Negative experience: I was at the New Castle office today and I would love to tell you the Dentist name but he never introduced himself. I was supposed to be getting impressions done for dentures. I told his dental assistant that I have a bad gag reflex she passed this along to him. He again never said a word. He looked in my mouth, I then asked how long it takes to get my dentures, after this appointment? This man looked at me and said he didn't know that wasn't his job. He then told me to open wide and I'm putting salt in the back of your tounge left again for 5 minutes came back in said open up again rammed the bottom plate into my mouth. A large glob oozed out and started down my throat I gaged one single time. He tells me to breathe in which I can not do because I have a large glob of goo in my throat. I went to try to sit up he forced me down into the chair and screamed "I can't do this" never once asked if I was okay nothing. I was in total shock and crying at this point. His assistant then came in handed me tissues and apologized for him. I said his actions and professionalism was nonexistent and I wanted to file a grievance. She took me to the HR lady in their office who literally just sat there and made excuses for this dentist. I knew at this moment the grievance would do no good. This entire experience was deeply disturbing to me. Honestly

Fantastic experience: I had Tom as my dental hygienist today and he was fantastic! They should give that man a bonus — I learned more in this one appointment than I have in the last 20 years of my life. He explained everything clearly, made me feel comfortable, and went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be requesting Tom again!

Negative experience: I went in today. I had two appointments scheduled back to back. I was told that I would be having all of my fillings done, along with getting a couple teeth pulled. After speaking to Dana (not sure what her title is), she informed me that she only does 3 fillings per patient because she has a bad back lmao. In my head I’m thinking “Lady I have 7 bulging discs in my back and still do my job and go above and beyond for my customers at my job.” She then told me that she wishes she wasn’t so important but she needs the money to pay for her bills. I then asked if I should be expecting any pain, she obviously got smart with me, made rude and unnecessary comments about my insurance situation, was very condescending and unprofessional. She has horrible bed side manners and doesn’t deserve to be “important” anymore or to go be “important” somewhere else because based off your reviews, you guys have a lot to improve on. So now, I still need 5 fillings done, meaning I would need to schedule 2 additional appointments months apart from one another when they had plenty of time today to get all of them done. Please keep in mind that my 3 fillings were completed by 9:32am, leaving her with an additional 28 minutes to finish the rest of my fillings. Which is more than enough time to do them all twice. She opted to leave me waiting in the other room while she did someone else’s filling during my schedule appointment time. I expect someone from there to call me immediately. I would prefer that it’s someone in upper management. Thank you very much for the horrible experience, looking forward to my next one in October! Yes, I have to wait until October to go back to get something done that could have easily been done today. Your communication skills are horrible. If Dana can’t do her job properly, please do your customers a favor and get rid of her. Im also under the impression that they removed a wisdom tooth that wasn’t even damaged. (they literally had to cut it out of my mouth because it was so healthy, when I saw it after they took it out, it looked completely normal.) it’s almost like they’re just using people to get as much out of their insurance as possible. After they started the removal of the wisdom tooth, about half way through, I knew I made a mistake trusting the dentist as no tooth with decay would require to be literally cut out as opposed to being pulled out normally. This man literally spent 20 minutes trying to pull a tooth that was extremely healthy, was not impacted and caused no pain and from what I saw, had absolutely no decay. He couldn’t get it out so they opted to slicing my gums and inner cheek wide open and gave no one stitch. I literally have a piece of skin hanging from the inside of my cheek. After the horror show, he then showed me the tooth and made it seem like it was my fault that it was so difficult. They showed me how the root grew slightly curved and then Dana came in, they showed her, I asked if that’s normal, the dentist said no but then Dana said it’s quite common. Seems like this place does unnecessary work and then they place their shortcomings upon the customer. A common practice in today’s health industry, which is a shame. Thank you. -Ryan Firmi

Fantastic experience: Daughter chipped her tooth & these beautiful people got her in the chair the very next day. Then they helped me figure out an issue with my insurance, even spoke with the insurance representative on the phone prior to my appointment to make sure everything was correct. The wait time was minimal. The dentist was a professional.

