Negative experience: My appointment for my son was at 930 and it is 11:15 im finally leaving and all he got was a cleaning. It was extremely overbooked and there were alot of sick unmasked children in the lobby waiting. It was very unbearable.

Negative experience: First and LAST time coming here! Never again! First off place is PACKED with patients. I had an appointment for my daughter at 1pm got here 15 minutes early and have been waiting for over an hour! I wasn’t even greeted. Had been waiting 30 minutes before they said I had to redo my forms then still waited 45 plus after the fact. When I asked for an time update I was met with a nasty attitude and an “idk”. Why do you book all these appointments and can’t even properly get through your patients in an effective time! Don’t come here unless you have nothing to do and plan to sit in their hot waiting room for the rest of your day!

Negative experience: I'm shocked at all the 5 star reviews. I took my 3 year son there for a regular cleaning, and after waiting 1.5 hours after the appointment time, all that was done was (I assume) floride polished on the teeth. Not to mention, there is nothing for kids to play with while waiting, or even a table to draw/color. I decided to try the Stone Mountain location because it's closer but I will take my son back to the Hudson Bridge location next time. That experience was much quicker AND they actually did clean my son's teeth (and to be clear, he was younger when we went to Hudson Bridge location). Don't book so many patients if you can't see them within a reasonable amount of time of their appointment. It's not fair to those of us with toddlers who have a lot of energy and nowhere to put it.

Fantastic experience: I had such an amazing experience at this office! This was my son’s first dentist appointment and I was so nervous because he can be pretty fussy. The entire staff was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating. They noticed he was anxious and even gave us a private room, which made such a difference. Everyone was so understanding and gentle with him. We will definitely be making this our permanent dental office — truly an amazing team!

Negative experience: Our experience at this dental office was very upsetting. We waited a long time before seeing the doctor, but the dental assistant was kind and took the time to explain to my son what she was doing, which I really appreciated. When the doctor finally came in, he didn’t say a single word to us or to my son — he just started numbing his gums. Then, in the middle of the procedure, both the doctor and dental assistant walked away while my son was bleeding and still numb, without any explanation. We were left sitting there, scared and confused, trying to comfort him. About five minutes later, the dental assistant came back and told us the doctor couldn’t continue because my son was “too anxious.” My son was still bleeding and frightened at that moment. This experience has deeply traumatized my son and shattered his trust in dentists. As a parent, it was one of the most helpless moments I’ve ever felt. I truly hope no other child or family has to go through something like this. Children deserve patience, care, and compassion — not to be abandoned in the middle of treatment.

Negative experience: The customer service they don't what he'll doing Miss kids school and and my job because they don't care what they are doing i make appointments like months before when I get there I was standing for 1 hours to sign in and they told me different l had appointments because I New patients for my kids cleaning the tooth started to the end not doing well customer service specialy new patient West my time and Missed all my kids school

Positive experience: The front sitting area is small and smelled like weed, BUT the staff are very sweet and helpful

Negative experience: This is my first time here, wait time is extremely long. I feel like this location overbooked patients. I had an appointment for 10 and 10:30. It's 11 And I am still sitting here with no explanation of the process. I checked in before couple of families and they were seen before me. I will have to find another dentist office for my children! Not a great first time impression at all. Bad experience at this location.

Fantastic experience: This was my daughter‘s first dentist visit and Shakira made my daughter enjoy every moment of it! She was very attentive, sweet funny and Dr. Brown was very nice and gentle and quick. The only thing that I can say that wasn’t that good was that the wait time was kind of long, but other than that once they get you in the back it moves pretty fast. We enjoyed our visit and will be coming back!

Fantastic experience: Since me and my children moved her 2 years ago my children have been attending this dentist office. We moved 30 minutes away and still travel to this office ONLY. The nurses are so nice, patient and helpful. Alicia took her time and explained everything to my 4 year old in toddler terms ❤️. Cant wait to bring my 1 year old son in a few months!

