Negative experience: Wait times have gotten longer. I had an appointment at 10:30. I arrived at 10:25 and waited for 40 minutes before my name was called to wait for the dental hygienist. This is an example of the last couple of times I have visited this dental office. I’ve been coming here before the whole new office name and location. Now, I am looking to go elsewhere because I don’t have time to waste.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Floss & Co several years and have also brought my children and husband. The service is top-tier and very caring. Make sure to set time aside for your visit because they do not rush through your appointment. During my most recent visit I learned that I need work done to my teeth and was informed very well, by Winniffer, of the work that will be done, which teeth would be impacted, and what to expect, which included the costs. I was able to enroll in a payment plan for the upcoming treatment I need. She was kind, well informed, and professional. Thank you, Floss & Co, for taking care of my family and I so well!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at this dental clinic! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Azmi and Natalia at the front desk made everything so smooth and stress-free. My hygienist, Ronya, was gentle, thorough, and super friendly — easily the best cleaning I’ve had. Dr. Izzy was professional, reassuring, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The entire clinic is spotless and feels extremely clean and modern. I genuinely felt cared for from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional dental care!

Fantastic experience: I don't think I could be happier with my experience here. 11/10. Here's my little story: I had a cavity in my FRONT TOOTH. Horrifying. A lot of places just would fix it in whatever way and be done with it, but not Floss and Co. They made sure I was 100% happy with it. They really went out of there way for me too, squeezing me in when I KNOW they were busy. Dr Izzy is genuinely an artist, and Tati is one of the sweetest people I've ever met. The entire staff is lovely, honestly. I wish I was better with names because everyone I've met there has treated me well; my othro, the people on the phone, the people who clean my teeth, literally everyone. There are people there that I enjoy seeing even if they aren't working on my teeth that day. Just full of lovely people that are kind, and really good at what they do. ❤️

Fantastic experience: Customer service is excellent here thus far. Amanda, the hygienist was warm and calm in demeanor. She was also gentle with my cleaning to the point I could fall asleep! Although, I know she really got into my teeth to clean them well. It is my first time here and so far I am liking this place.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. Being charged $100 for not canceling an appointment within 48 hrs is ridiculous. Mind you it wasn’t because I decided not to show up or because I just didn’t want to go. It was due to a flat tire. Next time before I leave my house I will make sure to tell my tires not to act up on the road!!! Like be for real. Getting sick and having car issues is not something that can be controlled but apparently to Floss & Co and Makayla it can, who knew right!!!

Fantastic experience: Been a while since I’ve been to a dentist . Usually deal with anxiety from previous places. Floss & Co. and the people including: Dr, Izzy , Azmi, and Julia made me feel very comfortable and explained everything in good detail. Very comfortable setting from the waiting room to in the back . Will be returning for future procedures .

Hopefully i have their names right Dr. Silva and Dr. Izzy, they are the most kind hearted, sweet, understanding, beautiful souls you will meet. My family had a very difficult past year with the health of our daughter. (I mentioned our story in my appointment request so they would know i wasn't just another case of lazy Invisalign-ers) lol.. I had no clue what it would cost to get my tabs removed (my account had timed out in the state we previously lived in because of our family issues) when they told me the price i had a stress response and my eyes started tearing up. Took a minute to recollect myself in the bathroom and when i came back out they told me they would do it free of charge. Well, That made me cry more. They deserve every amazing review… and every blessing in their personal lives. Very special people here. Will not be forgetting this moment.

Fantastic experience: I had the privilege of having Susie for my deep cleaning appointment! Susie is awesome! She is so kind and bubbly! She makes you feel extremely comfortable during the whole process! I was super nervous because I have had deep cleanings before due to my gum disease and she made the whole process extremely safe and comforting! She really enjoys her work!! She made sure to try and make it as painless as possible while still getting the job done effectively! She was super knowledgeable and communicated with me the entire time about what she was doing and what to expect! She made me feel genuinely heard and listened to all of my concerns! I even requested her again to do the 2nd half of my upcoming deep clean! 10/10 would recommend Susie! :)

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience from start to finish. The beginning of the appointment we discussed concerns and goals for my oral hygiene. My hygienist Julia was gentle and efficient. I had a filling done with Dr. Karim. Exceptional dentist great at her craft. The Solea technology was used so I did not even need an injections. Azmi was a fantastic assistant. Highly recommend Floss & Co!

