Negative experience: ** Update, after leaving this review, I received a letter in the mail from Panama City smiles, stating I was no longer welcome to use them anymore for dental work along with the rest of my family. ** The cleaning and radiography went as expected. However, Dr. Patel needs a reality check. He had the nerve to say “maybe your teeth will be better than your sisters’’. Both of my sisters have recently been there for dental work prior to my visit. Pretty sure he violated HIPPA. Definitely not a professional.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this office for about a year now for my Invisalign treatment, and the experience has been amazing from start to finish. When I first began the process, I saw a few different providers, and everyone I met was professional and helpful. Over time I’ve mostly been seen by the sweetest lady dentist, and she has been wonderful — patient, gentle, and always willing to answer my questions. I used to be terrified of going to the dentist, but this team completely changed that for me. Every visit feels easy and welcoming, and I genuinely feel cared for by every person I’ve interacted with. I’m so grateful for the support throughout my Invisalign journey. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for great dental care!

Fantastic experience: I’m new to the Panama City area. I had an appointment on 12/2 to talk to them about my missing teeth. Then I had a tooth that was infected. I called them that morning to see if they could see me and send antibiotics to my pharmacy. They fit me in and while I was there we went on and discussed the plan for my missing teeth so I wouldn’t have to go back. I am very happy with the people there. They are professional but very nice. I’m glad I picked them for my new dentist.

I've had less fortunate experiences at other places in town and was very happy with the level of care, attention, and guidance I received in my appointment. I was fully informed about all aspects of the procedure and what to expect including the financial aspect so no surprises! It was a great experience at the dentist! Fantastic experience: I've had an extraction, fillings, and a root canal all separate visits, and I never felt any pain whatsoever during any of these procedures. I was in and out in a timely matter, and had all my questions answered. Good dentist.

Negative experience: Disappointed with overall communication and care. Appointments are overscheduled, received negative response when walking out after being overbooked. Male doctor was very dismissive, had to introduce myself and explain dental apprehension, he brushed it off and said everyone has that. Female doctor was very nice and attentive, appointment with her was a pleasant surprise, I appreciated that and am giving the star for her visit. Did not receive a statement for over 90 days and the statement I did receive had no explanation of benefits. I called the office and was told they do not do that to call their corporate office. Corporate gave instruction, which I followed and still received no explanation of benefits. Asked two more times by email and one more time by phone and was assured that I would receive a detailed statement and to date have not. I have paid my statement at this point and will not continue on as a patient.

Negative experience: Had a dental emergency called this place. I have two dental insurances between mine and my husband's job. Lady on the phone said yes we take both of those they are in network. She took all my information including insurance numbers ect. I drove down to the office (40 min drive)and was told sorry we dont take either insurance. Now its late in the day and I have a dental emergency and no help!! Terrible customer service.

Everybody here is so pleasant Dr. Zoey, Cortney, Diamond, Cap (I don't know his name, but he's built like Captain America... so in my head, I call him Cap). The entire staff here is just wonderful, and they will take great care of your chompers!

Fantastic experience: This visit was totally opposite of my last visit and was phenomenal! I had a bridge fall out and needed advice and consultation on options. I called on a Monday and originally received a Friday appointment, but they called me back on Tuesday to reschedule me there waa no doctor available on Friday. Instead they got me in The same Tuesday they called to reschedule me and I not only received a consultation on options they started a negotiated treatment plan the same day, pulled a decayed tooth and treated me for a new cap and l8ng term plan for two implants. Dr Wasson and his technician "J" (sorry I don't remember her name) great and both were very professional and attentive to my emergency needs. I was there for over three hours but got right in when scheduled and I couldn't ask for better service. Given the complexity of my service it was super and I applaude both of them for their great se4vixe and care. If that weren't enough the dental assistant even called me the next day to check up on me. I thank God for both of them! Thanks for the caring, immediate and professional servixe!

