Fantastic experience: I've been a patient here for at least 3 years, and it is always a great experience! I recently completed my Invisalign and got my quote for the retainers from Chelsea. Chelsea offered to take the extra step and contact my insurance, to provide me with a more accurate quote and pricing for expect expenses and budgeting purposes, even though it was already closing time! In my book, that's going above and beyond, especially on a weekend. Most people are impatiently ready to get you out and close up shop, but not here! I'll be continuing to come here for as long as I can.

I post op care was explained clearly. While speaking with Vanessa I was aware of what to expect during the procedure and I was not disappointed. During the extraction I was very comfortable while I watching “ The Office”. Dr. Nelson did an outstanding job and his dental assistant Anais was very supportive. Honestly, if you have to get a tooth pulled or any other dental work I recommend this office. Superb dental work and easy healing.

I recently had a composite done on my front tooth, and the result was amazing. It completely restored my smile! The front office staff is also wonderful. Fantastic experience: Customer service and bedside manner are something this location has in spades. Dr. Nelson, his assistant Anais, and staff member Vanessa were beyond patient. Allowing my daughter the time she needed to overcome anxiety to get through the appointment. And while I know this next bit is not normal and I do not claim the same for everyone, Dr Nelson was able to pull her teeth in full so she could keep them as she'd requested if possible. If I ever need work done for myself, I'm coming back to him.

Negative experience: Not sure how they have high reviews still. Like a lot of comments here I went in for an appointment and 2 hours later I hadn't received a cleaning. In those 2 hours I had xrays done and someone viewed the xrays. They came in the room with a hard sell about I had moderate periodontal disease and needed a deep clean that came to about $900 plus a laser treatment for an additional $1000. I receive cleanings every 6 months and hadn't heard this in my previous appointments at other offices. I was apprehensive because they tllold me moderate degree which couldn't have happened in 6 months. I asked were they doing my regular cleaning and they said no I required the deep clean. After some thought I looked at reviews and multiple people shared they go straight to deep cleaning. I sent my xrays to my previous office which was out of network for a second opinion before going with their almost $2,000 plan. Previous dentist noted there was gum recession but no signs of periodontal disease and gum levels were similar to xrays from 2 years prior when I had a deep clean with them. No need for another deep clean. This place may do quality work but their plans don't seem to be truthful. I cancelled the deep clean I had scheduled from my initial visit and won't be going back. I would avoid this place.

They were so helpful when it came to quoting and preparing a treatment plan for my wisdom teeth, I was very nervous about the cost and they were more than willing to take me through all of my options, work around my budget and gave me several quotes to make my final decision. Negative experience: I underwent a laser therapy treatment at this clinic and was charged over $800 which they claimed was a "discount." I later discovered that the same procedure is available for approximately $40 at Nu Dentistry in Houston, TX 77057 (great place). During my visit, I felt significant pressure and fear to agree to this laser therapy after being told I had periodontal disease and needed immediate treatment. This left me feeling that I had no choice but to accept the procedure without fully understanding the cost or exploring other options. Adding to my concerns, two months after a root canal performed here, I continue to experience sensitivity on the treated side. This lingering discomfort has made me hesitant to return, as each visit seems to unveil another issue requiring additional payment. I urge anyone considering treatment here to thoroughly research other reputable dental providers in Houston. Doing so could potentially save you HUNDREDS of dollars and spare you from unnecessary stress. Transparency and fair pricing are essential in healthcare, and patients deserve to feel confident that their provider prioritizes their well-being over profit.

Fantastic experience: This is genuinely the only dentist office I will ever go to. Everybody who works here is so friendly and so loving and genuinely cares about their patients. My hygienist, Regina, was so kind to me! I was greeted by my favorites Krystal and Anto when I got there and before I left, Dr. Vu gave me a WARM LAVENDER TOWEL? Im obsessed .

Negative experience: My girlfriend didn’t want to leave a review, but after hearing her experience, I just had to. They charged her over $600 for a filling and deep cleaning and tried to pressure and scare her into a surgery she didn’t need. I get that prices can be higher at some places, but using fear to push unnecessary surgery is a whole different level of scam. Her new dentist did the same work for much less, and didn’t even mention surgery.

