Fantastic experience: Everyone there is the best! If it wasn't for Valley Wide my child would still be in pain. Our procedure went so smoothly. I love how they also made my child comfortable before doing the work. Thank you!!

Negative experience: I had a horrible experience with Dr. Taylor and his staff their inexperience. His dinner technicians is horrible. I paid almost $5,000 for some dentures that doesn't fit. The girls smashed them out of my hand so now they are not going to fix them. I don't recommend anybody to go there day off the chain. Bad experience. I don't advise anybody to go to Dr. Taylor and Vanna White dental service. Find you another route. That's the post

Negative experience: Haven’t went or anything, but If trying to get them on the phone this hard to make an appointment I know I would really be mad if I really had an issue or question and this was my dentist.

Fantastic experience: Been going here for years and would highly recommend. They are very nice and welcoming and the environment is comfortable. Love the new location, but access can be a bit difficult.

Positive experience: I would give 5 stars but I’m not ok with the rude old woman at the front desk wanting to belittle a young lady that is unacceptable!!!! The rest of the staff is absolutely amazing!!!

Fantastic experience: My experience at this facility has been nothing short of amazing! The entire staff has been kind and accommodating. I've had to get a few things done over the past few months, and my procedures have been explained thoroughly all the way down to my insurance and out of pocket fees. Dr. Taylor is great at what he does and I really appreciated his honesty regarding my treatment. 1000/10!

Negative experience: If I could give them a -0 I would. This place is a joke. I just got crowns done here and they look terrible. They are all different sizes and not put on correct. I now have to find someone else to fix what they did after almost $4,000 out of pocket. Please don’t go here. RUN!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Very sweet staff and easy to deal with. Was able to get me in a few weeks ago for an emergency and got me booked promptly for an extraction. Had my visit today and they did wonderfully. Nurse was very attentive, office felt comfortable and relaxed. Did a good job with anesthetics; I'm kind of a bigger guy so it's sometimes hard to get enough in me to keep me pain-free for a full procedure but they did it. I felt nothing during the actual surgery. Greatly appreciate their hard work and attention to detail.

Negative experience: My friend went to get upper dentures and when he asked for explanations about the procedures and they couldn't explain, he got upset. They then asked him to leave and threatened to call the police. He left. Within 1 week they charged his insurance $3,600 for upper and lower dentures, when all they had done was take xrays and made an upper impression. Now my friend doesn't have enough insurance left to have dentures made. We've filed an appeal with his insurance company and are planning to file a claim with the state. Dr. Stevenson is unreliable and appears to take advantage of patients and insurance companies.

Fantastic experience: I visited Valley Wide a few weeks ago with all four of my young children. Lots of people dread the dentist and adding four kids to that should truly be labeled as a special form of self torture. BUT all the staff at Valley Wide were so patient and understanding. They let me “escape” to begin my cleaning and assured me the kids were in good hands. As the kids finished, they brought them to my room one-by-one and had something playing for them on the TV. AND Dr. Taylor made the extra effort of learning all of their names, to which my eldest replied “Wow. You do better than our dad!” We were all very impressed. What should have been a hectic event turned out to be a pleasant surprise. We highly recommend Valley Wide for big families.”

Fantastic experience: I love the staff and dr very friendly. They great people with a smile so kindly. I recommend people here. I’m so blessed to have them. And they so great with kids with autism.

Negative experience: Hello all. I have been a member of Valley Wide since it was first Dr Bakers office. I had a break in between services of about 2 years after Bakers passing. Recently I’ve returned back as patient and the care for patients and lack of accountability from the staff is unacceptable. I had recently had a treatment plan done, started work on a crown which soon after I started receiving pain from the tooth so I returned back to get word of needing a root canal which was expected. In the meantime I was sent home with an antibiotic for 2 weeks but told to call if the pain gets worse. Of course the pain got worse, I called 3 weeks straight and the receptionist told me she couldn’t work me in due to it not being an “emergency”, but if that’s not an emergency what is?. I waited August 14th -Sept 18th for my next appointment only to be referred to a Endodontist set up by the assistant dentist who told me I would receive work for a root canal on Sept 20th. after the 4th of Oct (referred dentist) will no longer accept insurance. only to get here to (referral) for them to tell me that they can not start my dental work today and may not be able to work me in until after the 4th also they stated that to the assistant dentist that called. I feel as though I have been brushed off and a lot of my time is wasted and so is my money by missing work. the young receptionist failed to understand what an emergency and accountability is, the assistant failed communication properly, and the dentist overlooked my X-rays which could have prevented me to be in pain for so long. After I get proper treatment for my root canal and crown replacement I and my family will no longer be patients of Valley Wide Dental.