Fantastic experience: They were able to help me figure out payment options, get an exam, and pull a jerk of a tooth out within three hours. Dyvizsha was awesome and Dr. Wassan was great during the whole thing. Doc did try to talk me into just treating it, but didn't push too hard(I was dead set on ripping it out lol) Will definitely be back to fix other issues once I get this one paid off lol

Fantastic experience: So i am terrified of the dentist so much that i neglected dental care for decades. It was finally time to face the music. I needed four teeth removed among other things so we came up with the plan. On the day of the extractions i was terrified. Blood pressure was through the roof. So they gave me time to calm down and they begun to administer the nitrous it took awhile to take effect but I started to feel it working. They numb my mouth with gel first and gave me the first shot … I didn’t feel a thing they shot me up a few times during the course of the procedure and I didn’t feel one stick. Doctor was able to pull all four teeth including wisdoms. Afterwards I was able to walk out the office on my own and didn’t feel all doped up. So take from a person that was totally terrified of the dentist you are in good hands with Panama City Smiles. I feel that they truly care about their patients. They took and are taken really good care of me. I have a ton of cosmetic work to be done and Panama City Smiles will do all of mine …

Fantastic experience: This place is worth the trip it's a far ways out of the way for me but it's worth it for the exceptional care, Cortney is always the best and just very patient which is awesome when you have sensitive gums like me would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I do not have dental insurance and just looked up the closest office near my home. On arrival, I was very impressed with the cleanliness. The front staff was friendly. My hygienist was AMAZING! I did think as far as a cash paying customer it was rather on the expensive side. Almost $300 for x rays and a cleaning and that is with a separate purchase of their $99 discount plan. They gave me an itemized list for services I needed and was interested in (invisalign) the filling seemed about average, the crown overpriced at least $500 and the invisalign extremely overpriced. My teeth are straight but have just shifted since wearing braces creating some spaces that I want closed. When I went in for a quote to a dentist on 23rd st they quoted me under $3k and estimated about 6 months to fix my concerns. So I definitely will not be following up with that at this office. I did not read any of the reviews before going to the office, I probably should have to be better informed. Sitting in the waiting area I googled the average cost for my services in PC and it ranged $209-$219 I was ok with that. So I was a lil surprised at the bill. I have excellent hygiene and even though I wasn’t able to see my prior dentist since 2023 because they kept cancelling and rescheduling my appointments-which is why I looked for another provider, it took her no time at all to clean my teeth because I take serious care of them. I did not meet Dr Patel people were talking about in the reviews and I hope I never do because I do not act well when people who are supposed to be helping you, HURT you. I gave 5 stars for my visit but am unsure if I will continue any further care there. The bad reviews are impactful. Suzanne F Visit on 10/03/25

Fantastic experience: I loved this office! I called first thing in the morning on a Friday, with an emergency and the guy who took my call, said he would fit me in as soon as I got there. Courtney took me back within 10 minutes of my arrival and was able to take x-rays and the doctor came in and looked to see what was going on and gave me her opinion. Dr. Barrett prescribed me an antibiotic and a pain reliever and they referred me to an endodontist in Lynnhaven who was able to take care of me on Monday. I loved how nice and accommodating they were. My husband and I do not have a dentist, but we do now. Dr. Barrett and Panama City Smiles is Amazing!!

Negative experience: Stay away. I called ahead of time informing office I did not have insurance and asked what the out of pocket for a routine cleaning was and answer was $110. When appointment date got close spoke to another person and had the same conversation with same dollar amount. Once at the office for appointment I was taken back into the chair and it was dentist will see you, take some x-rays, do the cleaning. Then when I am walking out to stop by the desk and pay - all of a sudden it's "oh, for services today the number I gave you yesterday is not accurate, it's a bit up." I asked by what she meant by 'up' as I called ahead of time and had multiple conversations about this visit. Ended up hundreds of dollars more since they added on more services to which I did not ask for, nor was under any knowledge I would be required to pay for. Wasn't all bad as they did give a $1 off coupon for Listerine mouthwash. Panama City Smiles...putting profits over people.