Positive experience: Trying to schedule a app as new patient for my daughter but being told to give social over phone and the other places I have contacted do not need her social just her insurance id number if even that cause most places are able to pull it but I am trying to find the soonest place that can get her in , we are looking for a caring dentist after my daughter has been getting the run around every since her great dentist retired, we keep getting told different things about her teeth , and it's been a frustrating process for her and I we really miss her dentist who retired, if there's anyway I can make a app for her without providing her social security number please contact me. Negative experience: ABSOLUTELY fed up. Kiddo had a cleaning scheduled in April. They canceled that and rescheduled for the end of June. Rescheduled the time of that appointment TWICE only to cancel on me the morning of. Also pushed my spouse’s appointment from April to October! All we ask for is a cleaning every 6 months! We will NOT be returning here. Look elsewhere, especially with a family!

Fantastic experience: You haven't truly had a thorough dental exam until you've gone to this place!! I enjoyed my first cleaning and exam today. The staff was amazing....especially Tom, my hygienest and the dentist who were both extremely knowledgeable and caring. They have the latest technology for xrays/photos, etc. I highly recommend their services if you are looking for a new dental home.

Negative experience: Thurs., 2-6-2025 from Marilyn A. Wagner: Very disappointed in the exam at 11am appt. on FRI., 1-24-2025. Had dentist taken a closer look, he should have noticed the silver fillings near the spot from which my PAIN radiated. At the time i did not know that this would result in the panoramic Xray being LESS readable. I finally learned this AFTER a CT Scan was taken thru Butler Health System, on 1-30, which ALSO proved unreadable. My PCP diagnosed the INFECTION (which i had told your dentist that i thot it was --- as i had not had such excruciating pain since an ABCESS decades ago). PCP prescribed 10 days of hydrocodone w/acetamonophen, along w/an antibiotic. Worst pain has subsided; but my jaw is still swollen, ear & temple still hurt and head aches. I'm still taking the anti-biotic. CONCLUSION: MOST,and probably all, of the PAIN and expense of the last 2 weeks could have been avoided IF ONLY the dentist had given my moth a MORE THOROUGH examination. I sincerely hope that whoever reads this will both add it to my chart AND relay it to the person who handled my appt. 2-10-25 6:20pm EST I rec'd a note from Mary Ann today, saying my response had not been found, so I'm resending it. THIS IS THE 2nd TIME I'm POSTING IN THE "feedback/reply" rectangle on my cell phone. Obviously, no one is monitoring your patients' responses OR someone is asleep at the switch. P.S. The only reason i gave 1 star was because the office staff & dental assistant were competent.

Fantastic experience: Very quick getting me scheduled for an extraction. Dr. Matta took the time to make sure I was completely numb before starting. Kept reassuring me that I would be okay because I was really nervous and I have had no issues with my healing.

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for about 10 years. All the staff are very pleasant and professional. My doctor is great, knows what he's doing. I really like my dental hygienist Tom! Very competent and tells many stories I recommend this practice!!!

Positive experience: Usually they are pretty great. This last Dentist I seen, spoke to the assistant more about basketball than speaking to me. The assistant was great. Staff are great and this is the first Dentist I have had there that has had minimal bedside manners. He seemed to be a good Dentist and did a good job. He just needs a little coaching with the patients. Which could be do to age and experience (he seemed young). Someone with more dental anxiety, it would make the world of difference. I mean, I would have appreciated not being ignored. I get it though. The man has teeth to fix. Just remember, there are people behind those teeth. I still give them 4 stars.

Negative experience: Absolutely not. I highly regret going to this place and I am pretty sure they took more money from me then they was supposed to. Then they have the audacity to try to tell me I owe them money when I do not. I gave them way over $1k when I originally was supposed to only give them 800 something in total. Majority of my fillings that I got done with them are now sensitive to hot AND cold and I can only eat on my right side. And even worst my teeth on my right side are starting to hurt… My teeth are sensitive and aching everywhere that they did work… They made my teeth WORST I literally felt no pains with my cavities but now I’m feeling pain everywhere after they did work… Highly regret coming here was a waste of money honestly. Then they tried to get me to pay over $900 when I came back about the pain wanting me to get a root canal and other things… Absolutely not. I will not be giving them any more of my money to fix the damage that they caused…. Also came back to them after the work was completed and got a filling redone because the floss always got stuck due to it not being filled all the way and I still struggle flossing that specific tooth even after they “fixed” it having to use a water flosser because it’s still getting stuck…. My jaws are constantly feeling strained aching 24 7 and I now get headaches all day due to my teeth pains caused by them… I can no longer let hot or cold food touch one of my tooth because it hurts so bad… And also I feel like they did unnecessary work for my money… They made one of my tooth shorter on one side now I have to deal with that and an awkward uncomfortable bite that they failed to fix…The doctor doesn’t even let the numbing jelly sit for a few minutes goes straight in with the needle might as well not even used the numbing jelly at this point if he isn’t going to let it do what it’s supposed to do I was feeling all the pain and tried to ignore and fight it when that should be painless he doesn’t even speak most of the time just comes in and goes right in your mouth… Drilled too deep in my teeth for each filling they were all bleeding… The doctor is also always rushing…0/10 do not recommend wish I could give a 0 star.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Refresh Dental is kind and professional. Been working for months getting an implant (my second attempt as my first attempt failed at another Dentist) They performed a sinus lift and everything is healing nicely. I’m grateful I didn’t have to go anywhere else to get this surgery done. I would Definitely recommend Refresh Dental to others:)

