I’ve worked in dental for 8 years before moving to the area. I’m very picky about my teeth & all work preformed, but this office & staff is absolutely top tier. I’m grateful I’ve found an office that really cares. Thank you to the whole team! You guys really make me look forward to my 6 month cleanings!!

Negative experience: I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the treatment I received during my recent visit to your practice. Despite providing my personal information and consulting with your team, I have experienced a lack of follow-up and communication, which has left me feeling neglected as a patient. During my appointment, I underwent an ultrasound examination, and the doctor discussed a treatment plan with me. However, I was disappointed to find that I never received any updates or guidance regarding the next steps. As I do not have insurance, I expected a higher level of care and professionalism, especially when it comes to follow-up and patient communication. Sadly, my experience has been quite the opposite; I felt that my concerns were dismissed and that there was little regard for my well-being as a patient. I hope you will address this issue promptly. Patients deserve respectful and considerate treatment, regardless of their insurance status. I trust that you will take my feedback seriously and improve your communication and patient care moving forward.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of meeting some really nice people today at Lorton Town Dental! It was my 1st visit to them for a broken tooth. The Doctor’s bedside manner was awesome! I have an appointment next Friday for cleaning and make sure my teeth are ok. They have a new patient.

Fantastic experience: Extremely detailed cleaning, awesome experience with hygienist Csilla - she’s awesome. Surprised the office didn’t have my X-rays, pre-req to them being a part of the active duty program means they are supposed to confirm access to the military healthcare systems. But other than that confusion, positive, thorough experience and will definitely return. Still an awesome experience as the miscommunication with records didn’t affect what I needed at all.

Fantastic experience: I’m usually nervous about going to the dentist, but Scilla made my visit so relaxing and comfortable. She was incredibly nice the entire time. She did a great job explaining everything to me and went over all the procedures I needed in detail. She also showed me the teeth that needed attention, taught me how to properly floss, and recommended helpful products to improve my dental hygiene. I really appreciated how caring she was, definitely one of the best dental experiences I’ve had!!

Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to a dentist in over 5 years, mainly because of my fear of them. I had a lot of anxiety going into my appointment today, however the atmosphere is incredibly calming and welcoming. Csilla was absolutely wonderful. She gave me a stress ball at the beginning of the cleaning which immediately made me safer that I wouldn’t be criticized for my fear. She explained everything in great detail and made sure to check in multiple times throughout. She was incredibly gentle and made sure to warn me when something would be loud or uncomfortable. Fantastic experience: Clean Office, supper nice/friendly staff, reasonable price. I was expecting to be charged much more than I was charged. My dental problem was an old implant from 2007 with no information and was rejected by couple of dentists who told me can’t fix it because I don’t have the implant information. Thanks to Dr. Graeli who is a general dentist and told me go and see Dr. Samer at Lorton Town Dental. Despite one hour drive from my house to Lorton, I was impressed with Dr. Samer’s expertise. He fixed my old dental implant in less than 45 minutes and it was a big relief. I have no hesitation to say Dr. Samer is a true professional, easily tackle difficult dental issues in addition to being nice and friendly.

They’ve gone above and beyond to meet all my scheduling needs, they truly care and know their stuff—- made sure I was comfortable and continued to assist and check in. Negative experience: My name is Hannah. This dentist office is really bad. I called on Wed 10th to make appointment for regulate teeth cleaning & they scheduled on next Mon 15th at 10am. However , when I came inside , they said I never had appointment at 10am today even I showered the text message that the receptionist texted me to confirm appointment & ask for Insuance card & company’s insurance . They are very inconsiderate & careless about patient ‘s time . It is a stupid business . I never ever come back even it is 5 mins away from my house

Fantastic experience: I became aware of Lorton Town dental several years ago while searching for a new dentist. As it turned out, the tooth that had split from bottom up to gum needed to be extracted. Dr. K was recommended very highly, and I know why. He Is knowledgeable, experienced, highly skilled, and has a friendly and patient demeanor. He aims to ensure that all of my dental needs are met as I expected and that I am completely satisfied with the visit. I have not encountered another dentist like him. He's a keeper!

Fantastic experience: What a way different experience I had! I was so nervous because I haven't been to the dentist in a while. I walked into this office and was amazed by how clean and comforting it was. Everyone is smiling. Elena got me prepped and took xrays and was very gentle and attentive. She already made me feel a little less nervous. Then my hygienist Juan was very detailed in explaining what he was about to do and checked on me during the process. Even though I had this cleaning done before at another dentist office, this experience was different. No needles, no pain, and afterwards I could still talk normal and wasnt feeling swollen. Then Dr Grayeli came in and told me things no other dentist had mentioned and she was very kind and observant. I have found the right dentist office for me. The entire staff is so respectful and polite to everyone. The cherry on top was they offered chapstick which I 100% needed before I went to work. So thank you to everyone who I came across during my visits, I will be back because of how each one of you communicated with me and did your part of the process with knowledge and being gentle but getting the job done! Fantastic experience: Amazing experience today. I hate dentist offices and I'm not afraid to admit it. Unfortunately, I haven't had the best experiences the last year or so, so I tried out Lorton Town Dental, and I've already made two future appointments. 1. The receptionist on the phone yesterday was SO kind! She had time to fit me in the next day. I typically wait weeks and months to get an appointment. 2. The dental hygienist was AMAZING! She was kind, very knowledgeable, and does a great job cleaning while making sure 6 comfortable. Also - a hygienist validating a patient means so much. The first thing Scilla said was , "wow great hygiene". I don't think many people get told that at the dentists. Often times, I feel lectured even when I try to use their same tips to maintain healthy oral hygiene. 3. The dentist was awesome. Dr. Challabi showed me pictures and details of exactly how my teeth were doing. My previous dentist said I had 4 cavities, she said I had 1 "watch". I really appreciated her honesty and thorough look.

