Fantastic experience: I drove one hour out here for my son’s first dentist appointment. The staff was great! My son is not wonderful with people touching his face , but the staff here took such good care of him. They made sure he was okay but also that myself and his father were okay too. First time experiences with your first child can be scary but I was completely at ease with their knowledge and patience. Dr. Weinstein is exceptional with my son. He’s always at ease as soon as Dr. Weinstein comes in.

Negative experience: This place has a serious overbooking problem. They cannot accommodate the number of patients they currently see and yet keep accepting new ones at the expense of children they already see. Today, both my kids had visits. The appointment they scheduled for our next 6 month cleaning is in February of 2027. I’m utterly disgusted that a pediatric dentist would think it’s acceptable to miss not one, but two regularly scheduled check ups. They blame being short staffed, but that’s not the problem. There are underlying issues of overbooking based on daily capacity to see patients, there are issues with the practice having too many patients, and there are underlying communication issues. My son was scheduled for an ortho consult two years ago. They canceled that appointment because they had overbooked. At the reschedule, they didn’t do one because there was no communication from the office to the doctors that the previous appointment didn’t happen. Today, an assistant told me he should be ready for his second round in a year. He never had his first round because they missed the opportunity. Good and thorough attention to detail there. When my daughter got them, they explained why two phases were better. I guess they just ignore what’s best when it’s not convenient and they mess up. Anyway, I’m reaching out to my insurance company tomorrow and getting a list of available dentists. If you are looking for a place, I suggest you do the same because Fayetteville Pediatric Dentistry are more concerned with increasing their numbers than actually taking care of teeth in the mouths of children who are already patients.

Fantastic experience: From the receptionists, to the dental hygienists and doctors; everyone was incredibly kind and compassionate and understands how to interact with kids. The office is clean and decorated with cute and fun decorations to make children feel safe and comfortable during what can be a scary experience. Exceptional service!

Negative experience: they told me at my sons last visit the “fix” for his tooth, but this visit 6 months later, it isn’t a “fix” and it’s just holding off the problem until he’s older. unacceptable. also while leaving to schedule our 6 months check, was told their 2026 books are full and he wouldn’t be seen until 1/2027. I don’t know how a dentist is ok pushing off a cleaning that’s done every 6 months, over a year later!

Fantastic experience: I honestly can’t express how thankful I am for the experience my autistic son and I had at this office. This was his very first dental visit, and as expected, he had a few moments where he became upset. Not once did anyone make us feel embarrassed or rushed. Instead, the staff showed so much patience, understanding, and compassion. When I apologized for his tantrum, they kindly responded, “It’s okay, we’re here for HIM.” That simple sentence meant everything to me. It made me feel seen, supported, and safe. It spoke volumes about the kind of care they provide. They broke down his treatment plan in a way that was easy for me to understand, and they took the time to make sure we had a clear path forward. The atmosphere was top-tier bright, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. For any parent with a child on the spectrum, especially experiencing a first dental visit, this is the kind of team you hope for. They were patient, gentle, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. I couldn’t ask for a better experience for my son. Five stars without hesitation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience: I brought my daughter here for the first time. The business is adorably decorated, very clean, the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable and we were in and out in a totally reasonable amount of time. I am so happy we drove an hour to trust them with our daughters teeth!

Fantastic experience: We had the best experience with Dr. Mike and his wonderful staff! My 18-month-old and 2.5-year-old were both made to feel so comfortable and cared for from the moment we walked in. Everyone was so patient, gentle, and cheerful, which made what could have been a stressful visit so easy and even fun for the kids. Dr. Mike explained everything clearly and really connected with my little ones. Bonus- we were even in a Bluey themed room, which both my kids were thrilled with. I’m so grateful we found such a kind and professional pediatric dental team—we’ll definitely be lifelong patients!

Fantastic experience: Very nice office!!! Very clean and organized! They have arcade video games with step stools for the kids to play! All of the rooms are different themes. My son is petrified of doctors and dentists but he did amazing at this office to the credit of the dentist and his assistant!!!! They did a very good job explaining everything that needed to be done and the reasoning!