Negative experience: Today's visit was a waste of my time. It could have been done over the phone. I am very disappointed in how long it took me to get an appointment also. I started calling on Monday and didn't reach anyone till Thursday. Even though I hit the emergency option.

Negative experience: Refresh Dental has the Worst reception, record keeping, dentist’s manner and skills I ever experienced in my life. They change appointments, billings, treatment expectations, everything all the time WITHOUT telling you, and never for your interests but THEIRS !!! I would give 0 star If I could. The whole root canal experience was a nightmare. Before I came for an annual check I wasn’t feeling any pain. I have one tooth that when they were fixing it they said it may be too deep and need to do a root canal. I still felt the pain after they tried fixing it so I called back. They said they would send me some medication to try first but they never did, so I called again and again and again every 1-2 days. The receptionist kept saying she would ask the doctor and call me back, and they never did. Finally they sent the medicine to my pharmacy. Pain was still there after the whole treatment so I called again. At that point they can only schedule my root canal surgery like 2 months later after they started my suffering of pain. The day I first went into this clinic I was pain free. Now I suffered for months. They usually email you a reminder a week before your appointment. I have the original booking message but still called them two days before the surgery to confirm. Turns out they canceled my appointment without notifying me. The receptionist insisted that they “do not have me in for the appointment” instead of admitting they cancelled it, refusing to take any responsibility and just forcing me to accept it. So, I am off work that day for nothing. I insisted they need to give me a date before my trip, which I originally stressed multiple times already before. After I came back from the trip and they put the crown on, the crown was wayyy too big and I tried to tell the dentist immediately. Dr. Watters already left the room about 15 seconds after he finished the procedure. He didn’t seem to care much. I had to wait another 15 minutes to talk to him and he told me the teeth would get used to it. I stressed again and he insisted. The next day or two, I already felt sharp pain from the tooth and I had to call back. He ground it a little for me, but still longer than other teeth. That crown was the first tooth that took the impact of biting. As I tried to tell him that, he walked away again without asking me if it felt okay. I had to wait another 15 minutes to even talk to him to grind a little more. I do not have to go to medical school to tell the crown's size is not right. The doctor never asks me if it feels right or not, just tell me to open and close and move left and right. I don’t know what I was supposed to feel, and when I am supposed to feel normal or when I should be uncomfortable. When his finger is out of my mouth and I try to feel it and tell him, he is gone. After everything, they said it should be fine now and it was not. They said they can send me medicine if I called back. It turned out they sent ibuprofen alone, which I already told them on every visit I was already on ibuprofen. I asked my coworker where I could find a good dentist and I went. It was a completely different story and they said the root canal looks bad, I wasn’t surprised because Dr. Watters are always in a rush. They were also surprised that Refresh Dental literally missed the teeth next to it that could be the cause of my pain instead, after multiple doctors looked at my X-Ray. All Refresh Dental wants from me is after $500 for the root canal, they want another $2000 for implant. Because Dr. Watters doesn’ care for patients at all therefore I asked for a different doctor to follow up, and I made sure with them there is NO additional charge on the phone. After the second opinion was provided, they said they charged me nothing but charging my insurance company about $100 for the new doctor visit. I said the other day they said there wouldn’t be any charge but they insisted, like the time they canceled my appointment, without reasoning and forced me to accept it. I got tired of arguing with them so I left.