Negative experience: I didn’t like this practice. Never let a dentist replace fillings too soon because you lose more natural tooth in your lifetime if they do, get a second opinion if you aren’t convinced you need something, and don’t let them pressure you for unneeded Invisalign. Go to an orthodontist for that because you can damage your roots with too many or improper straightening treatments. I went back to my dentist 2 hours away and was told my teeth are fine. Typical nova dentist.

Not only does she have such a warm, beautiful, and inviting spirit, she is very knowledgeable, makes you feel comfortable to ask questions, and also like you’re the only patient in the world, at the time of your visit. I have had nothing but pleasant and overly satisfying results, having gone to her for treatment concerning Invisalign and regular dentistry work. Negative experience: Went in over a month ago to have estimates done on new teeth and still haven’t heard anything back Last time I went in, I watched everyone that came before me and after me get taken care of first. I had to walk up and ask if I was forgotten. On issues before this the tech applied direction suction to an open cancer wound in mouth. Had previous dental work here that resulted in bleed out and had to come back the next day on my birthday for 2 hours to be re stitched. Just yet to have a positive experience here.

Fantastic experience: After moving to Virginia, I was searching for a family dentist office that would provide compassionate, caring, friendly, professional, dental experience for my mother and myself. We have been blessed in the past to have always had found a great dentist office with those qualities. Nevertheless, to be able to find a dentist office that would be in network with our different dental insurance. Once again we have been blessed to have found a dentist office that have all the above and at the same time goes above and beyond to provide an amazing caring experience. Everyone from the front desk, to the hygienists, all the dentist assistants and the Doctor provide Excellence. We had a great first time patient experience. Csilla our hygienist was impressive, what a wonderful person, very knowledgeable, very experienced, caring, kind hearted person. She was very detailed to make sure my mother was well taken care of and did the same for me. She clearly explained everything, ensured that all X-rays showed the highest level of clarity and by doing so would provide the Doctor with all the information needed for a great dental evaluation. There was a great teamwork environment, since Csilla communicated and worked with all of her colleagues with the highest level of politeness, professionalism and friendliness. The Doctor what a Wonderful person, one could see the highest level of care towards us (his patient's) and towards his staff. The ambience by just walking into the office was a very positive, peaceful place. I could probably continue to say a lot more great things of the Doctor, Csilla, and even name everyone in the office that we had such a great interaction with. But I would probably take forever. Just in summary Everyone there are just Great!!! Very blessed and happy to have found them. Update: It has been more than a year and I'm very happy with this dentist office. All the staff, front desk, admin, hygienists, dentist assistants and all the doctors go above and beyond. They do their best to accommodate my schedule, they answer all my questions and they take great care of my smile. Both my mother and I had been seen by different hygienists, dentist assistants, front desk staff and all are really wonderful beautiful people. Dr. Chalabi is ensuring I have the best smile with my Invisalign treatment and Dr. Khattab is ensuring I keep that healthy smile. There are both amazing. I truly recommend them!!

Her customer service was excellent—she was professional, personable, and truly caring throughout the entire process. Fantastic experience: I enjoyed the experience. The people were friendly. One small note was the bite. I got confused because I didn’t know if the top two teeth (the largest ones) could go in front of the bottom teeth. I just hope to clarify for the next time.

The whole process from booking the appointment, to the teeth scanning, doctor advice, and payment consultation was very pleasant and professional. The doctor patiently answered my questions with great dedication, and the staffs, especially the lady who communicated the price/payment/insurance did an amazing job in explaining and went above and beyond in giving advices without being pushy for the sales. Fantastic experience: I researched different dentists offices for a while and decided on this one for me and my kids. From the initial phone call with Briana (who is amazing) to the office visit was great! Pleasant, welcoming, efficient with treatment plans and billing estimates, and they have up to date technology. Dr Vlad was very precise with what needs to be done and his hygienist/assistant was extremely thorough, providing recommendations and making the visit as comfortable as she possibly could. Fantastic experience: Going to Lorton Town Dental has been amazing! They help address all of my concerns and offer helpful advice for at home. The staff is wonderful(kind, courteous, knowledgeable and patient). And they help me stay on budget so I can continue to have them as my dental office and maintain my oral health. Negative experience: This was my first visit and I was absolutely disappointed with the service. The front desk people were friendly but when I went in to see the dental hygienist he proceed to upsell me on a deep cleaning that I did not know was voluntary and only partially covered by insurance. Additionally he pushed antibiotics for my gums which did not seem optional. After waiting another 15 mins for the DR who came in for 5 mins and left, felt rushed.

Fantastic experience: I saw Csilla as my hygienist today and she was fabulous. I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist and deal with a lot of pain at cleanings, but she was so skilled and even gave me numbing mouthwash and paste throughout my visit.