Fantastic experience: Trying to work inside a crying baby’s mouth should come with a medal, thankfully, Dr. Young handled it like a champ. He was patient, thorough, and somehow managed to comfort both our baby and us for our first visit. Grateful for such a smooth first visit.

Fantastic experience: They’ve been amazing with my children, both as dental and orthodontic patients. When my daughter needed a neonatal tooth removed as an infant, they handled it with such kindness and care, putting both of us at ease. Truly the best pediatric dental team.

Fantastic experience: First, I’d like to say that the entire facility was beautiful and modern. The parking lot and the building both were immaculate. They have a little arcade section to ease little nerves. Second, the staff were all so pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. Third, and arguably most important— the doctor, assistant and hygienist went over everything they were going to do with the kiddos so nobody was surprised or scared. They were patient and very gentle with the kiddos. I’m really glad I found this place and was able to get in with my boys. They had a wonderful experience and I can’t wait to take their younger siblings. Looking forward to many more years and many more cleanings with them. :)

Negative experience: Cute facility but that's about it. This is the second time ive shown up early for a scheduled appointment that ive had to reschedule while in their waiting room because they're running 45 minutes behind schedule. Parents aren't allowed back when they're doing procedures, which I think its weird because you need consent from parents. In addition to the fact the drug your child to do procedures, It makes no sense why the parent couldn't be there. I sat there and by 940 I was told we were next and literally 7 different people got called up will be changing their dental office because ain't no way. Im completely done with this place what a waste of time gas and money... Here's an update to for everyone. I recieved a call they said they would refer to their management team and get back to me and then proceeded to call me back less than 24 hrs before their appointment and cancel it because I "was given the option to remove the review" to keep my appointment. I did say that it does make me uncomfortable to do restorative care without parents in the room but that we would keep this appointment and then there after figure out what BOTH parents wanted to do. They back peddled on what they said and even hung up. So the dental work they referred for my daughter now has to go to her new dentist, because they didnt like an HONEST review that has left this parent BAFFLED.

Fantastic experience: We LOVE it here!!! A dentist office that cares and takes our insurance! We still after 3 years feel like we hit the jackpot finding this beautiful wonderful amazing place for our little boy. Every visit has always been pure joy. My son will go in cranky and come out jumping smiling and giggling! He gets to get his energy out before going in by playing in the arcade or going down the slide. The ocean theme is gorgeous and relaxing. The water light always wows my toddler! Oh and can’t forget the STICKERS and the special “surprise egg” at the end of each visit! Everyone is beyond friendly and welcoming! Each visit makes my day I swear just because of the sweet interactions. Only downfall is that I can’t be a patient here lol. Thank you all for being so incredible. Truly blessed my son is a patient here❤️

Negative experience: Loved them right up until they “dismissed” my kids from their practice over $100 bill (for something they stated wld be covered by insurance anyway). Planned to pay it at our next appt (which according to their policy is when it’s due) they never called about it, they never sent a letter stating they wld be dismissing us without a payment.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place. I take all 3 of my children here (Ages 3, 6, & 8) and we live in Fulton, N.Y. It's well worth the drive and I wouldn't recommend anywhere else. Every staff member from the receptionists at the front desk, to the dental assistants & dentists, and even the receptionists in the back who help schedule your next appointments and submit work to insurance, are all lovely people. Even with insurance there's been certain things that aren't covered and this office was willing to work with me when it came to what was owed. If I could rate them 100 stars I would. I recommend them every time a friend of mine is looking for a place especially when their children need specialized care. Thank you so much from my family to yours. We appreciate you more than you know. Also, I have never realized how hard it is to find a dentist within my area that accepts new patients. I had 3 separate dentist offices that I had to take all my children to because those places would only accept one of them. Now I just take the trip and bring them all here! Absolutely worth it!!

