I had some bad experiences in the Atlanta area where I live and I immediately thought about Carlon Dentistry. .

Fantastic experience: This experience was absolutely the best ever. There was no (NO) long waiting period. I was warmly greeted from the moment I walked into the door. The staff was so courteous and professional. My hygienist had an awesome attitude and talked to me throughout the entire procedure. Then the doctor came in and was just as joyful as the others. You don’t have a chance to get apprehensive (and most of us dread a dental appointment) because everyone is so nice. I highly recommend this dentistry to everyone. Fantastic experience: I’m 65 and have a lot of experience with dentists over the years. I found Carlon Dentistry through my insurance company’s find a dentist app. I am and have been very pleased with every aspect of Carlon, from the receptionist/office manager, the dental assistant (she’s awesome!) and of course Dr Carlon! Professional without being cold. I appreciate that they are available and there isn’t a long wait for an appointment to see Dr Carlon. They are short a hygienist so cleaning appointments are kinda far out, but they are working on hiring, so hopefully that will improve. If you’re looking for a competent, capable and friendly dental office, call them, or stop by because you have found it.

Fantastic experience: 9/14/23. This review is almost a repeat of every visit. I was seen after a short wait. I didn't even get to finish reading my magazine article. All staff members were friendly and professional. I felt just as welcomed as the people the receptionist knew by name. Madison was gentle but thorough in cleaning my teeth. She is very knowledgeable, and readily answers questions. Dr. Carlon listens to her patients. I made an off the cuff remark about how my bite had changed and I might have TMJ. She immediately assessed the situation. 01/09/24: still a 5 start dental provider. I had a different hygenist (Melanie), and she was a friendly and professional as Dr. Carlon. 10/21/24: Greeted by name when i arrived. Everything above is still true. Dentistry is truly a job where prevention is not only important, but emphasized.

However, I had a wonderful experience with the hygienist, Madison and Dr. Carlon. Both of them made me feel very comfortable and were very informative.