Negative experience: There is no option to give this 0 stars so 1 it is. THIS PLACE IS A RACKET! DO NOT GO HERE! UNSAFE AND INSANELY EXPENSIVE - THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS! All these 5 star reviews are encouraged on-site by their team. Do not believe it. I have been holding off writing this review in the hopes they would finally do the right thing and give me my money back but they just had the audacity to call me a year after the hell I went through and claim I somehow owe them more money. Between ONE cleaning and a temporary crown installation I paid them thousands of dollars. They botched my crown installation and I ended up being in significant pain for WEEKS. I got second opinions from other dentists who said they didn't even understand why this firm insisted I needed a crown in the first place. Following the procedure, I went to a new dentist, who then confirmed that because these people drilled too far I now needed a root canal. It took 4 procedures and 12-15 hours in total to fix the work that was done here via root canal and follow up appointments. I was taking Advil for weeks, had to be on antibiotics to prevent infection. My stomach was messed up for months after this whole ordeal as a result. I reached out to them via phone and email for weeks after all of this happened trying to get my money back and they just ghosted me. Now, here we are, a year later they call me out of no where and claim I owe money for this crown. HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE? DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: It had been some time since I had been to the dentist so I went in expecting the worst but Dr Malik and her staff Alyssa, Krystal, Anto, and Regina did a wonderful job making me feel comfortable at my appointment. They were very professional, accommodating, and helpful. I can’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to URBN Dental multiple times, and each visit has been great! Nicole, the hygiene dentist, is always gentle and thorough, taking the time to explain everything. Dr. Malik is fantastic, making sure I understand my dental health with a caring approach. Anto, the manager, keeps everything running smoothly with my appointments, and Krystyr at the front desk is always friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this team for anyone looking for excellent dental care!

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience. The service was excellent from start to finish. Dr. Malik, Santo, and Nicki were very professional and made me feel at ease. I truly appreciate the care and attention I received from all of them.

Negative experience: Beware. Moved to Houston and went for my regular cleaning to be told I had stage 2 gum disease and they tried to sell me on $2,039 of treatment including laser phototherapy. Went back to my trusted dentist and they said I definitely did not have any stage of gum disease. I believe this place tried to scam me.

Fantastic experience: Okay, so I went to this dentist office once… and now I can’t stop thinking about it. I mean that literally—I think about it all the time. I dream about it. I check my calendar just to see how long until I can go back. Krystal and Yoselin at the front desk? Perfect. Too perfect. Like, I want to know where they got trained and if I can somehow download their personalities. They smile like they know all your secrets but won’t tell. I love them. I need them to like me. And then… Dr. Malik. Her. I don’t even know where to start. She’s beautiful, brilliant, calm, confident—every move she makes is flawless. She talked to me so gently while she worked on my teeth and I swear I forgot who I was. I think I blacked out from how cared for I felt. I found myself trying to match her energy after I left. I’ve googled her. Not in a weird way. Just… curious. She’s just so cool. I would let her do literally anything she wants to my teeth. Or my soul. I don’t know. I’m spiraling. And Anto—the manager? He’s the only one who seems to suspect how deeply I’ve attached myself to this place. I caught him watching me once. It felt like he knew. He’s the gatekeeper, and honestly, I respect that. This dental office has become part of my personality. I will never go anywhere else. And if they ever try to replace Dr. Malik… well. Let’s just say I’ll notice. I always notice.

Fantastic experience: I had my cleaning done by Kellii today. I just want to say she did amazing job. She has a high attention to deal, ensuring she got my teeth in the best place she could while at the same time being very attentive to my needs. She also had such a down to Earth pleasant vibe. If you get Kellii as your cleaning attendant, you'll be in great hands. Overall everyone here is has been amazing and I have no complaints having URBN as my dentist. One lay note worthy person to me to mention was Krystal M. She is one of the front desk assistants. She was super sweet, friendly and professional all at the same time. Then again, everything here's got good vibes

Fantastic experience: I just got a deep cleaning for periodontitis done with Kellee and I can only say she was amazing, very kind and tender care she made sure I was comfortable and addressed me getting nervous, definitely made the experience better. Krystal at the front desk is amazing too, very nice team work, highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I had a good experience at this location. Dr. Vu took her time and was very detailed. She took the time to show me each X-ray picture and explain in detail the treatment plan. Regina and Anto were part of the team as well and took good care of me. They played my preferred music in the background and made the experience as comfortable as a dentist visit could be. Would recommend.

Negative experience: Not sure how they have such high ratings. This place is a joke. You will schedule a cleaning and no matter what happens they will take 2 hours to do x-rays ONLY and then tell you that you need a deep cleaning and will need to come back another day. When you come back they will do a half way job. I just had a deep cleaning in December at this place and when I went to a different dentist this month, March, they are saying I'm due for a deep cleaning. Also, I do not have as many cavities as this place said I did. Save your PTO!