Negative experience: My daughter is 6 years old and has autism. she has had a traumatic experience with getting something removed from her mouth in a dermatologist office both things i told to Fayetteville pediatric dentistry. I called ahead to let the office know that my child has an extreme fear of the dentist and anything being by her mouth. When we arrived all they did was allow me in the room but really made no effort to make her fully comfortable or help me comfort her but instead seemed annoyed that she was crying and carrying on... so the vibes in the room did not help her calm down. They had me lay on the dentist chair and restrain her with my arms and legs wrapped around her............... We were able to brush her teeth but not able to do any xrays. My daughter does have one cavity in 1 molar. Visibly. After the dentist took a quick glance in her mouth he told me she will need dental surgery. Be put under in the hospital and have crowns put on all 8 of her molars... we left and went home and i began to think this is a lot... I really want to try again to get the xrays before we commit to shaving down 8 molars and put crowns on.. and Visibly i see no other problems with any teeth. I called to cancel the surgery appointment and request an another appointment to try to do an xray again and I'd bring her grandmother for more support. They told me the dentist will not see her again. He will only see her if she goes under for the dental surgery.......... I then said ok im going to cancel the surgery and look for a new children's dentist. The receptionist said "thats probably a good idea". this office made no effort to make my child comfortable. No effort to help me work on getting the xrays done so we can see what is really going on with her teeth before committing to a hospital visit. And really made me feel like they DID NOT want my child there at all because she is a little more difficult than perhaps other children. I've never felt like this from any of my child's doctors ANYWHERE. And this is the first review I have ever written EVER. Don't bring your child there if they have fears of the dentist whatsoever. They will not comfort them. Or you

Fantastic experience: Took my 2 year old for his very first dentist appointment and couldn't have asked for a better experience! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Took my kids here for their dental appointments and honestly, we had a great experience. The place is super efficient — we didn’t spend forever waiting around, and the staff is incredibly attentive and friendly. They explain everything to the kids (and parents) in a way that's easy to understand without feeling rushed or confusing. The ceiling-mounted TVs are absolutely clutch — kept my kids distracted and relaxed the whole time. Also, not to be dramatic, but the kids' dentist could easily have a modeling career — easy on the eyes in a way that even I appreciated (and I’m definitely saying that with my rainbow flag flying high). Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I definitely have to rewrite my previous review. Initially, I had a hard time getting in touch to make an appointment as a new patient for my kids. But after experiencing this place firsthand, I regretted everything I said. What an amazing experience! My three-year-old son, who usually can’t sit still, was calmly sitting and having a blast while the doctor and nurses did their work. And remember — this is a dentist’s office! Most people dread going to the dentist, but this place completely changed my perspective. They have so many dentist doctors available, which makes scheduling easier and ensures you’re always in good hands. The nurses and doctors were incredibly patient and caring. You could genuinely feel how much they treat each child like their own family member. Now I understand why “family” is part of their name. They also have a TV hanging on top. If you have kids and are nervous about taking them to the dentist, I highly recommend bringing them here. You won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: What a great dentist's office! We went today for my son's first ever visit and they were amazing with him. He loved the ocean theme and the games in the waiting area. The TV on the ceiling in the exam room was a hit as well. Friendly and efficient staff. Very happy we ended up there!

Negative experience: Very unprofessional. My son was referred here at 8 years old, and after going here once or twice a year for over 5 years. It has been almost a year since his last visit and when I called today i was notified they closed his account for no reason without notice. He's a child and this is where he feels comfortable Extremely disappointed.

Fantastic experience: This was our first visit at the dentist office, they were so kind to my son and were very patient. Highly recommended for kiddos who don’t “enjoy” going to the dentist, such a kind sweet staff.

