Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr Beltrami since he was fresh out of dental school. I've never thought of changing or going anywhere else! Dental hygienists are efficient and always giving tips and feedback I can and do use! Always appreciate their front office and the care given.

Negative experience: I enjoy going to this location, because it is close to my job, and the Dentist and Dental assistant are really nice, with the exception of my last visit. I got there 10 minutes prior to my appointment like I was suppose to. I waited 20 minutes and no one came out to let me know they were running behind. After waiting 20 minutes I left. Five minutes late someone from the clinic called me and asked why I left. I had to get back to work. Customer service should be a priority. I am not upset that she was running late, things happen, but at least let me know you were running behind.

Fantastic experience: This office is very friendly. They did an excellent job relieving the pain from my tooth. They were clear explaining the procedure and what to expect. I recommend this office for any dental work you may need.

Fantastic experience: I had an old cavity that had broken and decided I didn’t want the root canal done. The dentist that pulled this tooth had it out of my mouth in less than 1 minute. I had minimum swelling and NO pain at all. I didn’t know he was done until He praised himself for a fast snatch. I’m grateful for this dentist office and refer them every chance that I get. They are fast and sufficient. I look forward to my next visit in the 21st. Excellence is and understatement. Kudos to you guys.

Fantastic experience: Extremely positive experience from start to finish! From front desk, to x-ray tech, to dental hygentist, to Dr. Faruk. Very understanding and patient. Positive feedback from the staff. Samantha at the check out desk went above the call of duty to go over and reiterate all of the Dr. Faruk's recommendations and costs and insurance coverage for each. Was honest in her advice just as the rest of the staff. I hadn't been to a dentist in many years. There was no shame. There was only care, concern, understanding, and positive outlook for my care. Definitely recommend the practice. You will not be disappointed!!

Fantastic experience: A great great great place to go. After I retired from the military I went to many places in the area. Commonwealth has fast and great service. The assistant to the Dr was really nice as well as the Dr he was very knowledgeable. I had a tooth pulled and I felt at ease getting it done. If you are retiring from the military and need a regular dentist U highly recommend Commonwealth Denistry.

Fantastic experience: The staff meets you at the front desk with a smile and that caring attitude radiates throughout the office. I was concerned about several issues and Dr. Dixon assured me everything was okay. What a relief. Most doctors would have taken that opportunity to do unnecessary and costly measures. Fantastic experience: Called the day before for an emergency visit and they got me in the very next day no issues. Dr. Faber was truly amazing he was honest with me and made me feel very comfortable. Kristy his assistant i assume was amazing not only was she patient but honest with me and even help provide information for me to get in for a root canal or extraction asap. Negative experience: If I could give this office 0 stars, I would. I don't usually leave reviews, but I needed to for the experience I had with this office. I went in for a cleaning, and my hygienist, "Kimmie", was rude from the second she grabbed me from the waiting room. She spoke very little to me the entire appointment, and instead of communicating with me, she poked and prodded around my mouth, and put her hands on my head to physically turn my head to the position she wanted (without ever speaking to me). During the appointment, she used her handheld mirror to press hard on my jaw for NO REASON. When I told her that she hurt me, she scoffed. Finally, I communicated that I did not like her attitude and that I wanted a different hygienist. She laughed and proceeded to tell me that no one else was available and I would need to come back. Not a single person at the office, including Kimmie, seemed to care much that this was my experience. Offering no words of comfort and no suggestions to rectify being treated that way. I will not be back to this location.

Fantastic experience: The staff was very friendly, attentive and welcoming. They were on time calling me back for my appointment. The hygienist , Bonnie was very gentle & thorough. Doctor Faber was very detailed in explaining each step and showed pictures as he went along.

But the nurse made me comfortable she was very friendly,her energy was excellent and the dentist was amazing i got my tooth pulled with no problems my nerve went away. I had no pain when medication went away. I would definitely come back to the same dentist. My rate is 1000% satisfied.

Fantastic experience: Colby gave me the easiest, most relaxing, best teeth cleaning I’ve ever had. Sometimes I feel like a dentist appointment is like agreeing to be a guinea pig for someone in a bad mood, but Colby was so chill and knowledgeable and gentle. She absolutely sold me on commonwealth dentistry in colonial heights.