Fantastic experience: I arrived late to my children's appointment due to traffic, and unfortunately, the young lady at the front desk was not very helpful. However, when I requested assistance, Ms. Mia, the manager, stepped in and ensured my children were seen and treated with great care. The facility was clean, and the staff demonstrated a high level of consideration and respect. I am committed to continuing my children's dental care at this location, as my boys were very pleased with their painless treatment and the attentive service they received. I highly recommend this practice, giving it a perfect score of 10/10.

Fantastic experience: My child had a baby tooth break as her adult tooth was trying to come in. I called after hours and was pleasantly surprised to reach someone so quickly. After reviewing X-rays, she assured me it was a baby tooth. When her orthodontist recommended the tooth be extracted, Dentistry 4 Children quickly scheduled us for the following day for an exam. When Dr. Brown agreed it needed to be removed, we were scheduled for first thing the following morning. Dr. Brown and his team were so patient and kind, answering all of our questions and putting my child at ease through the whole process.

Negative experience: I recently visited Dentistry for Children at the Stone Mountain location and was shocked at what I witnessed. While in the office, I saw the office manager speaking to her employees in an incredibly rude and condescending manner loud enough for patients and parents in the waiting area to hear. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and not at all what you’d expect from a place that’s supposed to be warm and welcoming for children. If management treats their own staff this way in front of customers, it makes me wonder what happens behind closed doors. I truly hope the owners address this behavior, because it reflects poorly on the entire practice and creates a negative environment for both employees and patients.

Negative experience: Dentistry for Children is an absolute disgrace. The staff is unprofessional, the wait times are painfully long, and the office is a disorganized mess. What really pushed me over the edge was watching the front desk staff (specifically the black woman with the glasses) be blatantly rude to foreigners who needed help with translation — completely unacceptable behavior in any medical setting, especially one that’s supposed to care for children. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen this kind of chaos here, but it will definitely be my last. I’ll make sure to tell everyone I know not to bring their children here. I expected a much more welcoming and professional environment, especially for a pediatric office, but they continue to fall short. They don’t deserve your business.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible!!! I had an appointment at 9:30 for both my children. We did not get taken into the back until over 30 minutes past our appointment time, even though we arrived early. I asked how long was it gonna be and the lady told us that there’s a long wait because it’s like six or seven people ahead of us and the manager contradict that and says it should be a short time. I asked the manager to go talk to the other lady to clarify so I could make an informed medical decision on whether to stay or not and she says she’s not gonna do the back-and-forth however, I was just seeking clarity. They overbook and that’s why you have such Ridiculously long, wait times! this is very unprofessional and concerning as to the quality of care they actually provide. We will not return.

Negative experience: I rarely leave reviews, but I feel this needs to be said. My experience at Dentistry for Children was disappointing and very concerning. The office was clearly overbooked and understaffed, which created long wait times and a chaotic environment. To make matters worse, I overheard the manager speaking to the staff in a very belittling and unprofessional manner, which was both uncomfortable and disheartening to witness. A leader should uplift their team, not demean them—especially in front of patients. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the office did not meet basic expectations for a medical facility, which only added to my discomfort. I expected a welcoming, well-run practice for children, but unfortunately, this visit left me questioning their standards of care and management. I truly hope changes are made, because families deserve better.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Dentistry For Children was superb. There was a mixup in the appointment for three children. LaToya and Mia worked a miracle and got the children seen. Both of them were extremely professional and kind. Also, the hygienist for all three children provided excellent service. Kudos to the entire staff!!!!

Fantastic experience: I truly enjoy going to the Stone Mountain practice. They had a previous location, not too far where they are now that was actually my very favorite spot, but they had to move and now they are here. Anyway, Dr. Brown was cool. He make sure he answer all of my questions and my daughters questions. She is very inquisitive, so I’m sure they enjoyed that. On this particular day, 3/13 there were nurses from a particular tech school that was training there. I thought that was pretty cool. All the young ladies and I think there were two young gentlemen they were very pleasant and they seem to know exactly what they were doing. I got to watch them hand scale, my daughter’s teeth, and we got in conversation about veterinary Dentistry versus human dentistry lol There was this one young lady at the front desk name Shakala I think it was (Forgive me for butchering The Young Lady’s name) Anyway, she was very courteous and make sure that she reminded us about our next appointment we had a blast picking from the new selection of toys (rewards). Thank you guys for always having such great service every single time we come. I referred my niece and my nephew, and they will be coming there next month!