Negative experience: Update to my original review below: Today, February 16, I received a certified letter in the mail stating that pediatric dentistry will no longer be available as our primary dental care provider. They will remain available for 30 days for emergency visits only. Please take the time to review the DOCTORS response to my review as well. Saying hello to my aunt that used to work there. What a classless and disturbing response to patients of 10+ years that express frustration over NEVER being able to schedule appointments on time or having the appropriate number of staff available for the appointment they schedule. I will attach the photo of the letter they sent me via certified mail. I have only blocked out personally identifiable info for myself and my children. All I can think is, someone is so bitter and I will pray for them to rid themselves of their greed and bitterness. Give them a bad review, and you can have a special certified letter too. Bitter much? We have been going to this dentist practice since my daughter was young. Over all the years we have gone here, I have yet to be able to schedule a cleaning on time for any of my children. We went today, January 31st and her next cleaning is scheduled for December 23rd. Every time, they have the same excuse. “We are down a hygienist.” If they can’t keep hygienists and they can’t schedule appointments, the problem is pretty clear and I am unsure why they can’t grasp it. Greed. There are too many patients at this location. They pump them in and out for the numbers. They don’t care about your oral hygiene, they just want the money. My daughter left with a cut on her gum from the hygienist she saw today. The cut goes all the way from the front to the back side of her tooth and was still bleeding when we arrived home. (She has no cavities and great teeth.) She waited almost an hour to see a dentist after her cleaning. Not enough staff for the number of patients they have accepted. They should’ve really considered lowering their patient number if they could not schedule what they already had. They can’t keep hygienists or staff for a reason. Every single appointment is the same excuse over 10 years…. low staff. Not enough staff. Not enough hygienists. Their turn over rate is so high. My Aunt as well as some good friends of mine have worked here as a hygienists and staff over the years. Every single one of them did not stay at this office for the same reason over the 10 years we have gone here. They pursued other options because the inner workings of this place are a disaster. One older lady that has worked there for years thinks she owns the place and really she is just office staff. It’s a disaster. Do not recommend. Find somewhere else to go. We will be too. And before Pediatric Dentistry responds with, please call our office… I already spoke to your office while I was there today. They responded with “Have a nice day.”

Positive experience: My 2 boys have both needed procedures requiring oral sedation and laughing gas in order to complete the work, and although I have had to go back and forth for a couple years with the office and scheduling/insurance issues, the actual experience here has been worth it for me. I’m hesitant about any dental work to begin with and they are the only group I can trust with my kids. I gave 4 stars only because of cost- which to an extent is out of the offices hands because of my insurance and their policies, but they are helpful with payment plans. Dr. Weinstein is GREAT! Front desk is great, and all staff as well.

Fantastic experience: This place is fantastic! My 2.5 year old didn’t want to leave he loved the play area & the arcade in the waiting area! & they saw he was wearing bluey & gave him a bluey toothbrush & put bluey on the tv on the ceiling to keep his attention while they did their job! I was really nervous he was going to have such a hard time but everything and everyone exceeded my expectations!!

Fantastic experience: Took my 3 year old here yesterday for her first dental appointment! Didnt have many expectations and was preparing for the worst but was taken back at just how great our experience was! All the staff are nothing short of incredible! Everyone is friendly, kind, and personable! They took their time with her since she can be stubborn but she did phenomenal, even with the xray part! The building itself was very clean and well kept! The indoor play area and arcade came as a surprise and mt daughter had a blast! Definitely helped ease her anxiety, and ours. All in all would rate higher if it was an option! All the good reviews are for a reason! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!!!! As soon as they begin to take patience 11+ I'll be switching my son to here too!

Fantastic experience: Today was my son’s first visit and I was feeling a little nervous.While walking in I was greeted and helped very fast. The staff here is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond to make the kids feel comfortable and welcomed! I recommend this place to anyone with small children.

Fantastic experience: The office itself is super cool , my daughter loves all the scenery and the little play room in the waiting area they give a token for a prize at end of visit to use in the gimbal machine ( super cool) they answered any questions I had and made the experience great and my nerves at ease for my daughters treatment plan. I’ve aired four years to find a great dentist for my autistic son and they got him in the very next day for a very first appointment. This office is amazing! Completely worth the 45 minute from home I will write another review after my sons appointment tomorrow :) The staff is amazing and I would recommend to anyone with kids

Fantastic experience: My son has terrible dental anxiety due to his last dental office he was at. I’m so thankful we found this one because he went into his procedure today almost in tears and came back out to the waiting room with a smile and thumbs up. (He’s 12) he said it was “the best experience”. .this made me so happy because he was terrified to get work done (he got two teeth pulled, few fillings, spacer removed) . I’m thankful for this practice!!!!

