Fantastic experience: First time this morning. Kayla was my tech and Dr. Jim was my dentist. I don't remember any other names, but EVERYONE was very nice to and patient with me. Kayla made sure I was comfortable and when I asked for a blanket, she brought me the CUTEST soft blanket to wrap up in. It had individual tooth characters and I wish I had taken a picture of it. Dr. Jim was also very nice as he explained everything he was doing in a patient and understanding (but not condescending) way. I still freak out over going to the dentist and I'll still be getting the nitrous for every procedure, but it's nice to know I will have a pleasant experience every time. Highly recommended! ❤️

Fantastic experience: I needed to find somewhere to get me in for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction. They got me in the very next day! Everyone was very kind, informative and made me feel very comfortable. I have pretty bad anxiety as it is, never cared for dental work, but I was in and out in less than an hour. I will be going back for my regular routine care as well! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Bogey Hills Dental for about 2 years now. Due to my positive experience, both my husband and my father have switched to them as well. I took my special needs daughter for her first appointment this week. Jill was her hygienist and I can’t say enough about how fantastic the experience was! Jill was patient, let my daughter make choices, and even turn on the polishing tool! Dr. Levin was great with my daughter as well. As a parent, I am thrilled with the outcome of the appointment. I would recommend Bogey Hills Dental for anyone and everyone!

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment there and had nothing but a great experience. Having some bad experiences in the past my fear of the dentist has made me neglect my dental care for sure. When I was looking for a new dentist the thing that stood out to me were the reviews I had read from other patients. So I took a chance and finally made an appointment. I was so nervous prior to it I really had debated that morning rescheduling. But I went anyway. Everyone was so nice and I felt completely at ease. Julie is who I met with and who took my X-rays and went into detail about the game plan. She is so amazing!! She is so nice, made me feel so comfortable and she definitely put my mind at ease. When it was time to meet with the Dentist he also was very nice and I feel confident they have a good plan. Even though I need some things done and have a deep cleaning in my future Julie will be doing that and I walked out of there less scared than when I walked in. From a big dental chicken like me I have to say if you are looking for one look no further!

Fantastic experience: From the first time I went to Bogey Hills Dental I felt very comfortable.The receptionist was very kind as well as the staff. The place is spotless and the atmosphere is very relaxing.The Dentist are great and very, very knowledge and very informative as to what will take place. I would say to anyone if you want a Dentist who is very pleasing, comforting and enjoyable, this is the place to come.

Fantastic experience: Based on my first visit this place is amazing. They listened, empathized, and didn’t try to sell me anything. I have implants and crowns installed by Creve Coeur Dentistry. Two of the crowns became loose. I went to Creve Coeur to have them tightened and they wanted to charge me $1000 after insurance to fix their work. Unbelievable. I went to Bogey Hills today and they did for $80. Eighty. The staff were friendly (they usually are, it’s almost never the staff that is the problem), and Dr. Pollard (sorry if I didn’t spell that right) was polite and reassuring. This is my new and hopefully last dentist. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Pollard has expanded his office and added a third dentist to better serve their patient's. I was in and out quickly for my regular cleaning. They have had to have spent over $500,000. To improve everything to make it a great experience for their patients. Love the new look.