Fantastic experience: I had a great appointment as always. My hygienist Sarah was Amazing! I really enjoyed her. She kept me comfortable and we had great conversation! She was amazing!

Negative experience: On a positive note the care was exceptional. The assistant who provided the examinations was very sweet and kind. I believe her name was Haleigh. On a bad note I got absolutely scammed! I was told my insurance was taken and was taken to the back and was instantly given multiple x rays which sure, this might be routine. But I would have expected understanding and I got none of it. And at the end of my appt I was given a $207 and was told I “HAD” to pay this in “FULL.” I asked for payment because I did not have the means to pay in full and was told they have no payments. When I told the lady I literally cannot. She THEN told me it’s possible to get a credit to make payments…weird. Not once was told that I’d being paying full out of pocket for any of these cost until it was slapped in my face at the END of my appt. I then was about to pay. I asked for self rate and she says “hold on it looks like we can do $122 self pay rate.” Wild. Again Haleigh was amazing! If I were to recommend anyone go please ask for information on insurance coverage through them and what payment out the door would look like.

Negative experience: Absolutely steer clear of this place. The customer service is horrendous, they have no issues lying to you about the care you need, the cost of the care or anything in between. They have talked badly about former employees to me, trying to put blame on them now that they are gone. I have been working for months to fix their mistake but not one person has the intellect to fix the issue. They "called my insurance" and got approval for a service and then immediately after the service billed me for the service. They in fact did not call, just lied about calling to get the outcome they desired. I was told by the office manager months ago that there was a note in the account on 4/3 that the insurance was called. Asked him again today for that note and it no longer exists...well played office manager. They are in this for the money, not for your dental needs.

Positive experience: Very disappointed for had teeth cleaned and now it's going to cost me over $1000.00 for them to make another cap that I feel they broke.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the recent experience I had at this office. I have been a loyal patient for years, but after today, I will no longer be returning. I came in for a routine cleaning—an appointment they even called to remind me about earlier in the week—only to be told I had an outstanding balance of $420. When I asked what it was for, I was told it was related to a retainer from several months ago. This was the first time I had heard of any remaining balance, despite being contacted in May regarding an insurance issue for that same service. Back in May, I was told the insurance company simply needed verification that I had braces or a retainer in the past. I confirmed with my insurance provider that they were waiting on Panama City Smiles to send over documentation. I assumed this had been handled. However, during my visit today, I was told it was not their responsibility to follow up, as they "bill insurance as a courtesy." What was most upsetting, though, was being told that my account had already been sent to collections. I received no prior communication—no phone call, no email, no letter—before this step was taken. This is not how any business should handle billing issues, especially without attempting to resolve the matter directly with the customer first. This experience was extremely disappointing and reflects a lack of communication and accountability. It's unfortunate to see long-term patients treated this way.

Negative experience: Scheduled 4 apts for cleanings at once for my entire family ! 5year old, 8year old, my wife, and I. The kids apts went fine. Cleanings and x rays covered by insurance. I show up for my apt and it was “removed” from the schedule. They work to get me in. I get a bunch of bitwing X-rays some that resulted in pain due to placement. Then I had to wait a half hour to see the dentist. After the dentist I wait another half hour to see the hygienist. After the hygienist I wait another half hour to see their “financial” person. A total of an hour and a half of waiting in an uncomfortable chair. This lady goes to tell me that none of the treatments or X-rays are covered by my insurance, but they performed the X-rays prior to running the insurance and charge me anyways. I say I just want a basic cleaning but she refuses because the hygienist recommended a 500 dollar cleaning ! I said no , just a regular cleaning please, she again refused. In addition said she never saw my insurance until the day of my apt even though they ran the insurance for both my children and the apts were covered. I have also researched my insurance and I am covered for bitwing X-rays and panao X-rays (which is what they tried to bill as). This place is a scam, they just want to bill you for stuff outside your insurance and refuse to provide basic essential care. I will be filing a report with the Florida board of dentistry. Please if you have had a similar experience post on their review and I can use your experience to help my case.

