She definitely made me feel more at ease. The doctor came in and was pleasant. Did what he needed to do. He was mainly business but I really only was with him for 10 mins. Which was totally fine with me, he explained what treatments i needed in enough detail and asked if I had any questions. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant.

Fantastic experience: I have experienced dental issues for a long time, and recent events made them worse. So I began to look at dental implants. I went to several different places for consultations. I needed to get a feel for the place and a quote for the treatment. I came across Mor Smiles by chance. I am so thankful I did. They treat you like family, and make sure you are happy with the results. They are always there if you have any questions or concerns. Fantastic experience: Very nice building and nice staff will update after my procedure. Update. If i could give more stars I would. I had all my teeth replaced thinking I would be in a lot of pain afterwards and a long time to adjust to having all new teeth. I was wrong. I had absolutely no pain whatsoever and they gave me a great set of temporary teeth untill I get my permits. Would def recommend mor smiles to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I Have been a patient at MoreSMILES for about four years now. I had an emergency this morning when a crown on one of my front teeth cracked in half. They fit me in, And treated me with expert care. But beyond that, Nikki and Dr. Jay are wonderful people that obviously care deeply about their patients. And, they laugh at my jokes, so that’s icing on the cake. Thank you!

Today i thought my appointment was scheduled for 9am and i thought it was for 915 am (i think they told me 915 on thr phoje by accident or we misunderstood) so the nice lady at the front desk happily rearranged me to come back at 12 noon for a cleaning without hesitation and politely. Fantastic experience: My journey with Mor Smiles started unfavorably. After getting over that initial issue, things have become great. I’ve spent many hours in that chair (with many more hours to come) and am having extensive work done. The staff is SUPER friendly and very knowledgeable. Dr Jay has been a God send for me and the problems that lie within my mouth, I’m very glad that I chose this dental group. Fantastic experience: I had a pleasant experience having my teeth gently descaled, cleaned and polished today! The dentist came in to examine my teeth as well! All checked out OK! That’s a good feeling!

Negative experience: Absolute worst office ever. It was the most inconsistent service I've ever experienced. This is not the first, second, or even third issue I've had an issue with them. They asked me to remove my previous negative review, which I did, only for another issue after. The only way you're even helped by them is warning others of their despicable practices. Save yourself the trouble and find yourself a reliable dental staff who has honest, and reliable business practices.

Negative experience: I was scheduled for a new patient comprehensive exam. The office is beautiful and the practice APPEARS well-run. I loved the dentist I met, he was very straight-forward and knowledgeable. I was not able to afford my patient portion of the procedure at the time so I did not move forward. I kept all of my paperwork and the business card I was given for a time when I could afford it. The beginning of this year we had a new benefit approved for implants. I called the name and number on the card and left a voicemail to discuss options. No response. I called again and left another voicemail. No response. I called the office and explained I had left 2 messages and received no response. The woman I talked to that day said she would schedule me for another comp exam and we could start the process over. Was not happy about that but agreed. I then immediately took half day off of work to attend the new appointment. I received a text message from the office to confirm my appt. I confirmed. The day before the appt. I get another text message telling me my appt. was cancelled due to the dentist had other obligations. I text back my displeasure of cancelling an appt. the day before and that I had already taken off of work to attend! They text me back and asked if I wanted to re-schedule. I responded "I would much rather talk to a person than text" That was Tues 4/15/25 and I haven't heard a word since! No email, phone call, follow-up, nothing. No more texts either. So my appt. was cancelled, I missed a half day of work and no new appt. given. VERY disappointing and unprofessional. Will never call them again or reach out.

Dr. Cho (I hope I’m spelling that right) was highly skilled, personable, and did a wonderful job. 10 outta 10 would let them drill into my teeth again!

Everyone was friendly, we didn't feel rushed, and I especially appreciated feeling well informed about my treatment plan. Negative experience: Awful! Offered me periodontal treatment that completely didn’t work for my receding gums. Out 8k and they offered no resolution. He isn’t a specialist but offers multiple specialty treatments such as periodontics, orthodontics, that should be left to specialists. I had gum grafting surgery with an actual periodontist that worked, but no resolution ever offered. What a fraud.

Fantastic experience: Competent and friendly staff. Amy is the nicest hygienist, and my Doctors are fantastic as well. The reception and insurance staff are very nice as well. They ask what kind of music you want to listen to to help the mood while they are working on you. I don't mind going to the dentist because I know I'm getting the best care!