Positive experience: They provide good dental care but they would could be better with time management and double booking. Sometimes there are too many patients to the point people are standing up that’s too much. Otherwise everything else is fine.

Negative experience: Appointment was for 7:30. The machine sent text to verify and when I got there they said it was for 8:30. Showed them the text and they apologized but never corrected the time.... phone staff inexperienced and need customer service classes....

Fantastic experience: I came in for an emergency visit today due to my son injury at school yesterday. Let just say after leaving the hospital and being told they couldn’t help much because it was out of their perfection they got me scheduled a same day appointment with dentist for children and I want to say the stuff’s are awesome and nice and sweet and care a lot about our little ones ❤️ but being very nervous waiting to hear the results. IYANA HAS SAVED THE DAY , she help me understand everything ❤️ was very helpful and so many way!

Fantastic experience: My son Damien came for his four year old pre k exam with x rays and cleaning with the fluoride rince. From the time that we checked with the front desk associate Jasmin down to the manager in charge at the stone mountain location Mia. My sons dental hygienist was so sweet and gentle with him to Where his first appointment went without any tears or breakdowns. This location definitely loves children and it definitely shows. Definitely a location that I will be back to for my daughters 2 year old appointment.

Negative experience: First time going here and I will not be returning. My 2 year old had a 10:30 appointment and by 12 still hadn’t been called to the back. When we walked in it was so unbelievably packed, there were at least 20 families there-truly ridiculous. This was supposed to be my sons first dental appointment, because he is 2 I figured it would be a quick appointment, not at all. I booked an early appointment because I had to be to work in the afternoon, needless to say we ended up leaving because I could not wait any longer. Not sure why they scheduled so many appointments around the same time, terrible experience. One good note, the front desk lady was nice.

Negative experience: I will preface by saying that the Dentist's and their assistants are wonderful! That being said, the support staff needs some WORK. Dear lady with the dark glasses at the front: you were clearly overbooked today, and you took the liberty to schedule another appointment for my daughter WITHOUT consulting me. I was also told that they have no record of my daughter being a patient at all and directed me to re-register her as if she were a new patient. I showed miss dark frames the text from Dentistry for Children and she rolled her eyes and repeated herself. I just told her to cancel the appointment today and the one she scheduled without confirming with me. I will be taking my 3 children to a different dentist that has all their ducks in a row. Clearly this Dentistry for Children does not. The waiting room was SO CROWDED people were standing. It was hot. Some were outside. That is unacceptable. I hope something is done to change this because that is a crazy way to treat your patients. Hire somebody with some customer service experience. Miss dark frames and her attitude is what made me cancel my appointment on the spot.

Negative experience: Not happy with our experience here. A lot of attitudes that definitely not needed especially for a child that’s getting a procedure done. We are going elsewhere. Staff kept looking in our procedure room and it felt kind of weird. I mean at least say hi or something don’t just look and stare.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience last week. My daughter was pretty scared to get a filling, but Beautiful and Dr. Owens walked her through the entire procedure and kept her calm. I would definitely recommend them. My daughter is 9 and I have never seen a dentist and dental assistant be so sweet to her as they were. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was overwhelmed when walking through the door . I felt like the front desk should have communicated better with people waiting in the waiting area . However , that can be worked on ! Alicia was patient with my two year old daughter .She did her job perfectly while being able to hold a professional conversation . I did like that all clinical staff spoke when walking through the building . I felt acknowledged when spending time behind the desk . All clinical staff worked well as a team .Consistency is Key ! We were in and out , no complaints . Thank you Team !