Fantastic experience: My first experience was pleasant and efficient. The office personnel were friendly and welcoming. The dental assistant was kind and yet very professional in her duties. The Doctor was friendly, reassuring and very good at performing the procedure I required. The overall experience exceeded my expectations and I would strongly recommend this Dental location, as long as you don’t take my appointments. Bill

Negative experience: All of the staff, EXCEPT the dentist, were fantastic. The girls were great. The dentist was probably the rudest, most unpleasant dentist I’ve ever met. He literally said 2 sentences to me the whole time. He didn’t say hello, hi, how’s your day, nothing. I only knew he was in there because I heard him talk. He also didn’t tell me when he was leaving. He didn’t explain why he was beating on my teeth with the metal tool when I specifically asked him not to. His assistant spoke to me like a human. He was behind and I felt like he took it out on me. Not to mention I’m petrified of the dentist. Definitely don’t recommend if you want to be treated like a human. I’d give it zero stars, but the girls were very friendly

Fantastic experience: This was my second visit this year . Every time I come I am immediately welcomed . The office has my chart ready and Beth the hygienist was available to take me . It didn't take long to get my x-rays cleaning and scheduled for the next six months . I selected the cancer screening, which I was a little nervous about . But after meeting Dr. Dan he made me feel very comfortable . Everyone is very accommodating and the atmosphere is very calming .

Negative experience: Went today for my 6 month check up. I had a new insurance, which I provided it at the time of arrival. I had my cleaning and at the end was advised they were looking into my insurance. The lady took my $25 payment for an additional services I chose to have. I left without any inkling that my insurance was not accepted. I received a call about 15 minutes post my appointment saying they didn't accept my insurance and I owed them $340. Really disheartening. Had they figured it out prior to, or advised me of their concerns, I may not have proceeded with my appointment until it was clarified or I was given a price. But no one told me or said anything about it. There are plenty offices that do accept my insurance. I returned there since I was established. The woman who called me did not seem to care and just asked me for the payment and how I'd pay. I'll never return.

Positive experience: Got in the chair at 9:00 AM for my 9:00 AM appointment. 20 minutes for the cleaning. The hygienist told me that she would let the doctor know I was done. After 40 minutes of zero contact, I left at 10:00 AM without seeing a dentist.

Negative experience: My first initial visit was great. Hygienist and front desk ladies were always friendly. Each time I've visited my insurance has been billed incorrectly and when I called to ask I was told to disregard and it would be re-sent in. My last visit was today for 3 fillings. Not sure of the Dr's name but he had zero bedside manner. Didn't speak at all during the procedure or introduce himself. Put on the numbing cream to turn around and immediately grab the needles for further numbing. Once he was done drilling he walked off and the assistant took over, not a word said. I was the last appointment slot of the day and it was quite apparent every one was ready to go. The medication I take can react with local anesthesia so I guess that explains the headache and feeling loopy. But no review of paper work or questions beforehand.

Negative experience: Use to love this place as far as dentists go but lately idk just doesnt have the same feel. They have replaced so many people with meh level people. A few wonderful people still mixed in however for the originals.

Negative experience: None of the staff introduced themselves. The Doctor came in and didn't introduce himself either. He looked in my mouth for like 30 seconds then told me it wasn't my teeth it was my gums. They gave me a reference for a periodontist that didn't take my insurance. Called them back to have them send the referral and X-rays to my insurance so they could send me to one in my network. They told me no they weren't going to help me because they weren't doing the work themselves. Just kept telling me to call my insurance(which I already did) or to call the referred periodontist (which I also did). Rude and I will not be going back to this place again. Sounded like no one wants to do their job there.

Fantastic experience: Dmd Frank Cararie is probably one of the best dentist I have been to. While in his office I didn’t feel judged or uncomfortable. He made sure during my appointment that I was comfortable and I must say he made my experience just about as pain free as possible and made me feel like a person. Tom the hygienist is also equally as wonderful and made me feel comfortable and not judged. I’m so thankful for them and making this experience as good as it could be.

Fantastic experience: Hi, I have been a patient at Refresh Dental for three years. Last Sunday morning, I became alarmed at a changing dental situation involving relatively healthy teeth and gums. After visiting the Refresh office on Wednesday, I was fortunate to be scheduled for a quick assessment the following day. I really appreciated that Thursday opportunity and the immediacy in which attention was given to my teeth. Since no pain or infections were involved, the situation can be resolved and X-rays taken later this month! What a relief that ten minute visit was! Thank you staff, dental assistant, and dentist for the time and caring manner in which I was received.

