The place is clean, beautiful and the staff is very friendly and nice but they are always late. There is not one time I go there that the appointment doesn’t start at list 15 mins late and once you are in it can take you up to 2 hour to get out of there only for a cleaning. Time is precious to everyone even for them but they don’t seem to know it.

Fantastic experience: Just want to say that I’ve been coming to this office since I was a teen and they are amazing. They have really kept up with all of the new Covid 19 standards. Super clean, no one else is ever in the waiting room which makes me feel very safe and comfortable. They have completely revamped the office with glass partitions for added privacy and safety, and have cool little devices to keep everyone covid free. The staff is always very friendly and on point...Dawn is my favorite girl!

The people that work here are literally the sweetest and they have a very good system to help prevent the spread with covid-19. You call and stay in your car until you are called in, they take your temperature at the door. I honestly recommend you come here for any and everything.

Fantastic experience: I am a first responder working throughout this worldwide crisis. Seeing multiple offices where I have to access patients myself I can’t stress enough how clean, organized, and professionalism I felt throughout my appointment. I happen to have an emergency regarding my orthodontic work and in addition to be informative, receptive and fast I was more than comfortable from being greeted at the door with proper PPE, to independent chairs. I felt clean and comfortable and that’s something to be spoken of in these times. Every prior visit the staff made me feel at home and made sure I was comfortable even throughout the most “disliked” procedures. I’ve had a lot of work and I have zero complaints or regrets. Between extractions, fillings, and any and all orthodontics work needed, I recommended this office highly.

Fantastic experience: Usually I'm pretty anxious going to the dentist, but yesterday I had to go in to get 2 extractions done. My experience was incredible, I felt so well taken care of and was totally comfortable with being there and having the procedure. everybody was so nice and they really had everything in place for extra safety during this Covid19 period we are all going through. Negative experience: They kill you with kindness and then rep you off changing a random $7 cause of the pandemic after canceling my appointment more than 3 times is baffling. I went to my doctor office he put up screen safety issues to protect employee but he didn’t charge each patients more for visit they should be ashamed

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience. The doctor was kind and patient. The front desk was warm and very knowledgeable. They checked my temperature at the door and took me right into the back. Wasn't crowded with other patients. Hand sanitizer every where I looked Staff had on masks at all times. There was glass separating the front staff and the rooms in the back. I also noticed them wiping things down in between patients in the front.I felt safe and in no risk. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: I already loved Aaron Dental and their staff before the Covid pandemic, but now they have stepped up to follow the CDC guidelines. I truly appreciate all the procedures they put in place to protect their patients and staff. I was a tad bit apprehensive about going to the dentist for a routine checkup and cleaning but upon walking in, I was put to rest immediately. As I entered I noticed the glass at the front desks and the entire staff wearing at least 2 masks , gloves, gowns and face shields. Then after my X-rays, right away they disinfected the machine, and the lead shield they put over you. While getting my cleaning more precautions were being executed as well. I was so appreciative to see all of these precautions that are being taken to make sure everyone is safe. I personally wish I can could give them more then 5 stars.

Positive experience: I went here about two years ago for a cleaning and check up. Dr. Stapp was great and the staff were friendly. At the end of the appointment I inquired about having some cosmetic work done and the cost explanation I received from a lady at the front, either office manager or more likely the owner's wife was the hugest turn off! She was VERY clearly trying to get as many thousands of dollars as possible and had zero interest in what was clinically best for me as a patient. That experience left such a sour taste that for my cleanings over the following two years, I'd drive four hours back to my previous dentist in Tampa (and visit with friends while there). Then comes COVID-19, everything is closed and I had mild tooth pain that brought me back here to the Aaron office. I went in 4 times over two weeks (we really could have done everything in two visits) and now there's an "infection prevention" fee of $20 for EVERY patient and for EVERY visit. I figured maybe they're paying the staff a little bit more now for the extra risk? Nope. Maybe they had to buy a new sterilizer for the equipment? Nope. The only thing different now is they wipe down the chair and light, and they take your temperature when you come in. And they're wearing PPE. So the $20 per patient per visit is basically profit. Is $20 a big deal for me? No. Is the principle of a money hungry environment and taking advantage of COVID to charge everyone extra fees uncomfortably stomach turning? Yes. I'm grateful they were able to take care of my toothache and that I'm able to pay the extra fees. But, will I be going back here? Most likely NO. There are plenty of other dentists in the area.

Fantastic experience: Woke up yesterday with the worse tooth ache ever worried my dentist would be closed due to the pandemic. I then remembered I received an email from Dr Aaron and amazing team saying they were here to help. I called them made an easy appointment saw the GREAT Dr Stapp no pain once I left everything sanitized everyone with a mask. I love my dental office.