Fantastic experience: My 2yr old loves this office. They are so accommodating! She had her lip tie surgery here a little over a year ago and then had her first cleaning today. She did amazing, the staff is so friendly and kind oriented I love it! Highly recommend

Negative experience: We have been loyal customers of Pediatric Dentistry & Family Orthodontics for years, but our recent experience has left us deeply disappointed. Despite multiple attempts to clarify our insurance coverage, we were turned away when we arrived for our scheduled cleaning appointment. Even though we offered to pay out of pocket, we were denied the service. The repeated miscommunication and the uncomfortable private discussion in a storage closet have left us upset and confused. We hope that the office can address this issue and provide a more satisfactory resolution.

Fantastic experience: This office and its staff is extremely professional and friendly! The staff is helpful and willing to answer any questions. My son is only 3 and they always make him feel comfortable and are so sweet to him! He loves going to the dentist :)

Fantastic experience: Best place for kids dental experience! Amazing atmosphere & kids will stay occupied in lil pirate ship play area or even an arcade + get token for a prize after theyre done. This helped my kids so much! I was surprised to even see so many great things for kids here that they didnt even need to sit & wait which is hard for them to do. For all 3 of my kids we had Dr. Young Son & he was incredibly friendly & made the kids feel comfortable. He seemed very knowledgeable & very helpful explaining all to me. We had a minions room which was awesome. Wish I would of found this place sooner. Him & this place are the best! I recommend to any with lil ones. Best kids dentist I've ever seen.

Positive experience: I have been taking my kids here for the last 6 years and have always been very happy with them. Today, that changed. The hygienist who cleaned my 4 year old's teeth today was very impatient and actually called him "extra". He was a typical nervous 4 year old. She didn't comfort him at all. She then sneezed ridiculously loud and yelled "Jesus" afterward. Again, extremely unprofessional. I have worked in the dental field and medical field my entire life. It takes a certain person that has patience and understanding to care for little ones. She obviously showed me today that she isn't one of them. The woman who came in afterwards to do a treatment on him was fortunately very sweet and explained everything to him. Dr. Sun was also great! I'm just extremely upset with how she treated him especially since I had to pay almost $900 out of pocket today for the two kids. I've been contemplating going somewhere that takes my insurance so I don't have to pay up front. I think this sealed the deal.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been coming here for a while now, since the old location! I love bringing my kids here. Everyone is so nice and my kids love everyone! The waiting room has things to do for the kids so it makes waiting to go back easier, the tv for the kids is great for when we’re waiting in the rooms. What can be scary to most (going to the dentist), they make it fun and enjoyable. My 12 and 3 year old love coming to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Best pediatric dentist around by far! Dr.Danny and all of the dental hygienists are amazing and super kind! Office is super clean and welcoming to kids too! My daughter was nervous at first but looks forward to going back now!

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit and I can see why everyone I know recommends this office. It’s extremely child friendly, the staff are all very nice and patient. As I sat in the waiting area, it was actually nice to hear other kids playing and laughing loudly and no one seemed bothered. This office definitely makes dental visits for children more pleasurable. My daughter is 13 and I wish I would’ve found this place sooner. I will definitely be bringing my 1 year old daughter here for her future dental appts. Great place! Great people!

Fantastic experience: First time bringing my kiddos to Pediatric Dentistry in Fayetteville! The staff was amazing! Everyone was super kind, helpful, skilled and fun. My kids had a blast. Got to work with Mike Weinstein as our dentist and he was amazing! Thorough, knowledgeable and fun! And the facilities are top notch. Highly recommend! 5 out of 5!

Fantastic experience: I love this dentist office. I have been bringing my now 7 year old here since he was 3 years old. The staff is always friendly and they are amazing with my son. I just scheduled an appointment for my other son. I drive about an hour just to come here and I will continue to do so.

Positive experience: This dentist office used to be amazing before they moved locations. Now they don't allow parents in the room during treatments and my children have been complaining about the hygenists not being as friendly which obviously I can't confirm nor deny because they do not allow me in the room with them. My oldest left their office in tears after her last cleaning and she's never cried after a dental visit before. We even opted to go to a different Orthodontist because they allow parents to be involved in the treatment process and don't push you out of the room. Not to mention being short staffed and waiting nearly a year in between cleanings because they can't schedule every 6 months unless you schedule way in advance. Being that one of my kids are in braces 6 month cleanings are even more crucial. Overall disappointed.