Fantastic experience: Jaclyn is absolutely wonderful!!! She was so sweet and patient with me, asked me if I was okay with what she was doing etc. she found out I don’t have gum disease just gingivitis!!! Definitely recommend her she is wonderful!!

Negative experience: I was there for almost 2 hours for an exam and X-rays! I was then told I needed $2640.00 worth of work done! I was asking for an explanation of the charges so was given a print out which showed 1 of the procedures to be $850.00 out of pocket but the 2nd time she printed it, the same procedure was then $1000.00 out of pocket! She couldn't explain why it went up and was getting agitated that I demanded an explanation! I finally told her that the whole thing was giving me anxiety and I'd get a second opinion which led them to sending me a letter asking me not to return! Don't dare ask questions about your bill! Well, I just went for a second opinion today and unbelievably, I was told that I don't have ANY cavities and I don't need any fillings or crowns! THIS PLACE LIES AND TELLS YOU THAT YOU NEED EXPENSIVE PROCEDURES! DON'T BELIEVE THEM! I'm filing a claim with the state!

Fantastic experience: Perhaps the most favorite experience at a Dental Clinic I have ever had. The hygienist was very professional and clearly communicated the scope of the cleaning procedure. In the past, I must admit I wad apprehensive about cleanings due to the pain associated with it. I can clearly say I am looking forward to my follow-up appointment.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff! My daughter had several issues and they fixed them immediately. As a new patient we expected just a consult on our 1st visit. Having 2 teenagers come out of dentist saying how much they liked it was way more than I expected! We have found our family’s forever dentist!

Fantastic experience: I love the staff and how they cater to my kids. Sunshine is the greatest, she gave my babies the best confidence about their teeth.

Positive experience: The place is nice and everyone seems friendly but the only down side is my daughter was in the back for 1 hour and 45 minutes, for a simple cleaning. She sat 30 mins after said cleaning just waiting on the doctor to come do a Quick Look at her teeth. I sat in my car waiting on her and had to call them to find out what was taking so long. We were the only patients. Apparently the doc had an emergency patient. Still no excuse to have someone waiting for ever. So I blame the doc. Everyone else are super friendly.

Negative experience: I am not a fan of going to the dentist. I made this known at my first visit. This visit was different. I was brought to the back and given the numbing gel. Well first, it took so long that the gel wore off and more gel had to be applied. When the Dr. did come in he said "ok lets get started" The next thing I know Im hearing drilling in my mouth. I was getting a cavity filled. It has been years since Ive had a cavity filled. It would have been a bit more calming had I been explained each step in the process. Once the numbness wore off later that day I had some pain and discomfort. The following day I was fine. Well 2 days later, I am having pain on the same side. Feels like a earache and jaw pain. Im not impressed.

Fantastic experience: OMG! I was so scared to go to the dentist because I have had bad experiences in the passed and haven’t been in a couple years. I have to say these group of people in this office are Terrific. From Connie at the front desk, Jacqueline who helped Calm my nerves, Tiffany who I loved talking to and my beautiful dentist Mia Irby. She was an amazing dentist! I already love everyone at this office. Thank you so much Valley Wide you all rock!

Fantastic experience: My children get all their dental care needs from Valleywide. Never had a problem here. My kids don’t mind coming to the dentist so that means they are doing something right. Definitely a great dental office for children. I also love the new building and location.

Fantastic experience: Just came back from my cleaning and maintance appointment. Everyone is so friendly and nice. Extremely professional and so gracious. Jacqueline, My hygienist is very sweet and always asking if you are okay. I look forward to seeing her. Tiffany, the insurance administrator is a godsend, she really helps you to be able to afford dental services. I have gone to dental offices where they presented me with the overall expenses and I always left disappointed. But Tiffany helped to show me how I could actually afford necessary dental work. I have always wanted to be able to show on my face the joy I feel in my heart. Valley Dental is helping me in accomplishing that goal.

Fantastic experience: It’s always a pleasure going here. My whole family goes here and we love the staff. My daughter absolutely loves going to the dentist and always gets excited when it is her appointment date. Definitely a great dentist if you’re looking for one. We’ve been loyal patients for years now and don’t plan on finding another place Update: I love the new office. We finally had my daughter’s appointment and got to check out the new office and it’s so nice looking and has a lot of space. Still the same amazing friendly staff as before with a few new faces. I’m still just as pleased as before.