Fantastic experience: I stopped in today for a cleaning and they noticed a few cavities. They were able to accommodate me the same day. Azmi and Julia were absolutely amazing. Dr Karim was great, she was able to get me in the same day and was able to do my fillings in less than an hour using a state of the art laser machine which was absolutely painless. Five star service, I would highly recommend this office for anyone looking to have any type of dental work done!

Fantastic experience: This place is so high tech and the cleanest establishment I’ve ever been in! I couldn’t be more pleased with the dental work I’ve received. Dr. Martha Silva is so informative! She is the ONLY dentist I trust as she is has a more holistic approach. She not only provides excellent dental care but also teaches me how to prevent future problems. Fantastic experience: The Best Dentist Office ! I’ve been going to Floss & Co. for many years. Dr. Izzy and his team are amazing ! I’ve been a patient from his previous location at Garfield Ridge . I’ve always felt I was in the right hands. Going to the dentist can be nerve wrecking but I honestly can’t see myself going to another dentist office ever ! I love that they have a dentist & orthodontic treatment all in one . It makes it more easy for me to have my braces treatment done . I recently had Double Jaw Surgery done in February that was apart of my orthodontic treatment plan. Which is a really big surgery for someone , let me tell you I never felt so much love, concern and compassion from getting check up on post surgery. Yesenia , Amanda , Lily , Dr. Murphy & Samantha are just a few of the team that makes coming to the dentist fun . I appreciate all of you more than you will ever know !

We brought my daughter here in March after her front tooth was knocked out, from the very first phone call to today they have been by her side the entire time. Dr. Izzy & Dr. Zaza have shown my daughter so much love & support throughout this journey, I couldn't have asked for better doctor's. The entire staff (Tati, Chantal, Kelly, Jeannine, there's one more but I forgot her name) have all gone the extra mile for my daughter as well. The staff works with you every step of the way with insurance & payments. They make you feel so comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. Positive experience: My family has been coming here since they opened, the staff is nice and it’s an aesthetically pleasing place but they are always running behind. This is my 3rd appointment (myself and children) where it’s more than 20-60 minutes past my appointment. If I were to be running late they would make me reschedule. The fact that the respect for time isn’t reciprocated has made me realize it’s time to look for a new office. Currently one of us has to finish our Invisalign but I definitely will be on the market for a dental office that respects time and understands children can only sit still for so long. Family of 4, first responders with very tight schedules will be looking elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I went in today for my first ever visit and had a consultation and check up exam of my teeth and gums to see what if anything I will need. The office staff from the moment you walk in to the moment they call your name and give you a tour of the office to the moment you leave the door are very welcoming, helpful patient and kind upon getting the tour of the facility I was able to meet the dentists, both very handsome might I add, so it definitely helped calm my nerves. I also really appreciated my hygienist Ania (I hope I spelled it correctly) and when the Dentist came in, he agreed with her findings and recommendations and now I have a follow up appointment for further care! I’m excited about further care!

Dr. Karim was very personable and shined like a light. The front desk women Chantel & Adriana were a delight. Fantastic experience: Quick story - I had fainted back in 2023 and chipped my front teeth. They took me in as soon as possible and repaired the missing parts of my teeth. Because of the trauma of falling face forward, I did have to get a root canal but before that I was doing good with my teeth with their dental advice. I had my first root canal there and I only recommend friends and family to come here. I have been coming here for years now and will continue to. If I had to move, I would come back to Chicago just to go with them! Floss and Co really is the only dental office I trust and I believe they have the best dentists and staff.

