Fantastic experience: Dr. Pat and team are extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I didn't feel any pain or discomfort with my root canal procedure. The team did a 360° CT scan on my daughters tooth to get a comprehensive look at the work that needed to be done. The treatment plans and fees were reviewed and they waited unyil I understood everything to proceed. Overall a great experience!

Fantastic experience: Jio Xrat assistance was very caring and he explain everything step by step. Sunny the hygienist is very gentle she also explains everything dealing with your mouth health step by step and she is very gentle and detailed in her cleaning. And the person that explain your payment option Luis B he is very detailed oriented he explain everything in detail pertaining to your insurance what it covers and what it do not cover and the cost and brak down in what you may have to pay our of pocket. Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming in to Smile Lab for over 2 years. Definitely had great experience every visit. The office is modern, sleek, and patient-centric. You can even watch Netflix lying down while you’re having procedures done. I started my journey here getting dental cleaning with Raymond and general consulting with Dr. Ebrahimi, then as my teeth need more attention on cavity, wisdom teeth removal, dental implants… I received care from more doctors and staff here. Dr. Basseri and Dr. Lewis are amazing, so are Jiovanni, Luis and Sam. They are very professional and friendly. They make dental visits rather enjoyable than scary.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, professional, extremely competent team - I’ve been going there for 3 years and I’m always in and out with no issues, fast and transparent too. The staff are all weirdly good looking like a Shonda Rhimes show, but that’s besides the point.

Negative experience: This review speaks to Smile Lab as a business. The dentists, hygienists, and front desk staff have all been perfectly nice but in terms of business practices, this place is a predatory scam. They charged me nearly $1000 out of pocket for services that were covered almost entirely by my insurance—my out of pocket costs should have been around $50. I had to file a grievance with my insurance to get my money back, because smile lab would not refund me the money I was owed. Again, no complaints about the care itself but if you want to use your dental insurance in any capacity, go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: I came in for a cleaning and a filling here for the first time, I have always had anxiety coming to the dentist but the people here are amazing and gentle. I had jiovanni as my assistant and my dentist was Dr. basseri . they were extremely patient with my fears and kind. I no longer feel nervous coming to a cleaning. They educated me on the importance of flossing and dental care.

Fantastic experience: My boyfriend was going through a very painful cracked wisdom tooth, and chose this place as a remedy. Being that both of us have dental anxiety, I came with him for support. The atmosphere was very friendly, there was amazing bedside manner, the staff makes you feel very welcome. Armaldo was great with helping us find the best payment plan upon the decision of wisdom tooth removal. The experience made me so comfortable, I’m leaving this review. This establishment also earned itself a new client, as I will be scheduling future appointments here from now on! Way to go! You deserve all the recognition for your customer service and atmosphere.

Negative experience: Before my appointment, I asked if I could skip the X-ray and was told that would be fine. When I arrived, I was informed they couldn’t do a routine cleaning without the X-ray and that the person who had texted me was “just front desk” and had given incorrect information. It was disappointing to see how they treated their own staff and the customer.

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but great things to say about Smile Lab. This is my first time being in a dentist office. Everyone he has been very welcoming and caring. Making sure you aren't in pain while they do any work on you. Also all of the office stuff are very friendly and help. Making sure to answer any and all questions you may have. They do everything in their power to make sure you leave as informed as you possibly can be. So you may take the best care of your teeth. I would give them a ten out of ten if I could.

Fantastic experience: I started going to SmileLab in August and I’ve loved it since my first visit. Yesterday I had an appointment with Dr. Tala and she was so nice and informative. She even DREW pictures to help me better understand what was going on with my teeth and gums. If you’re looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend smilelab and if you specifically need a gum specialist, definitely request Dr. Tala!

Fantastic experience: Have been coming to SmileLab for a few years now: my last two visits have been particularly good. The doctor and hygienists are patient and informative, and they are encouraging about home maintenance, not judgemental. I have had bad gums since childhood, and i have not had any pain in my last two cleanings with their team. They also are very conscientious of cost and do not make me feel guilt/shame for not being able to afford some recommendations. The office staff is very, very good about communication. Very responsive, knowledgeable, and kind. My partner has also been seen by SmileLab, and he has extreme dental fear/ trauma. SmileLab was the only hospital he has ever been to that did not make him feel embarrassed about his dental hygiene or more fearful.

Fantastic experience: The team Smile Lab has an exceptional, compassionate, diligent approach in treating patients with one’s various dental needs. After being quite overdue for my cleaning, I am beyond grateful with how clean my mouth feels! The hygienist Marina was so kind and welcoming, with such talent and care, going above and beyond to tackle some of the longstanding staining I have due to some enamel issues. Additionally, Dr. Ana was very pleasant and took the time to answer any of my questions regarding my dental needs, including some wisdom teeth that haven’t been as wise as I would’ve hoped.