Fantastic experience: I am a patient of Commonwealth in PG. I couldn't be seen on Friday because no doctor was in the office. They referred me to CH because of my tooth pain due to a broken tooth. The CH office could not have been nicer ! Great relief when you have pain and people are willing to help you even though you are not one of their regular customers. The receptionist, Christy, was very welcoming and helped me fill out a couple of forms. She knew I was hurting and offered to help me without me having to ask. When I was seen, Dr. Faber gave me some good advice and options to correct my problem. His dental assistant was just as nice and professional. I'm sorry that I can't remember her name. When leaving and time to check out, Kelly took great care of me and showed me my options based on my insurance benefits. She gave me print outs for the cost of the procedures offered. She even did it without me having to ask ! When you are in pain, there's nothing better than having total strangers show you compassion to give you some peace of mind. I would highly recommend CH Commonwealth Denistry to anyone that needs dental care with people that truly care !!!

Fantastic experience: My family has been going to Commonwealth for 25 years. Dr Dixon and Dr Beltromy are wonderful. Brook was my hygienist and she did an excellent job. Dr B and Dr Dixon were the only dentist in the area that would fill cavities and work on children. My kids are now grown and still go there. If you need major work done ask for Dr Beltromy or Dr Dixon. They are the best.

Fantastic experience: Today I had a tooth extracted and did not really know what to expect. I had never had a tooth extracted without laughing gas or being put to sleep! I should have known that Commonwealth Dentistry in Colonial Heights would take care of me! Dr. Faruk explained the procedure to me and it went just as he explained!! Fantastic experience: Commonwealth Dentistry is the best. I recently had a cleaning and X-rays done and as always the staff was excellent. The hygienist was so polite and easy on my gums and a felt like a new man after my cleaning. They have been our family dentistry for about 15 years and are always great. We have had everything from standard cleanings, tooth extractions, fillings and root canals. I would recommend the staff here 100% of the time.

Fantastic experience: I'm an older patient and have been coming to this office many years, very happy with my many, many treatments I've needed over the years. I have a very sensitive mouth and they work as gently as possible doing cleanings, root canals, and fillings, etc. I'm very pleased with the services I receive from all the staff, Hygienist, saw Dr Mark Beltrami today, he was very impressed with my own cleaning today and he checked my teeth, gums, etc. very good before they even had a chance to clean them it made me so proud that I have been doing a good job myself, and office staff all work so well together. Wouldn't go to any other office . Thank you all for your kindness and I recommended them to a lot of my friends and continue to do so if ask who I go to happily. I have also seen many of the other Dentist on staff and they are also excellent as well.

He did such a wonderful job with the first one, now I'm having another one. Never any pain, very professional and he has alot of patience. His technician Melissa is awesome also. Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Dr Faber. He made me feel so special. This was my first time seeing him, and I want to keep him as my dentist. Some patients have unrealistic goals like I did, and we need doctors to give professional advice and for the doctor to keep it real like he did. Get me together, Dr Faber. I trust that you will give me the smile I've been wanting for a long time.

Negative experience: I had a cleaning this past Thursday, Koby was the hygienist. She was very rough till the point I had to ask her to stop, because she was hurting me. The tool she was using was stabbing my gums. She asked if I never had it done before I stated to her yes but that she was hurting me. My cleaning was horrible. She was drilling to deep in my gums then when she went to clean she was jerking my head, water was literally running down my neck, her excuse was it’s a lot of water. She was extremely rough. After the cleaning I asked several questions about why she was so rough her excuse was that I need a deep cleaning. Remind you I get my teeth cleaned every 4 months. I normally go to the Prince George office. Koby boldly told me that they were not doing a good job and I should suggest that they use numbing gel. That Friday I went to another dentist office because I was confused. I explained them what she stated and how rough she was. The office I went to did X-rays told me I did not need a deep cleaning. It is my honest opinion that Koby was having a bad day or even frustrated. What she did was very unprofessional and she will never clean my teeth again.

Fantastic experience: Made an online appointment at 11:42AM for 12pm due to needing an emergency extraction. Not only did they get me in but the doctor numbed me and had the tooth out by 12:40pm. In less than an hour my pain was relieved and I was back home in less than 90 minutes. If they wouldn’t have gotten me in I would be in extreme pain still at this moment. Thank you Dr. Dixon and staff!