Fantastic experience: UPDATE - I have tried contacting them multiple times to get my estimate for some work and I had questions. They did send me the estimate, but did not answer my questions. I’ve waited and waited. Then I got a notification that I was due for my 6 month checkup. I have cancelled it because I feel they are too busy to get back to me. I really liked them and I know I’m not a priority, but it was one question! I found Floss & Co through Google. I really liked the reviews and the new equipment. It was easy to make a New Client appointment through their website (and change it when I realized I needed my appointment later). Days before I received a confirmation through text as well as the paperwork needed to fill out. I even completed on my phone. The day of my appointment I arrived and noticed they have a small parking lot, but I was able to find a spot. I walked in and was greeted by the people at the reception desk. They took my ID and insurance card to make a copy. Then I was able to use their restroom that was very clean and then proceed to their sitting area. Because I was a new client, I was greeted and taken around the office to see where entering was and then ended up at the machine that scans your teeth. Then we went to a cleaning room where X-rays were taken and after was greeted by Julia who was going to scan my mouth and make sure we are all set to do a cleaning. Julia did a fantastic job of cleaning my teeth and did a very thorough job. After I waited a couple minutes until Dr. Zara came to look at my X-rays and scans. We chatted and then she checked my teeth out. There are so many new equipment items, especially the General Wave machine, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Floss and Co for about 4 years now and I am so glad I made the choice to use them for my dental needs. Every time I walk though the door I am met with such warmth. The staff are incredibly professional and kind. I am even greeted by name! Going through the Invisalign process required regular visits, and coming here always made me feel like I was doing something positive while being surrounded by positive vibes. Aside from the outstanding staff, the look and feel of the office is so pleasant. They always have on fun music in the background and the dental chairs are so comfortable. What I also appreciate so much is the lighting. It's warm and makes the entire environment so relaxing. Besides coming in for regular care, I recently had internal bleaching done for 2 teeth that experienced trama and we're darker in appearance than the others. It is something that bothered me for a long time and I am so happy with my smile now. If you're someone with a similar issue, or if you're curious about what your options are, I highly recommend you call this amazing office and schedule an appointment. They have literally changed my life and I am incredibly grateful for them. I'd like to give a special shout out to Dr. Zaza, who made me feel comfortable both before and during my procedures, always taking the time to explain the process and answer any of my questions. Fantastic experience: This isn’t just an appointment at the dentist, this is care. The genuine follow up and follow through of my children’s dental care goes further than “remember to floss” it goes into “will get you out in time for your volleyball tournament” it goes into “and how’s your sister?” They are so personable. Absolutely love it here!

Negative experience: I went to floss and Co. as an emergency to check a molar for $149. I had a large cavity. They got me in the next morning at 8 am. They tried to use laser, but it didn't work. She was so impatient and didn't wait until I was fully numb and poked me 2 more times. I was in extreme pain for 2 weeks, and it finally subsided. When I went in for my molar, they charged me $382! When I went back to get my teeth cleaned, they took all these xrays and scans and acted like my teeth were rotting out of my head and ended up with a treatment plan where I needed extensive work. I never got a copy of the work my mouth needed, and they never cleaned my teeth. When I went to get a second opinion, I found out they also charged my insurance 606.00 for the filling on my molar! I apparently still owe them money? They are scammers and will overcharge you. Go anywhere else but here.