Positive experience: very good hygienist. Had to wait more than 40 min. to be seen which was unusual . Usually very prompt.

I had my first appointment by mistake intending to go to another dentist with a similar name when I arrived, I asked if they could see me anyway. Somehow they managed to squeeze me in. I am a firm believer in everything happens for a reason, I feel really fortunate to have found Panama Smiles and highly recommend them. Fantastic experience: Highly recommended! I broke a tooth off at the gym over the weekend. I did not have a dentist here in PC. I called early Monday morning and PC Smiles had me in for a consultation within. 2 hours. After carefully explaining the plan and the costs, we scheduled an appointment for the next morning. They are professional and did an amazing job! I now have a dentist in PC and old highly recommend Panama City Smiles!

Negative experience: Front desk and billing is horrible to deal with. Besides getting billing stuff incorrect. I called to have them transfer over my X-rays to my new dentist weeks in advance and went to my new appointment to have no X-rays there. Really do not recommend this dentist.

Fantastic experience: Very professional, prompt, did not push services. Explained all options very well, through exam. Procedures were carried out swiftly. I had a severely infected tooth, it was extracted with no pain. The Dr expected a much more difficult extraction and quoted me accordingly. After the extraction went smoothly, Dr adjusted the price to a simple extraction. Very honest practice! I highly recommend

Negative experience: I've thought about this for some time.and I'm giving an honest account of my experience with PCSmiles. I knew I needed wisdom tooth pulled, I've told 3-4 people of what I felt of my mouth and needing done, except for the dentist Patel who didn't care or ask any questions. I've mentioned that my bone on one side was reduced because of wisdom and without looking, wanted to charge 240 for x-rays. The nurse made that discussion without dentist looking at or probably knowing. now for the actual tooth pull, honestly I'm not sure if novicane is charged per job or tooth. But all I got was the q-tip with gel and that numbed me up slightly, and he did poke me with something sharp after but there was no numbing effect. (I'm not sure if was charged or the dentist wanted to use my billing medication for other proposes) but my mouth wasn't numb I could talk clearly no half dead face and could feel all around my gums. Again I just received the qq tip numbing that's it. Now when he was pulling tooth it should have been easy cause I paid for x-ray if he looked at it could see no bone on one side, but what does Patel do? He puts against the back and into my Rows of teeth, where I received serious pain, to where my eyes were watering. I'm not lying if felt something awful. It could not be helped I yelled god damn. Trust me I did not want to blasphemy God. But it felt like he slowly cut a price of jaw off. And when I did say GD the second thing the dentist says to me is what's wrong with me cussing! Around this time I was saying I didn't get any novicane, well the dentist Patel left while I was wiping water from my eyes and only the nurse was there saying it was pressure, they both lied only God knows what they wanted with my jobs novicane. And still the tooth next to the one pulled is loose by him prying so hard against it, he could have used plyers or pry the other direction. But that would mean he would have to look in my mouth for 60 seconds. And obviously he's too important for that. Take this info how you will it cost me $625 for sub-par dentist. Its amazing how a regular person gets treated under your roof. And before you question my reliability, I've had in the past a wisdom tooth pulled before. And I know what right, and at the very bottom (unfortunately now) is like. It feels like I've been scamed. That's my feeling now.