Fantastic experience: First of all, this place is wonderful. I've never seen anything like it. Kid friendly, arcade games and pirate ship for kids to climb on. They fixed my daughters teeth and did a great job. I don't really leave reviews but had to with this place.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic. Because of our insurance we had 2 choices for our child. This outfit, or Wilson Dental. Pediatric Dentistry and Family Ortodontics puts the competition to shame...hands down. They don't even exist in the same universe. If you find yourself in our position drive to Fayetteville, you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about this office. The girls at the front desk are super friendly and knowledgeable about insurance. They were able to help me determine whether or not my son was on our plan. When we arrived, we were welcomed by name and had maybe a 45 second wait before we were called back to be seen by Dr. Young Son. Dr. Son was amazing with my 5.5 year old son. He was thorough yet quick. We had an amazing experience and would recommend this office to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist.

Fantastic experience: My 5-year-old son recently had his first visit to pediatric dentistry with Dr. Mike, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The waiting area was decorated with bright colors and fun murals, and there was a play area with toys that immediately caught my son’s attention.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Arcuri is amazing! After 5 years of having his braces off, my son came back to have an adjustment and it was just like when he was kid. Dr. Arcuri is patient , kind and respectful to all of his patients! You truly are a patient for life. Thank you so much! PS We love the new facility!

Fantastic experience: The son’s first time there today and they did such a great job to welcome him and feel comfortable. Minus the terrible two and no nap issue we had they did great and I appreciate every one of them who helped. Dr young was amazing and very friendly with both kiddos! Great job also thank you ladies for the help with my daughter and dealing with her anxiety and behavior. You made it much easier on not just on the kiddos but me as well!

Fantastic experience: Warning looks great but scamming Medicaid patients. Was told our son needed a lip clip procedure. When we went in for it they removed multiple teeth and put spacers in that need checking every few months. No complaints from our son about pain until after now months later he still can’t eat half his foods unless at room temperature. Thankfully these are baby teeth but that he has to deal with this for years because someone needs a new car is ridiculous. Speaking with lawyers and other dentist in another state for review. Save your children….Very nice staff clean fun for the kids with a few arcade while they wait. And an aquatic themed waiting area with a play area.

Fantastic experience: This was our first visit ever and I can not say enough about how much we enjoyed the visit. My son has developmental delays along with behavioral issues that stem from the loss of his Dad at the age of 5. My son felt so comfortable and loved the sea theme in the waiting area along with how Dr. Young explained everything to him. His visit is all he’s been talking about all week. Thank you so much for making his first trip to the dentist an easy experience

Fantastic experience: Our first time here and we absolutely loved it. Extremely kid friendly. It is the perfect dentist office for kids. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend bringing your child(ren) here. You won’t regret it.

Negative experience: My kids were parients for over 10 years. I'm leaving this review years after l left and switched to the Smile Lodge in Clifton Park because I've had friends recently experience similar to what we have. I didn't want to leave a review previously because all they do is leave their generic response or bully you on the phone, but I feel it's important for others to know. Sometimes I wish I pursued something further. They just have too many laws in place protecting them. Dr. Young Son is not great. He will tell you that your child needs 20, yes TWENTY, fillings. Then try to tell you that your other child needs 11 fillings. When you question it, they become difficult and rude. We got a second opinion and to my surprise, one daughter needed ONE tiny filling. The other needed NONE. Years later and they are just fine. No issues with their teeth and I can't help but wonder how much unnecessary work was done to my children before leaving. I would also NEVER sign to leave my children with them without me present. I fought to always be with them. I can't imagine how any parent could. Advocate for your children!!! And don't forget.....you're paying for these services and THEY work for YOU. You deserve real and honest answers. You're allowed to question things when they don't seem right. There are other places out there that won't treat you like a number and genuinely care.

