Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency and need extractions I was in complete distress the entire night on Thursday. I called them at 7:01am Friday morning and they got me in within the hour. Alicia and Dr.Nate were very gentle with me and understanding, I have the tism and social anxiety and they never made me feel bad about it for a moment. They worked with me on what we could do with my limited budget and went above and beyond what I was expecting, checked in with me for everything that was happening and made sure I was ready before proceeding, thank you all for your care and compassion ❤️

Love them all and so glad I changed! And the office is warm too! Just had my first major procedure. A new crown. They remembered me and the whole procedure was calm and relaxed. They make the permanent crown while you wait. They even saved me money on the original quote! Love this office and provider!

Fantastic experience: This dentist office is fantastic. I was greeted politely upon arrival and although I was early, it was only a few minutes and I was getting x-rays. When it came to the clinic, the hygienist was very professional and skilled in her craft. She was gentle on my teeth and gums, and there was no pain whatsoever in the process. The dentist was equally skilled and after thorough Check up, I Scheduled my next appointment and went on my way. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this practice. The hygienist and dentist were both very thorough and professional. I was treated exactly at my appointment time, and scheduling was seamless as well.

Fantastic experience: Staff is very professional and helpful. I had a transplant procedure appointment. Dr. Nguyen was very informative about my options and his billing department provided different cost estimates. My care and procedures have been very thorough and if I experienced any discomfort the doctor was quick to respond and make me comfortable. The only feedback that I have for his clerical staff is to discuss billing payments in an office not at the check in desk where the patient waiting area to be seen can hear the financial discussion between the receptionist and the patient. It’s just a courtesy and confidential.

Positive experience: The only problem I had Is getting someone to check the problem, call me back and help the major toothache go away, before filling out all forms on a tablet, the pain was building, as my toothache was feeling worse . I Was hoping to talk the night before ( an emergency # ) as what could be done to speed process I was referred me to Dr. Becker, who was able to get me in the day I called.

Negative experience: Won’t even give a basic ballpark quote without an exam. They are not here to take care of people and help them. They are money driven. Will be finding a new dentist now. Passionate work will always be the best work. You will not get that here. Adios. ****UPDATE**** RESPONSE: Thank you for your response which solidifies everything I thought about your business. When doctor Chase ran this show years ago, there was no one better in the business. Now that you are here, it couldn't be more of the opposite. You're presenting the request for a quote in a way that it definitely did NOT happen. I didn't call saying, "hi i need a crown done, how much will it cost?". I said, "if the doctor determines that I do in fact need a full crown, what is a ballpark price that you would charge for that specific procedure?". No one asked for you to "prescribe treatment" over the phone. What you are doing is a slimy sales tactic to get people in the door with an appointment and to get them invested with your business. This will hopefully encourage their minds to think "i've already invested the time here, and with my dental issue that's bothering me I just need to go with you and get it done". This is especially true when someone calls you that has an issue that's bothering them. The hope for you (the slimy salesman), is that they will not want to start over with another practice and just go with you. Again, you are not here to care for the people. There is no passion behind how you operate. You used the word "patients" in your reply. You might take note that I used the word "client" in this review because that's what we are to you. We are not "patients" for you. Patients are for real Doctors that are passionate about helping people, not just slimy salesman. For additional record, I made this same call years ago under Doctor Chase's practice. There was no issue giving me a ballpark price before scheduling should the procedure necessary be what we thought. He had the passion and care for his practice and his "patients" very much appreciated it. The facts are the facts. Again, adios.

Positive experience: Great time to Give this right after I'm told what I have to pay after insurance I should've expected it. It's been a while since I've been in touch with today's cost versus five years ago, but the treatment the plan experience was all necessary and actually quite pleasurable. Fantastic experience: My husband Richard is one of the most particular patients as he’s in the healthcare industry and has an extremely high standards. My husband had a routine check up and cleaning the other day. During the exam the doctor noted a crack in one of his crowns. Although he did encourage Richard to keep an eye on it and be aware, he did not insist he set up an appointment and get the work done immediately with a scare about the negative consequences of even a few days delay. My husband has referred several friends and family members and they too have become “Raving Fans” of Dr. Nate and his team. Fantastic experience: I used to have so much anxiety about going to the dentist, but Dr. Nate and the team at Arrowhead Dentistry completely changed that for me. His treatment plans are conservative and efficient, and while I’ve had more crowns done by Dr. Nate than I’d like to admit, he somehow makes the experience as enjoyable as it can be! Not only was it very appreciative that they could see me right away but they replaced the crown during this appointment. I was in the office for a little over 2 hours. Fantastic experience: This is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to from their staff up front to the dental assistants to the Doctors them selves. I only see them every 6 months but would never want to switch spots. I used to be afraid of the dentist but coming here I feel a lot more comfortable and have trust that the Dentist will do a good job on my teeth.

Fantastic experience: I recently went to a dental office and they told me I needed a deep cleaning and I was having bone loss and I had A cavity that needed a filling and then they were telling me about veneers for some reason. That was about a year ago and I finally Was able to get insurance and get to a dentist. This office was in my network so I chose This place and I’m so glad I did. They showed me that I didn’t have bone loss or a cavity and there was no sign of needing a deep cleaning. So that last office lied. This office just showed me exactly what I needed and they were able to get myself and my wife in fast and took such good care of us! Service and treatments were amazing! This dental office doesn’t feel like a dental office it feel comfortable and just like a nice place to be. Everything was above and beyond better than any other dental office experience I have had. I cannot recommend this office enough!

Positive experience: The girl, I believe her name is Katie, that you see as soon as you walk in is very unfriendly and doesn’t like kids. Anytime I bring my child in it’s always the dirtiest looks. She has made comments about them touching fake fluff snow that they have on table that you can find at dollar tree all because he was amused by it and touched it. Im quiet and we mind our own business and it’s not okay to make anyone feel that uncomfortable. Other than her, the office is incredible and kind and they definitely don’t make you feel like you have to do anything extra. It’s beautiful and very appealing. The dentist and hygienists and assistants are very welcoming.

I am never asked to do extra services or to split services in order to create extra charges unnecessarily like I experienced with my previous dentist. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience during my first visit! The front office staff are all very friendly and courteous and my hygienist was excellent and efficient. I also greatly appreciated the dentist taking a reasonable approach to restoration services. I’m happy to have found this office!