Positive experience: It took me a bit to write this review as I hate writing bad reviews but I received an email and text asking me to leave one so here we are. I had a wisdom tooth that would not break through my gum and was causing some discomfort but I didn’t want to go to a dentist who would just send me straight off to an oral surgeon so I researched and was happy to find Bogey Hills Dental who’s website said they did impacted wisdom teeth in house! I had already had one impacted lower wisdom tooth removed at a dentists’ office years ago so I figured this would be similar. The receptionists couldn’t have been nicer nor could the dental assistant. She was really friendly as she was guiding me through the 3d Xray. She then gave me some sunglasses saying the light the dentist would be using to check out my teeth would be really bright. Well, I didn’t need those because Dr. Oslica never even looked in my mouth. He looked at the xray and said I would be better off going to an oral surgeon… the exact thing I was hoping wouldn’t happen, ha. He said I had another infected molar, which I knew and had been dealing with for years, already had a root canal done so I knew that would also need to go but it seemed simple enough as well. I asked if it was something that could be done in office and he said he could try but that the oral surgeons go to extra schooling and this is just what they do… I mentioned that I hadn’t had pain in the tooth for a few days and asked if it typically comes back or how that works and he said “I don’t have a crystal ball so I can’t tell you that”…….. well, no kidding but you are a dentist who went to dental school and (should) have a much better idea about that than I would seeing as how I’m not a dentist! I found that so condescending and rude. Saying “that varies from patient to patient so I can’t really say” would have been a lot more professional and nice. I then asked his opinion on if I could wait until January (insurance reasons) or if it would be best to do asap and he said “that just depends on your pain tolerance and what you can stand”… Well, good thing I went to the oral surgeon consultation quickly because the surgeons at Midwest Oral Surgery (highly recommend, amazing bedside manner, never make you feel rushed or stupid, answered all my questions intently) said the infection had already spread to my jawbone eating away at part of it so God only knows what waiting until January would have done! He just did not seem very knowledgeable and possibly because of that also had an attitude problem. I am bummed because I loved the rest of the staff and the location and would have been happy to make this my new dentist but I would not want to see nor would I recommend Dr. Oslica to anyone. The other two dentists may be great though so if you go here, I would suggest making an appointment with one of them!

Fantastic experience: We had to reschedule our cleanings due to being out of town, and that was so easy to do! My 3.5 year old just started coming for regular cleanings and exams, and our hygienist, Julie, was so great with him! They are very thorough and do a great job explaining what they’re doing and why they’re doing it. Even though we have moved about 30 min away, we continue to make the drive here!

Fantastic experience: I have used Bogey Hills Dental for years and I trust them more than anything. Dr. Pollard cleared his schedule when I was in an accident and had serious damage to my mouth. His work gave me back my smile. The staff are super friendly and make you feel very comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Super big shout out to Dr. Lauren Levin and her entire crew! They were professional kind and did a fantastic job on my extraction. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I'm a 44 yr old 240lb baby when it comes to the dentists (thanks to a crazy dentist from St. Clair that yanked on my tooth for 1.5 hours when I was in 5th grade.), but Dr. Levin took great care of me and it was vitural painless…just a little pressure. ;) Thank you ladies for all your help today.

Fantastic experience: The staff is very professional and pleasant. The procedure that would normally make you anxious was extremely fast, and doctor made sure there is zero discomfort. The staff went the extra mile to figure out the problem with my dental insurance. I got a call the next day to make sure the procedure is healing right and to let them know if I have any questions. Fantastic experience: Very professional, Mary was very helpful and did a super job on cleaning my teeth. She educated me on how to floss and gave me a new brush for my sonic toothbrush, which I'm very grateful for her doing that for me. Everyone in the office is very kind and helpful, I didn't wait at all to get called in for my dental appointment. I had just sat down in the office when Mary called me back and started right away. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a good dentist to make your appointment and you won't be disappointed. I've been going there for about a year now, I was told at Aspen dental that I needed a root canal immediately but I decided to get another opinion from bogey hills and they told me that there was no evidence that I needed one. I trust them with their diagnosis and I haven't had any problems with the tooth that Aspen said I needed done. Bogey hills is honest and that is what you want your dentist to be, I hope my review helps anyone who is looking for a good dentist group to call an make your appointment.

Fantastic experience: For my first visit to Bogey Hills Dental, I encountered Julie for 90% of my visit, as I was in for a cleaning, x-rays, and to see if any further work is needed. Julie is a perfect representation for your organization. She is bright. personable, informative and genuinely concerned with her patient. I loved her. Dr. Jim did join us for the consultation on what more I needed done. He was very genuine and informative. It was a good experience, thus, I have found my new dental team.