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is great, from the front desk to the treatment room. They explain every step of my care, give me autonomy over my treatment, and answer all my questions. I've had seven dentist appointments here in two weeks. I still don't have a single bad thing to say! I see Dr. Faber and nearly all their hygienists. And a very awesome dental assistant named Cynthia who is the first ever to do my full mouth x-rays and not make me gag! If you are looking for a kind, funny, and compassionate dental team, look no further!

Marjorie that took me back for the appointment was great, Dr. Harman was the nicest and explained what I needed and finally Kelly at checkout helped get my appointment scheduled with an endodontist that took my insurance. I am so grateful of all of their kindness and help!

Fantastic experience: I visit the commonwealth Dentistry for the first time. The staff was very friendly and kind. Just what I needed that early in the morning. I was looking to pay one price and to my surprise ended up paying a lot less. I was so happy. The visit was quick and fast. They were straight to the point. In and out. They were polite and respectful too. I really enjoyed my visit. I will continue to go there.

Negative experience: Make sure you tell your patients that if the work you do fails, that they have to pay out of pocket! Nothing like spending over $5k for work(out of pocket) to have it fail and pay more money to have it fixed yet again. My dentist and his assistant were amazing, but the company not so much.

Fantastic experience: I had my crown pop off and they got me right in the same day I called to fix it. I had never been there before. Everyone in there was extremely nice and professional. Since my regular dentist quit taking my insurance I was so pleased with them I schedule an appointment to start going there.

Negative experience: Was awful experience after primary visit. Seems tried to get a new orthodontist visit scheduled after recommended one seemed to be condescending about VA coverage and my knowledge of it. But called several times to dentist office to schedule new appointment and they just let it die. Yet months later they want to make sure I will do a cleaning. They only want the easy money!!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Faber was very thorough about my options to remove the 5 teeth I had left..Agreed to do it all at once I was ok with that.. Arrived to my appointment on a deadline I had to pick wife up from working my Application was at 2..He was my very professional and I think it was Mary helping him out she was great..Now a few days after still a bit sore but can tell they are healing so I can go back in 6 months and get my dentures be so glad to get them..

However, I took my mother who has been going to this practice for many years and could see how kind, patient and professional they were about every aspect of the appointment. Amanda (Check in, appointments, Insurance), Synthia (x-ray and assist) Colby (hygienist), Samantha (check out, treatment plan pricing and appointments), and Dr. Beltrami, whom she holds in high regard for his dental expertise and wonderful personality! Everyone, including employees that just passed by, smiled and spoke to us. I highly recommend Commonwealth Dentistry for your dental needs!

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment in years (like 10-12 years of not going to the dentist), and they got the X-rays done, and my teeth looked at, in less than a week I was able to go back for a gingival cleaning and got 2 small cavities filled (without any deep numbing - just topical). Even with the holidays coming up, I’ve been able to schedule my last visit (until my prophy cleaning), within 2 weeks of my appointment today. Everything has been fast, and well done, and painless, the in office plan is a great deal, and the only things that are a little difficult to schedule are cleanings (which weren’t even as far out as i had expected). All the hygienist and assistants are kind, the front desk and check out assistants are friendly as well. It’s nice to go and have a great experience at the dentist, if you’ve had a bad past experience (with another dentist), go to Commonwealth and learn about how nice it can be to take care of your dental health.

Fantastic experience: She was very nice and comfortable,caring, respectful and professional she was just the person to work on your mouth very thour and the thoughtful. The Dr. Was soooo very thoroughful and with sooo much patience and kindness was soooo appreciative taking good care of his patient. So very thoughtful.

Positive experience: Commonwealth Dentistry Colonial Heights, has very nice and professional staff. Going to the dentist has never been a favorite place,but here they make you feel so relaxed . From the time you step into the door until you leave,your treated with kindness, patience and respect. Also they make you feel comfortable with payments and help with people without insurance to keep your teeth and gums healthy. The only downside is parking since they share parking with other businesses. Dr. Greer and her assistant are wonderful, I never thought I would say this but I enjoy seeing my dentist Dr. Greer,she is great at what she does and her assistant,they are like peanut butter and jelly they just work well together.
