From the moment you walk in, the entire staff is warm, professional, and incredibly well educated. They always take their time to explain what procedure they’re about to do, walk through the pros and cons, and outline a clear care plan afterward so you know exactly what to expect. I never feel rushed, and they’re always patient with questions — whether it’s about treatment, comfort, or insurance. Switching to The Dental Group at Reston Station and Dr. Anthony Mowad has truly been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our family’s dental care. The office is spotless, the environment is welcoming, and their equipment is truly state-of-the-art. Dr. Anthony is down-to-earth, kind, and extremely knowledgeable — you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and their long-term health, not just getting them in and out of the chair. Our experiences here have been consistently excellent, and my family actually feels comfortable going to the dentist now. Fantastic experience: Today, I went in for my usual 6-months' checkup and cleaning. My hygienist is Casey. She is without a doubt the best in every way - expertise, professionalism, kindness, caring and just pure love! I must also add that Dr. Moawad gave me the final check and declared everything was fine! He, too, is an incredible dentist. I have had several procedures done by him and he is the best dentist I have ever had. He also has a wonderful persona and is extremely caring and careful and explains everything he is going to do, so that I am always prepared with no surprises. There you have it! 5-Stars and more!

She is so caring, helpful in every way and I admire and feel very comfortable in her expertise. Going to this dental practice every six months is an experience that I always look forward to ! How many dental patients can say that?!

Fantastic experience: Dr Canal checks all the boxes for a great dentist. He has many years of experience in a successful practice, he is warm and engaging with his patients, and treats his staff with courtesy and respect, who in turn treats all patients with the same courtesy and respect. While he is always in demand, he makes time in his schedule if you have an urgent need arise. Can't ask for anything more than that! Well, okay, maybe one thing. His practice does not accept any insurance plans. That means, he does not accept the insurance company's contract pricing. However, I've found that his out-of-network pricing is fair and reasonable for the high level of service that you get. I'm willing to pay a slightly higher cost for the best dental care I can find.

Fantastic experience: /This office is the best dental provider - hands down! The receptionists greet me by name. My hygienist always remembers what's going on in my life and asks for updates every six months. I have problems with my jaw, so she uses a special cleaning implement to get through the process faster and easier. Dr. Messina is the best dentist I've ever had. He's friendly, thorough, and a joy to see. I recently had to have a root canal red one. Dr. Messina found that the dentist who did the original years ago (different practice) did a shoddy job. To get this done in their office, Dr. Messina deals with a guy who flies up from Florida specifically for these procedures. How unbelievably cool is that? And, the office even sets up an in-house non-interest payment plan. If I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would!

Fantastic experience: Dr Collins and his office is first class! I broke my tooth last weekend and they got me in, as a new patient, on Monday morning. The office runs on time, is state of the art, modern appearance, and update with technology. Dr Collin’s is friendly, kind and caring. He took his time with me explaining what happened to my tooth and the plan for fixing it with a crown. He quickly and comfortably gave me a temporary fix by filling the tooth that broke off, smoothed it down and got me going until I could come back for the needed next steps. Yesterday he did the prep work for the crown by drilling out the old metal filling and giving me a temporary crown. This work was done pain free, with skill and precision. He is decisive, knowledgeable, and technically superior from my experiences with other dentists. He’s my new dentist for sure! If you are reading this you need to make him your dentist too. You won’t be sorry with your decision.

Fantastic experience: Called for a broken mouth guard at 10:30am. I was in the dentist chair at 11 am!!! They fixed my mouth guard in an hour - phenomenal service!!!

He was also very careful in choosing the correct color and the results have been wonderful. And he is a real pleasure to work with. Fantastic experience: Just today had a cavity filled by Dr. Colomo. It was on the side of the tooth more than halfway down, with access restricted by a neighboring tooth. Coming in from the top would have required removing a lot of one tooth, and maybe installing a cap, so we decided to come in from the cheek side. That worked. Quick, but requiring a LOT of dexterity. Fantastic experience: This practice and Dr. Messina is a rare gem around Northern Virginia. Both my wife and I have been going to him for 20+ years - never once we had a bad experience. We had million problems: fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, implants, you name it. Dr. Messina handled all of our problems wonderfully. He is amazingly good and he actually listens to you. Over the last 40+ years we have visited lots of different dentists. He is undoubtedly the best!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Messina has been great to me and my family for decades but Dr. Back has been such an awesome addition and has continued the highest quality care as Dr. Messina heads to retirement. I got in for an emergent appointment and had a CT, a referral and a ct formatted into an x-ray with coordination of care to get into an oral surgeon within 2 hours of seeing him. So impressed by this practice always.