Fantastic experience: I had a very painful abscess the size of a golf ball bothering me. I called and they were able to get me in that same evening. Ended up needing my chipped tooth pulled which caused an infection. They were quick and very gentle with me. I appreciate Haile & Dr. Pollard. They worked well as a duo with making sure I was in the least amount of pain. Even though they are out of network, I can’t imagine going to a different place ever.

All interactions- from the phone call scheduling the appointment, to the women who helped me check in, the hygienist and dentist as well were all incredibly kind and easy going. Mary was my hygienist, she performed a very thorough and efficient cleaning, paying attention to detail and handling me respectfully. Jim was my dentist, our interaction as well as another I overheard were very welcoming and informative. These people and their quality of work will be the reason I return. Fantastic experience: Great dentists are hard to find! This office treats everyone like family. They are welcoming and kind. You are always made to feel you are their only patient. Office staff is efficient. Dr Pollard is never to busy to answer questions and teach you at the same time. He is extremely professional. Treatment plans leave no questions about diagnosis and next steps. I hate to say he is the best in the area because the office will get too busy, but he is the best!

I am happy to say the reviews were spot on and the care I have received has been excellent. They have run on time with scheduled appointments, provided excellent & caring services, and have not subjected to me to the "upselling" of services so prevalent in the dental service industry. Fantastic experience: I have been nervous about going to the dentist my whole life— today I went to Bogey Hills Dental for the first time since moving here last year and I have nothing but great things to say about my experience there. My dental hygienist was Julie and she was kind and happy right off the bat (this helps a lot when you are nervous haha). She was quick, diligent, and gentle (yet effective). I’m super glad I was able to work with her and schedule my next cleaning with her. On another note, the office looked clean, newly renovated, and huge! Fantastic experience: The first thing I should share is I needed to schedule a dental appointment due to tooth pain, from neglecting to go to the dentist. Rough previous experiences. I was able to get an appointment within a couple days. I was astonished. I was not looking forward to my visit and dealing with pain associated with cavity fillings, white knuckling their arm chairs. However, no pain. At all. Completely changed my outlook on future dental procedures. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate people explaining the procedures step by step so I’m always involved. I was even able to get a follow-up appointment within a couple weeks. Seamless, streamlined, easy, painless.

Positive experience: I am a very nervous dental patient. This was the first time in over 40 years that I had a different dentist. Thankfully it was Dr. Pollard who made me feel comfortable and even though I was not a candidate for implants he came up with a wonderful alternative and I am looking forward to the results. I was one of the original 5 patients for Invisalign treatment and am very satisfied with the results. My recent semi-annual cleaning appointment with Julie was exceptional. It was my second appointment in a row with Julie and I'm completely satisfied. Fantastic experience: My first visit to a dental office since Covid. I didn't wait long before being called to begin. I met Melissa first, a hygienist who took my X-rays. She consulted with Dr. Levin and then they discussed the plan of action with me. A two-part Deep Cleaning, which was what I expected. Melissa surprised me when she said she had an opening for later this afternoon. No sense delaying the inevitable. I came back a few hours later and again called very quickly. Melissa went to work, numbing one side of my mouth before getting after my plaque buildup. She was nice, gentle and patient with me as I have a chronic medical condition that can make things a little more challenging with me. Let's be honest, nobody really loves to go to the dentist. My last two experiences at two other offices were very negative--the staffs were glum, the hygienists were rough and mean, and the dentists barely looked at my teeth. Everyone I met at Bogey Hills Dental was very friendly and cheerful, happy to help each other out as needed, efficient and effective. I wish I'd have tried them sooner after my longtime dentist retired. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Bogey Hills Dental for about 8 years now, and have been very satisfied. Dr. Pollard and Dr. Levin are both great. For my first visit, it had been several years since I had a cleaning or other work done. I was in a lot of pain. I didn't get a lecture. They got me in fast and took great care of me. I haven't had any issues since. Going to the dentist has never made me nervous (I was just lazy), but I can tell the staff pay extra attention to making sure you are comfortable.