Positive experience: I started going to Panwma Ciry Smiles in November 2024. Im on my third visit and have at least 8 more before my mouth will be pretty. (Crossing my fingers). I'm not sure what my dental hygienist name was but she was so sweet and gentle. She did a deep cleansing with antibiotics and that was absolutely the best cleaning. Can't wait for my next visit. Negative experience: Went over 3 years ago still can not eat on one side of my mouth due to the dentist messing up my simple filling. Save yourself stress and pain and DO NOT GO HERE

Negative experience: The lead dental hygienist is a very rude woman.I was going to get a deep cleaning I noticed 400$extra for antibiotics to inject into my gums because I have mild gum disease and I asked do I have to have it and she went on to say why do you not want it etc.She then said if I do a deep cleaning and she couldn’t get it all she would have to refer me to a specialist because I don’t follow her recommendations.It is within my right to be offered the antibiotics first off second off I have the right to refuse them with a cleaning and not be criticized and bashed for not wanting to pay 500$ for a tooth cleanings.I read that the antibiotics they offered aren’t even effective.She got mad because I was questioning why I need the antibiotics and not wanting to pay all the extra money.The guy that tells you your options on what your insurance covers and payment plans proceeded to act like it aggravated him to explain stuff and more detail because he was rushing through it.The dentist himself wasn’t bad or the guy taking x rays.But very rude them 2 were especially the woman.

Fantastic experience: I have had a very positive experience with the dental care I have received at Panama City Smiles, including by the staff at the front desk, the dentists, and the dental hygienist, Akta. I highly recommend this practice.

Negative experience: Beware! Dr Patel has dang near almost killed one of my best friends. She is a veteran and an AMAZING Mom/Person etc. she trusted Dr Patel had her best interest at heart with her dental needs. Not only did he cause her permanent damage, but he blew her off for nearly a month when she kept returning saying something didn’t feel right. He punctured her sinus with an infected tooth and let her suffer. He has never attempted to make things right with her or has ever apologized. My poor friend has a mountain of health issues and years of being on strong medications for autoimmune, it has taken a toll on her teeth. She is struggling immensely to be here as a result of his carelessness and lack of expertise. She has been in and out of the hospital, doctors offices, multiples surgeries. Multiple medications to keep herself alive and to keep ongoing complications from this preventable negligence. She has two severely disabled children and two other teenagers who have watched their mother’s health deteriorate and suffer because of his negligence. Beware. I would not trust this man with anyone you care about. I can’t sit back and not say anything after everything my beautiful friend has been through. Shame on you Dr Patel!

Fantastic experience: They are awesome. Not only did they get me in same day, Dr. Patel pulled my broken tooth and gave me so much relief. Everyone is super nice. A great place to go. Edit: I went back to get started with dentures. Nadia was super helpful at the desk. She and Nakya are a great asset to this business. Both of them are great.

Negative experience: It is just too expensive, and then they charged me almost double for my one kid what they charged my older kid for the excact same experience. Then when asked about this they made a excuse and corrected themselves, but the service is too expensive even before the overcharge in my opinion so I don't know what the point of running off a seven year old client by overcharging them on there first visit. this is someone who potentially could be going there for decades but most likely will not because right off the jump they are charging the max for a uninsured child. Very disappointing considering I go there and the rest of my family and children do as well so we are trying to figure out what we want to do in the future.

Positive experience: To me they were great. I had a tooth that was really loose and I've been trying to get it out for just under two weeks. Would not come out at all. So I went to one place and they had a lot of staff call out. And they wanted me to make an appointment for another day. So I called Panama city Smiles and the staff member ask if I could get there by 2:30 and I said yes. To make it short, I wish they were in my network, unfortunately they are not and I thank them for seeing me on the 26th of December and taking care of my situation. Again thank you Panama City Smiles and thier staff. Now as of 3-15-23 I've asked them twice if I owed them and both times they had told me no . So now instead of contacting me and letting me know that there was still money owed, Panama city smiles Sent it to a collection agency. And the bummer is Panama city smiles never attempt to contact me what So ever, thank you for putting more stress on my heart !!!

Fantastic experience: I have literally found my forever dentist and I have been to a few in Panama City.. from the very beginning phone call to check in was great my hygienist I feel we may be related lol dentist was awesome and making my treatment plan was a breeze!! If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!!! Thank you guys for everything

Fantastic experience: Smiles Panama City Dental : Candice performed an excellent job on cleaning my teeth along with minim num X-rays necessary to view my teeth. I look forward to my next cleaning in 6 months.