Fantastic experience: First, let us start by saying very nice facility both inside and out. Upon entering some staff members were assisting patients by phone but, soon as one became available to check us in she did. Which wasn't a long wait! This happened to be Mrs. Michelle one that brightens your smile and your day. She makes you feel comfortable and informed about every step that is going to be taken. My daughter is a teen however; she was still very nervous any doubt or concerns she felt were quickly diminished..with her that's hard to do. Fantastic experience: I went in a couple months ago to begin the process of removing bad teeth and replacing them with dentures. I came in, got the numbing shots, had 7 teeth pulled and was out IN AN HOUR! They are super fast and so sweet. I was a nervous wreck but they were so patient and calming. I truly can’t say enough good things about them. I recommend them to everyone. I will never go anywhere else.

Negative experience: Beware this dental company does not stand behind their work. They made a set of dentures for my wife and they do not fit. We have gone back a few times to fix the problem but the dentist said there was nothing they could do because my wife’s mouth was to small. We went and got a second opinion and was told that the previous dentist made the dentures to big and they needed to be remade. We then went back to Valley Wide and told them of our second opinion and they refuse to remake them. I was told we would have to pay another 3500 dollars if I wanted dentures. So our insurance won’t pay out for another 5 years as we are stuck with dentures that do not fit and out 3500 dollars! This company should be shut down for their poor customer service and not standing behind their work!!!

Fantastic experience: I have absolutely no reservations about recommending Dr. Taylor at Valley Wide Dental! He has been my dentist for several years. In a time when maximizing patients seen versus patient care is prioritized, it is comforting to have a knowledgable dentist with a great chairside manner who truly cares about his patients. While I can’t say enough about Dr. Taylor, his support staff is exceptional. The office is really nice and the wait time before a visit is short. If you’re looking for a dentist, try Valley Wide Dental. They’re everything you’re looking for.

Positive experience: Great with patience, friendly staff, accommodated my needs. The only reason they aren’t getting 5 stars is because of the price of services being really high and it took them a while to get me in the schedule (a few weeks with an emergency tooth).

Negative experience: I use to go to this place back In 2018 , they charge me double for a cleaning and wasn’t able to find documents on what was done the visit prior to the overcharge . I called today April 24th 2024 to schedule my husband and children and they denied them service! I honestly don’t know why I’m on the do not service list but I know my kids and husband aren’t! They didn’t provide to me what was the issue or why I couldn’t be seen , Tiffany just said I can deny whoever the hell I want to without a reason. Should I reach out for legal help or is this normal?

Negative experience: My first visit to this office, I waited 30 minutes for the receptionist to tell me she had to reschedule my appointment. Insinuating it was my fault she didn't verify my insurance before I came or send a confirmation text or email. Which was very rude and unprofessional!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely phenomenal dentist. I came in on an emergency basis after experiencing two different types of pain following fillings at my former dentist. After being disregarded and my pain being minimized, Dr. Jordan I believe is his name, listened to my every concern and did treatment right away to get me relief from this pain that I'm having. I'm talking same day appointment, same day root canal, after my former dentist told me the pain I was having was "normal" due to my pregnancy hormones irritating my mouth. More than anything I am just grateful for a doctor who listened to me and allowed me to voice every single concern I had. Validation is one of the most important things you can provide a patient, and he's made sure that I felt heard through and through. I truly appreciate this the care I have received.

Negative experience: Horrible experience. The lady was getting an X-ray and continuously choked me and made me gag. I couldn’t breathe so I took the gadget out of my mouth and she said “don’t touch my hand. You have a small mouth. I need to do this you’ll be ok.” After 4 attempts she finally found out how to get the x-ray with choking me and making me gag. She patted me on the back and left the room. I felt very uncomfortable. I got out of the chair and left without the service I came for. I will never come back.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this dentist office all the staff are very polite! Michelle is awesome she is so patient and kind and I just love her to pieces!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars cause they deserve it!!!

Fantastic experience: This was the 3rd dentist I went to in a month. 1st one charged me 117.00 and referred me to an oral surgeon to get the tooth pulled. That one charged me 110.00 for a consult but could not pull it for 7 weeks. Needless to say I called around and found Valleywide they did the consult and pulled the tooth the same day. I was surprised how fast and painless it all was. I highly recommend you go there 1st.