Fantastic experience: Having dental phobia/extreme anxiety, I was very apprehensive and dreading going to my appointment. However, although I can’t say that fear is totally gone, my experience there with Amy was really good, so much better than expected. Fantastic experience: Got a couple fillings done today, topical gel they used meant I didn't even feel the needle for the novacaine or whatever it is, asked if I could put on my headphones and got an enthusiastic yes, 15 minutes later I caught myself about to fall asleep mid filling. 11/10 best dentist I've ever had

Fantastic experience: Very “down home” warm, inviting waiting area. Staff is friendly/personable. My hygienist may be the best I’ve ever had at any previous practice. Thank you, Amy! Dr. Moriarty spent time explaining the current status of my teeth and recommended I have a few things done to optimize my situation. I scheduled those procedures and paid by joining the “advantage” plan. $30.00 per month for two exams, two preventative cleanings, one set of four Bitewing X-rays every year plus 15% off any other services rendered and one complete mouth X-ray series every 36 months seems a good deal to me. I believe I have found a new dental home!

Negative experience: For one thing they are listed as urgent care and they are not. Charged me almost $300 for nothing at all for a script. Sent me home dentist did not know how to do anything except cosmetic. So if you need something serious done that is not the place to go.

Fantastic experience: No one usually enjoys going to a dentist office right? I drive an hour to go to Mor Smiles. For starters they have a nicer seating area than most people have in their homes.. All of the staff is amazing and friendly. I personally can say that Steph is the best hygienist I have ever dealt with. Gets the job done quickly and thorough. She has gone above and beyond to make sure that my teeth are taken care of. I can absolutely say that my hygiene is in her best interest. I highly recommend this office and will continue to drive an hour to have my teeth cleaned! 10/10

Positive experience: I was asked to do a review of this dentist. Overall, it's a really great dental business. I left my previous dentist because they dropped my insurance. Great work and friendly staff. The only thing I missed from my previous dentist was a reminder to schedule my next dental appointment. It's definitely my responsibility to remember to schedule it, but let's be honest, we r all human and forget, especially when difficult times come. It's also a payday for them to remind their patients when 6 months is up. This group does what is required of them to be a decent dental office. After some thought, the only input I would add to this review is that taking blood pressure for a simple cleaning isn't really necessary unless the staff is willing to do annual physicals with cleanings. The reason I mention this is that blood pressure goes up and down all throughout the day, and taking an unannounced measurement could prove to be a variation from what is normal resting heart rate.

Fantastic experience: This was my very first time at this location and I was pretty nervous, but this place is super cozy and welcoming. Everyone in the office is INCREDIBLY kind and patient. Reception was amazing, the Dr was amazing, zero judgment, extremely friendly, just wonderful vibes all around. When I think "dentist" I think cold, stiff, dull, old office. Which is where half of the anxiety of appointments comes from. This place is NONE of those off-putting things you might associate with a typical dentist's office. The atmosphere is so lovely and modern. They break down payment info super easily and they also accept financing options such as Cherry which is a bonus! I'm honestly so happy with my experience here and it will definitely be my permanent Dentist location from now on.

Fantastic experience: When I was a young warthog, I was afraid of going to the dentist. Dr. Qiu was so gentle and accommodating. She checked in multilple times while she was shoving her hands in my gullet to make sure I was "ok". It was unnecessary because I had no discomfort throughout the entire procedure... as an older warthog, I am no longer afraid of the dentist. Please go to mor smiles. What a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere they provide.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a dentist and not sure where to go. I highly recommend Mor Smiles. I went there because I need a new place to go. I had problems with my teeth breaking and all my previous dentist just would bandage the problem. Well the staff a Mor Smiles fixed the problem and gave me a new smile. I percent believe they will make you happy about smiling again. Oh by the way it takes me almost 2 hrs to drive there!! Worth the drive!!!

Fantastic experience: I had the most wonderful experience today. Our first visit and everything was clean and warming! Staff were very kind and helpful. Emily was wonderful. She explained everything she was doing, checked on me so many times as we were going to make sure I was still doing okay. I had my 9 year old with me and she was explaining to her what she was doing, what the tools were and answered all the questions a 9 year old may have. Dentist was wonderful she helped me solve a mystery pain I had questioned my old dentist about many times and gave me a game plan. Absolute great experience and we are glad to have found them!

During my appointment, I had an amazing dental hygienist, Emily, who was very kind and helped me understand my different options as well as my teeth in their current condition. She was very patient and attentive, especially considering my past frustrations at another dental office. Dr. Jay was also very nice.