Fantastic experience: We drove over 100 miles from Rochester, and it was worth it! Excellent experience, from the wonderful staff to the awesome office (my oldest loved the arcade games & youngest loved the ship). The check in staff, the hygienist, Dr. Danny, even the checkout staff, were all very pleasant and made the visit seamless. So happy to have found this office :)

Negative experience: I wouldn’t even give a star but I had to, been going there since my son was 1, he is now 13 and I am going to go somewhere else. Worst experience today for any appointments I have ever experienced. Not even sure if my children even had a cleaning, or a dentist visit them. Very inappropriate with the staff in the back, singing Taylor Swift, watching her documentary (foul language and even better closed caption for the bad language) my daughter was placed in a room for an additional 20 minutes after waiting in the waiting room for over 30 minutes. I certainly don’t want to hear the excuse of short staffed I saw about 10-20 different faces while I waited in the waiting room for an hour and half for a cleaning. 100% disappointed. This won’t actually matter to you or your company since the amount of patients you have are way too many, and they can continue to get poor care or lack there of care at this practice! Front desk staff were friendly and wonderful. But they are not the ones taking care of my children’s teeth.

Negative experience: If they say your child needs a lot of work done, I’d just make sure you get a second opinion before just doing it. They wanted to cap 8 of my daughter’s teeth and fill a 9th and have her put under to do it all. We went to Dino dental and my daughter needed one cap and they did the work in office and it was less than a half hour of work. Also they give you the paperwork about the cost of the cleaning, X-rays etc. AFTER you get your teeth cleaned and x-rays

Fantastic experience: So happy we made the decision to try this place out! They are wonderful with kids! My daughter has had bad work done somewhere else. I called this place last minute while she was crying in pain. They weren’t available for a week but they took us within a few hours anyways. They caught things the other dentist’s had not and thank god because it would have been serious damage to her adult teeth and it was caught just in time. They came up with a care plan and everyone has been up front about what insurance will cover and what they will not ( I appreciate the heads up). The work they have done so far looks great and even though my daughter struggles with the idea of dental work she’s still excited to go here. Dr. Danny is amazing and all the girls we have met so far have been super sweet! We have a long road to go now that we know she needs braces and extra stuff but I’m confident this is going to be a god send. I was terrified I’d accidentally pick a bad dentist again and I searched hundreds of reviews. Of all of them this one has the most positive reviews and I hope mine can help ease another parent’s mind if you’re trying to find a trust worthy dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Little guy (9 yo) went in to have teeth pulled, was incredibly nervous, Dr. Young is very good with him, talking up his interests and reassuring him. My boy came out with a popsicle and a HUGE grin. Great place when you have a nervous kiddo!

Fantastic experience: Best dental experience my daughter has ever had!! They have a cute play area that eased her anxiety and Dr.Danny was an absolute joy. Everything was clean and professional, overall a perfect experience!!!

Positive experience: We were treated extremely well and all hygienists are very patient with my daughter. Only complaint I have is our regular 6month appointment was pushed out to 10 month due to a staff shortage. I don't understand how this is still an issue. I may have to find a new facility because of this.

Negative experience: Went in for standard teeth cleaning. Said my teeth were too far gone for that, and they would have to pull a couple. I came to terms with it , but I says to them I can not handle pain whatever so ever. I won’t be able to even look at you guys while you do it. They tell me no problem we will put you under. After the procedure I couldn’t walk right for days, like there was a drum stick up there. But they said it was a normal side effect from anesthesia, and I thought nothing of it. I’m a victim.

Fantastic experience: My 23 month old had a traumatic fall and her front teeth were pushed up into her pallette. This office got us in immediately and were absolutely wonderful with my little girl. The waiting room was set up great for the littles as well to keep them at ease while waiting, playset with slide, games, etc.