Negative experience: Nickel and dime for everything. My wife went today trying to get her cleaning with a new surprise charge of $50 for a copay which they say they have always covered but could not provide any proof. This used to be my dental office before I left and they started charging fees on top of fees and then there was a covid fee and then a fee on top of that. As my wife mentioned you would think that a place that is doing you a favor for so many years and not charging you a copay would be super excited to let the client know that they're taking care of it for you. That was just a made-up lie and we will not be going back.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a dental procedure at Floss & Co and I found the clinic to be nice, clean, and the staff accommodating, and they have advanced technology ai would say. I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care I received during my recent visits. Dr. Izzy performed a root canal that finally addressed the pain I was experiencing from the previous procedure that was causing constant pain to me. I can’t thank him enough for his skill and professionalism. It significantly reduced the pain, and after just two weeks, I returned for the final crown placement with Dr. Karim, who also did an outstanding job. My trust in your team has been fully restored. And I feel so much better now. I also want to extend my appreciation to the dental assistants: Samantha, Kelly, Tania , and the reception team especially Giselle. Dr. Ozzie is incredibly skilled and takes the time to explain every procedure, making sure you feel completely comfortable. Dr. Delone is also wonderful—equally talented and compassionate. Together, they create a welcoming environment where you know you’re in excellent hands. The staff is outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions. The office itself is spotless, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, making each visit seamless and stress-free. Dr. Ozzie, Dr. Delone, and their team go above and beyond. From the top down, everyone will greet you with a smile. Their customer service is superb and their office is extremely clean with up to date dental health technology. Fantastic experience: Floss & Company September 2024 1st let me say that Dr. Izzy Naem is the best, he is the Man. I have to say, “this place is “awesome” , It seems to me that they have all of what is needed as far as technology is concerned needed to repair whatever is ailing you that could be happening in your mouth. They have the most modern equipment to quickly diagnose what is happening and give you a professional assessment as to how to remedy the problem and find a solution. The employees there are highly qualified young and respectful. They are always ready to help you in any way they can help you find financial solutions such as a credit card with no interest, scheduling and or whatever your needs are. It seems that all the employees there work great together as a team so keep up the good work. They also treat you like a real person, not a number. I would like to give a special thanks to Amanda,Tati and the hardest working young lady there Giselle she was so very helpful in every way she is very knowledgeable in her work and I can’t thank her enough. I can go on and on with nothing but good things to say about Floss & Company thank you for all for the excellent work, you’ve done for me. I know I need more and when I’am ready to continue the rest of the-work needed I will call and schedule it. Fantastic experience: I love this place. I didn’t go to the dentist for a while when my dentist closed and come to find out this place was the new location and owners of my dentist and I’m so glad I came in again and found them as everyone is so nice and they are really technologically equipped. Most importantly they show empathy and kindness which makes you feel way more comfortable. Try them out and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed, shout out to my hygienist Amanda!!!

Negative experience: Went in for a simple teeth cleaning and after an hours long process of X-rays and consultation didn’t even receive a cleaning. This office will try to sell you on fancy equipment and terminology in order to make the most money off you. Would not recommend.

Negative experience: Dr. Izzy, the doctors, and dental assistants do great work. I’ve been going here for probably over 20 years. Since it was Garfield Ridge Dentistry. Even taking the two-hour round trip when I moved to the suburbs. However, getting hold of someone at the front desk or in billing has recently seemed impossible. I shouldn’t have even had to speak to someone in billing because before leaving my last visit I said I wanted to pay the bill in full because I didn’t currently have dental insurance. Then before I even get home, I get a text about completing my payment. Then there were 3-4 phone calls that I had to make to get this settled because I wasn’t getting a callback. I called about my appointment this week and instead of the phone being answered, I get a text. I reply to that text stating I want to speak with a live person and would like a call back. Surprise! No call back. Or text back. I then text to have my appointment cancelled and to confirm a zero balance because I am done. No response again. I had to call and confirm it was cancelled and no balance. Which means my text was received. That’s the end of my visits here. Teach your front desk how to do their job. I shouldn’t have to be calling 4, 5, 6 times to get answers.

Fantastic experience: I am adding to my review since I was there this afternoon. This is a modern facility with outstanding professional service. Quite honestly, it is a great pleasure receiving dental care here. I was so relaxed, I had to stop myself from falling asleep while I was receiving a cleaning. I know... That is literally how relaxing this place is. The staff is professional but very personable. The atmosphere is lively and friendly, and the service top notch. You will NOT regret coming to this Floss & Co.

Fantastic experience: Today my teenage son went in for an extraction, fillings, and a chipped tooth repair and we were so anxious and nervous for the procedure. Dr. Izzy and his staff made my son so comfortable and walked him through each procedure. The doctor praised my son and encouraged him throughout the process. I was so impressed by the patience and sensitive wording the staff chose when speaking to my son. They made the situation relaxed and delivered amazing results. They gave my son back his confidence after fixing his tooth just in time for summer and the new school year. I'm always impressed on how well the staff communicates appointments, procedures and financial responsibility ahead of time of all our schedule appointments.
