My dentist (woman small in stature) had great energy and it was clear she was not ‘mailing it in’ and I was an important patient.

Fantastic experience: Absolute best dental office hands down!! I am such a wimp when it comes to going to the dentist and usually have a panic attack just pulling in the parking lot but not here! Recently broke a front tooth and had to get it repaired and the whole experience was amazing. I never felt the shots at all and my tooth looks great!!

Fantastic experience: I have only been a patient since July of this year and made a couple of appointments with local dentists to establish care due to recently moving to the area. I was looking to continue my treatment plan started over two years ago by a previous dentist to have a permanent solution to full denture treatment (upper and lower teeth) My first impression of this office was speaking with Melisa to make a consultation appointment with Dr. Porter. I explained where I was at in my treatment plan with my previous dentist and the costs that were previously quoted for removable implant supported dentures and permanent fixed implant dentures and she immediately said let’s get you on the books, there was no way that I should have been quoted an amount that high and that she felt like Dr. Porter would be able to help me. Fast forward to my consultation appointment and meeting Dr. Porter I explained how much I wanted the permanent option but previously couldn’t justify the cost and she too was taken back by the cost I was given and promised me that she could get it done for HALF of what my other dentist had quoted. I was in tears I was so happy that what I had so desperately wanted was going to be attainable. I’m relatively young to be in need of dentures but her office put together the plan and figures and I’m just so grateful to have found such understanding and compassionate care with this office. Every appointment has been so easy and the staff works so diligently to get every step perfect and explains things as many times as I need. Coordinating payment and being provided a very detailed treatment plan have been such a breeze. The entire office makes you feel so comfortable and like you’re just the only patient that day. They truly have consistently gone above and beyond every step so far and would truly recommend them to anyone looking for dental care in the area.

Negative experience: At first, I really loved this place! They told me that they accepted my insurance, which they did not!!! (They told me they accepted Delta dental, but in truth, they accepted Delta dental, but they were considered out of network… Which they never told me!!) And then my husband‘s hygienist proceeded to come in during my teeth cleaning and told me that a full panoramic view would be paid for by the insurance and that they would really want to do one on my husband! So, of course, I said OK. Then two weeks after my visit, not only do I find out that we are considered out of network, but the Delta dental was not going to pay for the Panoramic x-ray of my husband’s mouth. I have truly come to believe that all dentist office’s just want to scan money out of people! This was very disappointing because I really liked this office. The lady that did billing proceeded to tell me that the hygienist don’t know what they’re talking about when it comes to insurance and they really shouldn’t have told me that it would be paid for in full by my insurance. What??? Are you kidding??? So, for two teeth cleanings it almost cost me $1000 Of my pocket!!! Such a scam!!!!!

My dentist, Dr. Jamie Marr and my Hygienist, Taylor Garcia, are wonderful and takes good care of all my dental needs(I have a lot of dental work and surgery through out my life time) They are very professional and knowledgeable of what they do. Both of them make sure that your procedure is very pleasant and pain free. Jamie (JO) also assist on my procedures very well. The front staff, (shout to Lorin), ensures that all your paperwork and insurance coverage are squared away before and after your visit. The whole staff takes very good care of you and make you feel comfortable! ❤️10 stars for this facility The Office is very nice and tranquil . My favorite part is seating on the dental chair with the view of the peaceful garden with nice trees and birds around it❤️ Definitely a great recommendation if you live around the area.