Fantastic experience: I had the best hygienist yesterday. She was sweet and answered all of my questions. She also gave me good advice on keeping my teeth healthy.

Negative experience: The don’t answer when you call. They say I owe money even though I don’t and paid that bill in the office! Horrible customer service! I don’t leave reviews often unless I have really good service or really bad so keep that in mind when reading my review.

Negative experience: Was not pleased with service at all, I called a day prior to coming in, for tooth pain. I explained exactly which tooth and location, I even told them what a previous dentist told me about the location of the tooth and nerve, I was told they could pull it same day, I went in they did 1 X-ray just 1 and the doctor looked in my mouth with a small mirror for 10 seconds, said they couldn’t pull it and I needed to go to an oral surgeon, I would’ve been alright with this, but the fact they charged me $$$ 270 dollars for the xray and didn’t do anything else. They should’ve been upfront with the price before they even started!!!!

Negative experience: ALMOST KILLED MY MOTHER. My mother WAS a patient here for years. Due to the negligence and pure ignorance of the staff, a LIFE THREATENING infection was completely missed or IGNORED FOR THREE YEARS. Not only does she have an auto-immune disease and underwent multiple surgeries over these past few years, all the while she was fighting a losing battle with this horrible abscess in her upper jaw. She is now at risk for losing her teeth, as her bridge was reliant on the tooth that is infected. This has affected her life in so many ways. I have seen her crying in pain, spiking high fevers, and countless symptoms that we now realize were absolutely from this awful MISTAKE. Please, if you go here, use caution and get a second opinion. This is one of the worst facilities and “medical care” I’ve ever witnessed. I wish I could’ve given 0 stars, but that wasn’t an option.

Negative experience: Came in sat 10 mins, never got acknowledged, even with crying baby. Lady comes in behind me and is acknowledged immediately. Cancelled appointment, NEVER GOING BACK!!

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Panama Smiles are great ! They take time to explain procedures and I love Dr. Patel as he is aware even a senior citizen can still be nervous so he’s always so gentle and kind ! Dr. Patel is a wonderful dentist.

Fantastic experience: Donna and Mandy in the office have true caring hearts! They made something right on a bill - great asset for this dental office.

Negative experience: Front counter people are like dead people no emotions no happy smiles like the clinic is name for .. they see you just as a number the security guard with high level of testosterone is always trying to impose presence.. it doesn't feel welcoming at all. The most important thing they said coming from them is what is your insurance or do you have insurance instead of focusing more in the interpersonal relationship with the clients.. I took my entire family there we are 6 they all told me the same thing .. that they didn't feel good at all they felt intimidated and heavy .. but in the other hand the dentist nurses or practitioner they were at least nice to them .. I am a disabled veteran with high level of PTSD and that place with those front counter people made my levels spike to another level .. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt but we are taking our business somewhere else with more customers appreciation and at least nicer people .. Reall sad if your coming here you either have to be old or be a truly Floridians rude person.

Fantastic experience: As someone who’s had bad dental experiences before it’s safe to say you are in good hands here. The staff here are super friendly and willing to help work with you on your billing and insurance and are super flexible with scheduling. Dr.Patel was very professional and gentle with me, and all of their assistants were kind and walked me through the work I was receiving which put me at ease and helped my anxiety. I will probably spell this wrong but thank you nekiah, you are awesome!

Fantastic experience: I visited PCS for a cleaning. I highly recommend both Annette and Bethany. There are both very nice and do an expert job. The office staff is always very professional as well.

Fantastic experience: I had X-rays, cleaning, and cavity preventative gel put on my teeth. The dental hygienist Etca does the very best cleanings I have ever had . Then the dentist Dr. B. Came in during the appointment to talk to me about my past and present X-rays. I have a lot of confidence in her.

Fantastic experience: They fit me in, as a new patient, on the day after Christmas when my crown came loose. The dentist was so kind and empathetic and did an excellent job. I can’t say enough good about these people. THANK YOU!

