Fantastic experience: Got one older bridge and one tooth out either the aim of installing a new partial denture. Everything went as expected. All the stuff there was friendly and knew what they are doing. The only shortcoming was waiting extra two weeks for a crown to be supplied by the laboratory. I would recommend for the practice to think twice before choosing the lab they work with. Keeping the deliveries on schedule is a very important mark for every business, especially when the wellbeing of someone is at stake. However, I strongly recommend the cabinet.

Negative experience: The lady who deals with the insurance and gives the price always give you the wrong price and they always end up charging me more. I took unpaid time off from work for my appointment, waited 15 minutes in the office only for her to come out and tell me that I have to come back in 2 weeks inorder for insurance to pay some of the cost. Why didn't they tell me that before. She also said I could keep my appointment and pay full amount, then why do I have insurance. Do they think I have the money tree. Then they gave me another appointment where again I have to take time off from work and I will not be paid. They would need to improve on their services. The lady at the front desk is friendly.

Positive experience: Great work and professiinal, however we were stunned when they said they no longer accepted our DentRite plan. They never informed us and the fee was much higher than with our plan. We paid for that plan for a year's worth of dental care. VERY Unprofessional business practice.

Fantastic experience: Hardly waited before getting called to the back. Everyone was smiling and friendly from front desk to back office. Dr Olson was wonderful as well. I didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell me on a variety of services. He pointed out the problem areas, gave me some different options including cheaper ones and made me part of the decision making process. I finally felt like I had found a dentist that cared and wasn’t just trying to sell me on expensive laser cleanings etc.

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist office can be very stressful just because you don't know the help of your teeth or the procedure that's going to be taken to get situation fixed. Upon walking in this office I instantly felt like I was at home and less stressed. The office staff was really great and everyone made me feel comfortable and relaxed. When speaking to the doctor I had no stress and he made me feel like I wasn't in a dentist chair. Everything was up front and clear and again the office staff made you feel like family and you were at home. I'm looking forward to my first appointment and future dealings with the office. Fantastic experience: Let me start out by saying I HATE going to the dentist. So much so that I sometimes go years without even going in for a checkup. Too much early childhood trauma from fillings, extractions, root canals and crowns. That being said, this had to be one of the BEST experiences I have ever had at a dentist. I warned them about my fears and phobias, anxiety and resistance to certain treatments. They took their time, explained everything we were doing and why. They were patient, compassionate and kind. Everyone was so nice and tried really hard to make sure I was completely comfortable with what we were doing. Made me even look forward to my next visit. Can't believe I waited so long to find a dentist this close to home!

My dentist- Dr Olson is the "BEST" dentist that there ever has been to have. he has excellent customer service he has gentle hands when he is working on my teeth,he always has good stories to tell when i am having my dental work done.he will have to be a dentist until is is 99 because there is no other dentist like him around to take care of my teeth. also Jennifer the hygenist that cleans my teeth is the bomb diggity bomb she is so "AWESOME" she is gentle,caring,friendly,sweet,and doesnt just jab the instruments in you're mouth like a previous dentist office i went to b4 this one she is very gentle and cares about her patients. and she is always smiling and always ask me how am i doing. Bonnie the office manager is always there to help the patients out when in need and is very efficient and quick to get the job done and does in a professional way.Gwen at the check in desk very polite and is always very nice and is a great help on the phone when you call and when you go in the office. and when you go to check in she always has a "BIG" smile on her face and ask how you are doing today i love that customer service she has. Marisol is always very sweet when she walks me back to the room and takes great care of me.Irma the asistant that helps dr olson she is someone that i call my sister in christ. she is one of the most funniest,caring person.so the dentist office isnt really a place i like to be but when i come here and have to get dental work done irma and dr olson make it a fun and take away my worries and get the job done quickly and efficently. Thank you guys for everything i know i can be a pain every now in then.

Everyone did an excellent job of making me feel comfortable and the staff explained the procedure and the treatment plan well. The Dentist had the best bed side manner and was easy to understand. The dental hygienist did a deep cleaning without any pain only minor discomfort. They will numb you up pretty well. I give this office a 10/10.

The only negative take away is the hard sell on add ons. I had 3 different people talk to me about dental trays and laser planing for under gum care.

Fantastic experience: There have been occasions when I wasn't completely satisfied with Made Ya Smile Dentist in Kingwood, as they either canceled my appointment or couldn’t accommodate my schedule. However, this time, they were fantastic. I called about a toothache and shared my availability, and they made it work. I also forgot to mention that I had new insurance, but the front desk staff member was incredibly diligent in getting it verified. The dental tech was very friendly, and as always, the dentist was amazing. He’s never been the reason for my past frustrations, and he's one of the main reasons I continue to return. Update- I had to got back to have a tooth pulled. I was so nervous about this appointment as I am a big baby when it comes to dental work other than a cleaning. On this visit the dental technician and Dr. Olson made me feel very comfortable. The good thing he had to tell me okay you are done. I didn’t feel a thing. Dr Olson is awesome. Fantastic experience: Best dentist I’ve ever been to! I’m an international student and checked out two other dentists in the area before finding Made Ya Smile, and honestly, they’re the best out of the three. Everyone there is super nice and fun to be around, which made the whole experience way more comfortable. I just got a crown done on one of my teeth, and it’s been great so far! I’ll update if anything comes up, but I doubt there will be any issues. Will definitely coming back here for future visits.

Negative experience: I have never had such a bad experience with a manager , Bonnie and Bernie a regional supposedly very unprofessional. Billing issue sucks no patient care ! They care more about money don’t be fooled , check your treatment plan thoroughly!

Negative experience: So unfortunate I’m having to leave a bad review on my experience here. My interaction with Bonnie was unacceptable. The billing was misleading. I paid in full, only to be told later that I still owed money. There was no real effort made to take responsibility or resolve the issue. I understand insurance can be tricky, but as a manager, it’s your job to find solutions especially when unexpected debt is involved. This could’ve and should’ve been handled better. This place was also recommended to me by one of their employees nonetheless. I’m honestly very disappointed, I will be following up with Bernie as well.