Fantastic experience: Dr Cararie is hands down the best. I told him about my worries and anxiety and he was patient all the way through! I’m glad to have him as my dentist! Negative experience: I was seen in the new castle office nearly two months ago. I was told they needed to do a root canal on my front tooth but they needed approval from my insurance. Okay that’s fine I’ll wait. Well here we are still nothing. Well I called my insurance today just to discover that the office never sent for an approval. I should have known that after my prescriptions weren’t sent over to my pharmacy until I called the office two days after my appointment and was left on hold for 15 minutes while they “figured out what was going on”. That was also not sent until I called. I tried calling the office and have had no response. I’ll be finding another dentist.

Negative experience: I told them I don't have insurance and that I pay cash. Also told them I would need to know how much it's going to cost me beforehand. They said no we can't tell you how much it's going to cost until we look at it. They looked at my tooth then told me a price off 865$. I said no and they made me pay them 150$ just to look at my tooth. I would have never walked in if they told me how much.. They scam people... they scammed me into that room to get my 150$. I just wanted a price wich they could have given me, instead they scammed me. They charge above National average for a tooth extraction. National average is 150$ to 300$ per tooth. They are way over that. Scammers.....not happy at all... 150$ and I got nothing but them to look. Helped me in no way.. hurt me by scamming 150$

Fantastic experience: First time getting teeth pulled. The dr let me know ahead of time what the plan was. When it came to the appointment he made me very comfortable and let me know every step and checked every couple minutes on how I was feeling. He gave clear instructions for afterwards. Very nice knowledgeable doctor.

Negative experience: So happy to go there to have a cavity filled or root canal, only to be referred out. What a huge waste of my time and money. Now after waiting a month, I get to look for another dentist for my 12 year old daughter. Here’s hoping we don’t wake up with a bad toothache while we wait some more.

Fantastic experience: So. I wish I could give them a second 5 star review. I personally do not deal well with dentist at ALL! I usually have to go to an oral surgeon and be completely put under to have anything done. The absolutely kindness and compassion this staff shows towards their patients, made even myself comfortable enough to have a rough extraction done awake. From the receptionist that greats you, to the staff that gets you setup in the room, this is just a rockstar of a place. I will never go anywhere else for my dental needs. I would go lightyears out of my way to get the amazing treatment this staff provides. Thank you for being awesome. What a diamond in the rough of the dental world. Everyone you interact with from the phones making the appointment, to the doc checking you out. These are all very incredible and kind human beings. I have an extreme phobia of dentist and dental work. The entire staff was extremely patient and kind with me while I’m going through one of my worst times ever. Positive experience: I had an excellent service when I went to refresh dental I'm normally anxious about seeing the dentist but they made me feel comfortable and relaxed and they are excellent at getting you an appointment within a few days not months

Cancelled my one appointment rescheduled had me sit in a room for 40 mins before saying well we might have to have you come back because the dr you have an auth for is going somewhere else. Then you dont waste ppls time! And she smelled like weed!

Fantastic experience: Very happy with this practice. Very quick to get new patients in. Was very educational and reassuring for my childs first appointment. She was on the verge of tears in the waiting room but was quickly calmed and laughing within minutes. Cannot be happier with the services rendered.

Fantastic experience: I’m currently at refresh dental making this review because I haven’t been here a half hour and I can already tell that these people are very nice and careful when they can tell your in pain unlike aspen dental(was there yesterday) the nurse at aspen was kinda rude and it seemed like she was putting me in more pain on purpose for no reason, as for refresh dental the nurse went to touch the tooth which is fully decayed and nothing but a shell left so she left it alone P.S. I tell it how it is and I don’t really care what people think!

I hadn’t seen a dentist in a few years after having a bad one, and I was quite worried about how I’d be treated, but there’s no reason to be worried going here! I read the reviews and they don’t lie. Fantastic experience: Dr Waters has been my dentist for 40 years very good friends with my family I went to him on Butler avenue my whole life basically and very professional place perfect spot I think as far as location and the people that work there are very very nice people especially the people up front that I speak with thank you Angelo Medure Jr. Also it's Very Clean an Neat, Great Place, I Believe it's the Best in New Castle. Also Angela McCoy said Something VERY Important, I set Reminders on my Phone but they Call me to Remind me or text, But that is VERY PERSONAL Service to say the Least, So They Know your ways Etc. I just think that's an Amazing thing when your Dentist Office Calls you to Remind me to take my Antibiotics,Now that's Too Shelf Service.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth begin to give me problems on Sunday. Monday morning it was worse. I called Refresh Dental around noon. They set up an appointment for 3:00 Tuesday afternoon with Dr Watters. After three X-rays and a exam Dr Watters diagnosed it as a bruised periodontal ligament. Prescribed meds to help with discomfort during heeling. Very pleased with the thorough care I received.