Fantastic experience: My daughter is almost 2 and had such a great experience here. Dr. Danny was so gentle and kind. I was able to sit with her in the chair while they examined her teeth. She had moments of being scared, but was reassured along every step. I appreciate the kindness from the staff and making the waiting room an inviting place for kids. I couldn't be more impressed. 10/19 Today my daughter had a small procedure to cut her lip tie. I wanted to say how great the care was from the assistant Karen who held my daughter and played with her until the Dr was ready. The team did everything to keep me informed, show me what was going to happen and made me feel comfortable. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Staff are friendly and helpful. I have three kids that come here and two that don't like the dentist and they love coming here. They love the arcade and boat. Staff listen to the kids and parents. They try their best to accommodate kids and their parents. Staff make my kids feel safe and welcome.

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff & doctors! Son has been a patient for over 5 years now and he always looks forward to going to see Dr. Weinstein & his staff. They did a great job with his oral surgery and every visit there after . It's totally worth the 45 mins drive to because my son loves it and is taken such good care of , plus can't go wrong with the tokens the kids get :)

Fantastic experience: Pediatric dentistry and family orthodontics was 10/10 visit. My 3.5 year old had his first appointment and was so scared. The staff was overly friendly, kind and so patient with him. If you are worried about your little one doing a dentist trip, this is where you need to go!

Fantastic experience: In awe!. I went for my daughter’s appointment and let me just start by saying the decor is amazing! Loved the atmosphere. They have a few area for kids to play which is awesome because it keeps them busy and happy. It was so easy to sign in the front desk personnel were so sweet I was just shocked. Once we went in we were treated like family and I was so happy and amazed at the amenities in the room like the tv in the ceiling which keeps kids occupied . They explained everything to me to where I could understand the treatment plan and even gave me some say so in the plan it self . I absolutely love this place if I could have all my kids come here I would not walk but run at the opportunity keep up the good job!

Fantastic experience: My daughter is 4 and is always happy to go to the dentist. The employees are all great with kids, they are patient, kind, and gentle. She loves playing on the pirate ship and getting a prize at the end of the appointment.

Fantastic experience: Long review but worth it…. Today, my son Dante, went for an orthodontist consultation for future braces. Now, 2 years ago, Dante couldn’t even walk into the dentist office without major anxiety about what was coming. This anxiety lead to loud stimming, yelling, screaming, the inability to even enter the room let alone sit in this chair. We had to utilize a weighted vest/body blanket to strap him down to the chair to even get a cleaning done. He would scream “help me” the entire time at the top of his lungs! The staff at Pediatric Dentistry and Family Orthodontics in Fayetteville was and has always been AMAZING! They never made us feel uncomfortable, embarrassed, unwelcome or even “not normal.” Dante’s first visit to the dentist wasn’t until he was 9 years old because of how he would act and they never shamed me! They always talked calmly and kindly to Dante all while he was screaming. They would hold his hand and tell him over and over he was going to be ok! This was the reason I didn’t give up and kept taking him back for cleanings. (Cavity FREE BTW!!!) Fast forward 2 years and his last cleaning visit in December, they were able to get his first X-rays EVER! He listened, followed directions, never made a sound and just did what he was told with no fear! Everyone was so proud of him and I was completely shocked at how amazing they were with him! He still needed the weighted vest for the cleaning but barely yelled or got upset! Just laid there calmly and let them do their thing!! I was very proud even then!! Then today, we walked in for his consultation and he just entered the room and sat quietly and calmly in the chair with NO vest needed. Now, I know he didn’t get a cleaning but this is HUGE! The fact he didn’t get upset, nervous or anxious is such a big deal! He even let the orthodontist recline the chair (this is usually when he freaks and gets upset) and poke around his mouth. He responded to the orthodontist’s questions and commands perfectly and did exactly what he was told with no fight or yelling. THIS. IS. HUGE!! I am so proud of him and how far he’s come in such a short time! We still have to make sure he will be able to tolerate the process to get braces on and even after they are on…but after today, I am hopeful for him! The orthodontist we spoke with was very kind and understanding about Dante’s struggles! He was open to a plan that WORKED FOR DANTE! He was willing to do only a few teeth at a time if necessary depending on Dante’s tolerance. He HEARD ME and was amazing! Dante did so good with him, listened, communicated and responded. All things that he struggles with daily! I am just so proud of him and so grateful for the staff at PDFO!
