Negative experience: I am always having issues when trying to receive my pre-meds before my appointments. The inconsistency is mind blowing. I’m literally pulling teeth trying to get this prescription. I’m so ready to walk away and end the relationship with Complete. The office manager is also not good with mediating a situation. She also has horrible customer service. I literally took off of work to attend this appointment and bc of their inconsistency, I was told I can reschedule. Like really reschedule! My time is now taken for granted. They have no empathy for the processes they had in place. My entire family goes here but I guess our money is not good enough for this place.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Complete Dental for a few years. I’m very happy with the service I receive. From entering the building throughout the journey, I feel important. One thing I love is I’m able to receive my regular dental care here as well as my periodontal care. In the past I had to go to two separate places meaning I had to have more appointments and required more time off work. This is my one stop care.

Negative experience: Called to schedule an appointment as a new patient. I notified the front desk that I have a high risk pregnacy and decline any x rays. My last digital x rays were 6 months ago and notified that they can be sent. Front desk advised that eventhoug I am pregnant they want to take x rays. As a dental professional with 11 years experience myself, x rays should be at the patient's discretion acknowledging any risk. If the patient has recent x rays and has no discomfort and a medical condition like a high risk pregnacy, the patients request needs to be honored.

For a cleaning she always takes her time with my cleaning making sure that I'm comfortable at all time. I will not change her for no one else because she is a great Hygienist. Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to this clinic. Clean, friendly receptionists, did not have to wait long before I was called back. Assistant and the hygienist were very friendly, professional. Dr Gonzalez explained and showed me the films. He was very thorough. I would recommend him and his staff.

Negative experience: I just have one complaint about my temporary crown. I have never had a temporary crown that has came out so many times within a week. The staff is amazing, friendly understanding, very knowledgeable, Makes you feel comfortable but when they did my mold for my crown , the left side is incorrect my right side perfect no problems. When I got my temporary the first time it lasted by three days went back this Tuesday got another temp crown I was asleep and started choking on the crown went back yesterday was there for over a hour he did e everything he could to fix it and I seen how hard he tried but it came out today while I was drinking a water so sad at work. Very disappointed with this situation because I have had temporary crown before and never had this issue. Even though it’s temporary it doesn’t suppose to be like this. Like I said before Staff is Amazing I would give them a 5 STAR but the person who did my mold very dissatisfied because if you’ve seen that, the mold was bad you should’ve fixed it I wouldn’t be going through this. It’s embarrassing

Never felt rushed or persuaded into getting something done I didn’t need, I’ll be back for sure….and telling others to go here as well!!

Fantastic experience: The staff is very congenial from the receptionist through to the doctor. I was in for a cleaning and needed a minor repair done to a tooth. They verified it was covered through my insurance without me having to request that they do so. Informed me of the out come and set up with an appointment the same day to repair the problem. Now in my opinion that’s service.

Fantastic experience: My third visit with the CDC of Mansfield. The staffing @cdc no doubt are great and awesome assistance. DR PATEL surprised me as a person not really listening to the needs of her patients. Sometimes even a expert makes mistakes. The key is not to repeat the same one. My advice to new patients find another Dr. There that will listen a give a coŕrect theology. And doesn't over charge you for her benefit. Last and final visit ever.

The office was very clean and comfy. I have to shout out April, my hygienist, ask for her guys!! She is amazing! Negative experience: I’m really disappointed with my experience with Dr. Patel at this office. I initially came in for an Invisalign consultation and was shown a before-and-after simulation that made it appear the gaps in my teeth would be fully closed. Based on that, I applied for financing and agreed to move forward. Only after my loan was approved did Dr. Patel tell me that visible gaps would still remain. That critical information was never disclosed beforehand, which felt misleading and like a waste of my time. I had to return two days in a row for additional scanning, and Dr. Patel even said the second scan wouldn’t be much different from the first. When I asked about traditional braces could work, I was told “maybe” and referred elsewhere. I also asked for a second opinion with another provider in the office, and that was ignored. Instead, I was dismissed, and the interaction felt petty and personal, especially after I had voiced concerns from a previous appointment. It genuinely felt like Dr. Patel was holding a grudge rather than offering the professional support I expected. She’s also continued to push for crowns despite me making it clear multiple times that I’m not interested. The lack of respect for my choices has been frustrating. To make matters worse, I had an amalgam filling removed at this office a few days prior, while exclusively breastfeeding. I wasn’t informed about any risks beforehand, and a dental dam wasn’t used during the procedure. I’ve since been told that high-volume evacuation (HVE) was used, but proper precautions like those recommended by IAOMT (including a dam) should have been standard, especially for nursing patients. I expected more transparency. Although a refund for the loan will be issued, I left feeling deeply disappointed by the overall experience. That said, I do want to acknowledge that the front desk and support staff were always warm and welcoming. Their professionalism and kindness made a difference and are worth noting. I truly believe patients deserve clear communication, respectful interactions, and full transparency, especially when it comes to financial and health-related decisions. I hope this office takes this feedback seriously and uses it to improve future patient experiences.

Fantastic experience: Staff are all so nice. Even my teenage kids thought so too. The office was very accommodating when it comes to appointments. I couldn’t get my appointment set along side my kids online. And I had to book it 3 hours after theirs, but the office were able to see me while I was there for the kids appointments.

Today I had an appointment that I was late too because I had broken my glasses 30 minutes prior to my appointment. I walked in with my broken glasses and a staff member with experience with glasses repair was able to fix them while I was treated ! I am truly impressed and grateful for the care of the team here at Complete Dental of Mansfield!

Negative experience: I’ve only been a patient since 2023 and since then they have canceled my appointments 3 times. They’ve been cancelled last minute due to them either closing early or hygienist won’t be in. I’m disappointed. What the point to pre book an appointment 6 months in advance if they will call you days before to cancel? Then when rescheduling, it’s another month due to the appointments at the end of the day “being high in demand”. So again.. getting bumped out longer and it’s not my fault.
