Fantastic experience: Everyone here is wonderful. Alyssa did a great job taking my X-rays and cleaning my teeth and Dr Burross examined me and told me what I needed to know in a clear and concise manner. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I went in and got down to the root of the problem. There's no guessing with him, he's very knowledgeable and kind with you and he takes the time to listen And helps you to weigh your options and helps you to come up with the best solution for whatever is going on. His assistant was extremely kind of the situation, when you have to have a X-ray and she sees that it may hurt you she doesn't throw that probe into your mouth and says you gotta deal with this and just hold on.. what she does is she will gently put it in there and is super quick about it. That was your not in more pain than what you're already in. I have a good feeling I'm in good hands and that I'm grateful for.

Fantastic experience: I have lived in the area for majority of my life, this was the first time I have had a positive experience with a dentistry office. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They were also very knowledgeable and expressed an interest in any questions/concerns I had, which is different from others in the area. This office focused on the quality of the appointment and not quantity in the cost of the visit.

Fantastic experience: If I could give a trillion stars I would that’s how they made me feel. My dental anxiety started between 15 and 17 when I had my wisdom teeth pulled and from then on I’ve just not had a good experiences since. I was a heavy soda drinker since childhood and wasn’t taught how important dental health was. I’ve had more dental work done than the average person. Past experiences have made me not want to go to the dentist and have only gone for emergencies. I went for my first cleaning Aug 21 in almost 10 years because sensitivity and because the lack of compassion during past visits, so I almost talked myself out of going but so glad I did. Dr Jackson and his assistant (I will update this when I call and get her name) it started with a S. I was so worked up that I couldn’t focus on anything. My blood pressure was up and when she saw it was high she waited to start and talked to me to comfort me. They DIDNT treat me as a number because she waited to start on me until I was claimed. When she started she told what she was about to do BEFORE she did it and that helped tremendously. Dr Jackson came in and as far as I know he wasn’t at that time aware of my anxiety but came in with a calm presence and introduced himself. They looked in my mouth and talked with me, asked me about my concerns and asked me what my goals were. Explained things in a way I could understand (meaning not in doctor/nurse terms). Took time to suggest things and suggested where to start with my treatment. I have a bridge so two teeth I can’t floss the traditional way but to my surprise the hygienist showed me that i can actually floss those two teeth but in a different way that nobody has ever showed/told me and I’ve had that bridge for over ten years. I couldn’t and still can’t believe it and kind of upset that the three to four prior dentist have never told me about this. I am so pleased and blessed that I have found a dentist and staff that actually care and can’t believe I’ve said this more than once but I am excited to go back and begin to take care of my teeth again. My husband also has some anxiety about going to the dentist because he doesn’t like people hovering around him and since I told him how great they were he’s actually willing to give it a shot. This is all after just one visit and that visit was for a cleaning. Thank you Dr Jackson and staff for taking the time to make me feel like I can trust dentistry again!

Fantastic experience: Had to go in for a filling. I was called back at my appointment time, sat in the chair and Dr Jackson was already there waiting on me to get situated. You shot me up with some local anesthesia for the procedure, I had to wait for the numbing to start, it was a simple and routine procedure, from the time I sat down to the time I was exiting the building was less than an hour. Dr Jackson was quick and efficient. Let's not forget to shout out to all the dental assistants that keep the office and appointments on schedule allowing the doctors to do their job like a well-oiled machine.

Fantastic experience: Just moved to Wichita Falls, TX and was dreading the process of finding new doctors, dentists, etc. This place made me feel so welcomed- from the second I walked into the waiting room, to being in the chair for my cleaning, to meeting my dentist. Fantastic experience: I called around to check prices because I am a cash payer. Price was the same in all places but, I heard the confidence over the phone. Upon arrival, they were all very friendly and professional. The work was done and they called me the next day to check on me. They had me come back in that afternoon and do a touch up… my final crown will be placed in 3 weeks. I have complete confidence in my choice to go to the Art of Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I moved here a year ago and am TERRIFIED of the dentist. I am leaving out of town this Friday and needed some dental work last minute. Not an emergency but definitely needed to be taken care. When I called and spoke with the office, they were super friendly and accommodating and were able to get me in right away this week. While in my appointment, the Dr and his assistant were very communicative about what the process was they were doing, how it should feel and very thorough with explaining each step. I was very comfortable from the start and I greatly appreciate that! Literally, I would rather suffer than go to the dentist but the Dr and staff alleviated that anxiety from me today and I am grateful and very happy with them!

Negative experience: This is definitely the place for you if you hv $1000's of dollars to waste. Fillings don't stay, 1000's on root canal that wasn't sealed. The reply, not their problem. New guy now, they are happy to let the new guy do it for another full fee. On a positive note alot of sweet girls to scrape on ur teeth for a cleaning & then make you feel like trash, saying all your kids need $7000. Braces. This place is out for money & has no guarantee or quality. Surly not worth the hour drive or all the money we spent. Never again. This place is the reason I DONT TRUST DENTISTS. They just want repeat customers, not healthy mouths. Find another place.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been going to Art of Dentistry for over 20 years. My son got his braces here as a child and still goes to them now that he is an adult. My personal experience with Dr. Jackson, past doctors, and staff has always been a pleasant and positive experience. I USED to get very anxious and nervous about any dental visit, and had to take medicine to calm me down BEFORE I would enter ANY dentist office, but Dr Chad Jackson and one of his assistants, Kim, are so patient and kind. They spend time talking WITH me, explaining processes - so helpful to calm me down. The billing and appointment staff are also so patient and professional - something I unfortunately experience less and less of in other medical offices in our town. I recommend Art of Dentistry to my friends and family.