Fantastic experience: I have an awesome hygienist at Refresh. His name is Tom. He makes sure I am comfortable during my entire cleaning. He always does a thorough job but is gentle and encourages me to do better with the flossing and such, etc. He makes my appointment enjoyable! Everyone did a good job. My dentist was very nice and not pushy with scheduling an appointment I will eventually need to make for dental work in the future. Thanks to all the staff. Job well done!

Negative experience: Delayed service which should have been rescheduled, as I had allotted time for the appointment with a little extra to spare so that I could get back to work on time. I watched an elderly patient come in for her appointment only to be told that the dentist was way behind and they asked her if she could come back a different day, which they then arranged a different time that would work for her and her two caregivers for later in the week. When I realized that it could be the same dentist that I was waiting on, after waiting a half an hour plus coming 15 minutes early to ensure paperwork was completed, as instructed to do, I was told it was the same dentist but I was being called in next. I had told them I had a work appointment soon and may need to reschedule if this was going to take more than 20 minutes. They said I would be fine and they called me back where I had even more delays once I was in the chair. They confirmed I had time constraints and still caused me to be late for my work appointment. This all could have had an easy resolve had a simple courtesy call been made when they knew the dentist was as behind as he was with his day, but that didn’t happen. I understand that things can cause delays, and even emergencies may arise that create a conflict with scheduled times which is why a courtesy call should have been made. I do find this unacceptable since I need to confirm appointments or they will cancel my time slot. They are consistent about sending out texts as reminders and emails of appointment times so I know that they have the ability to send notice if they’re going to be running way behind. Also, I was having a crown placed, and the dentist was very aggressive near my gum line, cutting my gums and leaving my mouth, filled with blood and cement fragments, only putting a cotton oral bleed plug in my mouth without even giving me an option to spit or wipe my face. I’m unhappy with how it all played out. I am not one that typically complains, but today’s service was really sloppy and I felt like the dentist had not done this work before as my gums took a lot of abuse unnecessarily. Dental service is extremely expensive even with insurance and with the high price paid there is no reason that they could not have done better all the way around.

Fantastic experience: I’m very grateful to the Refresh office. An older procedure (root canal) on a tooth came loose. (The internal post broke.). The office was able to get me in an hour for an emergency appointment. As always, Dr Winter was able to repair the broken post and literally reattach my tooth. The staff and Dr Winter were kind and personable.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is always so nice here and I feel at ease letting them work on my teeth. I would recommend them to anyone that gets nervous about the dentist. Edit: I clicked a link after my appointment today to leave another review and it brought me back to this same one I left before. Everything I said still stands. Genuinely the kindest dentist I’ve ever had. This team had me playing music, provided me ice packs when I was over heating, faned me, and just simply talked to me like a person when I lost it during my procedure today. Yes I still “hate the dentist” but I love this one

Fantastic experience: Had my 4 year old son there for a cleaning today and all of the staff was wonderful and patient. He was very great about the whole thing and they made his experience even better. My husband and I have been going here for years and have never had a bad experience. Happy my son now has a dentist he likes so close to home also!

Negative experience: My fiancé got some dental work done. They were extremely rough and bruised her cheek and jaw. They also lost her crown and she had to wait longer for a new one. Mean while the temporary crown was all jagged and cutting the inside of her mouth. After finally getting the new crown and getting it in they sent a bill and didn’t even bill her insurance correctly and expect her to pay the entire thing. Horrible experience and staff was not friendly and the doc was not professional at all. The doctor gave her attitude when she asked for something to help with anxiety due to getting the crown put on.

Fantastic experience: Refresh Dental is a great choice. There's always friendly, efficient service in every employee. The dentists and hygienists are knowledgeable and I trust them with my teeth. I am the type who sets multiple reminders for myself about my appointments, but they go above and beyond in helping you remember your appointments and give you ample opportunity to reschedule if you need to (which I've had to do and they couldn't make that any easier for you either). You get several reminders in different formats (email and text, possibly phone call as well), so if life gets away from you sometimes they've got your back and your teeth!

Fantastic experience: I am extremely pleased with the care I received under Dr. Sing and his fine assistant Kim. Dr. Sing took his time and very carefully extracted both halves of a cracked lower molar. He then prepped for my future implant. I will be revisiting in about four months to continue with my implant. My service dog was also treated with the utmost respect. She gives the team five: "woof, woof, woof, woof, woof!"