Negative experience: I was taken back by the phone conversation I overheard while sitting in the lobby awaiting to be called back for my cleaning on 12/30/24. The receptionist was muting the phone saying very unprofessional things aloud then would unmute to return to the conversation. It was clear the person on the other end of the phone was making her very annoyed. I'm sure the person on the other end of the phone wouldn't appreciate knowing the receptionist was highly annoyed at them when they were calling to ask a question. How do I know if I'm not going to be treated the same way should I have to call the office. Very unprofessional and I will be choosing another provider moving forward. I think some general customer service training is appropriate or perhaps your employees need to find another profession.

Fantastic experience: Panama Smiles responded to my dental needs in a quick and timely manner. Great service, was quick and everyone was friendly. The place was clean. Would highly recommend. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Cynthia was very nice and helped me relax. Dentists make me a little nervous! Annette was my hygienist and Dr. Barrett the Dentist, all were great!

Negative experience: This location’s billing coordinators are a MESS. Scheduling, a mess. Proper insurance protocols and clear patient responsibility before care, nonexistent. The female patient coordinator with long straight hair, approx 45-60 years old, rude and snotty. Very entitled. She speaks to patients as if if she thinks she could never be fired. There’s a laugh. There’s a general lack of insurance knowledge there as well. Giving two stars because I had an excellent dental hygienist.

Negative experience: WARNING: Some observations about the reviews on this page you should know before trusting them. I did the math & here is what I found: 1) Panama City has a population of 30,000 people. The review count shows 975 people in Panama City voted 4.7 Stars - which would mean that you have gotten 1/30 of the total population to not only have been in this ONE office, to but to ALL AGREE that it was a 5 STAR EXPERIENCE?! I'm a statistics expert. Want to know the odds on that? (Walmart has 4000 reviews for comparison. Is this place 1/4th the size of Walmart? - considering everyone has been to Walmart if they have lived in this town long enough.) This is what we call a baseline analysis. The beach Walmart has almost 10k as it gets many out of towners. 2) I actually counted all the reviews & there are around 575 give or take (a quick estimation) that are available to read. (Where did the other 400 go? And why is the number being manipulated?) A vast majority are just 5* w/ no comments on them (Probably 50%) from the 2 years ago to 5 years ago range. So basically they were super busy during COVID & had a ton of random 5* reviews from people who never said a word show up - in a business that requires face to face interactions, & then slowed down during the timeframe when it would have been safer/easier to go to the Dentist. Then you start seeing personal reviews show up & a more normalized assortment of 1* to 5* allotment. It is extremely likely that they have either paid for reviews, incentivized reviews, made extra accounts to increase the volume of their reviews, or strongly pressured people into having friends & family give reviews. Possibly (& more likely all of the above - as well as paying for services on the internet that will boost your reviews using bot driven activity). I'll let you figure out what that means & then you can decide if you want to have them all up in your mouth with that level of trust. This is the kind of oversight everyone should look for.

Fantastic experience: I am new to the area and needed a dentist. Loved my first visit/exam. All staff was very pleasant and friendly. I was blessed with Rose. She explained everything very clearly. I look forward to my next appointment

I went in with gingivitis, and Melissa took her time to thoroughly clean every area, including around my permanent bridge. She was meticulous in removing all the plaque and tartar, leaving my mouth feeling fresh and my teeth feeling like they could finally breathe! Melissa’s professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. Highly recommend her for anyone needing a deep cleaning or any dental care!”

Negative experience: Found them online and set up an appointment. Had to set it up months in advance. Then I had to move it due to other health issues and that was hard to do. Then I get told how much work they will have to do before they will even clean my teeth and I was talked down to. Then I find out they quit taking my insurance at the first of the year. Not impressed!

Fantastic experience: Awesome best dentists in our area! Always professional and explains procedures well. I love Dr Barrett she is very friendly and courteous. She explains what she is going to do and answers questions. Recommend to all ages.
